Yesterday spoke to @EE and it wss the first time in decades I hadn't felt stabby as a result. Quick, friendly, efficient. Small problem to sort today... And normal ****** service resumed. Yours, in a homicidal rage as per, Neil.

@EE very slow sim router and mobiles now 2 full days now. We’ve called 3 times now and you keep saying it’ll be fixed in 3 hours buts it’s slow all day (but fine in the evenings). 3rd day running and the speed just dropped again...what’s going on?

@EE "after you click the submit button, it may take a while for the confirmation page to display." 30 mins later and still nothing to show that the order has been confirmed. I've tried on 3 different devices but same issue, any idea why it is not accepting my order?

@EE paid £150 upfront for an order that apparently now can’t be fulfilled due to stock issues, and no one can give an ETA for when it will be available. 4GEE Home Router 2 is still available to order on your website. Incredibly frustrating. What gives?
