  @bt_uk any way to cancel bt sports online? Signed up for broadband with you and someone on online chat said my bt sport price would come down... it hasn't.

  @bt_uk we reopened a complaint last week and I have still not had any contact. This is the fifth time I am contacting you about the same issue. Is there any chance of a phone call soon as we are paying for a service we aren't happy with and this has gone on far too long as it is!

  @bt_uk so internet has gone down, not the end of the world, I'll fire up the 4g mini hub that "guarantees" me internet, that also doesnt want to work and your offices closed at 9pm so cant even speak to someone to fix it. Why am I paying extra for this exactly?!

  @bt_uk So I have to buy new handsets. And then transfer the phone book. Not great on both counts. Monopoly supplier treating customers like garbage.

  @bt_uk Could try updating me on my order, have 2 sets of equipment that you have managed to cancel the orders for twice when trying to get an engineer out and still charging the higher old rate!!! Thought you are a communication company

  Awful service from @bt_uk basically being told we must now wait over a month to have WiFi connected to out flat. Given an activation date to then be told on the day no engenieer was booked! No clear explanation or any help to get service quicker and more efficiently.
