    @bt_uk Looks like an all day outage. Given I rely on this for work, will you be compensating for having to use data on my mobile network for the entire day?

    @bt_uk Hi. Broadband was finally restored on Aug 4 but BT refusing to pay any compensation as I wasn't the one out of 300 households affected who reported the issue!

    Shocking service by @bt_uk - they have disconnected my parents phoneline and broadband (their error) and are refusing to reinstate. They never requested termination and are up-to-date with payments. Nobody taking responsibility, nor displaying any degree of empathy. Disgraceful.

    @bt_uk I reported an fault on my line via your text service on Saturday. The reply said you'd give me a fix date in 48hrs but I haven't had that. When I go into my account, there is no fault showing. My landline is still down.

    @bt_uk when will the problem be fixed WS9 8NU we still have jo internet? I have checked the site and it says you can’t give us a date. You have had since Sunday to resolve. I would like a refund for the days we have lost

    @bt_uk took out new sim only contract on 3rd September. Nothing has arrived to date. Called customer support yesterday who said they would try get it moving, it had been held for no observable reason. Get an email today stating my service has been cancelled!? Please advise

    @bt_uk Hey, I was wondering how long the wait is if I register my interest for a PS5? I am a BT Broadband customer and I can’t see the activation code in MyBT homepage. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place
