@bt_uk hey so my connection has been terrible the past two weeks I've done everything to sort it e.g. reset, reset modem and nothing is working it's now becoming unbearable to do anything. Can you please help ?

@bt_uk Hi Gareth. The actual socket and WiFi hub have exploded with the lightning strike and they are ruined - do I still need to text if we know the issue can’t be resolved remotely? Thank you.

@bt_uk since signing up to TV and internet the box hasn't worked once, not the internet connection has gone. Literally paying for something we can barely use. Awful, absolutely awful
