@bt_uk VOL013-732046072278 - A month on since installation of router as a new customer, still not access via BT hub to: Landline; Central Heating controls; Home security system. I am sure you are aware that this situation is irresponsible and constitutes serious breach of contract.

@bt_uk It very strange how we don’t have a problem for 18month then apply to change provider and speed drops and service keeps cutting out, engineers don’t turn up, and nothing gets done when you eventually get through on the phone, just fobbed off constantly. Outrageous poor service

@bt_uk Unacceptable. Terrible standards of service. A call back means nothing. There have been three such weekly delaying tactics already, I am afraid.
