    @EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

    @EE Should add o2 never did this six months of awful service and so many missed calls never again. Was so glad when my contact finally ended.

    @EE France is brilliant thanks, just the phone signal which is dodgy! Surely the auto connect would (should) connect me to the network with the best signal? If not, how would I know which is best ??

    @EE Apparently it’s iCloud storage I used to pay for extra but when I up graded to customer care guy said I shouldn’t need extra as this has enough room and I don’t know how to save my photos onto a USB ~ in case I loose all my pics

    @EE Since you guys didn't reply, unfortunately it's too late for me to sort this for Mum, but now we are having the exact same issue with Dad. Any ideas? Tried through the phone browser and a laptop and same everytime. Feel this is misleading.

    @EE Hiya, I’m on a 24 month plan phone contract and I have about 9 months left until it ends. Is it possible to change/cancel the plan for that remaining months?

    @EE mobile network has been down most of the day in my area (TA24). Think it's back up now.
