Hi @EE I turned to Twitter a cpl of months ago to ask for help with my router which had stopped broadcasting a Wifi signal. I temporarily sorted it by changing the broadcast name & to dual channel . I really don’t want to go through troubleshooting on phone & it’s now dead. Help

Got my iPhone 14 pro from @EE today! Absolutely chuffed with it! Served by Holly in the forge shopping centre branch, please tell her the service she gave was fabulous! Got my broadband upgraded and my phone bill will be cheaper now!

@EE Been having numerous dropped phone calls for months now, got told my tech support it was a SIM card issue, replaced the SIM card and the issue is still ongoing. What am I paying for if I can’t make phone calls?

@EE why are we suffering more outages in Kingsbridge, South Devon? This is intolerable. Two days running now, yesterday 19th Sep and now again today. Have I really got to go and buy an O2 pay as you go SIM. We've had up to 5 days outage and other random days from May.
