@Luke_FFF @bt_uk I've got news for you. They are all a complete waste of space. I recently left @VodafoneUK due to their ineptness. 2 mobile phones and broadband at a cost of £200 per month and a customer lost forever. Customer service shockingly poor.

@bt_uk why are you connecting my NOW tv account to my BT TV when I never asked you to do it and now it’s going to be £33.99 a month when I currently pay £20. I just wanted to update my BT TV so I wouldn’t lose channels!!

@Luke_FFF @bt_uk I lost contact with a friend 9 days ago. CH45 area. We talk online every day… but he was having some issues last saturday (internet dropping for an hour or so thru the day) then went offline at 5pm and haven’t seen him online since. Hopefully this **** gets fixed soon.

@bt_uk @7dl___ My account was locked as a result of this, Support wasnt doing anything over 30+ days since first reported. All access denied , I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_Support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help.

@Glasgow_LS How has this poor workmanship been allowed? I understood that the footpath should be restored to how it was before. This is how we end up with patchy, trip-hazard surfaces. If you can pay for the (useless) hub you can pay to fix the footpath. @MyGlasgowCC @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hi, my broadband recontract "offers" are higher than what I'm currently paying, and what I'm currently paying is far higher than offers from Sky and PlusNet. Can I cancel online without having to phone BT, as I'm always left waiting in a long queue?

@UrbanistTOC @bt_uk Some of them are fairly heavily used by homeless people and rough sleepers to charge phones and make calls, plus they have WiFi. They're not all bad.
