    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

    Having a slight problem with my @EE Phone contract, I had to change my number but forgot to add the new number to my @EE profile now it is only sending verification codes to my old number so I can’t access my contract details. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.

    @EE any idea why my signal has gone in Boston cant call or text anyone and need to use it for maps and getting about can’t call 150 or 360 to get it fixed need it sorted asap! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    @EE currently sat in Switzerland, phone was working fine up until an hour ago and now I have no reception. Roaming issues overall?? (Tried restarting everything/selecting different providers)
