That @BTCare continues to employ people who are so thick is a mystery to anyone who's worked in any kind of customer service. It seems counter productive.

@bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

@peterjohnduffy @bt_uk Same problem here. BT drops out daily ever since I upgraded to fibre optic and I was sent a new router. Sucks when you need reliable internet access for your job.

@bt_uk I appreciate the work you are doing. But, disingenuous and un-surprising that the public facing Twitter side of the company is leaps and bounds more communicative than the actual practicalities, i.e installing internet. I'll update with the cancellation or new issue on the 6th.

@bt_uk Over 30 days has passed since first bill. Referred relatives outside cancellation period. I’ve already terrified and lodged a complaint but still no reward and no further email. Very disappointing
