  @bt_uk Everything in the house nowadays relies on internet and mine has been down all week. Your technician ordered the router -mine died through no fault of my own, your product stopped working - and BT is taking its time delivering new one Terrible #customerservice.

  @bt_uk Into day 9 now of no internet and no news after damage to cables on site here in Church Crookham! Our service providers give us no updates! When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach don’t know how to fix it! 😑

  @CarersUK @bt_uk What I don't understand is now @bt_uk are moving people to VOIP (because that's what it is) they still have that idea that you can only have an hour free even though if you hang up at 59 minutes and call again it remains free. It feels like a trap.

  @bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.

  Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again

  @MadMonkeyGroup Crappy BT INTERNET!! @bt_uk full fibre is worse than the previous cheaper package we were on! £48.99 for nothing!! Called them, still bad... Probably best to look elsewhere where and cancel BT soon as possible!!

  @ladylittler @bt_uk We had a longish power cut and lost Internet and landlines (bring back pre digital voice). Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency

  @mrmikeMTL Yes. I worked for @bt_uk for almost 20 years. I left because they were destroying my life with how stupid they were.
