Hey @EE it’s now been two days without my mobile voice/data number as someone at EE pressed a wrong button.. this just causing major problems, no SMS 2FA for eg.. PLEASE fix it ASAP..

Looking for recommendations on my next mobile network? Been with @EE for over 15 years but no help from CS with a reasonable price upgrade #ripoff guess loyalty means nothing. EE’s loss 2 mobile contracts and a broadband going elsewhere.

@ee There appears to be an issue with calling Passport Office from EE mobiles. Says that 0300 222 0000 is an “incorrect number” on both mine and my wife’s phone. Works fine from another network.

@EE EE knows there is a problem in the area, internet is now working but not very well, they say on the coverage checker could be hours yet for full service 😐

@EE why are you lines taking up to 30 minutes to answer a call at 8:20pm at night. I want to cancel one of my accounts and I have to wait 30 mins to talk to someone? Provide another way to do this

@EE Over the years your coverage in the London Bridge - a major transport hub - has been embarrassing. You keep saying you’re going to fix it but you never do. Just woeful.
