    @EE I reported a problem when I checked the network and such online on your website it said there were no problems so I reported this one, is that the same thing?

    @EE We’ve had to phone them as she doesn’t have a way of calling them. Everyday we’re being told we’ll get a call back, and we never do. Executive team is meant to be phoning before 8pm, but we’ve just had a text saying you’ve closed the case.

    @EE I am really unimpressed, I am on day 5 of no internet, day 4 of losing money due to not working and still no router although it was meant to have been delivered today between 9.16 and 11.16. I need a router ASAP!
