@bt_uk The issues are never listed there. 2ndly I cant check fibre to premises as they do not need a phone line. There are plenty of ppl on our local FB group complaining about it Upload speeds are OK D/L are a problem

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@johncpfarrell @MarcAllera @bt_uk Don't waste your time on the phone as you won't get anywhere with their customer service. I trusted BT's no price hike promise and signed up for 2 years contract, now I'm stuck with this bloody company for another 2 years and my bill is gone up by £5 p/m.

@bt_uk I just have and spoke to BT via Twitter and was given the wrong advice. Called you last week and thought the matter was closed. Received new home phone from you today. Seems BT has made the change but expects customer to do all the work.

@bt_uk Hello. The problem is wide spread in Towcester. All residents that have fibre to prem are suferring with speeds limited below 1Mbps(even<0.5Mbps)Have already few tickets for that and few engineer visits (with latest being for Wednesday)OR has to fix the issue but not happened yet

@bt_uk I called to cancel my account with you in the 7th April. Your agent told me it was all done and from May I could be with my new provider. What is my surprise when I get now an email from you saying you will charge me May and saying the date for the bill in June! 1/n
