@bt_uk having tried all your “helpful tips” to improve our connection and being told there isn’t a problem in our area despite numerous Openreach visits & engineers reporting rusty wiring I would be grateful if you could help! WFH with poor internet isn’t much fun!

  • GalanthusA Angel (@GalanthusA) reported

@art_in_textiles @bt_uk I am with BT., I find best service is by phone. Have to queue for a while but its free! Always had really pleasant and helpful employees when I have contacted them including over changing my package end of last year

Having promised (and failed) to come & connect us last week, & allowed our broadband & phone line to be switched off as a result @bt_uk have failed to honour today's new app't time. TBH I was expecting poor service cos that's the industry standard, tho didn't think I'd be cut off

  • LizArkwright Liz Arkwright (@LizArkwright) reported

@btbusinesscare how many times do we have to report a problem with our broadband? We were promised this additional dongle would mean you would know about a problem but it still isn’t fixed wish we had never swapped

  • karendeans1 Karen ❤️ (@karendeans1) reported

@bt_uk can you explain this why this fault in the G31 area is gonna take a week to fix ? No Internet, no telephone and yet i still have to pay a bill ?

  • Charlot11800311 Charlotte (@Charlot11800311) reported

@bt_uk not good customer service when your reporting a death and they asked to speak to the deceased. So many problems closing my grandads account. Not happy. Especially when we are trying to grieve.

  • marcusblackcat Marcus Black (@marcusblackcat) reported

@bt_uk They offer you this as long as you pay an extra £10 a month, and, looking at the replies, it doesn’t work either! Why should you have to pay to get a signal in every room??? No thanks
