    @bt_uk what is going on with my complaint,no one seems to want to take ownership and resolve. Have been trying to get broadband installed since mid May, missed appointments, no updates and still numerous phone calls to you and still no connection. Shocking service 😡

    @rioferdy5 @btsport @bt_uk There’s a lot of fanfare and things that look good, but no real resolution and insight to the mechanics of what is actually going on in this crazy world, people like to “appear” good in a lot of cases

    @bt_uk He's paid his bill over the phone (about an hour ago) but he still can't log into email. When trying via Webmail it just loops back to log in again with no error message. The password is fine as I can log into MyBT using the same credentials without issue. Any ideas?

    @bt_uk you are breathtakingly awful. You are very efficient at taking money, but not at actually delivering a service. I'm seeking legal advice. You can't stop blaming other suppliers for you inability to activate people's internet in a time like this.

    @bt_uk when calling 0800800150 to report fault your default is to send a text that has to be responded to by text. You use a premium rate number that is blocked on my service. What number can I use to speak to someone to get round this. Why does it cost customers to fix a fault?
