    @bt_uk I am a new customer. My router was meant to arrive on Thursday and it’s still not here. I have spent 4 hours on the phone so far and have not been able to speak to anyone. I am unable to work without internet!! What is going on?

    @OpenreachHelp Hi. I've had an engineer visit the property last week and installed the fibre to the property. The modem has green lights and @bt_uk has sent a router however I've been told the activation date won't be till January. I've been waiting since 4th December. Please help.

    @bt_uk nearly 3 months without broadband. Awful service. Customer service non existent. Over an hour waiting time to speak to someone on the phone. How is #bt this bad #fail
