    @bt_uk Decide to keep this public, and yes we've decided to record all help line phone calls for legal reasons and later publication. So now we have been told that we need to provide a LL no. We don't have one, the old sky is not recognised by you. Random excuses.

    @virginmedia @btsport @btsportmotogp any idea Virgin when your issues are going to be fixed so we can watch Moto GP? Working all fine yesterday and today can’t watch a single BT Sport channel!

    @bt_uk Thanks. I got on the phone and a solution is being sorted. The hub is one side of the room and the tv another and no one mentioned it was a wired system! Getting some plug in boosters or something sent out.

    @bt_uk I'll add, that it all started with pixelating picture, TV working ok. when the box is off and we use the TV we didn't have a problem, now the loop through doesn't work either. Also, how do we recover recordings??
