@stdatlb @bt_uk Your increases are an absolute disgrace. My bill has increased from £32.77 to £39.30. That is nearly a 20% increase. It’s totally unwarranted. There is no additional cost to provide the BB service. I will definitely move when my contract is up. #Ripoff

@bt_uk I didn't speak to an agent but I saw online that you have to pay £2 per day in order to use your calls&data in the EU. O2 offers this service for free.

@adamsummerton @TheVanaramaNL @btsport I'm a Notts fan so loyalties fixed, but talking to my workmates today down in Leicester and in light of the over the top coverage, it would seem Boreham Wood will be the most supported team in the UK tomorrow.

@bt_uk Having with BT one of the worst experiences I ever had. Ordered two separate business internet connections for two new stores in London on the 15th of March and still nothing is working. Stay away from this company at all costs. Horrible service.

@btbusinesscare you never fail to disappoint, after a great switch over yesterday- yup, you’ve messed with our 4G temporary internet last night and we have none🤬 to say I hate BT is an understatement a full lost day for six staff members- would u like to pay their wages?
