    @bt_uk Never mind my 'feelings', what about the threats & illegality? 'Reaching out' to a team that can only parrot the official narrative won't help. It's the ones at the top that need to have their dictatorial mentality reined in. I reiterate; it's ILLEGAL!

    @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

    @bt_uk I did that last Monday. 5 days of a complaint and still nothing . Everything seems sub contacted and nobody takes ownership.

    @Steve__Paxton When I call my bank @firstdirect a person answers the phone. A person that wants to help me. They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!
