    @bt_uk you really need to teach Open Reach how to speak to females. Just had one in my business in Wokingham, turned up a day late, no call, stopped my business operating as he had to turn net off (after two attempts previously to be fixed) and was rude as hell to me

    Apparently @bt_uk according to your customer service rep I can’t log in because I have an outstanding bill. Yet your text messages tell me to log in? It’s complete bull. Your customer service haven’t a clue

    @BTGroup @bt_uk can anybody please tell me when the BT voice cloud app will be functioning again? Been down nearly 6 hours now and we cannot redirect any incoming calls. Need help regarding this ASAP please.

    @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

    @bt_uk I'm not phoning again. I've had two complaints open both closed with no contact. Genuinely what is the point of calling. You will log a complaint again and then ignore me again. Genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.
