@FlikPaintsStuff @bt_uk If BT have refused a refund/denied your complaint (or whatever the term is) might I suggest OFCOM as the next port of call?

@shutupmoveon @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk You clearly don’t live in the middle of no where in Lincolnshire… hardly get a mobile signal anywhere in the house and we dream of 3G!

You know, this time last year I had problems with my @bt_uk broadband for 6 months! In those months we had 6 engineers come out and one new router and another I bought myself. In the end it wasn't BT who fixed it, it was me. By looking for the fault instead of blaming my HDD.

@BTGroup @btbusinesscare why does your system say our Broadband issue was fixed at 10.57am on Wednesday when we STILL have NO SERVICE?

3 visits from BT engineers, & they still cannot provide the broadband service for which we pay a not insignificant sum. However, @BTGroup @bt_uk is very keen to offer me fibre optic. “We cannot get your Corsa to work. Please buy a Porsche 911 at huge cost due to our failure.” 🤦

@bt_uk I've now been added as a contact for the account. Your colleagues have told me that it would be enabled on Xmas eve, the 4th Jan, the 7th Jan and now the 11th Jan. What an absolute joke of a service...

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach the same engineers that came this morning supposedly to change my modem, and did not have a modem with them, came back now to check which cable needs fixing. Never mind that more than 10 engineers already assessed which cable needs fixing. Comedy award.

First time needing @bt_uk technical support this morning. Don't believe the bulletproof connection ads. They assume that anyone will believe you when you try to tell them that there is a problem.

@bt_uk Granted it was still something I ran but their engineers never thought of it or checked the logs to see. It was a cheap IP camera I bought to keep an eye out. Mental eh. But all it took in the end was some good old investigation work.
