    @EE your tnt sports activation process is virtually non existent online. Wasted 45mins of my life before resorting to having to wait in queue for telephone support (god knows how much more waiting is needed there)

    @EE Thanks for the response. If I use the right control it just keeps every half an hour. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time

    @markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.

    Service is steadily getting worse and still no support. Getting random Internet outages daily now for anywhere from 10 minutes up to 40 minutes currently. Yet assure me there is nothing wrong. @EE

    @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

    @EE Hello I upgraded my phone yesterday & it is due to be delivered in store today as the colour I wanted wasn't available. I have tried to track it but the order number is invalid according to the website. Please can you help me?
