@bt_uk Hey Laura, sadly that isn’t an option due to the hub having to be placed in the hallway. Hence why we received the booster to mitigate this problem.

@bt_uk This is beside the fact that it took me 5 phone calls to actually get my account cancelled, including 3 after I'd already left, and I was still being issued a bill as your system had never actually closed my account.

@courtz_arsenal @bt_uk i feel for you brother, i have around the same 5/6mb and it’s god awful especially when you’re trying to stream,game etc, my dad’s house never drops below 70mb and it’s so soul destroying leaving his house and coming back to stoneage wifi, it should be law that its 20mb minimum
