    ... because @bt_uk all I want is a working broadband service. So I repeat - yet again - that if you can't sort this - and you've had 21 days to get nowhere even remotely closer to doing so - send a mobile hub to get me connected.

    @bt_uk no broadband. Been on the phone twice today, get to booking an engineer, am told they will phone back they never do. Help please

    @bt_uk wifi just randomly disconnected from laptop and says there’s not internet yet the box says it’s working and other devices are connected fine? help quickly please as working from home!

    @bt_uk can you pls tell me an alternative way of raising a fault? I've had an engineer out already but just done a continues stability test. My upload and Download are never "good" at the same time with frequent upload jitter of 150ms+ and massive packetloss. Getting frustrating

    @bt_uk Hilarious! I have to chair our parish council meeting on my mobile phone (not BT as there is no signal) tonight as our broadband has gone wrong again and BT won’t switch on the mini hub as I have an open order for a new hub I have been forced to get to try to restore broadband

    I mean, @bt_uk - I'm not going in to @coopuk and finding that they're responding to a queue by opening a new checkout in 21 days. So what's the problem?
