@bt_uk Joined BT on the promise of receiving an xbox last year.... Never materialised... now paying more per month than any other provider... Locked in for a further year unless I pay over 200 quid to leave. Can't wait to leave but not paying that

Having promised (and failed) to come & connect us last week, & allowed our broadband & phone line to be switched off as a result @bt_uk have failed to honour today's new app't time. TBH I was expecting poor service cos that's the industry standard, tho didn't think I'd be cut off

@bt_uk Absolutely appalling service. My 84yr old father in law who lives alone with no other means of contact has been with out a phone for OVER 30 DAYS!! Nobody in your organisation seems to be escalating the issue. Do I need to go to the press? It is unacceptable.

don’t think @WeAreOpenreach are off the hook. third installation date, no-one arrives. Not even a call to let us know they have cancelled again. Both companies (@VodafoneUK and @bt_uk ) have very poor customer service. Been on the phone over an hour-no further forward

@bt_uk No, bt told me it was an error and wasn't entitled.... Trouble was it was after the 14 days cooling off. Came across as scam rather than an admin error

@bt_uk Hi there - are there any known faults on the network in my area - CM16? I have FTTP and my modem has all the correct lights but my router has just a constant orange light suggesting no connection.
