@bt_uk Would not recommend @bt_uk to anyone. Despite wasting multiple hours been fed lies whilst trying to cancel. I have now been hit with a fraudulent bill for service I have not had or wanted. @BBCWatchdog these fraudsters should be in your scope

@bt_uk Rita, my broadband is non existent 99% of the time, enh bookings don't arrive and are then booked in without my consent when I need to be at work, so yes!!!!!! I need help, totally fed up with the lack of EVERYTHING from BT
