    @leoie @bt_uk @VirginMediaIE I spent two hours talking to someone today. Got mad at three and finally got through to a manager who quickly solved the issue. I don’t understand why they let the issue escalate so much before just backing down. Infuriating

    @bt_uk This just isn’t true - my mum was with you and it was awful. Thankfully she’s with Virgin now and everything works. I would never use BT
