    @bt_uk we're in Somerset and are connected to the WiFi and it's saying "no Internet access" anyone else have this problem??

    @tweedledee23 @bt_uk Seems a bit hit and miss in their replies, some agents appear to be saying its relating to the Facebook outage but who knows! I've tweeted seperatly to ask for an eta of a fix 🙈

    @JessejamesBBQUK @bt_uk @craiglodge81 Same here, absolutely appalling answer, shocking customer service, and the EE service checker it directs you to does not work either.
