    @bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk can anybody please tell me when the BT voice cloud app will be functioning again? Been down nearly 6 hours now and we cannot redirect any incoming calls. Need help regarding this ASAP please.

    Day 364 with no broadband , @bt_uk still can’t be arsed to provide any actual service, just what passes for customer service these days, a useless AI pathetic response.

    Terrible experience again from BT Business. Without Landline now for 5 days and counting. Can’t receive calls from customers or make calls. Why is it so difficult? @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness

    @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

    @bt_uk I do call - every Monday, get told order failed they will re-issue told to wait 3-5 days . I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
