    @EE I have been in touch that is my point. They have told me there is an issue in the area and engineers are working on it this weekend. So the text message makes no sense

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

    Hi @EE any known issues in CH65? Multiple devices having connection issues. Router restarted. Issue persists. Some devices working fine? Can’t even get into EE app to run tests!

    @EE Guys I pay for uncapped speeds and have 5G across all these devices, 2x iPhone and iPad yet I get this problem all the time I do speed test and it says 70+mbps as well as still devices are overheating/frying and typing on my screen at the same time every time I get a new device??
