    @WhoStu @BTCare Just ran a speedtest, worse than I though 0.8 download and 0.6 upload. This is ridiculous! Poor kids cant do homeschooling, its an absolute nonsense

    @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness @bt_uk 1 hour 30 mins and counting (that’s over 2 hours on hold in total). Seriously, what sort of service provision is this? I’ve done Live Chat and been told I have to ring the number or make a complaint and then you will help cancel it. So complaint formally made! FFS.

    @bt_uk Husband recieved e mail saying the service should now be working. But had two dropouts in the last ten mins.

    .@bt_uk make it so difficult to raise a complaint - my elderly mother-in-law has been hung up on 3 times so far with no attempt to call her back. The only way to escalate it now (before we can contact the ombudsman) is to write directly to @ThomasDuecke and Simon Jonathan Lowth.

    @btbusinesscare The link in your fault confirmation email for amending a fault doesn't work, suggest you get someone to look at it. On top of this, the address of the fault isn't right but number is!

    @bt_uk help!!! A mobile phone and an android powered tablet that have been connecting for weeks to my home WiFi, have now stopped connecting and it comes up with authentication error....
