    @bt_uk we also can’t use BT’s wifi hotspot network because it requires a BT ID to use which we can’t set up because we have yet to receive an account number which we’ve read can only be found on statements in the post

    @DavidGArnold @bt_uk They are ALL terrible and they don't care. Talk Talk, Sky, BT, No Banana. They hope they exhaust you enough so you'll give up. Took nine months to sort sky, six with Talk Talk.

    @bt_uk It would appear that you still have the ability to fast track people despite engineers being so busy. Faulty lines that are still semi-functioning can be prioritised, so why can’t those who have absolutely no service at all? So far you have been no help at all
