@bt_uk 8 times in the last 40 minutes the internet has cut off for at least 5 minutes each time... line check... no reported issues....guaranteed speed... I think not...

@bt_uk And how do I cancel it? And why wasn't we told this on the phone when it was made PERFECTLY CLEAR that we can not lose our current phone number? I'm quite livid, having been on the phone for an hour sorting this all out because the last order was messed up!

@bt_uk As I said the landlord spoke to them and they said you wont come out until friday! Absolutely ridiculous that you're making people wait when you know half the country is working from home! Doesnt matter if its indirect if you ppl ****** up the internet, you should fix it ASAP!

@strutcakes @virginmedia The fix date here has been moved 3 times!!! If @bt_uk could provide fibre to the area I wouldn't be with Virgin that's for sure!!!
