Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Beckssim Becky Simpson (@Beckssim) reported

@bt_uk Why is it that when having delays you are not allowed to look into getting an alternative service without cancelling your original order as the system won't allow it? Could end up cancelling on going order to find the alternative is just as bad and you are back to square one

  • StephenJBuckle Stephen Buckle (@StephenJBuckle) reported

@bt_uk are there any issues in Suffolk? IP8 area? Seems very slow today!

  • ElaineTaraJenn2 Elaine Tara Jennings (@ElaineTaraJenn2) reported

@bt_uk why are customers being forced into digital VOIP? I live in a rural area, low broadband speed without carrying voice calls too. Regularly experience power outages, so no phone service. Surely a degradation of service should carry a bill reduction OR just DON"T DO IT

  • josephdscales Dr Joseph Scales (@josephdscales) reported

@bt_uk I already called them and they said they couldn't help

  • NadaavFilms Nadaav (@NadaavFilms) reported

@bt_uk Stop sending me junk mail about Digital Voice. You have sent me 30 letters and cards for a service no one cares about. Waste of paper, bad #environment #BAD_CSR

  • josephdscales Dr Joseph Scales (@josephdscales) reported

@bt_uk I have bought a voucher for access to BT hotspot, but am informed that this doesn't make me a customer even though you have taken my money.

  • themistral Sandra Trott (@themistral) reported

@bt_uk Sandra Trott, 11 Tanners Way CM3 5PU, GB26123765 - i've had a number of cancelled orders it would seem - none of which I am aware have been down to me. It seems the activation date may have held this time, but please could you check? Thanks so much!

  • LauraM082 Laura (@LauraM082) reported

@bt_uk hi, our broadband has been down since the 30th Jan - we have the mini hub which has been very patchy with its working. Now that’s not working & our broadband still isn’t fixed. Not really the best customer service at the mo!

  • MissSeaPeaches MissSeaPeaches (@MissSeaPeaches) reported

@bt_uk Internet keeps going down since Friday. Is there an issue in north Kent? Utterly frustrating as rely on wifi calling and internet to work to do our jobs!

  • josephdscales Dr Joseph Scales (@josephdscales) reported

Nice to know that @bt_uk cannot offer any technical support whatsoever for hotspot users who are not also BT customers. Avoid the service if you need to access the internet without continuous faults and no recourse for customer support or even complaints
