@EE your signal is dodgy in the nottingham area. Twitter videos star playing then stops. Won’t upload. Any issues in the area or something? Upgrade phone in February.

@KroniiiX @EE EE was a **** up first they get the 128gb prices wrong told on phone I would get 256gb for the price of the 128gb ..told I would get it on 28th ...hours later they said 14 days for delivery ..nice loyalty and misleading sale £30 compensation offered insult

@EE I’m paying £87 a month for the yearly upgrade, tried to downgrade instead of upgrade, told I couldn’t so I’ve upgraded but still having to pay £87 and you’re taking my 12 pro back! Seems I’d be better off if I was a new customer?

Hi @EE It’s been more than 30 days and I still have not received a text saying my IPhone 13 pro Max is ready to collect. I have called the store I ordered from but they were clueless & unhelpful. This is such bad customer service! When can I expect my phone??
