@bt_uk Engineers arrived early, but could only do internal work, apparently it's an outside issue, so they can't do anything. Next slot is Tuesday next week.... She has called BT, was told she would be called back, but no one has... Is this how you treat all your elderly customers?

  • ChildCofe Child Victim of the CofE (@ChildCofe) reported

@bt_uk Hello Sean, Thanks for your message. I don't want to delete any messages whilst the problem still hasn't been solved because how can we discuss this otherwise?

@btbusinesscare NEED HELP !! I want what I have lost in earnings . Or we can go to court . My solicitor I quite happy to proceed and said i have a strong case and this would be good publicity for his company. Twitter is only the start of me sharing my experience!!

I can now add @bt_uk to the list of companies with appalling customer service. Trying to sort out my elderly parents fibre broadband in their remote farm in Wales, from my base in Ireland. I placed the order on their behalf but their call staff won't talk to them because order...

@bt_uk Theres no excuse for cancelling appointments 3 times and lying about informing customer. We hear nothing and the problem remains. I will send you a dm - I’m massively unimpressed with the way this has been handled…

  • Allchanges Hat Tottins 🇺🇦 ⚖️ 🐋🪸🕊🌿 (@Allchanges) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk A few years back btinternet in its wisdom deleted all my emails even though I was paying for the service. Many were important. Their customer service is absolute pants. They couldn’t have cared any less.

  • ClubHarehills HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

  • AnxietyBlob ✨Anxiety girl!✨ (@AnxietyBlob) reported

@bt_uk Hi, checked the link and it says no issues. Txt the number and it says there is an issue. So which is it? Is it just my house or the whole area?

  • hellzbellz84 Helen Hall (@hellzbellz84) reported

@bt_uk your internet is a sham. Drop in service throughout Christmas and today, we can’t even watch a film without it buffering. Consider we pay £40 a month to you, I think a response would be nice. Husband working from home also and it’s affecting him also

  • ChildCofe Child Victim of the CofE (@ChildCofe) reported

@bt_uk Hello Chris, I am afraid that I don't have a phone so this doesn't help. What is a DM and do I need to send it to you by post?
