    @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk after having an engineer booked in & then speaking to your colleague on the phone they then pushed my appointment back to later date!!! Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.

    @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.

    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

    @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
