Yet another day with frustratingly slow, intermittent internet. I'm told there are no faults with our line but there is as we have a fault reference.@bt_uk this is unacceptable especially in the current situation where we rely on it for home home schooling & WFH. So frustrating.

Not an usual occurrence with @btsport but I have to say, today's commentating of #AtleticoMadrid X #Chelsea was embarrassingly biased and even back at the studio, the digs and unfortunate comments on players like Suarez, Llorente, Felix and Lemar, very poor TV tonight.

@bt_uk Hi, We had now Tv which we paid directly to them but we recently upgraded the BT TV package which included Now TV and you took over the Now TV account but we are still paying directly to now tv and bt? How do I cancel the original now tv pass ?

@bt_uk after being repeatedly told that we would be compensated for 18 days no land line or broadband my bill arrives today with the full amount no refunds I’m not paying a full months price when only had 12 days of usage. Once again poor customer service by @bt_uk
