    @btsport @btsportfootball what's going on with your sound on the Lecce - Inter commentary I can't hear anything my TV is on 80 Volume! Switch to BT Sport 2 and the sound is perfect? I pay for this and your service is not fit for purpose?

    @bt_uk Are we able to cancel a super fast Fibre 100 installation contract and stick with our std service? We took out a new contract on the 2nd July but no news on installation. BT are now charging us a penalty (over £10 per month extra)for staying with an expired contract?

    like, 2 years of hard work making that account be what it was down the drain and even worse to see accounts like BTSport and USA Network do so much better.

    @bt_uk Heya, my internet has been garbage, well under the minimum rate for my contract but your online service wont help me. I had to hotspot my PC just to load twitter and send this message. It's been weeks of waiting for online help to actually help. Help or I'm out.

    @bt_uk really confused how I'm getting bad picture/sound quality on @ComedyCentralUK but watching it through the @NOW app (on the BT box), it's perfect!
