    @bt_uk Thank you, I have done this. Please resolve is, it makes BT service look a shambles. And while we are at it, I want to look back at her account for some years. She paid a few £1000 pounds out for something and I want to see what what was.

    @bt_uk BT continue to excel in providing an atrocious service. After two weeks of farce along with @WeAreOpenreach a new hub ordered by them last week is not due to arrive until tomorrow because they use @RoyalMail.

    @bt_uk I spoke to connections for over 2 hrs on friday when i was cut off early. Absolutely usless all i got was told albert does not have the flow and nothing can be done. But does not help me as its BT's mistake and i have been cut off a week early

    @bt_uk I've already had an engineer out 3 weeks ago and they were unable to fix the problem. Support promised to send me a new smart hub 10 days ago but today say they "don't have any in stock". Today took me 10 hours of a few minutes at a time connectivity to record 1.5 hrs of lecture.
