    @bt_uk Our broadband speeds are very, very low today. Is there an issue? We have tried resetting the hub, still really slow. We are on the Fibre 100 plan but only getting about 6-10meg download speed.

    @FREEZE64UK @AndrewW52085286 @bt_uk Hi Vinny, I was told our Hybrid Connect needed a software update that could only be received via the broadband connection. Our broadband was not yet connected. So our issue sounds like it's probably different to yours. Hope you get it sorted quickly.

    We switched to @bt_uk because we thought we'd get a better product and service!!! AND THE HELPLINE IS CLOSED FOR BANK HOLIDAY. We're supposed to be working tomorrow. DON'T BELIEVE THE BT ADVERTS FOLKS!!!

    The @ECB_cricket @englandcricket cricket test have been an absolute shambles and very worrying that only Root did anything and I don’t blame him for stepping down after that **** show, only saving grace was it was on BTsport which is shite so I didn’t watch it.
