    I don't know how other people allegedly managed to switch their broadband supplier with only 30 or even "a few" minutes of no service. Existing ISP cut me off at 8am. New service may start "any time up to 23:59". It's now 24:03 and... oh it finally works! Nice one @bt_uk.

    hey '@bt_uk wondering if i will actually be able to play any games on my pc this week since your ping keeps going from 20 to 1000 and up and down in like seconds makes everything unplayable thanks a streamer who cant stream

    @btbusinesscare my renewal have increased by £10 per month thats £1 for each month I have been a business customer, what a reward! Nobody answers the phone support line and online chat tell me they can't access my renewal information... such great #customercare

    @bt_uk just sat here watching my iPad and then the internet goes and it’s orange and I’ve restarted 3 times and now I’m worried when I go to work in the morning, it will be orange still and I cannot find any info online to help me. Please help

    @bt_uk I left BT broadband three years ago despite the speed increasing to an eye-watering 1.4Mbps from the previous 0.9Mbps. I can get an on/off EE signal if I walk up the field about 50 yards from the house. Are you having a laugh?

    @bt_uk Reading the reply tweets.. People are more worried about service issues than they are your wokery, perhaps you should concentrate on that?
