.@EE I am absolutely fed up with your shocking signal at my house. The whole cul-de-sac is like it. I have to find the one position in our bedroom by the window or at the front door or to get an actually signal that’s more than 2 bars, go and stand outside to ring someone

@EE which has yet to arrive. I'm still stuck with a faulty handset & no way to return it. I can't belive as a customer for over 10 years you are unwilling to replace my handset which is still within the 14 day period? What type of service is this?

@EE I was going to and then you started roaming charges, Vodafone invest in the network without roaming charges. I know so many people who are looking at leaving EE because of this.

@cjcheesecake @EE It’s disgusting I have the same with my mum and British Gas.She’s never had anything on hp and always be in front with all her bills.She 85 and gets so worried by these letters she keeps getting 😡

@EE what is up with your service ? 4g don’t work. Didn’t even think 3G existed. But have to settle for that when that works. No service at home when it used to be fine. Been like this for months now.

@EE coverage is really, really bad in my busy neighbourhood (which is also a tourist spot). Spoken to your rep but said they couldn’t do anything. Seems odd—you guys are usually the best!

@EE 2/ the phone. Nine of them.fixed the problem but the advisor wanted me to download ITUNES to continue testing. When I refused he advised you couldn't replace my handset. I asked to.make a complaint which he said was raised. He was also sending me a package to return my phone

@EE if I wish to add text from anywhere and calls from anywhere for the 10th of August when do I need to ask for these to be added to my line? If I called today would they be added today or does it go from the billing period and is it month by month so I can cancel it?
