@DreyfusJames @bt_uk Do you mind if I ask what the problem is? Is it your wifi or the connection to the internet (itself)?

@bt_uk hi guys, your broadband seems to be suffering a significant problem in Twickenham. Any idea when it will be back up and working at full speed ?

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk They are unspeakabley awful & also try to blame “Openreach”. I once drove all the way to Cornwall from London to meet a BT engineer at our flat there only for him not to turn up(actually I tell a lie, I did that TWICE 🤬)

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk The only way I managed to get a problem resolved was by mailing the top man at Openreach on a Saturday. Had an engineer round in 20 mins and fixed an hour later. Fair play to him .
