    @emmacook @EE No EE coverage for me either; not since Orange and T-Mobile merged to form EE. I had superb service on Orange but no coverage on T-Mobile. After merger and EE created, No Service. I assume they switched off Orange and kept the T-Mobile masts. 🙁

    @d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

    @EE DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Zero customer service! It’s been weeks and NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO GOD DAMN ASSIST ME! I’ve been without Bars and Dada for weeks now! I REPEAT TERMINATE THIS CONTRACT AND SIGN Up WITH A BETTER CARRIER

    Hi @EE I moved to you across from BT (I know same company) for my broadband service for cost purposes. I chose the same speeds (950Mb) but getting significantly less than I was on BT. On BT I was getting speeds of at least 6-700 now on #EE 150-260. It’s a significant drop.
