    @EE @rootmetrics Be better if instead of text saying "it will be fixed in next 14 hours" then one saying "it's fixed" you actually called the people who made the complaint to check if it actually was fixed. Instead engineers supposedly fix it then have to go back and do the bits they missed...

    @EE @rootmetrics I even gave 24hours benefit of doubt before putting in second service complaint. At least its fixed now.

    @EE @rootmetrics No, it is not. I’ve been trying to get my mobile wifi fixed since September 2022 and you have been completely useless. Unable to provide the service we hired you for!

    @EE @EEcustomerHelp I've just upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S22 and it is taking 4+ hrs to charge?? Is this a known issue?

    @adrianstrand @EE @rootmetrics Make sure roaming is turned off in your network settings. Will only connect to mainland cell towers then.
