    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted by the person on the "help line". If that's what you can call it. I have never experienced someone so rude and patronising and not interested in helping. This person did not care at all. They wanted an argument.

    @bt_uk My husband contacted u, u rang him whilst he was at work so he couldn't answer. U then closed the case. We have been reporting issues for a long time now.

    @bt_uk trying to buy the ufc for tonight but Sky q box keeps saying it cannot be recorded? Been online but thats no help, waited 30 mins on live chat and it cut me off when number 1 in the queue, do you want my money?
