    @bt_uk 01252372893 just called me .. Said they are from BT technical.. His name was Alison apparently with a very strong Indian accent. I said sorry I think you're you're a scammer and he very rudely told me to F off. If you see this number, hang up as they are so not BT.

    @bt_uk your text service to report a landline fault is not working. There doesn't seem to be an alternative on your website so how does one report a fault on behalf of an elderly relative?

    Hey @bt_uk - as someone who only joined your company in mid March (and currently happy with the product), I was shocked to see you’ve increased my bill just two weeks after acquiring me as a customer. What’s worse, you didn’t even inform me!

    @bt_uk awful service again with no internet now so continual faults for 2 weeks now. Engineer visit number 4 scheduled now. Working from home without internet is fun. Thanks BT

    @KevOrf_5 @btsport Never said anything is easy. I can't afford either. However again I try to explain. Both sky and bt pay lots of money to the prem league to help bring the best players and managers to this country. This is a service people choose to pay for. Its been like this for 30 years.

    @notN1k84 @btsport Used to be a nightmare when I was living in London, 1948 being the latest train I could get back on. (Sky’s fault) they seriously have never given a **** about travelling fans.

    @bt_uk Already tried remote diagnostics. Nothing was found. I've rebooted my modem and will be checking my router shortly as it's still down this morning.

    @GnomdePlume @btsport It's terrible that tv companies are dictating fixtures and kick offs, no thoughts for fans especially ones that go to the games.
