@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk my broadband is constantly disconnecting. I sent a complaint in on Friday as I’ve never know the service to be so bad. I cannot watch the football and it’s beyond a joke now. What is going on !

@BTCare have a customer who has a bt connect email account but only has 1GB of data. Believe you can extend this through a subscription? He was a business customer but no longer. Is there a way past this?

@bt_uk Internet down for 45 min & can’t contact anyone,tried self service, says broadband is fine, lies!!! The last 2 years has been so unreliable, despite paying £60 pm. Can’t wait for contract to end to leave, so frustrated and sick of how inconsistent the internet is

There is no way @SkySports HD channel on @BTCare box is in HD. Picture quality is terrible. Nearly as bad as Man Utd defending.
