  Avoid @bt_uk at all costs, been waiting 3 months for a basic renewal of my broadband contract, to be sent a random smarthub now they are charging me £50 for and disconnecting my internet randomly tonight blaming openreach and can’t help me until tomorrow. Useless

  Arrrgh, trying to call BT us like platting p1ss you just get press 1 for this, 2 for that. I needed to speak to somebody to say it’sa large outage and needed a bit of priority! @bt_uk

  @bt_uk We're now moving to Sky, they can provide a quick(er) installation and just (slightly) beaten your price. It's the poor communication and (lack) of installation that has resulted in this swap
