    It's nice to know @bt_uk close complaints without even talking to the customer. Calling me twice without warning and leaving voicemails to a call centre number does not count as communication. Especially when 2 of those calls are to the WRONG person in the household.

    @bt_uk Hi. Still having issues. I got a FB Messenger call while my husband was on a Teams call and it kicked him off his call and crashed.

    @bt_uk Where do I report damage to one of the covers on a highway? It’s open and allowing rainwater in & could possibly injure someone if they don’t notice it

    @bt_uk where do I start. Left BT some 8 years ago due to poor line fault resolution & service. What a change it's undergone. Now offering FTTP speeds at 900mbps to our property (only ISP doing so) & the customer service is super on point. Spoke to Mike on the live chat side & 1/2

    @bt_uk The issues resolved itself for now. I had connectivity issues even with fibre.

    @bt_uk Not ideal like I said I have anxiety and going on the phones triggers it — I’m just gonna order and if it’s slow cancel within 14 days

    @bt_uk having terrible issues with my (new) ‘my bt’ account. Been through support teams multiple times, each time told to set up a new account because the old one is broken. Each time something different has gone wrong. Coming to the conclusion your systems just don’t work. 1/2
