    If you want shocking customer service contact @bt_uk they brag how good their service is. I found it shocking book appointment wait for them then they cancel by text don’t even have the manners to call you.

    @bt_uk Tremendous work @bt_uk not only have I contacted you on here (and you haven’t even replied or DM’d to my reply), but I also emailed you and got nothing back. So, phone call, twitter feed and email and no comeback from you guys other than to call again. Awful. Goodbye in Oct.

    @herbie963 @bt_uk They make it as awkward as possible to put a justified complaint in and then give you the runaround in the hope that you give up. Wrong on my count !!!
