    @DPDUkHelp44 Can you explain why it is considered acceptable for your delivery drivers to falsely report a failed delivery attempt for my @EE parcel? I have been at home all afternoon waiting for this, yet your driver has lied about an attempt that never happened?

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?
