    What has happened to BT? Changed broadband and calls from Sky to BT for my 91 year old father. It has been one problem after another. Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help

    @bt_uk BT Message Chat is less than useless. Just spent 30 Minutes trying to get the "Free Speed Upgrade" promised when I upgraded to Full Fibre but not received. But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.

    @WolfofX There is no back up in an emergency now. @bt_uk ripped out the copper wire so no one’s landlines work in a power cut now. Motivated by greed. Love this story.

    @bt_uk After yesterday’s direct messages with one of your employees I thought this problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, that is already been dashed by your total ignorance not to help after you promised me you would help. It would be elevated to a higher level . Nothing.

    @bt_uk WHY HAVEN’T YOU RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT FROM 13/8 AND NOW YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY TWO MONTHS FOR 10 DAYS SERVICE? TRULY APPALLING!!NO COMPENSATION OFFERED, A WHOLE MONTH WAITING FOR YOU TO SORT YOUR **** UPS OUT!! AND YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY!! TRULY APPALLING!! OMBUDSMAN NEXT.

    @bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!
