@bt_uk Having just completed 2 separate CEO complaints less than a week ago, today I lost access to BT player and BT sports (great timing). Following instructions on your online "help" guide I've done a factory reset and have now lost all movies and sports channels. 1/2

I’m on hold with @bt_uk about broadband in my new house. Waiting 45 minutes now and still no response. Waited for over 50 minutes on Thursday. Six or seven long phone interactions over several weeks and still no service. This is not good😌.

@bt_uk Waiting for a refund from you since last Friday! We haven’t even got an account with you! You took a deposit for services we decided not to go ahead with (due to terrible customer service) and now you’ve kept my money!!
