    @bt_uk both BT mobiles in our household have been showing "emergency calls only" for two days, our BT landline has no dial tone and your online chat function says there are no agents to connect with. Please can you help?

    @Dazzku_1stclass @bt_uk Click on the 'BT Broadband Account' link. Then scroll down. Bottom left it says reveal code!

    @bt_uk Absolute nonsense. BT member for longer than I remember. Checking for this ps5 code on my account with no luck. Previously contacted customer service to ask how to find and I kept getting the line hung up on me. Time to move on
