    @bt_uk Heya! We were expecting a delivery of our Smart Hub on Wednesday. Never arrived. Engineer arrived Friday and gave us one on install. However, got a text that my hub was delivered by Royal Mail today but its not actually here. How worried should I be about this?

    @bt_uk hello! I moved my TV, phone and broadband to BT last month. I should have got a £120 reward voucher but I’ve not heard anything, and it’s not showing on my account either 😞 (Also I was meant to get a phone but that never arrived.. shows how little I use the landline!)
