    @bt_uk Yes it is dragging on. And no one has had the decency to tell us WHY???? You are fobbing me off and lying to me EVERY SINGLE TIME you speak to me and I am disgusted at how badly I am being treated. Stop patronising me and FIX IT!!!!

    @bt_uk Supposed to have @bt_uk Broadband and phone line set up on the 14th nov for my mother! Spoken to customer service 4 times since then! Still nothing sorted!!

    @bt_uk Concentrate on tackling reliable Wi-Fi. I paid £20 for your service this week. Useless.

    @bt_uk Except it is broken because the coverage is poor. Storm Arwen took out our lines & the EE mifi is useless without mobile signal. No phone, no broadband, no “unbreakable” connection.
