  @bt_uk when I joined your advisor told me you are a premium service thats why it's worth paying a little more. Couldn't be more wrong wish I had stayed with previous provider as they could provide a strong signal thru the whole house. Disappointed

  @bt_uk Hi. Please can you help. My mother in law has received an email to say her engineer has been cancelled. She received a text asking if she still needed the engineer which she thinks she confirmed she does. Can you check to see if she will have an engineer coming.

  @bt_uk When I've checked it says no issues. I think the issue is my line and not a wider area. If only 1 device is connected its OK add more than that and its poor
