@EE just got off the phone to one of your customer service technical team, didn't catch the guys name but very helpful 👍 did his best to rectify my network connection issue. Now partially resolved but still not quite right, the minor improvement is appreciated

@EE which has yet to arrive. I'm still stuck with a faulty handset & no way to return it. I can't belive as a customer for over 10 years you are unwilling to replace my handset which is still within the 14 day period? What type of service is this?

@EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

@EE just spoke to someone called Richard from your technical support team. Very helpful and managed to identify some unreported issues with a mast close to me which is likely causing my phones network issues. Credit to him 👍 2 months of Internet issues could soon be over🙏
