@EE when will the issue be fixed in PH33 7JL? Online network checker still reports an issue and its been like this for around 3 weeks now. 4/5G is very poor.

Anyone with Samsung #S22ultra having lag issues. Phone is barely 2months and its lagging. I've moved photos elsewhere and will move more, uninstslled unused apps, Bixby takes a few mins to respond. Typing- the keystrokes/tap noise are out of sync @SamsungUK @EE Advice please

  • Dee_F88 Dee Featherstone (@Dee_F88) reported

@EE Can you confirm that I have the option to terminate my contract with no exit fee within 30 days of receiving my price hike message? Isn’t that my legal right? @MartinSLewis That’s what it suggest on Citizens Advice

  • mikeconjoice Mike Conjoice (@mikeconjoice) reported from Blaenavon, Wales

Excellent work from @EE today, refused to speak to me because I said my name was Michael, not Mike which didn’t match the account so I was classed as a 3rd party. Impressive way to lose a customer so quickly!

  • FoolsSuffer Suffer no fools (@FoolsSuffer) reported

@EE Only thing I’m interested in is not having my bill hiked up. The poor reception wont change anytime soon as it’s just a geographical thing not a hardware issue. So unless you can reduce this massive price hike I’m not keen on spending time just hearing irrelevant justifications.

  • Dee_F88 Dee Featherstone (@Dee_F88) reported

@EE Can you send me full terms and conditions as I’ve only had a text. With very little info on it. As I’ve read from ofcom, citezans advice etc I should be able to cancel with no exit fee. My plan has gone up by over 20% in the space of 12 months. It’s not affordable!

  • Rach19864 Rachel (@Rach19864) reported

@EE is data gifting down? One of my kids has ran out and it wont let me gift to them but will let me gift to the other 😭 our phone lines have been cut by the gas board so the WiFi is off until @OpenreachHelp send an engineer out next week. Please help before my kids go feral 😭

  • SteveAyIt Steve (@SteveAyIt) reported

5 days now without any 4G or 5G signal. Absolute shite. @EE

  • Phill_Young TheYoungOne84 (@Phill_Young) reported
