    @cornishbex @bt_uk I think the whole set up was ridiculous. I was the same and then it crashed, tried my code again said it had already been claimed and then said my BT login details were incorrect when I tried to login again! 😢

    @bt_uk @MurphyLFC_87 Happened to us to. Said the code was used.. Put it in our basket and the page to check it never loaded. Refreshed and code used. What a scam

    @bt_uk Yeah I know that, had it in my basket since 8.30 but couldn't check out due to your website crashing and asking me to login again after every refresh. Tinpot service

    @bt_uk @jsrbell That's not fair, because people have been having issues with not being able to get their code since 8am, I can see several tweets with people mentioning as early as 8am they're unable to get their code. I too had this issue, and then it just appeared.

    @bt_uk are without doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to arrange broadband with you since 22 October and you have cancelled 7 of my orders without contacting me! I requested a call back from a manager and guess what, no phone call!! Shambles!

    @bt_uk Hi BT, when will you fix the website issue that says you can only show broadband upgrade options to customers who already broadband with you, when I do already have broadband with you? Been like that for at least a year...

    @BTCare hi BT I logged a call a few months ago about having lag issue and ping drop outs you sent me a new router but it still happened now I put it down to my old xbox I now have a brand new series x hard wired yet still getting lag issues and packet loss

    @bt_uk I would challenge this as a BT customer we have had nothing but problem and a variety of excuses for these problems. Basically every excuse you can think of except the fact they are capping speeds constantly. From the day of purchase had a steady speed of 58mb but these days 25mb
