@IamBonglie @EE Ohhhh that just the start. Had this issue with them some years ago, the highlight being when they told me I'd have to go into the store to cancel as they couldn't do that online. Things got...ugly.

@EE Only one of my phones showing on my account. The other is due an upgrade & need to do it but I can't get to it. Made a complaint on 12th Sept. Call back last week when at work. Agent promised to email/call back. Has not. Payment on current contract taken again.

@EE Hi, what’s the ongoing problem in the E3 area, please? My broadband hasn’t worked since Sunday. Diagnostic bot says it’s an issue since 21/9 and now won’t be fixed until 28/9, which seems less than ideal.

@BritishTelecom absolutely dreadful service in trying to get internet connected and tv package via @EE. Have been waiting since 15/09/22 - when original provider was cancelled! No shows at appointments booked - and so it goes on and on and on ……….!!

Would @EE like to try to justify why it is incredibly quick & easy to sign up to a service, but if you need to cancel a service because of poor coverage, you have to hang on with bad pop music for ages?
