@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk Halo plan Subscriber. 4MB download speed, <1MB upload speed. Reported Apr 4th, told would have a 4G hub next day. 9th April still not here. Had to wait 6 days for an engineer. Halo sold as engineer will be out in 48h. No wonder everyone's leaving BT. Appalling service.

@bt_uk This is not an account-specific issue, a catch up event is not available on the BT Sport app/website for all users. After football, its your second biggest sport. This is not your personal fault, but its someone's. Spend less time editing it and more getting it uploaded.

@btsport @btsportufc I literally only pay for BT sport to watch the ufc, the app used to be reliable but now I wake up to watch last nights ufc and the event isn’t even uploaded? Open the app to see you can’t even watch last nights event replay but yet show spoilers. Fix it

@btsport your app is laid out so awfully I just had all the main fights of UFC spoilt for me and I still couldn't find the ppv from last night. **** you very much. I'll watch each fight by itself with the result there when I click on it. **** app.

@bt_uk who do I speak to about making a complaint about a BT open reach engineer that treated my elderly parents like complete idiots and left them with no internet! It’s a disgrace
