@SuperGr99797063 @bt_uk I needed help immediately. It had allowed me to uninstall McAffee but not install Norton so my laptop was unprotected. I’m not impressed. It says they are available 24/7 but that doesn’t seem to include weekends…

Dearest @virginmedia @btsport why has my virgin box crashed BOTH @btsportmotogp weekends??? Is there an issue recording it? No problems any other time but two races this year and both times our box has crashed. We literally pay extra JUST for the GP!!!!
