@EE I'm actually a Plusnet customer and we've been down this route before. It doesn't work. I don't think it worked even when I was an EE customer. In any case, what's the point if I'm out of WiFi range, in the garden perhaps? Back to square one!

My @EE 4G internet is down again, making working from home damn near impossible! - every few weeks this is happening and repair estimates always 12-16 hours… can’t say I have the same issue with @VodafoneUK #switchincomming

@EE help please…..why is your coverage so bad in Bedford. We’re getting 1 bar at our house and I had Edge at a local hotel this morning….I didn’t think Edge was still a thing in 2023

@EE I have upgraded my phone (which is being returned to you) and my ‘new’ contract still has BT Sport attached. I have tried to watch football a couple of times over the last week but keep getting an error message. I am paying for something I am not getting. Help.

@EE I have never know such incompetence and mismanagement. I have spend 8-10 hours talking with a variety of @EE staff that have made things worse every step of the way. All I wanted was a no. transfer from one EE account to my other EE account. Useless! Customer of 10years +

@EE The last I heard from Plusnet was, "Thanks for getting back to us Mark, our network doesn't actually support WiFi calling, however that is something we're hoping to introduce in the future."

@EE I'm currently in the US and have bought the upgrade to be able to use my minutes texts and date over here, currently I cannot call the UK at all saying "service has been restricted" how do I sort this to be able to call UK numbers?
