@EdwardPettman @btbusinesscare 👍🏼 👍🏼 looking into it now. It’s never ending and unspeakably frustrating for something so straight forward. 🙄 ... time for a change.

@unnalucas @bt_uk I can’t deal with how bad it is atm! I nearly used up all 40GB of my data last month and I never usually even use 20 😩

  • nicky_brogan nick nick eden (@nicky_brogan) reported

@bt_uk Not reliable. Booked fibre whole house on 6 Oct for 1 Feb live. Won’t be set up until April. Reliant on a curtesy mini hub for 3 homeschooling kids. That is faulty so using my mobile hotspot but you won’t replace the mini hub. Your adverts are lies and your service terrible.

@Peckham_Heights @bt_uk 4 times this morning it’s been regarding our Amazon Prime membership. I never give out our landline. We had constant calls for someone similar in our last place.

@bt_uk Hi, it seems fine in the evening but during the day we can’t get the channels. Is is something to do with which transmitter it’s getting the signal from?!

  • ChrisGinnelly Chris Ginnelly (@ChrisGinnelly) reported

@btbusinesscare my experience of this service is nothing short of a farce. Excuse after poor communication after lack of explanations on cancelled engineer visits makes this the worst business decision I’ve made in the last 5 years since we started. Complaint number 106650794

  • ALANMYERSMEDIA Alan Myers (@ALANMYERSMEDIA) reported

I need broadband, @bt_uk you say yes, will sort in 3-5 working days, I can’t get it from anyone else as you won’t allow it on a new property, over two weeks later not even a call back? Can’t move in as have a vulnerable relative 🙄any help?

  • hwallop Harry Wallop (@hwallop) reported

Email from @bt_uk. "From 31 March 2021, the price of some of your BT products and services will increase in line with the CPI rate of inflation (0.6%), plus 3.9%." Inflation? No prob. But why the extra 3.9%. Am I getting 3.9% better service/3.9% faster speeds? Am I buffalo

@BTCare Please BT sort out these fake home internet disconnection calls, surely you must have a process that if the CLI isn't coming from a registered BT service but using a BT allocated number then you block it. I've had 5 home calls and 18 on my mobile. all from UK BT numbers
