    @bt_uk and @EE are two of the most dishonest companies I ever had to deal with. Agents mis-selling products, lying and then charging clients for services they never wanted. I have been in a mess with these two for two months now. Absolutely mind-blowing!

    @bt_uk So last night I report an issue with my broadband speed, today I lose all connectivity and tonight the fault update is the removal of my right to exit without penalty because you can’t monitor from me… do you see my issue? Unacceptably poor.

    @MattJacobs68 @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Yes support should of just said to plug current phone into back of the smart hub 2. Btw have your parents tried that? An openreach engineer isn't likely to be called out for this as they'd just unplug from wall to back of smart hub 2. This is now more IT support that is needed.

    @bt_uk One of your customer service team is now saying there's no issue with our broadband and this is resolved remotely. It isn't. This is the 2nd time someone has been told to stay home only for nobody to show and our internet is unusable. What are you going to do about it?

    @bt_uk I have an engineer appointment today for between 8am and 1pm. It’s 1:45pm and no one has appeared yet which is very frustrating, added to which it’s impossible for me to get through on the phone to check. Can you help?

    @bt_uk is there anyone from the resolution department that doesn't actually use the copy and paste generic email response? 4 emails in, no one has taken the time to read the email or helped resolve the issue
