    @bt_uk Hello, a car crashed into a post on boxing day leaving our whole neighbourhood without Fibre broadband. CW12 area. So many people have complained and been fobbed off and still no one has come out to fix it. It has been 3 days now without any internet! Please help!

    Find it ridiculous that I can’t cancel my @bt_uk order today (because I’ve changed my mind about BT) but I can cancel it tomorrow if I refuse the engineer today?! I appreciate its last minute but surely better to not have an engineer come here in the first place?

    @BBCWatchdog thousands of @skytv customers are unable to download TV programmes to their Sky boxes for over a month. Sky blamed @bt_uk for this and have not officially admitted there is an issue despite the Sky help forums being full of threads reporting an issue and

    @bt_uk It sounds complicated but really isn't (just a long workaround because of the hub being so restricted) I know I am working with stuff beyond anything the "average" customer would use & the solution is a simple one but complicated by the hub not wanting to play well with others

    @bt_uk the MY BT APP won't let me rename devices connected to the BT HUB. Each time I try to change a device name and save the changes it reverts back to the original device name. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still not working. Help please

    @bt_uk Hi, Thanks for the reply. I had already did that and the names are all changed on the browser but when I go to the app on my phone it still shows each devices original names. Any further help would be appreciated
