    @bt_uk 6 months of no internet so owed approx £500 in automatic compensation. The customer resolutions team seems unable to respond to any queries- please advise where I go from here. I’ve been waiting to hear for over a month now.

    Starting to regret going with @bt_uk not a problem with their service but their accounting issues are horrendous. And the call waiting times. On hold for literally an hour

    @bt_uk following a problem with my WiFi an engineer called today and left telling me all was OK. Currently running at 5mb. No answer on phone or live chat. Help.
