    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @GrahamH36921247 @bt_uk We’re the same here, we don’t have the full fibre broadband though. Our landline is out again, it has the old copper wiring. A technician is scheduled to fix it today. Out for 3 weeks.

    @bt_uk After some investigation I posit this as a reason for constant delays in my broadband applications. 'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine. I provided my real, verifiable details. Ask me—don't secretly track me'

    @bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.

    @bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to seven different people, another one isn’t going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.
