@bt_uk We just switched to you from Sky because their service was crap. We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

@bt_uk we tried to get onto your “chat” several times. Only to be told everybody was busy. We then called. Somebody who clearly couldn’t be bothered answered. It would seem you’ve done a great job selling but your #afterservice #customerservice so far has been terrible. #BT

It seem @BT_UK are only interesting in raising complaints rather than fixing the initial problem. Three 5 hour appointment slots missed in a week, with another booked in for Monday afternoon. What's the odds they'll show up?

@bt_uk I'm currently waiting on a phone call as I have an open complaint. The guy I spoke to said he'd call me at 1:30 but then again an engineer was supposed to attend between 8am and 1pm so start to believe your company doesn't take my situation seriously

@bt_uk when I signed up to your service, I never signed up to receive calls from scammers. I receive these calls on a daily basis. Do something, pls. I won't pay extra for excluding junk calls from my landline.
