  @bt_uk extender. Received a WIRED network extender. It doesn't work for wireless networks. Chased it up again. 2 customer service agents adamantly claim it works for wireless network. When I read the product description to them, they say, sure, it only works for wired networks (2/4)

  Day 4 of the worst experience with @bt_uk No phone line or broadband and have spoken to numerous people who either transfer me to start all over again or promise all sorted when it isn’t.

  @bt_uk An order placed for full fibre broadband on 3rd Aug 21 yet to be delivered after four months; while it tested the unlomited height of me & my family’s patience; at the same time your customer service has almost touched the core of earth.
