  @EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?

  @EE @EE How am I meant to check local service issues if ya own website tells me it can't even get information from its own service? Kinda need the data i've paid for or should I just request a chargeback and swap providers?

  Hey @EE just thought I'd let you know that the internet you tried to gaslight me about being repaired on the 16th after gaslighting me about how it was working normally since the 4th that you now claim might be fixed for real on the 27th went down four times today.

  @EE should be criminally prosecuted as they evidently failed to do anti money laundering & address checks on a Mrs Susan Burne who EE claim lives at my home! I live at my home & this fraudster never lived at my home! EE REFUSED to get fraud team to phone me! EE sucks!

  @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

  @DerekAllan61 @EE My phone broke and couldn't switch on so phoned and got a new one and when it got delivered the delivery driver said I needed a code, guess where they sent the code 🤦 explained to them that my phone is broken and they said it can only be delivered with the code texted to me 😭

  @EE Been on messaging service since 13:58 today - told I’d beconnected with manager at 14:55 (after several requests for matter to be escalated). 15:20: still waiting to be connected. 15:25: Billing desk manager introduced himself - have not heard from him since. Total time wasting
