    @bt_uk Nope. That webpage hasn’t been looked at in years and there’s no way to report an issue. The chat facility is completely broken and get stuck in loops that just send you back to the start of the bot! Can a human on your side escalate this please?

    @bt_uk So I tweeted you yesterday about an ongoing fibre issue I have as I was getting no joy from your call handlers to be told by your Twitter staff that I’d get a call from someone yesterday, even that didn’t happen !! I am properly amazed at your customer service !!

    When you cancel BT Broadband and go to EE, and stating you want to keep your land-line and number etc ... Just to find out they've got the ******* line off. Now, it's trying to actually speak to human being to shout at them. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk WiFi down this morning. There’s an outage in my area and have checked on the app and it states that it’ll not be fixed for 27 days!! Is this some sort of joke? Unacceptable

    @btsport why are u showing West Ham all day from 12pm until 7pm then at 7 you have the final on the road to the final was rangers it makes no sense showing all West Ham games until the semi to them show rangers in the final pretty poor tbh Id understand if West Ham were finalists

    @bt_uk why are you removing my plug in landline? I have next to no phone signal where I live and by moving over to “Digital Voice” I will be left with no phone in the event of a power cut

    @BTBusiness your sales team have sold me a digital line and cut off my land line. Now my business line has been dead for 2 weeks. MY ORDERS RELY ON MY PHONE LINE! I have logged a complaint, no one is helping! Your service is appalling. My order ref BT226257PR. @btbusinesscare

    So glad that I’m cancelling all my package with @bt_uk as had nothing but issues with their services for months on end. Also a coincidence that ever since @Pam_Brown1940 switched to fibre optic, she’s had nothing but problems with her phone and services as well. A waste of money.
