    @dedmans @bt_uk Cannot be worse than BT. Impossible. Their customer service and levels of competency are off the charts appalling. No idea how they even run a business.

    @bt_uk It's useless if you can't check the number is the number of the person... It's just a hindrance for the customer that gives absolutely zero security.

    @simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.

    @bt_uk I've never set foot in Cyprus, I just used a free service on the internet that gives you free access to texts for random numbers all over the world. And it worked.

    WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? No I can’t……

    @bt_uk If your take the time to check & converse with each other you would see that several people have all been in touch saying the same thing ! Obviously it is a problem your end. Giving me another reason to leave

    @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

    @bt_uk can I get some help still waiting for my internet to be fixed since it was your engineer that some something to it outside line been a week now
