    @bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

    Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

    @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

    I’ve paid for the fight and logged in on my tv and it’s just showing a grey screen. How can I fix this I’ve paid £20 when I could’ve just streamed it for free @btsport

    @bt_uk This app is a joke. I managed to get it working by fooling it but the audio and video quality is horrible. Not worth it at all.

    Dear @btsport - if I knew I’d have to **** about and HDMI my laptop to the TV to watch #UFC257 then I’d have just found a moody stream and not paid. Why does your TV app not know you have a box office event happening FFS?
