    @bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

    Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

    @bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

    @bt_uk my broadband was due to be installed on 7th dec..it is now 22nd dec and despite numerous calls and waiting on hold I have no internet before I’m due to spend Xmas in the flat alone..Please can you fix this (happy to give my details privately)

    @bt_uk YOU ARE JOKING. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE EVER REVIVED. YOU HAVE TURNED OFF ALL OUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH NO AUTHORITY FROM US. WE HAVE PAID FOR ALL OUR SERVICES AND YOU HAVE JUST TURNED THEM OFF.

    Well, biggest thanks to @bt_uk. Who have essentially ruined Christmas! Can’t see my family over the holidays and now I’ll have no internet either. So no games,TV, streaming and no FaceTime with family! Not to mention the gifts that rely on WiFi. Worst company ever!

    @bt_uk Just checking before putting myself through the pain of changing providers after 30 years. Russell in your call centre said I cannot have Fibre 1 at £27.99 because I am an existing customer. Instead I pay £32. Do companies really still penalise loyalty?

    @bt_uk You never told me you had broadband-only offers which would save me nearly £20 a month - Although there appear to be no actual details on the website for me to use as a comparison.

    @bt_uk ongoing fault with throughput issue, STILL waiting for callback from Paige M @ Liverpool office despite numerous requests. Ongoing for a month now - please CALL US BACK.
