    @EE can I speak to someone about unlocking my phone, your guys have messed me around for 2 days now, and none of the Network unlock or defreeze codes have worked, you have really trapped me in a corner and left me with a phone I can only use at home... what the hell is going on.

    Unreliable ee broadband has put paid to anymore work tonight... service down. @EE this happens too often at a time when then is no customer support.

    @EE shocking service from ee getting fobbed off from pillar to post about my account I bet you become nice has pie in 3 months when my contract is up guess what no chance o2 it is

    Excellent service from @EE over the last week or so. Not only did they sort the appletv issue, also saved me some money on me monthly bill.

    Staff member which I was told would be before mid day today - still haven’t had a call back and undoubtedly will have to inconvenience myself to try and get through to someone after work. Hilariously I’d called to renew / sort my plan with them. Lovely customer loyalty @EE 👍🏻

    @EE Hi ee I tried topping up someone else's account but the money never came to their phone, but my moneys been taken. They were able to top it up on their end but ive got money missing now 😓
