    @bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.

    @bt_uk my phone line to my house from the telegraph pole has been damaged and is hanging down really low to the ground can you send an engineer to reattach it asap
