    Help @EE 🙏- my broadband router has somehow renamed itself & am unable to use it as a result. Logged into it & changed the Wi-Fi name again but it still broadcasts the same.

    @EE This is helpful, because of course the first thought anyone has when they are told their mum is in the emergency department abroad is 'oh, i better check the EE website.'🤐 No worries, i'll pay my bill and then switch providers. Problem solved.

    Kevin Bacon says that @EE have fewer drop outs that any other network! I agree!!! You have to have signal for it to be able to drop out. 💩

    Hi @EE just come back from Crete with £26 of data charges for a week's usage. I've been a customer for nearly 15 years and yet my partner who is a customer of only 3 years didn't get charged a penny. Can someone look into this please?

    @EE I bought your ‘roam further’ pass but I still can’t connect to any data network in Cancun, Mexico, despite following all trouble shooting tips - I am travelling with @gemwylie_x also on Ee who@has no issues - please can you help?
