@EE We had futurefibre installed - day 3 and EE still have not activated it on their side. Been booked in for weeks - why so disorganised? Yes, we do need a network - cannot work without it...can you cover the total of 6 days annual leave we have both lost?

I reported the problem with my @EE provided landline connection at about 10:30 this morning. They were commendably quick to reply here on Twitter, and similarly in confirming the fault. I'm talk it will be fixed within 1 to 4 working days. Automatic compensation kicks in ...

@EE All devices at same time. WiFi box just start to blink yellow and then it takes 1-10min and it’s back working. Have tried to boot it but nothing seas to help.

@Rachel14F1 @EE Did not like the persistent questioning about my whereabouts from young chap using this number calling himself EE ... very untrustworthy- put the phone down and block the number
