@bt_uk Good morning, not just time on the phone I'm afraid. The Internet has been registered 'somewhere else'. The fitting not installed properly with wires hanging out and a toddler running around. Everyone blaming eachother and still no resolution. It's abysmal!

@bt_uk Here's an idea for you. In the morning, contact Openreach, maybe they can lend you a JCB to help with the hole you apparently like digging yourself in to?

@bt_uk plus, already spoken to your marketing department, and they say the emails are from yourselves. Again, the claim that they are fraudulent is a nice "catch all" excuse, but in this case it what we call a lie. Please don't lie, it just makes you look really stupid.

@bt_uk this wk alone I’ve made countless support calls. I’ve had 3 engineers visit, I’m on router no. 4 in a wk & the broadband still drops. We get 4Mbs on the rare times it works at all. 5yrs this has been going on, over which time I’ve paid over £10k in #BT bills. Discuss…

@bt_uk hi we are having issue with out hub 2 , flashing purple have checked the black cable (with grey ends) and no change. The hub makes a clicking noise
