    @bt_uk Hi shambolic organisation. I was sent a cheque for £80 for the sheer amount of time I’ve spent on the phone with problem after problem. The cheque has bounced. This needs sorting ASAP.

    @bt_uk We are unable to connect to Customer Service and we need urgent help. Adam was talking to us about our landline but we got disconnected. He suggested booking an engineer. Please do.

    @BTCare raised a complaint about a mid-sold package when recontracting last Friday. Have not been called back. Also, asked to be put back onto old package as 14 day cooling off. was told would take 5 wrk days. This has not happened, & now I’ve just got returns bag. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk Please get someone to call me I cant bare wasting another 2 hours explaining the entire issue again to someone who doesn’t care @bt_uk
