  @bt_uk It’s 10pm. No one from BT has called me and the open order has not been closed so I expect Monday’s 4th attempt will be a failure too. Worst customer service.

  @bt_uk 1) sends bill demand near midnight. 2) need to activate account 3) Email link requested...waits 10mins as prompted...doesn't work... 5) tries to complain...doesn't work - a bit like my Internet for nearly 2 weeks bc of your engineers & now you want to charge nearly triple?

  @bt_uk This is an ongoing issue for a long time. I'm not going to waste any more time trying to provide information. I've shared and complained several times over the last few years. And whilst occasionally there's a improve't there's almost immediately after an immediate perform crash

  @bt_uk going in circles with a line fault that cannot be fixed at my house - it's an exchange problem where the exchange does not send enough voltage to make phone ring. Fault shown as fixed and you send engineer to my house which is pointless. Any idea what to do next?
