BT customer service is awful. I’ve been forced to move out of my house and back home because of my health and wanted to cancel my broadband. I was told to ‘get another house’ to put it in LMAO WHAT @BTGroup @bt_uk

  • daveleslue David Martin (@daveleslue) reported

Seriously regretting choosing @bt_uk for broadband 🤬. Service starts tomorrow, hub meant to arrive today but only just dispatched, to ge with me in 3 working days! Awful!

  • alliejc Allie Chesters (@alliejc) reported

@bt_uk Thank you have done that. I want to either stay on current package or drop down but I cant access any of the information. I can see offers for new customers but the moment I log in it tells me no personalised deals are available so I can't see what I might like to switch to.

  • bombski1000 Mada (@bombski1000) reported

Hi @bt_uk moved house on Fri and engineer was here to do simple activation of fibre broadband. He left saying there was an issue and have heard nothing since. Been on hold for 35 mins now. Tried online chat help but no one available. Customer experience is terrible

  • Kimbles_23 Kimberley Anne (@Kimbles_23) reported

@bt_uk Hi guys, we seem to have a problem in Gainsborough with internet - are you working on the exchange?

  • Stuart_H21 Stuart Millard (@Stuart_H21) reported from West Bromwich, England

@bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

  • RickyMaloney1 Ricky Maloney (@RickyMaloney1) reported

@bt_uk I need two more discs is the truth of it Gareth. The WiFi in this house is very poor considering we have Halo and a Smarthub 2.

  • dansuth Dan Sutherland (@dansuth) reported

@bt_uk No Aaron. It shows it’s connected to WiFi which is connected to a broken BT fibre.

  • ICN_UK ICN (@ICN_UK) reported

@NorthviewN7 @bt_uk I’ve been with #BT for 32 years and they are quite pricey. I don’t mind paying more if the service is good - but to cut off a church news service at Christmas is really not on.

  • ComXcomics Eddie Krueger (@ComXcomics) reported

@bt_uk You carry on with the back-slapping. I'll just sit here for another six weeks waiting for someone from some team somewhere in the UK who can actually resolve my problem, or maybe customer complaints might even call me back one day...?
