A price increase of 14.4% = an extra £6.16 slapped onto my @EE bill each month. That’s one way to lose a customer, well done(!)

@EE Can you help? Last night the 2.4Ghz band stopped working suddenly, and despite going as far as a factory reset of the router this morning, it’s still not working. 5Ghz is working, but it’s very sluggish

@Demetriiuz @EE It’s crazy isn’t it. They make adverts saying they care about their customers and having the best service they can get. People struggling in the world now they’ve got to pay extra £10 a month for the same service. Crazy. Null and void the world I reckon

@EE shocking increase, 14.4% is beyond greed…customer satisfaction no longer matters in this industry just all about profit. Would have been refreshing to see companies helping us out through these difficult times…we would remember those that did and repay the loyalty

@EE Roughly 50% of my bill includes the handset itself. You are increasing my monthly cost by £13.37 per month. That works out at nearly a 50% increase on the network use. This is well above inflation!

@EE Also don’t mention other network providers. Just because everyone else are raising contracts, doesn’t mean it’s ok for you to@

@EE WTF? 14% increase on my contract? £81 extra a year. That’s an obscene abuse of agreed contract. What’s the point of agreeing one when only one party has any say in it. Been with you 20+ years. Really not sure you can count on my loyalty going forward. 😡🤬

@EE bye bye! You think you can just put my bill up by £171.72 per year mid contract and keep my business? No chance @O2 here I come. Disgraceful customer care. #mobilephone #ripoff #ee

@EE you have a cheek to send me an email saying my bill is going up end of March. For this crap service I'm currently getting??? Luckily I've got PAC code so I'll be off asap. Can't wait. Awful firm to deal with.
