Not impressed at all with @bt_uk this weekend, new installation at my in-laws on Friday with supposedly unbreakable hybrid broadband, worked for about 3 hours then failed and has been down since, hybrid system also failed today. No broadband + no phone = pathetic

@bt_uk If @bt_uk had not told EE to stop our broadband way before BT could start our service, we might be able to use our computers and watch Netflix.

@bt_uk Yes, was reported yesterday after broadband went down, hybrid system was working but that failed this afternoon. They are left relying on mobiles which, for a couple in their 70s is ridiculous. My father in law is on oxygen 24/7 so they need a reliable phone line 24/7 as well

@btsport making it very difficult to contact anyone and the options given on site don’t solve the problem: the website told me you couldn’t process a payment three times so bit surprised to see you’ve taken that same payment three times. Would like to speak to someone please.

@bt_uk Hi, when I go on this link, the chat button does not appear for the online service? I will call today but I can see lots of tweets from other customers with the same issue - is there a problem with the 4g hub at the moment? It connects for 3 minutes then stops working

@btsport Huge cricket fan and im pissed its on bt. the worst channel for sport. Sky is by far the best for sport. And i have to miss all 5 tests now. This is not acceptable.
