    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

    @bt_uk what a shame , 2 weekends, 10 days of using your "service" and I've got yo watch about 4 hours tv, in total. Tried calling your helpline but it was a 90-minute wait

    The @bt_uk app is a load of crap it updates you can’t use it even to turn my kids Wi-Fi back on

    Horrendous service from @bt_uk. Dealing with my Father in Laws account and getting threatening letters when we’d been reassured it was sorted. Disgusting. Stay well away.

    @ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?

    Well done @bt_uk came to replace our aging pole but forgot to reconnect the internet again. Booked engineer but he can only sort internal issue not pole. Now have to wait up to 3 days for fix. If I break something I would ensure it is a quick fix

    @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!
