@bt_uk No Internet or landline telephone in the Chislehurst area. What is happening? Cannot rely on a mobile signal here to work as it is too weak, an internal connection is essential. The router is flashing magenta and there is no dial tone.

@bt_uk EE signal is crap here and the speeds are shocking on 4G however glad to say and for a while now I have stable broadband although still only 53mbps

@bt_uk The customer phoned you and instead of a person answering she got the auto service saying she shd text and ended the call. No option to speak with a person. If she can't text how do can she arrange a test? Did U not understand the previous tweet?

@bt_uk so my mother has a BT phone line and we are looking at getting BT internet to replace @virginmedia (stupid expensive) as existing BT phone line customers are they classes as new customers for the internet package deals?

@bt_uk I haven’t had any service for the past 2 weeks raised the issue on Sunday, engineer suppose to be coming yesterday. Had to get back in touch today and engineer won’t be coming out till Tuesday now. It’s not the first time this has happened, had issues since day one
