    So a very rude, arrogant man from @bt_uk just called regarding my decision to switch my internet provider. If he was supposed to convince me to stay then he made a piss-poor job of it!

    @bt_uk Thanks for making contact Dee. Bizarre that you are more communicative than your customer support team. I will be cancelling both of my subscriptions and complaining to your leadership and Ofcom. Awful service.

    @bt_uk Having with BT one of the worst experiences I ever had. Ordered two separate business internet connections for two new stores in London on the 15th of March and still nothing is working. Stay away from this company at all costs. Horrible service.

    Disappointed with @bt_uk and their lack of “loyalty” as an existing customer wishing to upgrade my package. Advertised package is £29.99, as an existing customer willing to pay to terminate existing deal the “best they can do” is £43pm.

    Please avoid #vodafone & #btopenreach they are bollocks. They offer cheaper prices to entice new customers, but treat you like **** after you’ve signed up. Waited in all day to be connected, engineer was a no show, customer service is **** & isn’t understandable. @bt_uk @vodafone
