Anyone else having issues with the @btsport app on #ps4? #BTSportsApp #BTsportPS4 Crashing all the time 😩 Never had problems before. Thankfully I could switch to Chromecast to see Woodley tapping out as I switched.

  • O_DAWG_UK Leigh Odell (@O_DAWG_UK) reported

@bt_uk my parents want to upgrade their broadband because it is so weak. But I see they are getting a 4mbps download on a contract that guarantees a minimum of 17. Guys, it’s not 2005. You’re having a laugh here. What can you do to help please ?

  • K4thy72 K4thy72 (@K4thy72) reported

@bt_uk Thank Goodness for Tim in Connections at Accrington for hopefully finally sorting our issue. The only BT person out of 5 spoken with this week who has been helpful and stayed with us on the phone to sort it. The rest need retraining in Customer Service.

  • johnd_uk John Drennan🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@johnd_uk) reported

@bt_uk I've just had 'Fibre to the Premises' fitted by BT. It's yet to hit minimum guaranteed speed never mind the actual speed purchased.

  • lorrieb683 lorraine lunn (@lorrieb683) reported

@bt_uk reported a fault Friday had engineer out Saturday still have no internet or tv Sunday can’t contact them as no number displayed and no communication from @bt_uk really not impressed with this service

  • MyMindToMe Charlotte Anderson (@MyMindToMe) reported

@bt_uk Hi, my Mum was given an email address to contact a manager after frankly appalling service but it's bouncing back as if it doesn't exist - is that your tactic to avoid complaints? She's angry - and upset - can you help?

  • p1anetmatt Matt 🥩🍔🍰 (@p1anetmatt) reported

@GetGoodGuyYT @bt_uk What's the modem sync speed in the advanced settings in the homehub saying? Has that dropped? If that's normal, the issue is on your network, not BT.

  • trevhewsongy Trev Hewson ⚫️⚪️❤️⚪️⚫️🌶🐟🏴‍☠️ (@trevhewsongy) reported

@leeblease @virginmedia @bt_uk are as bad. Promise you call backs that never happen not arsed to deal with complaints. Just piss poor must be a broadband provider thing.

  • leeblease Lee Blease 🇬🇧⚓️ #UTM (@leeblease) reported

@trevhewsongy @virginmedia @bt_uk I’m just not paying £50 a month to virgin. They can drop it to the same price as a new customer or I’m jumping ship.

  • Joekerism Joe Kent (@Joekerism) reported

@CoachFykling @CraneLoL @bt_uk Having this exact issue atm. Just bought a 4G Gigacube from Vodafone for the changeover period. Depends on your area's 4G coverage though!
