    @bt_uk I can’t seem to get help online. Why have you charged a late payment fee when you have an open complaint from me on the charge with no resolution 🙄

    @bt_uk There is an issue in the area. My broadband went down on Friday, came back on on Saturday, and has gone down again today. It appears to be the same fault.
