@EE Thank you so much for increasing my bill by over £10 a month. Makes me feel like such a valued customer during a cost of living crisis. My bill will be £20 more than when I first took it out. I can guarentee you as soon as the contract is up in November I will be leaving.

Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

@Hansie19 @EE You have to go read there link, and apparently 3.9% is to support growth of their network infrastructure. Pretty sure this is all factored into their monthly costs either way? Smells like their version of "standing charges" we get on our energy bills.

@bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄

@EE you have a cheek to send me an email saying my bill is going up end of March. For this crap service I'm currently getting??? Luckily I've got PAC code so I'll be off asap. Can't wait. Awful firm to deal with.

@EE shocking increase, 14.4% is beyond greed…customer satisfaction no longer matters in this industry just all about profit. Would have been refreshing to see companies helping us out through these difficult times…we would remember those that did and repay the loyalty #ee

@mulinotxt @EE I’m outta contract in June, after 10 years of being a customer I’m jumping ship, 10.9 inflation plus 3.91% is as you correctly state, a piss take.
