    @bt_uk Actually … no! 41 days without email and still counting and this is causing huge amounts of street and inconvenience. DMs very slow to respond. Same questions asked etc etc so no. Not a relaxing weekend at all thanks.

    @bt_uk noone answering any calls to BT today, no matter what options I choose. trying to cancel a free trial for Britbox, but online account only allows me to sign up for longer.

    So both @bt_uk and @EE are unable to speak to let them know I need to change my payment information because the systems are down!! Welcome to modern Britain and the business world #shambles

    @bt_uk I am 2 days overdue a phone call about a complaint and can't get through to anyone. Not been provided with managers contact details and left high and dry

    @bt_uk Opted for your entertainment package etc etc etc on the 8/10/21. Received email that you had turned on my service on 22/10/21. Equipment etc received but your installation contractor TSG is refusing to come to instal it as he now says they doesn’t operate in our postcode area.

    1/2 I cease to be astonished with @bt_uk for their gross ineptitude, rank discourtesy and poor communication towards a prospective customer. Moved into new home in mid-August and still have no Internet. When lodging a complaint it gets closed by them before even speaking to me…

    @bt_uk an engineer is supposed to come today 8am-1pm to setup my broadband but none has showed up and the customer service line seem to be down. Who can I contact?
