    @bt_uk Are you working incredibly hard to get people to leave BT Internet ... nothing but “Secured email address”, “Change Password” and “incorrect settings” ... what have you done to make you email service so poor all of a sudden?

    I have literally never had so much trouble setting things up than I have with @bt_uk, from getting our address wrong, to wrong orders and then the box turning up and not working! Honestly getting fed up!! Have rang like 10 times in 1 week 😡😭 #NotGoodEnough

    @bt_uk when I contact you a month in advance to cancel my TV add on that is coming to the end of its contract & I'm assured it's been cancelled & that I won't be charged the following month, I expect that to be the case!!! Good thing I checked the bill as soon as I got an email🤬

    @BTCare my father has been locked out of his BT email account. He can’t get access via security questions. He spent over 6 hours on calls and chats to your web team... still not further forward. Can someone help
