Unbelievably poor service from @btbusinesscare . Had a phone line fault @ardglassproshop which was to be fixed last Thursday. Engineer eventually arrives Saturday and leaves after an hour with phone line still not fixed and breaks the internet and WiFi while he was at it. #AWFUL

@jiwongies @bt_uk My parents have Sky broadband but BT Openreach infrastructure makes it bad. 2.4Mb download speed 0.4Mb upload speed. They won't update local junction box to Fibre unless residents pay. Local MP involved. Can't watch Netflix it just seizes!

@bt_uk Reasons to go elsewhere:1. Static IPv4 address. 2. Static Ipv6 prefix. 3. Ipv6 reverse DNS delegation. 4. Tech support who actually have a clue.

@bt_uk The line is breaking down because it's made up of aluminium and copper and it's been exposed to the elements for 60 years. You refuse to replace it until 2025 minimum. That's my problem. The whole village is pissed.

@bt_uk Don't worry I will be letting everyone know how it goes. I'm sick of paying for a substandard service. I paid for halo because it's suppose to be the best but I have had more trouble with BT than I have with any other telecoms provider....

@bt_uk The messages say I can claim it now, it is then sent up to 14 days after the service is up and running. It says there is a time limit on claiming it.
