@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Is there a way to use a micro filter to create an Ethernet connection even though we’re on a fibre connection and the router is plugged into the open reach modem? My wife’s intermittent zoom calls is causing an issue.

@wired2thebrink @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yip all good and well if you have phone signal. Plus bt help desk is 8am -9 pm. And these faults keep happening after 9.

@bt_uk ok well i've done that but as i said already reported via phone which went off to do a line test and logged a fault against landline with problem of no send/receive calls BUT my landline is working just fine...anyway rolled the dice, see what it does this time

@bt_uk Closing in on 4 weeks after installation, and still no fibre. After 7 calls to BT and given multiple promises of completion, or at least “callback” updates - I’m still sat here with nothing. This is a joke. Im not calling anymore, so I’m hoping this will help

@bt_uk I was told this was a generic text message? I seem to be the one chasing this up all the time, hence why this issue has taken so long, PLUS 2 failed show ups for the booked appointments. Understandably I'm not happy!

@bt_uk 3rd visit by engineer - no contact or information - still getting outages, so are neighbours. Mini hub does not work. BT unreliable since October. Threatening my business. Please communicate with your customers. Please resolve the service we pay for.
