So I’ve been waiting on the line for two hours to try and report my parents fault with @bt_uk. First phone call, the individuals signal was dropping out. Second one (after another 45 minutes, can’t see on his systems if priority been activated.

@bt_uk Have I reported it? Yes more than once over the past year.. not only that try get through to anyone on the phone is like trying to get blood of stone. Go for a *** in my porch next to the WiFi box and don’t get signal... go for a **** in bathroom don’t get signal. Poor poor.

@bt_uk This is not true as the customer service representative told me they are only attending to people without a connection so again this is lies! My complaint has gone past this due to the rudeness and unprofessional manner of the BT staff!!!

@bt_uk My BT broadband speed is reliable, always has been, so I am a loyal BT customer. But the connection from the village to my house is still in copper wire, so it is reliable at 9-13 mbps. Not really good enough for today’s daily home and work needs.
