@bt_uk Currently BT owe my husband and I over £100 for service charges not received. 3 letters sent to customer service complaints department. Still not resolved! Trying this as a last resort.

@btsport how disappointed! I have sky and sky sports. I’ve just paid out to watch the Arsenal and spurs game on BT sport- £28 a month. The quality of the picture in HD is shocking! Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
