    @bt_uk You activated the landline service today which is what has terminated my broadband because the Full Fibre install is not completed and will not be using the landline for the broadband. You’ve given me a date of July for install of the actual broadband which is crazy...

    @bt_uk Done. Let’s hope something gets done. Should of cancelled BT a long time ago as the service is terrible!! 😡😡 There were much better deals but I decided to stay, what a mistake!!

    Gotten to the point I have 2 use my 4g instead of ur WiFi @btbusinesscare WiFi is at an all time bad today,

    @bt_uk Open reach own the cable network they own EE who is my provider. But before that the offer were vouchers which were never sent to me. I asked why they could not keep their promise like a breach of contract.

    I am now facing having to cancel #MentalHealth treatment that I have been waiting two years for because @bt_uk can’t sort out a simple broadband swap over - all treatment being done via teams due to #COVIDー19 & #BT just don’t care @MindCharity just can’t take much more
