@bt_uk My small business is dependant on the 4 phone lines we rent from BT. Following a repair visit from BT to fix one of our lines we now only have 2 working lines and received a call asking if BT could close the repair!! Please fix the lines we pay for! #customerexperience

@bt_uk Turned everything off and still not so good standing in same room. Tried changing channels to see if it is interference and resetting to factory settings, still same, very poor. Wonder if router has a problem tbh. Wouldn't even connect my WiFi printer on wps a metre away.

@bt_uk Just been told by one of your engineers that BT considers up to 5 failures of service per day to be acceptable. This is not the service that was sold to me. #btbroadband

@bt_uk Right now Sharon K my elderly parents would just like a phone line installed their broadband activated and at some point the TV service as well. You know, the things they're paying for that you promised to provide.

@bt_uk. I called to cancel my premium email account, none of the three people I spoke to knew how. One suggested I cancel my direct debit. I did this and all that happens now is pursuit for payment. Can someone please contact me with constructive advice on how to close my account

@bt_uk I’ve had problems and great disruption raised to the complaints/compensation team following two engineer appointments failing to diagnose. Online chat requested full transcript with no receipt as yet. Told 24/48 hours that was last Thursday 😤😤
