    @EE absolute joke in-store! Changed name on account but wouldn’t let me pick up delivered upgrade with several forms of ID! Got to send it all the way back to reorder?! Joke! Cancelled it. Poor service! Been waiting weeks for upgrade as it was!

    @EE Just cancelled mine.. EE wanted £71 a month for iPhone 14plus and upfront cost. Another network £49 both with around 100gb data with no upfront cost. No point upgrading with them.

    @EE I did not buy a device. It was a sim only upgrade and I wanted to upgrade the upgrade which store fixed straight away and couldn’t understand why you would not help me. The email I got about the broadband says in black and white I can cancel within 14 days! It’s cancelled! 1/2

    @EE my account is temporarily blocked. Why? I haven’t tried to login. It says try in 20 mins. That was 35 mins ago!!

    @EE @btsport waste of money paying to watch a game where the sound is so far ahead that you know what's coming from every building situation in the game. Waste of time. Terrible service.

    @ThisCuntHere Looks like a local outage but we've had nothing but problems lately. I've just upgraded to unlimited data with @EE to actually function. £25 extra I don't really want to spend but can't afford not to 🥲
