  i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company

  @bt_uk your customer service is terrible! This issue still hasn’t been resolved! Told this morning that your executive customer care team would contact my mum to discuss the issue as a priority and she still hasn’t had a call! Paying customers are clearly not a priority to you

  @bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

  @bt_uk you are not listening...we have done that at least 4 times now...hours on the phone every time...a complaint was made in JUNE...nothing is ever done. Everyone just blames someone else. For a "communications" company you are an utter joke.

  Had a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.

  @KookyKym @bt_uk I’m on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.

  @bt_uk After yesterday’s direct messages with one of your employees I thought this problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, that is already been dashed by your total ignorance not to help after you promised me you would help. It would be elevated to a higher level . Nothing.

  @bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??

  @bt_uk I’ve recently bought a business in Brentwood. And I have to be honest your service your communications has my other half in tears at the moment. Disgraceful doesn’t even come close to the way you’ve handled things. Please DM me for information ASAP.
