@EE Ok sorry but I don’t have access to any data on my phone this cannot be resolved until I get home I already know this - I can’t fill in the form as it’s keep sending me to my account which it’s sending a text message to which I can’t pick this up as I have signal

@EE I’m trying to add a plan with a phone to my account but every phone I’ve clicked on and believe me I clicked on every single one says there’s no plans available. Is this a technical issue and should I just ring up?

@EE I ended up purchasing the item in another store as it was easier than messing about with your site. That's just 1 sale lost, imagine how many other have had the same issue.

@EE called you customer service to set up a stand alone watch plan for my son which your website says is available for £7 a month on rolling contract but was told you do not do this.....

@EE The worst network in the world. The way I'm about to expose their shenanigans. The worst pr is about to happen for them for their appalling service and misselling!!
