    @bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.

    @bt_uk can you help, my emails have stopped working since arriving in Nevada. Everything is set up correctly and I've tried numerous things to fix it, can't even log in via webpage

    @bt_uk As a Broadband customer of 16 yrs I have been very pleased to access inclusive hotspots when other services are not available. Yesterday I tried to use one. Put in user and passw, fine, but... (1/4)

    @bt_uk my broadband is down AND your website is down so I can’t report an outage. Such poor service no wonder everyone is moving to alt nets
