  @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

  @EE Yeah. It’s useless. Keeps testing the line saying there’s no problem when clearly the internet dropping for 3 hours at 8pm for 2 nights suggests something is up If it goes tonight then Starlink it is

  Hey @EE let us talk to a damn person on the phone instead of these stupid af text. One of the main reasons I'm thinking of leaving. You used to be able to get through to someone from ur mains in Newcastle quickly now its all these ****** text with ai.
