Rachel Ralph (@RachelRalph8) reported@EE disgusted by the service my son received today (I am his appointee) Waited 6 weeks for an open reach engineer for them not to turn up today. Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!

Conor Mccourt (@ConorMccourt12) reported@EE why are all my devices unable to connect to the internet all of a sudden? They keep getting DNS name configuration errors no matter how many times i reset/power off the modem i cannot get my ps5/switch 2 to connect to the wifi or even wired.
