    @bt_uk When I’ve gone to check out there hasn’t been a place to check my national insurance number. Do I have to make a BT account to access this page? Also I am trying to sign up on behalf of my disabled dad. He is on ESA, support group enhanced and PIP standard but looking to upgrade

    @btsport I actually can’t believe i paid a whole month for “sports” yet never watched more then two games of footy….. Whats the point i will be cancelling this asap @SkySportsPL you need more streaming services separate to sky #RakutenTv

    @bt_uk I called to cancel my account with you in the 7th April. Your agent told me it was all done and from May I could be with my new provider. What is my surprise when I get now an email from you saying you will charge me May and saying the date for the bill in June! 1/n
