Major f*** up by @bt_uk after we were promised an excellent service & smooth transition from Sky. We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk I've been put through to Openreach who are calling me back tomorrow so they can see if they can escalate. I think I gave all my personal details five times. I don't know what I'm going to end up with as service. Can your departments not speak to each other?

@bt_uk Why was my engineer appointment cancelled without any form of communication. Why did i have to find out by calling BT about another matter. As a communications company you are extremely poor at communicating. You have all my details yet not one word. Plus I to take unpaid leave.

@bt_uk Your login page: "Sorry we're having problems with Email". Zero acknowledgement of this on your Twitter. Use social media to inform your customers, not as a cover-up exercise. How not to PR.
