Worst customer service goes to @bt_uk ... Moved into my first home expecting to have the internet up and running to work. They cancelled the order without telling me, been told 100 things about getting it resolved. Absolutely fuming. Stay clear, they don’t care.

@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@OpenreachHelp Not sure if this is yourselves, but are you able to confirm if the network is down in GL51, Cheltenham? Or do I need to contact @bt_uk?

@bt_uk Dispute resolution non-existent; easier just not to reply apparently and pass to debt collectors. Great way to treat an elderly customer who had been with you for 50 plus years. #BT#NoShame

@bt_uk Hi Aled, Thank you for your advice. I will. It’s quite the disappointing Merry go round with @bt_uk The lack of communication with the customer must be embarrassing for you. It’s a pity I’m having to chase them rather than them communicating with us.
