    @bt_uk so after 21 days of "service" I've had justv6 days of tv working without Internet dropping. That's really, really poor. If you don't cover Hurst Green then don't sell your service here

    @bt_uk @bt_uk. Still useless. You identified an internal fault and said someone would come today. Nobody came. Rang you AGAIN. Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎

    Day 364 with no broadband , @bt_uk still can’t be arsed to provide any actual service, just what passes for customer service these days, a useless AI pathetic response.

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?

    @ofcom you need a word with @BTCare … they mis-sold me a tariff on sep23 and have hung up, lied to me, misled me and just been outright wastes of ***** with me every time i try to fix it - literally impossible to fix their errors… BT = big tossers

    Three days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.
