@bt_uk But when I hard wire my Xbox it keeps connecting disconnecting connecting disconnecting connecting disconnecting so like the engineer said he thinks it's the router but your help desk lady obviously knows more then my self and a bt engineer 🤔

@bt_uk hi, my internet keeps dropping off again and again over the past two days and texting 61998 isn’t working either. Why is your service seemingly completely down? Sigh, can you offer any help? I’m in N8.

@bt_uk I have been speaking to someone Nicola and had an engineer out but because I have more than the bt recommend 10 devices connected that's why it's slow a lot of the time now but a month ago and year before was fine

So @bt_uk are increasing the cost of my broadband service by 14.4%, which is comprised of the 10.5% CPI rate of inflation published in January, plus 3.9%. I'm pretty sure their costs haven't gone up that much.

Day 59 without internet @bt_uk. My internet bill has just been taken, and I've received no service at all for the billed period. You aren't upholding your contract that I pay for. I'm not allowed to speak to @WeAreOpenreach to get this fixed, that's your job. Do it. #stilloffline
