    @GeorgeMonbiot Absolutely horrible for you and your poor dad in what is such a sad time. My mum had an @EE account and when I phoned they put me through to a person who specifically dealt (really kindly and efficiently) with everything. Why can’t @VodafoneUK do that? Nasty company!

    @EE they can explain what is your Dwayne from #Cardiff St David’s stores problem. Why he stank of recently regurgitated Sambuca, why he never smiles, why he’s barely audible, why he can’t make eye contact, why the rest of his team have all progressed yet he is stuck there.
