    @virginmedia thanks for the significant price increase - didn’t realise increased price meant you’d pull the plug on service. No doubt you will be giving all your affected customers appropriate rebates!!! 2nd time in a week had no service. Anyone got number for @bt_uk broadband?

    @BTSopenreach @bt_uk Understand telegraph poles need replacing but a bit of notice or even better a polite knock on the door to say line is going down. Not just cut the line. Lost an important work call, are you going to compensate me

    @bt_uk When there is a fault in your phone system (acknowledged by BT as being in their system) why does it take 3 weeks to fix? - the message from BT states that they expect to have the fault rectified by 25th April! UNBELIEVABLE!

    @bt_uk It’s my sister-in-law’s account in Mobberley, Cheshire. The fault has been raised and the 3 week notice was a response from BT so yes, there must be a known issue. BT have confirmed that it isn’t in her house but is in their system. That’s why a repair time of 3 weeks is so poor.

    Hey @bt_uk , when will you offer anything more than 26 MB Internet in my area (Stevenage)? Because after today's @virginmedia outage I really need a new fast and reliable internet line.

    No internet on #virginmedia? Go to @Plusnet instead! I've never been let down by their @BT_uk-backed broadband.
