  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage

  @EE You sent me a text message advising me to text 150 saying CANCEL CALL BACK. But that number doesn't accept any text messages, I tried about 20 times. I don't think it can be a legitimate number.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.

  @Amy_90_x @EE FFS that is ridiculous 😑😑 You can never be too sure nowadays with all the scam callers 🤬🤬 Tbh i don't get many anymore but I don't answer any calls unless it's a number I have saved in my phone

  @EE The only thing worse than "hold music", is hold music chosen by some twenty something experience specialist. You're never gonna please everyone so why not just have some bland background stuff rather than these bloody yodelling trendies?
