  @bt_uk I am suddenly receiving lots of spam emails to my main BT email address, almost 10-15 per hour. As soon as I block, more emails pop up and some from the same address I’m blocking. Is there a problem at BT? I can see other people on Twitter are reporting this issue too.

  @bt_uk hi, I've spent the best part of 6 hours on hold/talking to your fibre team across Blackburn and Dundee and still have huge problems with my order. Just phoned up now, waited for ANOTHER hour and been hung up on. Please can I request a call back/further assistance

  @bt_uk BT Mail has gone crazy with spam in last two days. Been a broadband customer for years - all of a sudden in the last 2 days I suddenly get around 24 spam emails an hour which are total and utter garbage and spam. Others are apparently experiencing the same. #sortit
