@bt_uk This is a joke we have WiFi problems in every room my wife has to use her 4g most of time, we’ve been trying to cancel for weeks now but you won’t honour it and keep saying our WiFi is fine.

@bt_uk Oh good grief. This is the trouble when you talk to multiple people. Yes. Tried everything. Everyone has their devices off and rebooting one by one. No difference. Trying to work from home and children trying to study. 4G isn’t enough.this has been since november.

No no no. After weeks of problems @bt_uk. I DONT need my conversation closing on DM by saying turn off your device and then on again. My case IS OPEN. Not fixed.

@bt_uk Not bloody likely they use COVID as an excuse to not fix there faults we’re paying loads of money for service that keeps breaking down and is not fit for purpose so take advice stay away from this inept crowd
