    @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

    I don’t know if there’s awards for terrible customer service but I’d like to nominate @BTCare and @WeAreOpenreach told 4 hours to get our internet back online…6 days ago. Not so much as a courtesy call let alone an answer for what’s wrong or why it’s taking so long

    Two examples of customer service. Call @SkyUK explain recently single & need to reduce bills. Amazing service & sort new deal. Same call to @bt_uk @BTGroup usual poor service. Can’t help. Nothing can do. If want to leave will have to pay fees! Which one is focused on customer!??!

    @bt_uk Brilliant! That is so very helpful! Are you going to compensate for the disruption in my work? Is it okay if I set up a cut off point for it (like the one you send via text)? Also, please stop this insincere apologising . The broken record technique does not work.

    @bt_uk Did you know you have missold my elderly mother (91) an exorbitant Internet package and now you're demanding over £500 to cancel the contract? Shame on you.

    @bt_uk I've had enough of this company forced me to pay my bill 2 days after moving then they said I was being given a hotspot but never did rung up this morning and now want 110 quid for a credit check total bs I don't recommend to anyone been without internet for 2 months now

    I take it back @BTCare are not the worst for customer service, this award goes to @WeAreOpenreach To be honest not much in it but open reach just beat BT by a whisker
