    @BTGroup @bt_uk @BTCare Good morning, I have been trying to login to my account the last few days with the correct login information and 2FA but stuck in a continuous loop of entering the info and then telling my my session has timed out pls help! I have tried pw reset too

    @bt_uk I suggest you call me because your customer service is vile, you all nice on the internet and disrespectful on the phone. Just had an outburst with one of your customers service Lavanya on business department. Train your staff

    @bt_uk Taken out new broadband with you last Friday and I’ve had nothing but trouble since connecting some of my devices & wifi frequently dropping out, previous Sky broadband handled it fine. Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?

    @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

    @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
