Emma Holmes (@emmapenelope) reported@bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

Hugh Jones (@sansirio) reported@bt_uk I have order VOL013-1056903730240, kit has arrived & I've set it up. Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Help🙏?
