@bt_uk I’m currently on a fibre plan but the contract runs out in July 2022, but I’ve seen i should be eligible for the home essentials package - am i able to switch it before the contract ends? As it would certainly help my financial situation.

@bt_uk But don’t worry…spent another hour on the phone, only to be told that they can’t do anything as OpenReach haven’t replied to any calls/emails/requests. However, some good news. I’ve been told I can cancel my 2 year Fibre to Home contract with BT because they’re garbage! 👏👏👏

Never buy anything from @btshopuk - no telephone support and not connected to BT other than in name only. Missing items from a multiple item order - emailed... just to be told they were delivered. Awful service!!! Considering cancelling my BT TV and Broadband! @bt_uk @BTGroup

@bt_uk Intermittent problem since June. Your engineer today ‘at distance’ having rebooted the hub measured download speed at 4.7. Not very impressive!

@bt_uk Had BT engineer around earlier this yr. Recond hub must be fine - call #Openreach if more issues. This guy was here for 2+ hours doing tests. No supply issues. Explained BT aim to avoid giving new hubs due to expense. After MONTHS of problems I’m now being sent a new hub 😠
