    @HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed,after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.

    @bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !

    @bt_uk 030726 Hello Peter, Since we haven't heard from you in 7 days, we've closed your complaint", BT are outrageous I've asked you twice in the last 2 days. I get no response. I want my phone number back, and min 700mbs as, promised.
