@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@SBienkowski It’s been poor in UK with @skysports and previously @btsport. No match build up,interviews punditry analysis etc is non existent and most coverage finishes at full time it’s shocking

@bt_uk The checks were done and nothing found hence the appointment being booked by the call handler It might help if you just admitted there was a problem and briefed your call handlers I soon found what the problem was on being able to access the community boards

@bt_uk Have spoken to countless ppl at BT, each person messed my order up further. I did have a wifi mini-hub to keep me online. Someone at BT cancelled it this morn for no reason. Had to buy BT wifi hotspot access as I need to work. Your service is a joke. Incompetent at every turn.

@melon_h I had lots of conversations like that, managed to get BTSport for £5 a month from 1 of those guys who stops you walking past the shop - lots less than I was quoted. But my main problem was I couldn’t access the main account the whole time I was with them!

@bt_uk when are you going to brief your call handlers that there is a problem with the latest firmware roll out ? Their answer to everything is to send out an engineer to fix the fault in your home There is no fault in my home Your own community boards are telling you what’s up

@bt_uk This is the same place I have been to before and it does not load it far to stressful trying to choose all the options to get help online. A human would be amazing help ridiculous
