    Bad start to Tuesday as our @bt_uk fibre is dead as a duck and they can't get an engineer out to us until tomorrow... so that's going to be a bit of a challenge given I have three (shaky...) bars of EE from which to tether.

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare I can’t get through on the phone I need my duplicate account closed ASAP before I get charged. I also need a Static IP but always get cut off on the phone. Help please😢

    @bt_uk @EE @bt_uk It’s impossible to get through to you by phone, live chat or email!!! You’ve been overcharging us for months and now there’s no way to contact you about it. Shocking Custer support

    Has anyone else’s ping been so bad lately? In creative my ping goes from 20 then randomly goes to 70/120. In game I’m playing stable 60 ping. Is this happening to everyone? Or is @bt_uk the worst provider in the UK scene?

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach We have been waiting 7 weeks to get any kind of internet service. My wife and I work from home and have 3 primary aged children who cannot home school. Always told “tomorrow” (as was last night), now again it’s “give it a few days”. Please resolve this, now

    @bt_uk We left after years of substandard service. All our calls regarding poor quality internet were met with more waiting for ANOTHER microconverter. You NEVER attempted to resolve the issue, just fobbed off. Left for Virgin. Dont feel great about that but much better service

    Oh @bt_uk you have surpassed yourselves , not only did you cancel the BT engineer yesterday without telling me after I booked it on 10th Dec, you’ve ordered the emergency mini hub to go to our OLD address?! Now in another another queue to talk to someone , the wait is 30 mins min

    @1661peter @bt_uk Totally agree. &don’t try ringing BT either. they don’t want to know. Spent hours on phone trying to sort out all the issues of supposed upgraded broadband ... leads everywhere(health hazard)/ tv apps wouldn’t work (needed 2 sets of special adapters). It’s a mess. Don’t do it!

    @bt_uk experiencing downtime in TN5 - can you please help? Zero download speed available. Have restarted router. No fix.
