    @EE It’s not really a misunderstanding is it? It’s wrongly sold to be honest. It’s an upgrade deal, an upgrade means you keep the same number, therefore it shouldn’t be part of the deal that’s sold. Can I cancel the upgrade?

    @EE I’ve been sending you DMs for days with absolutely no response whatsoever. Data card not working in router. Why the lack of response? What’s going on? Dreadful customer service!

    @EE Why is it that when I look at your Full Works plan for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's £95 on my upgrade, £87 if I was a new customer, and £78.50 if I were to add it as a second line on my current contract? Surely the best price should be the upgrade, rewarding loyalty?

    They didn't used to bother, then every six months they started annoying me with this, now it's every three months I get this stupid threatening text telling me @EE will take my number away if I don't phone/text someone. I keep the phone on payg for emergencies not chit chat. Grr.

    @EE Charger port has completely stopped working and the wireless charger i got when getting the phone doesn't charge quick enough. 4 hours to charge but got so much going on, it's far too slow for what i need

    @EE Do you no longer support 4G data? I see all your upgrade options are for 5G devices only. are you saying 'buy it or else'?. you don't even have coverage for 5G in my area. other networks still offer both options. what gives?
