    @EE hi, BTSport no longer seems to work on my plan even though it still says it’s in my add one. I spoke on the phone regarding this recently but still no fix

    @bt_uk My parents have received a bill for work that an engineer did, despite being told at the time that there was no charge. They've tried calling customer services but were told there was a 40 min queue. Is this something I can raise with you here on their behalf, please?
