@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk So I switched to the benefit saver payments. £20 instead of £55. But ever since then (and never in 8 years before) I'm getting loads of dropped connections, lagg, slow loading speeds. Nothing to do with my pc. Happens on all devices. Has my Fibre 2 connection changed?

@bt_uk Trying to get through to help with password reset but cannot get through also online doesn’t help and reset password for email requires me to enter details you send me by email which appears a bit stupid
