    @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

    @bt_uk I can't create a bt account to tell you how utterly gutted I am with your service. I've not been able yo watch TV as a brand new customer for several days and I only started last Friday. Consumer act 2018

    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

    @bt_uk now got rid of the voicemail but the line crackle is bad. Cables look sound. It’s been like this four days she says.
