    Ok, I've now attempted to fill in the form *manually* three separate times and all I get is " Please ensure all required information is complete." Looks like @bt_uk really doesn't want me as a customer.

    @BTCare hey BT, I know there may have been fuel issues but I took the day off to wait in between 1-6 for an engineer. Yoohoo where are you? Is there anyone out there….. 👋

    @bt_uk Eventually got through to cancel my broadband, but then was told that I need to take out a new 12 month contract for the landline. You know what? No. That's punishing me for your failings and isn't legal. I expected better from BT.

    Isn't it funny how you can call @BT_UK to request a new service and get answered in less than 1 ring, yet when I phone to cancel my RUBBISH broadband (<2Mbps) I have to hold for over an hour? Weird!
