@bt_uk They are rude and lie about attempting to call you , they speak over you and nothing is ever resolved 7 months to fix a plug ?.. who the hell accepts that level of service ?

@bt_uk extender. Received a WIRED network extender. It doesn't work for wireless networks. Chased it up again. 2 customer service agents adamantly claim it works for wireless network. When I read the product description to them, they say, sure, it only works for wired networks (2/4)
