@bt_uk Sort your broadband out, how many times in 1 year does it go down for hours with you lot? Get lost will you, totally hopeless.

@bt_uk Maybe invest in rural areas for real though instead of chucking fibre into houses which get 10times the amount we get. 3.5 down is not worth what I pay every month.

@KyleAFC7 @bt_uk I only tried this morning and had a major fuckabout with live chat trying to sort it to no avail. Never had a problem with ordering previous UFC PPV's through the app

@jiraiya642 @bt_uk There is a BT box office app you use but it's currently not working for me and a few others. I logged in today to buy the event and all it says is "No content available". Got told my BT I have to contact the BT Box Office team.

As if @bt_uk would actually try to help. Avoid these charlatans at all costs, they simply do not about customer service. Move your provider.

@bt_uk I don't know the landline so I can't check the status. Not that I need to, when the wifi goes down it's always on you. Down detector 90% of people are having trouble with BT Internet now. Can't hide from the fact
