  @bt_uk If Thursday is the earliest it can be fixed then this is terrible service. During a cost of living crisis, I have and will lose days of pay. How will we be compensated for such?

  @StevenPatchett7 @Virgin @bt_uk Had problems myself recently with Virgin, got a new hub and it failed about 2 weeks later, was without home Internet for a week waiting for an engineer. Which one did they give you? The big box one with a white light around it?
