So because i'm swapping internet companies, my internet speeds dropped from 16mbps to 2mbps. @bt_uk that's kinda bad.. I'm still paying for the full speed until the switch over, so why reduce my speeds?

@bt_uk trying to sort out account as husband has passed away you are making things so difficult have had nothing but stress & incompetence also found out you breached GDPR Having to change accounts & packages because of your mistakes have already complained still no help

@bt_uk Internet flakey in CB4. Not completely down, but bandwidth down from 60Mbps typical to 5-15Mbps, and streaming video is stop/start, as are web page loads

@bt_uk how difficult can it be to switch to digital voice? Poor call centre guy has been sent round in circles by 4 different depts! Unacceptable incompetence by BT! I have been holding for 30 mins!

@bt_uk thanks for the text saying the problems in my area are fixed now. One small problem. Nothings been fixed. I’ve had no internet all afternoon or evening.
