@EE there seems to have 'been a problem' with the android app now for over a week. Any chance of fixing it? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, but its still not working?

continued ...part 2 the worst of the bunch @EE haven't bothered to respond to my tweets or look at how they could improve the handling of bereavement calls, so no one else experiences the appalling customer service I did last week

@EE someone explain to me why my DD has been cancelled? Just had letter asking for 100+ quid and just tried to call out yet my account has been barred. Balance now paid but not happy this has happened! Continued issue since upgrading few months back.

@EE Could you tell me why you've closed our complaint we put in this morning without even contacting us. All we wanted was to upgrade how hard is that but now you've added an extra £40 on it when we have the original invoice. You have lost a valuable customer of 10 years
