  @bt_uk Yes delays do happen but bad attitudes are something that can be changed. Out of principal I will be cancelling my contract to go with SKY who give great customer service.

  @bt_uk just moved home and was told by BT there would be no interrupt to my service…..hello….you have just delayed the connection by another week and sent a hub that couldn’t even drive a phone connection never mind working at home. To top it all they said I could not complain

  @bt_uk is it possible for an existing customer to upgrade to 100 meg fibre? My only options look to be 500 or 900 which is way more than I need

  @bt_uk thanks to you I have been without internet for a week,I’ve spoken to 15 different people, been told there is no complaints department & you have now told me i may have internet around 7th April! As a small business you are crippling us! Anyone want to help? @OmbudServices

  @bt_uk It's incredibly slow or not loading at all on my PC too. Only twitter, other sites are OK. Twitter is fine over mobile data which is also bt.
