Adam Darke (@adarkelimited) reported@bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.

I don’t care about your rigid systems - I’m the customer. I care even less that ‘AI did it’ - you trained it.

When people lose someone they love, they need support not to be told their next of kin need to sign up to a 2yr contract to reduce the monthly bills. Utterly disgraceful.
