    @bt_uk I have spent days trying to get email to work, My BT is not working, now I am told they have major ongoing problems! What have they done to tell their customers what is happening, nothing, yet they can still text to say the bill has been raised

    @bt_uk what makes it worse is when my husband came down, he was polite as anything to him Yes BT, ladies do run businesses these days We deserve, and demand, respect

    @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

    @bt_uk now got rid of the voicemail but the line crackle is bad. Cables look sound. It’s been like this four days she says.

    @bt_uk Fibre down again in G13, getting sick of this. Ever since you jumped in with EE the service has been garbage. Sick of paying you people good money for crap internet.
