    @bt_uk when are you going to fix the BT app? For over a month now we have been unable to log on and access our account. Neither can we do it online. It's beyond a disgrace

    @bt_uk When I click the Scan for Broadband Problems the purple circle still goes on forever, so I canโ€™t get past that screen. Everything still down.

    @martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? Iโ€™m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BTโ€™s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

    @bt_uk Yet still the internet is so slow and has been for weeks Ive done all the checks and found several people in my area experiencing the same problem. It's not good enough

    @bt_uk can't wait. One month and I can after 20 years cancel my contract to finally enjoy a decent network speed for less money. Yeehaa @Starlink good riddance @bt. Your customer service stinks
