    @bt_uk hi my btinternet address has stopped working. I can’t get into it. It told me to call 0800800150 but I don’t have a BT number so I can’t get through the menus. How can I fix this?

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

    How does anyone manage without a mobile phone? Our @bt_uk internet & phone are down so only way of contacting is by mobile 🙄

    @bt_uk my business Wi-Fi is down and the only person who is authorised to talk to you (my manager) is away indefinitely. We need Wi-Fi to function please help.

    @BT @BTcare I have been 9 days without broadband. 90 minute waits every day to speak to guides. 1 openreach appointment. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.

    @bt_uk I can't because the My BT app and online is broken. Just keep ending up on a page that says that you cant access my account and you're working on a fix. It's been like that since around April!
