Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@OpenreachHelp Hi Paul, Cheers, I'd seen this when i googled it, I was trying to get the point across that the @bt_uk Customer Support operative was stating that we are misinformed as BT are the only company who can offer FTTP (as a general, not for us specifically). They were wrong in doing so

@Craig_Pankhurst @bt_uk @SkyUK I'm FAR from an expert in these matters, but I thought Sky uses BT infrastructure so they're all equally slow. Only option to brave Virgin which uses different tech? I could be 100% wrong about this but maybe worth checking before switching to avoid disappointment?!

This new @bt_uk tv deal is shocking- get a letter last week saying I can cancel package within the next 30 days, no date on letter though, no info on which channels losing and being forced to sign up to @NOWTV

@bt_uk i have no words. the absolute worse customer service. we still have no internet after over a week, and you have still DONE NOTHING. Nothing at all. No support or anything and even charged us for YOU CANCELLING OUR ACCOUNT. FIX THIS NOW.

The picture quality on #AmazonPrime is really poor. Having to pay for this is a pretty poor show by the EPL. We’re used to better pictures on @SkySportsPL and @btsport. DJs at grounds - turn it down, there’s no one in the stadium to soak it up!!
