    @EE Can anyone help me? Had a new phone delivered Thursday, sim card does not work and call centre say it could take 7 to 10 days or even more for it to work. Never had this, I'm now stuck with a brand new phone that cannot make phone calls! Not happy, hope someone can respond.

    @EE Hello. I've had zero phone signal for weeks now. My wifi, which is with you is fine as is my 4g, but no phone signal. Can you look into it please? Have always had excellent signal where I live

    @EE I think once your app transfers me to the EE shop it does not carry over the upgrade early deal and logs me in as a normal customer.
