    @EE ee allowed Mrs Susan Burne to get a phone contract with billing address as MY ADDRESS. Never lived here! EE refuse to get their fraud team to phone me to sort this

    @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    @EE @craig_trickett The link you share says no issues which is a lie as there is ALWAYS Issues, is this your clause for use not to cancel our contracts for you providing bad service? Fed up of it now!
