Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

Helen Abnett (@helen_abnett) reported@bt_uk My Dad has received a callback but the problem hasn’t been fixed and no-one seems able to fix it. A fibre connection was installed about three months ago. This broke four weeks ago. The connection cannot be fixed in the short term. But no-one has the authority to 1/2

It's the 3rd in 3 weeks to have to contact them for a return bag of their silly router - and every time I get promised it has been sent... pathetic support almost as bad as their speeds - glad to pay that cancellation policy to get rid of BT

Jessica (@HY07XBX) reported@bt_uk Thanks. Its not showing as an issue on the BT checker and the text check wont work as I am with Vodafone for my home broadband. They told me open reach is working on the cables in my area and it can take 24 hours which is just not acceptable on a Monday during working hours.
