    @scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.

    @bt_uk I've called that number over 20 times, no chance I'm going to be put on hold listening to mindless muzak again. I need my service fixed so as I can move to another ISP. If it is not resolved within another 4 days, I will be going to a solicitor. I've had enough of your lies.

    Stunningly inept service @bt_uk. 3 wks 2 install full fibre culminating in them saying my router’s incompatible & they’ll send a new1 promising arrival Mon. Mail just recd; it’ll arrive Weds & seems 2b the same as I have! Meanwhile I’m w/out internet & paying 4 the privilege.

    @MeinirT @bt_uk BT are a disgrace recently. They should issue refunds to customers for the time spent without email service.

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @GrahamH36921247 @bt_uk We’re the same here, we don’t have the full fibre broadband though. Our landline is out again, it has the old copper wiring. A technician is scheduled to fix it today. Out for 3 weeks.

    @bt_uk I have spent days trying to get email to work, My BT is not working, now I am told they have major ongoing problems! What have they done to tell their customers what is happening, nothing, yet they can still text to say the bill has been raised
