@bt_uk I am working from home full time so need a boroadband connection. I have also lost all my other services such as Sky due to not having the phoneline. I need an engineer out here ASAP to fix this!

@GaChunYau Been using EE for broadband since I've been here. I get an extra 5gb of data on my contract with them as well as a few other benefits if I wanted (i.e. Btsport or apple music) I used talktalk before I moved and the customer support wasn't great... No idea on vodaphone/plusnet

Hi @bt_uk It's been ten days since I raised an issue with you and I've heard nothing back, other than an acknowledgement of the complaint, saying you're "looking into it" and will "contact me soon." As a long term customer of yours, is this really acceptable customer service?

@bt_uk when I text Fix it constantly says a BT engineer is coming out and then they dont show. Weve had multiple engineer visits. We'll be changing providers in the next 2 weeks.
