    @EE Hi thanks for letting me know what to do. I shall give them a call - I have been a customer a long time but your upgrade prices are far too expensive and I’ve found a cheaper deal elsewhere and even tho I will need to pay for Apple Music on top it’s still works out £20 cheaper!

    @EE any idea when our broadband will be back up and running in Rugby, please? It was in and out on Friday but has been off all weekend & still no joy today. I work from home & using my mobile hotspot is really slow!

    @EE HELP NEEDED. The lack of competence and the inability to communicate with anyone that can resolve an issue. No one seems to respond. There is not voice access. The Chat people keep saying they can not do anything.

    @EE anyone wanting to switch to sky mobile - DONT. I switched from EE after 4 yrs with them and it’s the worst mistake I made

    @EE I go abroad next month for 10 days and want to add data roaming to my account. Is there anyway to just have it for the time I need and then cancel it? I’ve checked my app and it says once added it can’t be cancelled? 🤨🤨
