Beware @EE charge you twice for delivery, an extra charge on the first month & for changing a number from another network! Didn’t need that money anyway! 🤬 always read the very small problem not!

@EE it’s not even disappointment at this point. i was given a date and then it was changed again. i’ve been with EE 4 years and I know this isn’t entirely your fault but you mean to tell me as someone that preordered it that i’m THAT far down the list of first come first served?

Hey @absoluteradio, I’m getting really sick of hearing the @EE advert. If a woman is out alone after dark with no signal, I can guarantee likes are not what she’s worried about. With everything going on right now it’s particularly tone deaf.

@EE Like others here pre order silently cancelled! Phoned up to see where it was, on hold for ages as usual, no clue why cancelled. My advice give 5G and Apple Watch to MVNOs who run modern systems. EE is outdated dinosaur that would do better for everyone to loan its network out.

@EE Sending me the wrong phone first and connecting it on a SECOND line on my account. Then it had to be returned. After that my iPhone 13 arrive 10 days late and now I have to wait for my watch. It's a joke! Your customer service has gone right downhill #notimpressed
