    @MarcAllera @btsport Your start tv app is terrible constant buffering every 2 mins. Now tv, Netflix and prime run fine so it’s not my WiFi it’s your app

    @bt_uk Hi, I have been getting really high ping around this time in the evenings over the last couple of weeks, after a few years of no issues and no noticable fluctuation. Can you fix this please?

    @bt_uk My speeds dropped, got a message from BT asking when it was convenient for them to send a engineer round to fix it, fixed next day, brilliant service

    @bt_uk Ive spoken with BT manager on phone & multiple engineers. Due to many factors internet is poor and we’ve been told due to the type of line and distance from cabinet there is nothing BT can do. Please check out the DM trail & my account for clarification. Thank you for reply.

    @bt_uk Hi, there was /is no hazard to completing in the install. If this is how your treat new customers then I don’t want your broadband service please arrange collection of your equipment ASAP

    @bt_uk Alannah, I’m a BT Halo customer, how do I go about getting the promised 4G mini hub whilst my connection is down? Really need it as everything relies on the internet here, even my hot water!
