    @bt_uk Really had enough. Please send me a link to make a formal complaint about lack of service and lip service engineer. This is yet another night, one of dozens wifi and Internet failed

    @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki
