@BTCare been waiting in all morning but no show from engineer, internet speeds below 8mbps and constant dropping out for months, really poor show and no way to speak to anyone to chase up the fault, definitely want a refund for the service I'm not getting!

@SkyHelpTeam . @bt_uk I’ve been told several times that there is an issue with openreach fully cancelling the order on their system as well - how has it taken over a month to cancel - simple order that was never active??

@btsport every-time I try to order a WWE event to record on my sky box for my two sons I am told I have to register again. This shouldn’t be the case. In the past I have recorded events no problem, but in the past 6-8 months haven’t been able to.

@bt_uk my internet has been so intermittent since you’ve ‘upgraded’ me, wish you’d just left it alone as it used to be so much faster and reliable, now it’s barely useable most days just so poor
