    @ee do you allow broadband customers to use their own router equipment? Your basic router will not suffice and your smart wifi is too costly considering I cannot get a 4G signal at home.

    @EE appalling service I cancel my contract and have to wait ages for a code to unlock my phone quick enough to take my money every month a customer of 20 years lost I will not be renewing my other contract

    Escalated and got nowhere . Completely inflexible . Every business is adapting to the new Covid world . @bt_uk computer says ‘No’ 😡🤬 very disappointed. Have a word with @EE , they will teach you about customer service . Oh yes .. same company 🤯

    @EE how can nobody at EE set up my eSim. Three weeks after ordering I still have no line. Went in to a shop today where they just rang customer services like I could of myself as the woman in the store just stood there and watched me try not to lose my ****

    @EE is there currently problems with 4g around the NE20 area? whenever i switch to 4g it just says no bars and edge? been happening since like 3:30 ish
