    @MarcAllera Best @ee quote from 4 fruitless days of trying to resolve bank-related digital security issue: "we attempted to call at least 5 times, but call kept failing" Exactly! That should be a hint that all is not working.

    @WithamKnight @EE If had any new number almost a week now and reset was 2 days ago. Some people have no issues but about 6 so far do. Noome can seem to find a reason why this is happening

    @AllyGordon10 @EE Hi Ally, sometimes resets can take 24+hrs to synchronise with a mother database especially if it's a new or recommissioned number. Always worth restarting your phone too. Obv if it doesn't work after a day or so it'll need looking at 👍

    On the phone to @EE - They helped themselves to £350 because we haven't returned a phone handset to them, for which they've sent no mechanism of return despite saying they would. And NOW, insisting I have to make multiple phone calls to fix their incompetence. #furious
