    @bt_uk I’ve been on hold for 30mins, including one person who took my details put me on hold and just transferred me to one of his colleagues… obviously heard the issue and decided to put it in the ‘too difficult’ category

    @bt_uk No fix yet. I’ve been on the phone to Chris in Dundee who is meant to be investigating and calling me back. The wider issue is that I need the internet for my job. The openreach engineer yesterday should not have removed the copper cable before checking the fibre would work.

    @bt_uk why does your website say that your phone line is open until 9pm, but when I try to call you hang up and say that advisors are only available until 8pm?

    @bt_uk Wasn’t happy Monday for me. Your engineer trampled all over my plants fitting a box on the outside of the house. Then because you never sent me the new router he couldn’t test anything, he could leave fast enough. So I had to call up to arrange for a router to be delivered. 1/2

    @bt_uk There no known issues. Any suggestions on why the connection drops out and then reconnects around 5 mins later?

    @bt_uk what is up with your Internet tonight in Lincolnshire. Its been down more than up tonight and committed a mortal sin of cutting out mid @BBCTheArchers tonight. Add to that a 14 year old who lives online. I'm seriously annoyed with you tonight

    @feddevrhee @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was active in my street. The openreach guy here today was here 3 weeks ago installing it. But since then it’s developed an issue at the exchange further along in my town.

    @bt_uk What has happened to your internet service? For the past three weeks, the connection seems sometimes non existent. Has there been an outage in SE5, Camberwell?

    @bt_uk I receive a text from BT telling me that as a Halo 3 customer, Full Fibre is now available at no extra cost! Log in to your website and am told it’s not available yet! Maybe you could clarify.
