    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

    @EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

    @EE @TomTugendhat Wimbledon here - no signal in the Village - we have hordes arriving in less than 2 weeks and the reception and data is appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves ripping off the British public.

    @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.

    Having a slight problem with my @EE Phone contract, I had to change my number but forgot to add the new number to my @EE profile now it is only sending verification codes to my old number so I can’t access my contract details. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.

    @EE Every morning for last couple of weeks, the broadband service goes down, here in HA9 area. Again, this morning. This is a terrible service. C'mon, sort it out. It's 2026, not 2006.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE EE had to replace their entire Huawei 5G core at great expense at the behest of your government, it put their network investment back by nearly a decade, I'd maybe sit this one out if I was you

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Marylebone hardly has any signal either I got way better signal in the countryside in Indonesia than in parts of major UK cities
