    @bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.

    @bt_uk After spending 5 minutes on your automated system I’ve given up, let’s hope someone sues you and may be your service will improve.

    @bt_uk Yes. I’ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

    @bt_uk Terrible service from BT. - No broadband service for 4 days - Broadband speed was less than 10Mbps since I moved in - Not been able to get compensation for either issue

    @bt_uk Loyal customer of many years here! Please can you tell me how to get technical email support?! Chatbot offering unhelpful advice and signposting to manuals and no reply on the telephone numbers provided. Ty

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    Three days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.
