    @Quilterdown We only use them for mobile - and up until this sorry episode, I would've recommended them. But sometimes you only get #BadCustomerService when there's a problem. #EE refuse to rectify their own errors. I don't get it! @EE seem intent on doing damage to their own reputation.

    1) @EE Hi, the adviser you passed me on to last week, promised a call-back from a manager: who I've been told would provide a resolution by today. Please can you confirm that this resolution and deadline will be met, as promised? (Please see your dm's for details)

    @EE I've been with Orange and you for MANY years. I pay monthly. I still cannot log into my account as on one email (the one I want you to use) it says it doesn't work. The other email tells me I'm not the main account holder. I am the only acc holder!

    @EE yet again there's a network issue. 😔 I can't call anyone one, can't text anyone, WiFi calling is bad.. As I keep stating I need my phone to be free of this bad network issue. I have an important phone call today. Please compensate me

    @virginmedia total loss of service in BR7. Barely any connectivity when failing over to @EE 4G. @GOVUK please don't forget about the dead spots around London 😡
