    @bt_uk Why did your service status not show that there were problems that you knew about? I've wasted a good few hours trying to find a DNS / routing issue within our business network.

    @bt_uk Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. I have restarted hub and devices and still need help. Desktop google server on my mac won't load
