We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

louisebaird (@LouiseBaird) reported@BT_UK Yay! That’s four appointments in a row you’ve missed! Tbh I can’t think of ever having such poor service from a provider before. Either come and collect the kit you posted ahead of 1st appt or escalate this complaint up the management ladder.

I assume there is a licensing issue of some sort. Down side is I have to hope I can illegally stream the event plus side I save €30
