    @bt_uk Ok ... so you'll get back to me next week with response to that feedback? Should I check the online speed quote this time next week to see if you've updated it? I can go full complaint if you like, but I'm not a customer (yet) so @Ofcom how does that work?

    @bt_uk The complaint is that an Openreach employee came onto my land to mend somebody else's faulty line. When he left my line was faulty, the other person's was fine. Neither BT,or OPENREACH will check the work he did and mend my line.

    And another thing, while I’m in rant-mode… still no response to the complaint raised 3 weeks ago and no clear way to contact/escalate this. Perhaps @BBCWatchdog might have some insight on @bt_uk complaints/compensation procedures…

    @bt_uk Hi,I was given an emergency mini hub but I’ve been told it’s been switched off. I need it switched back on if possible because my actual hub isn’t working again.
