    Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

    @Walesguy2 @bt_uk BT can't fix this. Many customers have had this problem, I'm one of them. They hope you will give up.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

    @bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.

    @bt_uk absolutely useless - TV is slow in buffering and laptop is slow but do you think I can talk to somebody with a bit of common sense? No. Been told everything is fine but it’s not. I want an engineer out to fix as I need to be able to work from home.

    @robincornelius @bt_uk @ThreeUKSupport Hi Robin, is that affecting EE customers do you know as mines been down all morning and when ive phoned up they are saying there’s nothing wrong and I’m saying well there definitely is as nothing it work?.

    @bt_uk But @bt_uk say the issue is our SmartHub. They’ve sent 2 now both have not arrived.
