    @EE I haven’t got it yet, I need my old sim reactivated. I haven’t got another phone to call customer service and WiFi calling isn’t working. How do I resolve this? As I don’t currently have a working phone.

    @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

    @EE I having consistent connection issues with my broadband its a joke. It disconnects then when I try on the EE app it miraculously connects. I cant keep doing it

    @robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years,and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.
