  @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp My 81-year old mother has been without a working landline and broadband for weeks and been let down time and time again by a series of missed appointments from both of you, the latest being this morning when someone was meant to attend 9-1. Get this sorted.

  @bt_uk @LyonCourt Also all of that on TV apart from lots of people watching. Don’t let Edinburgh down with these extremely tatty looking phone boxes. BT isn’t exactly a poor company. Everyone else is cleaning the place up.

  Never met the queen so dont have an opinion on her personally but am watching @Inter_en on @btsport - is it really necessary for the commentator to say how much btsport is sorry about the queens passing? Absurd!

  @bt_uk How about instead of taking it offline, you can say why the G66 issue has went from being resolved at 6om, to 11.59pm to not knowing when it will be resolved. Terrible customer service. Good job I'm out of contract soon
