I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

Andy250 (@Ministryofmess) reported@bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.

Mags (@mags_cav) reported@bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, I’ve been told keoghs are ‘not entertaining’ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but it’s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

Gary (@petrolheadtoo) reported@bt_uk My BT broadband was down from last Wednesday until about 4pm yesterday. Now that it is working again i looked about messaging them to complain and ask how they will compensate me. Has anyone had any success or a helpful answer from a stupid bot. Me thinks its switch time
