Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported@EE Your network coverage in and around Darlington town centre has been absolutely abysmal for months now. I have been with Orange / EE for over 27 years and I’ve never been closer to leaving.
-
Lisa :) (@lsl_scott) reported@EE Why tell me to call when I have to make a complaint online? More time wasting.
-
ryan smith (@RyanSOriginal) reported@EE @MarkyTalk This is the same play they gave me, moved to EE Home broadband, was awful, cancelled within 14 days and moved back to Sky!!
-
Audrey Gordon (@f1gpgirl) reportedGetting by fed up with @EE as the television and internet is constantly dropping in and out. Has been an issue since installing but getting ridiculous now.
-
Kate (@KatieBrownriggg) reported@EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?
-
Marc (@marctsmith) reported@EE Thank you! Just transiting through to head to Switzerland. I’ve restarted my phone several times and turned off WiFi. It’s not giving me an option of purchasing an add-on for 10 days. Please help as I don’t want to be stung with daily charges.

shullup it worked out (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported@bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic

Matt Smith (@MattSmi07057745) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Not the twins, I’ll never forgive orange if they’ve wiped the twins

lucy barnett (@lucebarnett) reported@EE I was on a call for 42 minutes this morning and got nowhere. Nobody wants to take any responsibility and suggesting I didn’t order despite the fact SIMs have moved over to One plan and Virgin Media contacted me about leaving. Very poor service
