    @bt_uk endless issues with phone and TV box. TV box I need to turn off and on several times in the morning to get it on. System isn't fit for purpose and still taking my money. Think I'll go to the ombudsman now.

    @BTCare so apparently I get charged for calls people make to me when I'm in usa even if phone turned off or on airplane mode. I'm told it's my fault as I have my allowance set to £5 over my bill which is not enough for USA. So only solution I can see is post mobile back to UK

    @bt_uk full fiber what a joke! Not installed properly we have been off since Tuesday. Engineer visits cancelled without informing us. No apology and no idea when you can fix it.

    @btbusinesscare Twice you have breached the contract without even an apology, and continued to charge high fees for service that has been disrupted. Local business team are never available. Incredibly disappointed.

    @btbusinesscare Considering the extortionate monthly bills we pay for guaranteed service without disruption, I have to say that this is simply not acceptable. We are still waiting to hear about a discount that can be applied following last year’s issue which was hugely costly for our business
