    @nocturnalmonkey @bt_uk Try using a dynamic DNS service and set your work security to use a hostname rather than IP address. Works well for me. DM if you need to.

    @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Unfortunately for anyone in tech they’ve long fallen in the “wouldn’t touch them if they paid us”, utterly useless and forever internally blaming it on another department, hence why always use Zen or Phone Coop, same lines but humans to talk to for support and they deal with BT

    @bt_uk our phone line and broadband has been down since the 14th and saying it won’t be fixed until 29th, why is it taking so long??? Lots of elderly live in the area so have been isolated by this.

    @bt_uk Appreciate the response but I’ve been on hold for so long now (21 mins as I type) I really don’t want to lose my place in the queue. And this isn’t in any way unusual, as you know, just standard BT service.

    @bt_uk you are refusing my request of having a BT engineer to visit and sort my WIFI and broadband today. After YOUR mistake. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

    Thank you @bt_uk for allowing me to spend 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone to 4 people trying to fix your mistake. Of course it would not have been so long if I had listened to the first person who provided me with (deliberate?) misinformation to discourage me from continuing.

    @BTCare I’ve had bt for 12 days two missed appointments four different engineers to the same fault I thought virgin had the worst customer service but I think bt take the crown absolutely shocking

    @bt_uk In all fairness BT have been great in following this up with Royal Mail, but the fact is we - our business has been without e mail, scanning and printing since last wed. Tomorrow is Tuesday . No router yet . Go figure Had to cancel several events this week already
