    Has @bt_uk's "customer" "helpline" been "very busy at the moment" at all times of day and night for the past two years because of the volume of complaints from disgrunted customers or because it can't be bothered to employ enough staff to deal with us pesky customers?

    Dear @BTCare can you let me know why the smarthub 2 is absolutely terrible? Plug in an ASUS router and everything works wonders. Put the smarthub back on Netflix streaming is terrible again. 900mbps down connection so it should be wonderful but it’s appalling with the smarthub.

    @bt_uk we are now 6 days without a phone line and internet access… you said you’d be out two days ago and it’s now Thursday. We’ve two kids in the house with covid who can’t do their online work… why are you not sorting this issue out???

    @theGrit_music @bt_uk @BorisJohnson They were so awful when it came to our phone not working for weeks & they say we had to pay for it to be fixed I flipped - best decision EVER.
