    @EE phone was working fine this morning then suddenly switched to no service and received a text message stating “ Great news! We've updated some of your network settings, please restart your phone to make sure it's up to date” now my mobile data won’t work? Help please…

    @EE please sort your mobile data issues out. Pay just short of £80 a month and use my phone and data for my job as a bike courier for Just Eat etc. absolute joke….

    @EE is something going on? I’m only getting 3G coverage (would expect 4/5 round here) and I can’t access any network services. I get error “PDP Authentication Failure” on my iPhone.

    @EE @GuardianGayle My wifi calling isnt working... Virgin Media say all is fine and it's likely to do with YOUR outage. So best not to tell people they can wifi call!! Sort it out EE!!
