    Does anyone know how to check the status of a @bt_uk fibre outage? Everyone in our area has had no supply since Friday, with no updates from BT and when I enter my phone number into their online service checker, I’m told everything’s fine. Infuriating !

    @bt_uk Thanks Laura I have sent you message. Regretfully we are at the end of the line apparently so until fibre is installed it won’t change, but it is salt in wound paying for a service that doesn’t work!

    @bt_uk @CK_Chainz Hi there. BT's broadband support is appalling. As per BT's HomeMove leaflet, on 24 May I called 0800 085 5264. A month later, after 14 telecalls with 7 BT people and 247 mins, still don't have confirmed contract. Lovely people. Rubbish systems. Check my tweets.

    @09Denno @bt_uk @skytv They’re absolutely awful mate. Just thankfully they cancelled with no charge. No admission of their fault or apology. I will never use them again, that’s for sure! Just going to get a good broadband deal I think for the amount we watch TV!
