@bt_uk Still waiting for Openreach to arrive or ring as they’d told me they would. Worst service I’ve experienced.

@23Daves @GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Don't switch to virgin, never had worse customer service in my life. Not sure I've ever been lied to as often either including claiming, twice, engineers were currently at my house!

@btbusinesscare Fuming is an understatement. Due to install broadband today however there was an issue with the right cabinet, so the visit was postponed. The cease order you placed with our existing supplier cannot be cancelled so without Internet for the busiest time of year 😡

@bt_uk ruined my Christmas by cancelling my account when I asked them not to. They said yesterday they were gonna call me at 9am today. Guess what? No one is calling. Appealing service

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Funny thing is that I had exactly the same problem yesterday…despite 6 text messages from Openreach confirming the appointment. Now I have no internet/broadband at all for 36 hours and I’m still waiting for a call from Openreach…

@crustyano @GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Open reach is a company that doesn't even pretend the consumer has any rights. They don't even pretend to deal with their own complaints. There help account on twitter is all "get in touch with your provider". Absolute absurd joke.

@BTCare so because the world has gone tipsy turvy, your company cannot extend its policy on an extension of services to help someone get a job to actually pay their bill? British Telecom, the home grown network? More like ‘you’re screwed if you have a problem paying’ network
