    @bt_uk I’ve done it, it says a fault has been found. I’m not doing this merry go round again. EVERY time the open reach engineers come they plug their device in and say “we see there’s been a problem but there’s no problem at the moment…”

    @bt_uk Every time I do this, it says you’ve found a fault. Then I have to take a day off work for you to organise an open reach engineer. He then turns up and says he can’t see a problem via his tests and leaves. It’s a vicious cycle.

    @bt_uk @IndependentAge Pity you were not as focused on getting your own product up to standard. My internet speed 0.46 mpbs on a promised 25. Time problem has existed: 3 weeks. Engineers worked on it: 9. Appointments missed with no explanation: 2. Status: not resolved. Client: at wits end.

    @bt_uk Hi. We moved house yesterday and booked an paid for an engineer to help with internet setup. The BT engineer did not show up, you’ve told us the internet is working but our hub is flashing purple and we have no internet. Please can you advise further. Thankyou.

    @Eurosport_UK @EurosportCare The commentary situation is an utter mess. Eurosport 5 via @bt_uk has poor quality cycling and now snooker audio/trailers. Natural sound on the app. Why not just use the OBS comms.

    @bt_uk No point, just spent 40 mins on phone already to be told “it’s in terms and conditions”. So angry, what sort of company disconnects service for a payment not even 2 weeks late without telling its customer they are going to do it. Pathetic
