@connjam @EE @btsport There has been a recent change in BT Sport plans through EE and the £5 large screen option has been discontinued. It is now £15. Think this is due to the way smart benefits have been restructured. There has been an issue when the £5 option still shows but cannot be chosen.

@bt_uk He wasn’t telling me to factory reset. He says after every 7 days I need to shut the hub down for 5 minutes, which I find absurd (along with the analogy he gave). I’ve only been with BT about a month, it can’t be that the hub is overworked already!

  • JeniWren Jeni Harney (@JeniWren) reported

@bt_uk Yes. It is working now. I had a phone call asking about my now tv email address, and less than 45 minutes later I had a phone call to say it was fixed. Now I’m left wondering why it took over 2 weeks to fix when the guy I spoke to yesterday managed to sort it so quickly?

  • RTPeat Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@bt_uk I don’t want the equipment removed, I want your customers service removed from it so I can have my service installed rather than having to have hardware pointlessly replaced. Your customer has emigrated, the service is no longer used.

Told by my service provider @bt_uk to contact @OpenreachHelp via phone ...where you are directed to umpteen websites .. 🙄

  • LisaFarrell3 Lisa Farrell (@LisaFarrell3) reported

TV broadband saga continues. STILL nowhere near getting them & now seems the problem is not @bt_uk but @OpenreachHelp! Due to ‘problems with engineers’ they can’t close my line till 1/9!! That’s the earliest I can place a new order 😩 I moved on 29th July!!

  • PAKendrick Paul Kendrick (@PAKendrick) reported

@bt_uk Never ever trust BT. Despite proving on numerous occasions that their system is in error they filed a default against me. This default has cost me c.£4000 pounds due to damaged credit rating. Whats more they no longer have record or me owing them anything anyway. Cheats.

@bt_uk I've spoken with support, the engineer is expected to be out by Thurs. 6 days after fault was reported. I was surprised to be told that there's no way of expediting repairs for vulnerable customers who don't have mobile access. Fingers xed they don't have an emergency before then

@bt_uk Hi - it says no known issues, but there obviously is.
