  @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

  @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

  Day 364 with no broadband , @bt_uk still can’t be arsed to provide any actual service, just what passes for customer service these days, a useless AI pathetic response.

  @bt_uk now got rid of the voicemail but the line crackle is bad. Cables look sound. It’s been like this four days she says.

  @jonboy_103 @bt_uk I can't log in either - The log in page says 'We've launched something new - made some changes etc' - Unwise to do during office hours on a weekday, so there must be a problem in which case @BT_UK should just be honest and post on their X feed with an eta for a fix - v.poor
