    @pdmysterious @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk Not sure exactly what you are wanting a refund for? You’re paying for an ADSL service as by the looks of your screenshot Openreach haven’t laid fibre in your area. If you want quicker speeds then go to Virgin but you’ll not be getting any money back you silly goose

    Really bad audio sync on @btsport android TV app. All live channels are about a second out of sync which is really annoying, it's fine on my phone but casting from it just opens the BT Sport app. Please fix it, looking at Twitter I'm not the only one reporting this issue.

    @bt_uk BT, my contract is up for renewal been with you for services over 25 years, no one contacted me, I’ve asked for fibre for 5 years as line down my country lane is constantly damaged doesn’t hold 40/10 well. You say talk to @openreach, they say it’s you you say it’s them 1/2

    Massive problems with our @bt_uk fibre broadband and no Open Reach engineer appointments for 2 weeks AND our local @ThreeUKSupport mast is under repair for at least another 7 days! Why me???!!! 😭🔫

    @Ledanualampu @bt_uk Probably because there are very few customers who haven't had issues with BT!!!! If they can't deal with criticism, TOUGH.

    @bt_uk absolutely deplorable service still. 2 months of false promises and still no internet. What's worse, now our temp hub has been shut off so we have no way to work from home. Cancelled account after cancelled account and no progress!

    @bt_uk Hi, yep. Did speak to an agent but still have an issue. Just need an old account deleting as my BT user ID defaults to that acc number and not my new acc number.
