@MarcAllera @btsport Not EE! Please note that complaint is also being made to OFCOM. As I was unhappy with services provided by EE I recently closed my two monthly phone accounts with EE. I was sent a THREATENING letter regarding a remaining amount of £11.48 which needed to be cleared.

@bt_uk @EE You gave no choice but £7 delivery, didn't say you'd not switch nu to EE for 5 days, withheld info when selling, refused complaint in my words, closed complaint unresolved, left me with phone where forced to use mobile data out of package cos one SIM must stay on. Is it Ofcom I need?

  • EdEddy477 eddy477 (@EdEddy477) reported

@bt_uk Appalled to discover my elderly parents, (under assessment for dementia) & customers of BT since 1980 are paying a whopping £85 a month for 30mb bbd and a tv subscription they did not know they had or ever watched. Tried complaints line got no where. Please Please can you help?

  • Suenameis Susan Elizabeth (@Suenameis) reported

@MarcAllera @btsport Your systems SUCK and YOU need to get them SORTED OUT so that others do not experience the same unnecessary stress that YOU are needlessly inflicting on them!! I will never recommend EE services to anyone in the future due to EE’s completely inadequate customer services!

  • AndyHails Andy Hails 👨‍💻 (@AndyHails) reported

@bt_uk Actually, this is still a problem. Joining a VPN doesn't provide me with internal DNS -> still can't connect to sites I could before.

  • BodyTaskforce TurtleHead (@BodyTaskforce) reported

@bt_uk Useless organisation. Shameful support and uncaring. I have now contacted the communications ombudsman as it’s 8 weeks.

  • Suenameis Susan Elizabeth (@Suenameis) reported

@MarcAllera @btsport It took me REPEATED phone calls and half an hour of my life (which I’ll never get back) in order to wangle a way around your pathetic automated systems to speak to  someone to pay the small amount of money which you were threatening to refer to a credit collection agency.

@bt_uk is broadband down in Putney?

  • DonnaTi38231030 Donna Tilley (@DonnaTi38231030) reported

@bt_uk 4 engineers in 2 weeks and not one of them have shown up. Appalling service

  • EdEddy477 eddy477 (@EdEddy477) reported

@bt_uk worth pointing they gained nothing by this 'upgrade'. Previous contract was 30mb, new contract states max speed 30mb. I also note new customer deals who are have passed there tie in period are paying 45 a month or there abouts after month 24. Not right to be fleecing pensioners.
