    @lollujo @bt_uk You can't make this up! In all seriousness have you tried asking for a refund for the lack of fibre service? I know you've had b'band, but not the service you've been paying for... Or the very least sending them a bill for the waste of your time.

    @bt_uk Phoned up you guys and said it was just maintenance apparently. It would be nice to have a heads up about this happening as I require the internet to help me sleep.

    @BTCare wondering if you can help, should have had phone line installed on 13/04/21 but there was a fault with a box on a telegraph pole that the guy couldnt climb due to a red sticker on it, so said hed arrange cherry picker to fix it. Guy turns up yesterday but again without it

    Absolutely disgusted at the customer service from @bt_uk towards my 102 yr old deaf/blind confused Nan!!!! Inflexible, bullying and superior attitude-leaving my nan in tears. Tried to speak to a manager which is impossible! C’mon BT managers contact me.......

    @Terrymc1939 @f1broadcasting @btsport Yes I'd imagine so. Im in a rural area, I dont even get the bt tv as broadband isn't fast enough. Id be much better off with a sky package and a dish. But I now have 16 months left of my 18 month contract. Sucks!

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp moved address, internet supposed to start on 15/04 but till now they saying engineers are working on it. They send us mini hub but it’s keeps on disconnecting. Working from home, it’s very frustrating. Can anyone help pls?

    @bt_uk Booked in advance so they should be kept. We will now be without internet for a month due to your incompetence and cowboy @WeAreOpenreach engineers how do I file a complaint as you clearly think this is acceptable, which is isn’t.
