@guygozem @bt_uk The timeline for the reactivation of a phone line and broadband service is not up to bt determine. That is openreach which is why it is the same for every provider. No improvement can be offered when the resolution is not within their hands.

Once again I’ve been ‘Paula’d’ on a @MicrosoftTeams meeting @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk please may we have a decent, reliable broadband service to ALL parts of NE67 5? Our Parish Council would often get on better with tin cans on strings or just shouting out of our windows.

@btbusinesscare BT One Phone support staff are repeatedly closing unresolved tickets without even providing a comment. How do I raise a complaint when the people I'm contacting aren't even replying?

@bt_uk I have been trying to get support for a True Key issue, but told by help line that support poor "as no-one uses it" and cut off after 40 minutes. Please can you tell me where to contact to get proper support?

@bt_uk beyond disgusted with this company and the service provided. 12 hours of phone calls, 5 orders later, I still haven't got a phone line set up for my vulnerable, elderly grandmother who needs a fall monitor and panic button. I have no words. #btarebs

@bt_uk I have checked Dom. Plus we had 3 visits from different Open Reach engineers during March to fix various faulty wires. Speeds are fine sometimes but service throughout village is so variable due to old wiring etc. 3/5 of us had problems today. We can never rely on it being ok.

@bt_uk No other issues and on the console when I do the test I hit about 118mbs and around the same on xbox but xbox shows I lose about 1/2% packet loss
