    @sarkeycockney @EE They have done that on purpose to spin the wheels on ice so you won't get nowhere, If you're still getting nowhere with this clown show of a provider then best contacting Citizens advice and going down that route to have it solved, I think.

    @EE why is your website such none functional dog **** for doing the simplest thing, can’t download bills, can’t even put an EU roaming package on and all this on a business account

    @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

    @EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.

    @EE sort it ******** out! The reason you are not most peoples first network is the ****** restrictions! I can search for lottery numbers but you refuse to open to national lottery website! What sort of bs is that!
