We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

Diadro (@DiadroGaming) reported@bt_uk Its not an order its an upgrade. Its now a complaint being dealt with by a manager, well 2 managers now. They call twice a week to give me an update but the update is that there is no update. Its really unbelievable.
