    i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company

    @maisiethetortie @NLeespeaking We (@bt_uk) have to ‘send a text’ to the 3rd party mobile phone that IS working, so we can continue this conversation about the actual BT landline not working. We’ll spend the next 15 mins sending silly codes to the only WORKING telephone !

    @bt_uk unbelievable service, booked an engineer two weeks in advance only to be told now that ive been missed and the next time slot is in another two weeks! Can i get someone out quicker, atrocious

    @bt_uk my mother phone line has a fault and it is not working I have brought new phones and this has not changed the issue. I need help as my mum has dementia.

    Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider. I'm in the process of getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved from my @bt_uk email address. Will update more soon!

    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Jim, in Scot's law you own everything from your boundary to the sky. Openreach are ***************. Speak to a lawyer. I've had similar issues.
