@courtz_arsenal @bt_uk i feel for you brother, i have around the same 5/6mb and it’s god awful especially when you’re trying to stream,game etc, my dad’s house never drops below 70mb and it’s so soul destroying leaving his house and coming back to stoneage wifi, it should be law that its 20mb minimum

So despite @virginmedia staff dishonesty telling me I would not be able to get @bt_uk installed before April because “we are in a national lockdown” - the @WeAreOpenreach engineer attended yesterday - professional, polite and helpful and we are all up and running. Great service.

@bt_uk This is beside the fact that it took me 5 phone calls to actually get my account cancelled, including 3 after I'd already left, and I was still being issued a bill as your system had never actually closed my account.
