    @bt_uk Also I didn’t ask for it. It was sent as part of the automatically process when submitting a complaint. I did explain to the agent that it probably wouldn’t work very well. I was able to do email for a short time, however 4g is very poor where we live.

    @bt_uk Day 12 and my BT mail is not working. Told Tuesday it will be fixed. I have heard this before, last time it took over 20 days.
