    @btbusinesscare I can’t get through to you on any numbers to cancel. If I try contact to buy something I get through easily but then NO help when I want to cancel

    @bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.

    @btbusinesscare 4G box hasn’t worked. What do you suggest we do now ? We are going into another week with no internet. Appalling customer service.

    @BTCare @bt_uk #openreach What ever you are doing in Guildford GU4 areas, stop ******* around or fix it! Full fibre HBB has been **** all day! Constant disconnects and reconnects! It's simply not good enough!

    @bt_uk is officially the worst internet in the UK We’re paying £80 per month for a laggy internet connection where you can’t even watch a simple stream. I will be calling up to cancel tomorrow morning It’s ridiculous!

    @bt_uk my phone line to my house from the telegraph pole has been damaged and is hanging down really low to the ground can you send an engineer to reattach it asap

    @bt_uk no broadband. Phone just direct to visual service which doesn’t work. Broadband test fails. NEED TO WORK
