    Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to seven different people, another one isn’t going to do much good. Your customer service is awful.

    @bt_uk my broadband is down AND your website is down so I can’t report an outage. Such poor service no wonder everyone is moving to alt nets

    @bt_uk want to make a complaint about EE. I am 72 technology I can’t handle. All I wanted to do was speak to a customer service they didn’t want to know. Sky at least treated me as a human, I was so upset, gave bad feedback they didn’t care

    @bt_uk Still can't get this problem fixed. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday, was promised a call back today at 3pm. No-one rang. Back on hold again. What do I do?

    @bt_uk cannot login to bt ‘unable to validate the info provided’ Same on mobile.

    @bt_uk I've tried calling and it doesn't connected and hangs up after a second. I am using a USA e SIM right now, could that be the price problem?

    @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

    @HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed,after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.
