Its really sad that @ee don’t appreciate customer loyalty, I’ve been with them since 2007. @VodafoneUK however have treated my mum like a queen with her sim only upgrade. Guess, I’ll have to jump ship 🛳

@EE Day started been waiting 3 days for manager to call me regarding a complaint...... then yesterday i had to phone up again told a manager will be in touch in next 30 mins and suprise suprise another day and still no call!! Another reason why this company is a JOKE!!!

@EE The same time every night my Broaband completely drops out and it’s around 45 minutes before it comes back on, I’ve already had a lot of problems with my broadband it’s not right

Do you think @EE Have set a new @GWR for fastest time to lose a customer? How much is it going to cost me to pay this account up and move to a provider that will provide me the service I am paying for? Do you have a complaints procedure? Because annoyed doesn't cut it...

@EE hi can you help me? I’ve purchased an app from the store which is 1.1gb and when I try to download it it notify s me there maybe further chargers to download it on 4g. How can I find out if these charges will occur to me because I’d ideally want to download the app ASAP.
