@bt_uk How do I go about activating my minihub? I've had a fault opened now for several days and I keep being told they will activate my minihub but it never happens. Can I do it from my end?

So @bt_uk ... is it really acceptable to penalise a customer who has been with BT TV and Fibre Broadband for 7 years, by asking for a £440 cancellation fee when moving house with a temp accommodation gap in between?!? Had no intention of leaving BT, but you’ve forced us out!!!

It will come as no surprise to anyone who has had to communicate with @bt_uk that our broadband line was indeed cut on the 10th December and re-assigned to another customer. We had no outstanding debt to BT and pay our bills by Direct Debit. 5/

@btsport Can you please sort out the sound on BT Sport 2 please? The sound is about 2 seconds behind the pictures in the cricket. Continually losing the coverage is bad enough but this is something the early days of Channel 5 would be able to sort out. Amateurs

@bt_uk BT approach to customer services seems to be : 1 Only respond to complaint when customer raises issue on social media 2 After several placatory calls ignore completely 3 Never actually bother solving the issue which was the cause of the original complaint
