    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

    @btbusinesscare waiting for 6months for a broadband connection utter disgrace. Saying we can’t cancel and just left in limbo while our business struggles. Worst company we’ve ever dealt with.

    @bt_uk Around 9am this morning my fttp connection went down (amber light on the hub) and has not yet come back up. I'm based in Aberdeen. Is this a known issue and do you have an ETA for restoration of service?

    @FlynnRyanUK @bt_uk @skytv Awful decision, sky are shockingly bad to which I can finally leave now mid contract due to their incompetence. Sky will end up shafting you in no time

    If @bt_uk tries to insist your router is broken (when actually the network is down) DO NOT accept their new router unless you enjoy your tv stream constantly buffering….
