  • connery_derek dcon (@connery_derek) reported

@WeAreOpenreach , @EE you must be the most poorly uncommunicative companies in the communications industry. Disgraceful customer service.

  • Lingg95 Caitlin Hadfield (@Lingg95) reported

@EE is the worst company for internet. They want to charge £300 for us to no longer have an entertainment package which might I add has sat in its box since it was sent last month

  • JackyCh25353991 Jacky Chan (@JackyCh25353991) reported

@EE suddenly lost mobile coverage, log on and it says my plan has been terminated. go on the service checker - it's offline. only way I can get ahold of customer support is via phone - which I can't access because my data isn't working. case for the ombudsman perhaps?

  • Username52600 Droid (@Username52600) reported

@nwalsh85 @EE I had the exact same issue myself, to the point where I couldn't pay my bill and my service was cut off. I even tried talking to an agent through the app, nearly 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. Not good enough @EE

  • WritingTed Ted (@WritingTed) reported

@EE @StuInAus EE changed my additional benefit from worldwide roaming to either EU or Rest of the world... My bill didn't go down. Glad I left for O2

  • facetsquared David H. (@facetsquared) reported

Account management on the @ee app or website has not worked for months. Have twice been told on phone it’s a known issue and just to wait and call back again. Anything I need to do (like gift data) has to be done by calling. This is not acceptable.

  • Tent_Peg Tent_Peg (@Tent_Peg) reported

@Ash_1248 @dpd @EE Surely the delivery driver would’ve noticed if he’d handed you over a ripped open plastic envelope? The phone box would’ve just fallen out. Likewise, why didn’t you raise the issue with the driver when he delivered it? Fishy.

  • Welsh_Lion Mañana Mañana! 👩🏼‍🚀🪩🧑🏼‍🚀🪩👨🏼‍🚀 🌠 (@Welsh_Lion) reported

@EE I’m now in Norway, and I see the information you’re giving out is to call - well I have called and it won’t go through because I’m abroad! There’s no live chat on the app, what exactly am I supposed to do? I’m trying to pay you! HELP!

@Ash_1248 @dpd @EE Surely the delivery driver would’ve noticed if he’d handed you over a ripped open plastic envelope? The phone box would’ve just fallen out. Likewise, why didn’t you raise the issue with the driver when he delivered it…or refuse to accept the delivery? Fishy.
