noone@nowhere (@nooneatnowhere) reported@bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??

andy grey (@andy_gray) reported@bt_uk I canโt resolve โonlineโ a phone fault. Itโs for my blind 87 year old father who hasnโt got a mobile phone, internet or indeed at the moment a functioning land line. His phone is not the issue. How do I moved forward and actually speak to someone?

Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported@bt_uk The line itself is working-which those who I've spoken to can't understand-it's the phones ringtones, as a result of their line upgrades, which are now not working. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

Simboman ๐ฌ๐ง ๐บ๐ฆ (@simboman) reported@bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??
