    @bt_uk We have made a complaint, you closed the complaint with matter resolved !! Without telling us how its been resolved ? So we reopened it, and still awaiting an explanation as to how you think it has been resolved ?

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though

    @bt_uk It was escalated to a complaint yesterday, but due to your systems been down nothing happened. Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, that’s 20 days you’ve left a know vulnerable

    @bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.
