    @bt_uk 6 weeks of mess. Double charging. 19 phones calls. 5 days after THEy cut us off. Their mistake . 20 promises to elevate - still no internet. They still charge business rates. No business for 5 days. Loss of income. Just dreadful @bt_uk . Shame on you and your service.

    @bt_uk yet another fault. Third time you've had to send an engineer. Any chance you could fix it properly this time? Or refund the money I have paid for a service I'm not getting?!

    @bt_uk Is there any way to narrow it down from ‘sometime in the next 3-4 years’? I’m getting better speeds off a mobile broadband setup right now. Under 1mbps upload is kinda frustrating when our old house in a smaller town had 17mbps upload.

    @bt_uk What's my problem? I'd have more success at a decent speed if I bought a DeLorean, fitted it with a flux capacitor and traveled back to 1992 to use a dial up modem.

    @bt_uk Na. You're all right. I've done it countless times and it's never your fault. Not once. It's always something on my end. Funny thing is though. It's only ever happened with BT. Odd that.

    @bt_uk Why do bt broadband customers get sim only deals on EE but not bt line line customers and I am a EE customer as well

    @bt_uk Several times. I’ve been told, by yourselves, that we’re part of a “major service outage”. The time for this to be rectified has been moved back several times. We have only had intermittent service since before 7am on Sunday
