    @bt_uk As well as the complaint, I've phoned twice this morning and got told the queue is over 15 minutes. Useless.

    @MeinirT @bt_uk BT are a disgrace recently. They should issue refunds to customers for the time spent without email service.

    @bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.

    @martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

    .@bt_uk thanks for the great service. Almost two months on, still no fibre connection and now you have cancelled my contract right in the middle of our daughter's GCSE exams revision. Well done everybody.

    @bt_uk Hi, our internet keeps dropping out with message saying connected without internet. Usually only lasts a minute or two. Being happening fairly regularly last few days. Any help pls.
