@bt_uk I’m sat in my car messaging you this 2 miles away from my home as I have no internet access or mobile signal. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I can’t spend another 1 hour of my life on hold waiting to speak to an operator. Horrendous customer service. Shocked as a loyal customer for years.

And so things continue to go from bad to worse with @bt_uk transferring me around and then cutting me off. Six months of garbage service and a flawed TV service. DD cancelled. Ombudsman contacted. @skytv is a thousand times the service BT are and I shall be coming back for good.

@bt_uk They are correct. It’s my fault I live in the wrong place. That is the attitude of BT and Openreach. However, nothing is done about improving my service, you just keep taking my money every month

@bt_uk I've been talking with openreach and they insist the network is in place and that the fault is with yourselves. I can't believe how unorganised this all is. Its as if the two companies have never done this before. Can you please get someone to contact openreach and look into it?

@bt_uk nope. tried retuning multiple times to no avail, and in the process has removed channels, and have checked the tv signal quality and it’s zero.

@bt_uk I am taping @NCISLA on skyone on Sunday straight after is Ricky Gervais which it is also taping BUT I never set up to tape it BUT if I delete Ricky Gervais it's automatically deleted taping #ncis this is NOT the first time my by box is taping programs I haven't set not happy

@bt_uk Yes Kevin we have a case manager called Richard as of two days ago who guaranteed our engineer would be with us tomorrow. We hadn’t received a confirmation email so I prompted my husband to call and check after an hour on hold he finds out it was never booked into the system!
