    @EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, I’m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,

    @EE can you please tell me why I’ve had Nigerian scammers calling me directly through your X account and harassing me. You need to check your support team account because it’s been hacked , they wanted my WhatsApp details.

    *yawn* Currently on hold with @EE...6th πŸ“ž call 2day but it's still early. When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. I have repeated 6+ time 2day "as a deaf person of over 2 years now...emailing might be a better option

    @EE I have had an online chat followed by a long phone call and each time, I am back a further step and my bill has gone up instead of down. I have raised an online complaint so hopefully someone will find out what is going on.
