    @EE I have already done this twice, both times it stopped working within 15 minutes of ending the call. I’d like to know if our next bill will reflect 3/4 days of no service? Currently having to use family members hotspot when they visit.

    @KevlarBrock @EE @Plusnet Sky are relatively good for pricing right now, however they also operate on the Openreach lines so if it’s an Openreach issue it might be a recurring thing - Starlink is a good shout or the 5G routers

    @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .

    @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

    @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

    Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE for my phone and broadband because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

    @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?
