    @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.

    @EE Respectfully im not going through to the same teams I've been put through to already as my complaint was deemed no resolution, however one of your employees made the fatal mistake of misleading me with factually incorrect information so I'll be taking it to the ombusman

    My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE

    @EE hey I’m not getting some calls and text the callers are saying they rang it’s only the **** show sla in banks products that seem to get through ******* sort in @MarcAllera else I’ll snip your line into USA
