    @bt_uk Your guides basically said I’ll have to dispute it with Vodafone. You’re expecting me to pay for a service that was cancelled when I switched to Vodafone. I even had an email stating my final bill would be £15. Loyal BT customer for over ten years

    FFS 😡😡😡😡 I’m 6 foot 6 FOOT away from my disc thing and sitting in my garden and my #btwifi is dropping out on my phone!!!! @virginmedia PLEASE put your internet down my road. @bt_uk you suck

    @bt_uk wifi is dropping to ridiculously slow levels ( 2.4mbps). Contract has just run out....coincidence? Tried to do an online check and your online service is down. Shocking

    @EDiamond136 @bt_uk Just cancel your DD for the shop they can't do anything about it they try and bully you to pay it but don't give in also youfiber is cheap and you get 1 gig speed

    @bt_uk Your service is so trash that I'm gong to pay off my subscription and find another provider. Twice in the past three months you have messed with my account, first time took six weeks to resolve and today yet again its gone down. Utter trash.

    What has happened to BT? Changed broadband and calls from Sky to BT for my 91 year old father. It has been one problem after another. Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help
