    @EE absolutely livid at being mis-sold a 4G router which let me down the first time I ever tried to use it properly. Too much hassle, how do I get rid of it?

    @EE why are you lines taking up to 30 minutes to answer a call at 8:20pm at night. I want to cancel one of my accounts and I have to wait 30 mins to talk to someone? Provide another way to do this

    @EE EE knows there is a problem in the area, internet is now working but not very well, they say on the coverage checker could be hours yet for full service 😐
