    @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

    @KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

    @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

    @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    Hey @EE your engineer has been & fitted new broadband at my in laws today. Despite your assurances over the phone your engineer was the smarmiest, clever arse **** who ever walked & it would seem incredibly rude to boot . And the TV & telephone don’t work either.
