Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.

It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet

Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk I've spoken to them and like I said they ended the call because I can't see txt message or read bank card due to being partially sighted-please get a manager to call me or I'm happy to cancel my contract I was told by would be simple so far its been very stressful

alex (@Alex_CK2) reported@BT_UK My parents been without WiFi for 3 days. They were told it was billing issue despite paying and having proof. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

Titch (@XxTitch92xX) reported@BasilTheGreat Well then it will be no more internet for me. Im not going to back down to their demands, plus ill save money for having to pay for the internet. So i guess @bt_uk and others will be pissed at the loss of money. I wont be the only one it will be millions if not billions.
