  • RealityGuru__ SCOTT MILLER (@RealityGuru__) reported

@EE Now that i've been moved over to you morons against my will by BT why do I need to give you my mobile number to set up my new login? BT didn't need it so neither do you. If I can't access without giving you it then I'll go to another provider.

  • JamesMcKemey James McKemey (@JamesMcKemey) reported

@EE I need to transfer my number from my old work plan to a new personal one. The service is never available on the phone line. There’s no way to use the online services cos I’m not the bill payer. What the hell am I supposed to do?

  • AandrewJja38648 Aandrew Jjames (@AandrewJja38648) reported

@EE the interaction I have had with you people this evening. Are you actually serious? Positively the worst customer service ever. Mobile is going elsewhere as soon as I get home from holiday, broadband as soon as my contract is up. Absolute joke.

  • TikiJon10 Jonathan Ebbs (@TikiJon10) reported

@EE hello I have sent a DM. I am having issues trying to get a roaming pass and getting no help from the app . The phone number for help isn't accepting calls from my phone either

  • greglukosek Greg Lukosek (@greglukosek) reported

So apparently I’m getting my new iPhone 17 pro max in 2 days. @EE you seriously failed on keeping customers updated here. Whoever reads this. Please escalate it couple levels up. I’m sure higher management would appreciate feedback. Delays happen. But no communication is very poor.

  • Reza02k Reza (@Reza02k) reported

@EE I can’t use Relay UK because my EE SIM isn’t receiving any texts. I also can’t log into my EE account since it asks for a code that never arrives due to the SIM issue. Please provide me with an email contact.

  • Jameshartwell23 James (@Jameshartwell23) reported

@EE down....again!!! I struggle to see what I pay £92 a month for quite honestly!!

  • geoffbanksbet Geoff Banks (@geoffbanksbet) reported

Wife lost her phone Calls @EE asking for e sim replacement, takes ten minutes to speak to a person Operator says 'we need to send a verification to your mobile phone' Just how thick are today's call centre dollies? And how poor is EE "we pride ourselves on good customer service'
