@bt_uk Back on hold with BT as they hung up on me the first time. It is clear to see that they don’t like to hear customers enquiries. Let’s hope that they don’t hang up on me for the se one time. So annoying!!!

@ThreeUK great news that you have the best 5G network in the UK pity you can't get decent 3 or 4G coverage in my area - I struggle to make calls or downloads - I have to rely on an equally inefficient wifi signal from @bt_uk and that's on superfast broadband

@bt_uk I had an old account ages ago. I rang CS the other day and they took my old one off & put my new one on. But it’s still not on there, tired to do it myself but it’s not working.

I’ve been on hold to @bt_uk for well over 90 minutes now & no one has picked up the call as my grandparents internet has gone down since this morning. Absolutely crap service from BT & clearly they don’t care about their customers one bit. The line has now gone dead!!

I don't want to harm anyone unless they are a threat- those different races will have their own homelands too.
