    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    Why do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.

    @ofcom you need a word with @BTCare … they mis-sold me a tariff on sep23 and have hung up, lied to me, misled me and just been outright wastes of ***** with me every time i try to fix it - literally impossible to fix their errors… BT = big tossers

    @bt_uk Really had enough. Please send me a link to make a formal complaint about lack of service and lip service engineer. This is yet another night, one of dozens wifi and Internet failed

    @bt_uk no internet AGAIN what is going on. Its nearly every day now, what are we paying for. Costing me to use my mobile data (Tesco) at least I can rely on that. How do I claim for the data I’m using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service I’m paying for?

    @bt_uk how long do I muck around with the chat bot, refresh everything etc before I give up and go to bed early. Again. Tell me if I need a booster or ket me out of this horrible 4 week nightmare
