    @mrmikeMTL Yes. I worked for @bt_uk for almost 20 years. I left because they were destroying my life with how stupid they were.

    @bt_uk please, please when will Openreach fix the cable damage that has affected residents in Grange Estate, Church Crookham! We’ve had no landline or internet for a week now! Residents are phoning their suppliers, but are having no updates! This is getting beyond silly!!!!

    @bt_uk The person on 0330 1234 150 wouldn’t resolve the problem, cut me off while I was still speaking and rerouted me to a long queue for reporting issues.

    @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

    @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

    @ofcom you need a word with @BTCare … they mis-sold me a tariff on sep23 and have hung up, lied to me, misled me and just been outright wastes of ***** with me every time i try to fix it - literally impossible to fix their errors… BT = big tossers
