@bt_uk extremely frustrated to be advised that although you can add additional cameras to baby monitor 6000 - you can actually purchase a stand alone camera to add? What is that all about? Would never have bought originally if this was known!!! Very sneaky/underhand marketing!

@bt_uk I have received loads of boxes of broadband kit at my address but the person it's addressed to does not live here . Tried calling but was put through to the fraud team and that number rings & rings ..can you help ?

DO NOT contact @virginmedia for a new #Broadband #installation. We were promised 5th Aug, then 6wk delay to 15th Sept, now it’s ‘sometime in November’ due to contractor issues. #VirginOnTheRidiculous Time to call @bt_uk

@BTCare thank you BT for the engineer that was booked to fix our Broadband fault but you failed to turn up because BT Open Reach is not fit for purpose and your lines are old and need replacing but won’t do it because that will cost you money. You are just a shambles

@mikeseat @bt_uk Mine's crept up to just less than £8 pcm, but I only get 1gb of data - never a problem - put Wendy on the same and about twice a year she runs out. She uses Identimoff, and identiweed out in the wilds, and can't resist opening Wot Zap cack.....

@bt_uk morning, I work for a local council dealing with addresses, is there someone I can contact about about a company who want a connection to have cctv monitor their truck park? BT says it needs to have an address but it doesn't meet the criteria and its causing issues thanks
