    @bt_uk I’m restarting the box but the guide isn’t the problem. The guide says MotoGP, the bar at the bottom of the screen does not

    @bt_uk who do i speak to to cancel my contract, have had no tv since wednesday, engineer came late friday afternoon said he had no idea how to fix it didn’t attempt to change box or speak to anybody messed about with my internet instead & have had bad speeds since not happy

    @bt_uk day 6 of no internet. 😭 Please pass on to your @OpenreachHelp engineer's that updating account notes 10 mins after their shift ends several times so noone has a clue when they are going to fix it, is not only unhelpful but SO frustrating.

    @bt_uk The speed to the hub is slow, surely that is beyond just switching off and on? I had an engineer out on Friday.
