    @bt_uk 10am this morning Internet down apparently a fault on my line earliest engineer appt Monday? 4pm this afternoon the Internet is still down, according to your line checks.....No Fault on my line. Internet however still not working. Make up your mind... Fault/No Fault?

    @btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.

    Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

    @bt_uk Nothing was sorted only just got off from speaking to your advisor. Sort that app of yours out it's broken more than It works

    @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.
