@bt_uk I've had enough of this company forced me to pay my bill 2 days after moving then they said I was being given a hotspot but never did rung up this morning and now want 110 quid for a credit check total bs I don't recommend to anyone been without internet for 2 months now

Hi @bt_uk , I get that sometimes things prop up and appointments have to be ‘moved back’, but it’s not great customer service to not give me a new date! I WILL NOT be paying for these extra days of no internet, which WILL impact my work!
