  @bt_uk Issues with “customer service” You sent a renewal, the price is too high I want to cancel (give notice) 2 HOURS on a chat only to be told I’m too early for notice?? Why isn’t this being brought to my attention when I stated the cancellation date? Very frustrated 😤

  @bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.

  @bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!

  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

  @bt_uk Behind Brilliant things? How? When they upgrade system which results in vulnerable, elderly left at risk with a worse service than they had before! Seems #BT is profiting- w no free customer help number- hours spent trying to get someone to sort a problem that they caused.

  @KookyKym @bt_uk I’m on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.

  @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.
