    @bt_uk Losing a loyal customer BT. Absolutely shocked and disgusted with the customer service. I understand your colleagues are working from home, however this gives no right to treat customers this way.

    31 continuous years as a @bt_uk customer but at the time you really need them just silence. Not good for a Comms company

    @bt_uk We were told that an engineer was coming to fix our broadband between 08:00 and 13:00. It is now 14:00 and no one has come or even contacted us to say they will be late. Is there a number we can call to see if anyone is coming?

    @BTCare hi. I am trying to find out if I owe BT an outstanding bill of £21 relating to a property in Bangor, N Ireland in 2016. It has shown up on my credit record and I’d like to get that removed. Can you help?

    @bt_uk Tens of thousands of pictures organised into folders. Works ok via website and windows 10 app (though slow); get this error on iPhone. Sometimes I get to see a small number of my files (but never them all), but always comes back to this.

    @bt_uk I regret moving over to BT!! It’s been nothing but poor customer service, unreliability and false promises from the start!! Account keeps getting shut without any notification or authentication and now the WiFi is so poor oh and customer care lie about reimbursement too!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
