    .@bt_uk contacted BT this morning regarding broadband fault caused by installation of Full Fibre on Fri 22nd. Still no broadband, told there is nothing BT can do, wait your turn (1 week) and stop calling. Thanks BT great help 👍

    @bt_uk Sorted but i am truly disappointed with customer service. I left BT nany years ago because the support was disgusting. It doesnt seem to have changed, sadly

    @bt_uk why is your internet device so inconsistent? My speed should be around 75mbs and I’m getting 20mbs. Is there a way to claim from yourselves as I’m not getting the service I pay for?
