@bt_uk On Monday one of your colleagues preformed some checks on my account/location and there was a problem flagging. Is it possible to retest those checks as I have someone coming to my house tomorrow so it would be nice to know if there is still an issue

@bt_uk why is it so difficult to make and log a complaint with your company? Especially when it is your mistake and shoddy workmanship that has caused distress and no tv or internet?

@bt_uk Broadband dead today. Logged fault. To be fair, got called quickly, but fault rectified. Now all off again & no BT after 8pm 😒 Even if I can get mini hub activated that would help!
