    Well the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)

    @bt_uk I am at my wits end with your stupid service. I’ve been without email for 48 hours and you’re just sending me in circles, even when I speak to your people. Do you have a human being that actually knows how your business works?

    @bt_uk can you fix your website so people can actually log in! Put details in, get texted a code, put code in, go to look at acc & get taken back to password page… round & round 🔁 🙄 If you want people to pay their bills it’s quite useful to let them see their acc 🤨

    @HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed,after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.

    If you want shocking customer service contact @bt_uk they brag how good their service is. I found it shocking book appointment wait for them then they cancel by text don’t even have the manners to call you.

    @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.
