    @duncsand @bt_uk Being able to find a contact number for a business is more than you get from most companies. Goes to show though, very few understand or care about customer service these days

    @bt_uk absolutely disappointing service from you! 4 missed installation appointments, 4 days of annual leave WASTED!!!! Please tell me how much annual has to be used before you will actually connect the service so I can have WiFi to work from home and watch tv? Exhausting!

    @bt_uk I cannot find the option for online chat, I am disabled and need a reliable land land service, I use Starlink as my Internet provider.

    @bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.

    @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk @virginmedia @CityFibre I need to report massive internet outage in the following postcodes NE1 TO NE38 DH9 DH1, DH6, DH7 TS26, TS27, TS28 11564 - Riyadh Saudi Arabia 21442 - Jeddah Saudi Arabia Internet must be down as "Visitors" are awfully quiet

    @btbusinesscare Thanks Engineer due tomorrow.. it’s been a problem on/off for 2-3 weeks but being a dental surgery my BT line is my important one.. I have a separate line though
