  @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks

  Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

  @EE As a New Customer for Broadband & Phone, I’m stunned at the poor service to date 🚩Faulty equipment on arrival, no callbacks as promised 🚩Repeatedly calling to get our BB installed & set up correctly! 🚩Now over 2.5hrs on phone over 2 days to get this sorted! Sort it!
