    @bt_uk Exactly what I said. Upgraded our package. Router sent out to us. Next day you lock out BT Sports. Text saying engineer was coming today to fix our aerial, etc. So thought we see how it went. Didn't bother to turn up. No point DM'ing. Just cancelling tomorrow.

    @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Day 57 of having no broadband service thanks to OpenReach. You only have to run a 12m fibre and install the ONT. A work experience kid could do this quicker. I will keep tweeting until you resolve this. #OpenReachnotfitforpurpose

    @virginmedia watching BTSport 1HD live on the TVGo app is hopeless. Lag in the video stream is horrendous, ruining the viewing experience. The App is the worst.

    @bt_uk Now in our 3rd week without any broadband or any progress in resolving it - Shame on you, BT , we have no landline and limited mobile signal. That includes elderly, illneighbour!

    @bt_uk I keep getting an alert to say my 'my sim has been turned off by your provider'. I can't call because I have no phone network for some reason & the live chat bot said I couldn't use live chat for tech help! Please can you look into this ASAP!!!
