  changed to @bt_uk yesterday for broadband phone and tv, might just be looking on Monday to move to someone else if they don't sort the mistakes they made, mistakes that should never have happened

  I spoke to an engineer in my street who said it is easy to connect - sending barcode and linking to a number. 30 second job. He couldn’t help without the number @BTGroup @bt_uk

  @btsport have to say your national league highlights package is treated awfully advertised tonight for 9.45 and it’s ufc this is almost every time you advertise national league it’s never aired at right time or of at all very poor showing from yourselves.
