@EE It’s ok, I got to the bottom of it. I was having issues at the weekend, which were resolved by the helpful Stevie over the phone. A colleague of yours before her though sent out a new SIM and it was activated when dispatched which I wasn’t told would be the case.

So I cancelled #insurance on a product with @EE to reduce my bills. They went up. Why? Cos @EE didn't tell me there was a multi line discount attached. I've been with them years, but will be glad to cancel down and go to @skytv mobile sim deal asap.#crapcustomerservice

@EE Sort out your website, app, customer service and pricing otherwise you could be irrelevant in 10 years. Really gone down hill in the past 12 months.

@EE EE couldn’t care less about its customers. They just ignore problems and spend government grants paid to them for bringing connectivity to new areas by giving their executives bonuses. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER become an EE customer.
