    @bt_uk broadband completely down since 12.20am. LIS red light on Openreach box. Disconnection of the box and hub doesn't solve problem.

    @bt_uk Part 2 There has already been a complaint that was opened since the 8th September on this that the Broadband contract has been cancelled so it should no longer so up on my billing. You are the most incompetent service provider. Your customer team are a joke. Sort it out!!

    @bt_uk no broadband ne24 area? Just a flashing purple light.... any idea how long to fix as I see I'm not the only one

    @bt_uk is there an issue in CW1 3HN. Have reset my router and got purple led. Can't use the 61998 number, it keeps saying 7nable to send. Other numbers are ok

    @bt_uk Part 1 why am I being charged for broadband and 2 landlines taking my bill to nearly £60 a month. I recently switched from a broadband contract to phone line rental contract. This was because your service was so appalling. The broadband hasn’t removed.

    @bt_uk thank for providing no support. Your colleague Matt has just told me that my complaint is being dealt with even thought it has been over 2 weeks and I’m still being charged for a service was cancelled. You do release that this is illegal?
