@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@SkySports Pub closed for 7 months and you haven't switched us back on in time for re-opening and tonight's football. Could have done what @btsport did and switch us on a few days early to prevent this. Really poor effort!

@bt_uk Yet again our broadband connection keeps dropping and the light on the hub keeps going orange. But your online fault reporting page seems to think everything is fine with our line. There is clearly an issue as this keeps happening off and on for months now.
