    Changed to @EE broadband, awful coverage in the house beyond the living room and dining room, on top of this trying to sort my home phone with them, i think its now 4 times they have failed to complete my order. Really wish i had just stayed where i was.

    @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

    @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.

    @EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and I’m seriously considering changing providers.

    @EE Tried to also buy Amazon and Sainsburys gift cards, but both rejected this card. Unless this is sorted out I will be launching an official complaint.

    I’ve just spent the morning doing one of my worst jobs. Install a new router that came with an upgrade from @EE still got some kit that’s not yet connected.

    @btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

    @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?
