  @bt_uk Hi, had a very challenging week with BT turning off my broadband on 3rd March. I am moving to Virgin but that's not being installed until 17th March. Luckily Andreas in customer service was able to get me a hybrid router delivered yesterday so my wife and I can still work

  Wtf @bt_uk have been charging me £20 a month for over a year for BT sports when I have never asked or have anyway to watch it. WTAF. The broadband has been pants also. Deffo leaving them for good. Better give me a PS5 for the blunder.

  Normally watch the UFC on me BT app the morning after because of the daft times. I rang to get it cheaper few weeks back and said I’d cancel it. BT bloke called my bluff now I’m BTless. Sick. @btsport hook a brother up

  @Coconnectltd My cloud phone incoming calls go straight to answer machine. And bt offer no cloud support at weekends.. this is going to be fun. @bt_uk

  @bt_uk new customer fibre to house, cannot do a speedtest. the 1gb plan but my connection has dropped to less than 10mb. what's going on? also my voice service is not active yet either.

  @bt_uk What's the point! If you and OR were as keen to fix the issues as you are to reply on SM and send out ridiculous surveys asking 'how did we perform? Would you recommend us?' you might not be so poor at providing a modern service to a modern busines.

  .@bt_uk I have not been able to watch any subscription channels since January 1st. I have raised a complaint with you and yet I still have no service. No suprise that I am still being charged the full monthly fee.
