Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

When I using @skytv superfast fibre, the speeds would drop drastically while I was downloading a game on #PS5 meaning playing online at the same time wasn't smooth. Since I got @bt_uk fibre 2... no such issues #HappyDays 👍🏼

@bt_uk Been forced to change to BT dVoice service. So many issues like loss of service during change over, no burglar alarm facility, rewriting all my saved contacts with Area Codes inserted and no service at all ( including 999) when you loose your power supply! Why !Why! Why!
