@bt_uk Had to phone Asda get a WiFi added. Can only use for emergencys. Why should this have to happen? Why is it down to me could BT not provide free megabytes when,I've not got WiFi for 17 days? Due to BTs incompetence ?

Looking for recommendations for reliable Fibre-To-Property broadband providers. @bt_uk have been rock solid for the last 6 years, but it’s expensive and as an existing customer it’s more expensive vs new customer. Feels like I’m getting shafted.

@bt_uk I really can't understand why your FTTC Fibre doesn't, apparently, support a 3rd Party DSL modem/router. Well, I'll just look for a different ISP. I've heard so many bad things about your Smart Hubs that I don't want to have to use one.

@bt_uk It allows me to “login”, nothing there to purchase the monthly pass tho as once I hit “buy monthly pass” it’s just back to register or login again
