    @bt_uk called to have WiFi set up at new address in January - order wasn’t put through properly so was told it would be working yesterday. Still no connection and now been on hold for 45 minutes. Please can you help

    @bt_uk Service meant to be live on the 17th Feb. Still not live today. 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service, the first guy locked me out of my account. The second guy did not give me a call to follow up. Logged a complaint, no response for 2 days now. PLEASE FIX THIS.

    @bt_uk wondering if you can help. I have an IPC6023 fault code when trying to watch BT sport. I have reset the router and box but no change. The box says it is connected to the internet and apps such as iPlayer work with no problem. Cheers.

    My internet has become so impossibly **** over the last few days -impossible to contact humans at @bt_uk -so hard with 2 people trying to work from home.

    @bt_uk This is such a joke I've got BT and my upload is 9mb and upload is like 10 with constant dropouts. I have friends on virgin 200mb and stable. I pay twice as much for BT My family have complained so many times before and every time we receive a new router that is still just as bad

    @bt_uk reported ridiculously slow speeds 19/2, message said you would turn our mini hub back on until problem solved. Problem still not solved and mini hub says it’s reached monthly limit! Can barely use internet, takes sooooooooo long to load, please sort it out!

    @bt_uk I am very unhappy with the customer service since changing over to you in October last year. I am not receiving the package I wanted and have tried to speak to you numerous times over the phone to no avail. I now have a debt collection letter sent through

    @bt_uk my gosh! Our broadband has been terrible for the last 2 weeks! My daughter hasn't been able to do her school work in time as a result! #disappointed I thought you guys were better ☹
