    @bt_uk We've already raised a complaint. But nothing has happened and your billing department hasn't done a thing. Your incompetence is breathtaking. Glad we've moved elsewhere. Just get our bill cancelled or next step Ofcom

    @bt_uk now got rid of the voicemail but the line crackle is bad. Cables look sound. It’s been like this four days she says.

    @bt_uk So the text bot didnt help, I cannot access the Web page, and I cannot use my landlines to call as its also currently out of use.

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though
