    Hey @btsport and @btsportmotogp please fix your app so it doesn’t instantly reveal the results of the #MotoGP when you go to watch it on catchup. So frustrating!!! A simple ‘no spoilers’ tab would do it! 🤬😡🤬😡

    @markbob917 @bt_uk @wrexham The fact it's centralised. One exchange box has a problem, the entire area loses service? I'm wondering if they know the meaning of the word 'network'. Might be an idea for them to rethink their infrastructure and install backups.

    @bt_uk 😡 bad customer service I call and cancel after 1 week use the advisor did no cancel got given a bill the next advisor told me they never cancelled it my account is closed I won’t get charged to now look and see I’ve been charged!

    @triadne @bt_uk Still down for me in LL11. I checked BTs service checker this morning and it said no issues.

    Come on @bt_uk when are you going to offer an internet only TV service including Freeview. It was there for a bit then taken away citing “software problems”. When is the release date? Then I can sign up.
