@bt_uk It is frustrating yes. Because nobody is actually doing anything about it, other than telling me it’s frustrating. Not only is it frustrating, it is detrimental to my business. I pay for a service in the trust that it will be provided, or at least swiftly sorted out.

  • DanManley2501 Dan Manley (@DanManley2501) reported

@bt_uk I've got a mini-hub coming to tide us over which seemed to be the only solution to get me some sort of connectivity. Pretty disappointing to lose my broadband and TV services for at least a week for absolutely no reason.

  • cowleym5 Michael Cowley (@cowleym5) reported

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness Absolutely disgraced with BT Business! We’ve recently moved house and they couldn’t provide the same gFast service in my new address, however they want £800+ to cancel. Now I’ve had new orders on my account with my authorisation. Nightmare to deal with

@bt_uk You mean like the *spam* that claimed i had two phone lines with BT simultaneously, despite never having been sent a bill for it in the two years i was with you? Wait, no, that was actually something BT did and then defended for nearly three years...
