    @EE Hi thanks for coming back to me. It’s not worked properly since yesterday, no WiFi or just buffering. I’ve used my 4G to hotspot today but it’s not the first time this has happened with you. Sorry to say I’m counting down the months to be able to change provider.

    @EE Afternoon, I’m helping my Mum switch from Vodafone and had a question. If she switches to EE on a 12mnth contract SIM only plan but is unhappy with network coverage. Can she cancel fee-free within 14 days? “Cooling off period”? Thanks

    @EE I try login to my account but the page say a4.46.1-f431ei try putting the app in again but it say some code help it say you are fixing page I try two time some thing

    @EE I’ve had an error message every time I’ve tried to login on the app or through Safari for a few days now. It always says try again later. Any idea what’s happening?

    Judging by @EE App reviews this is a common problem - perhaps it is the App that is at fault since the last update. Perhaps the technology giant can't struggles with providing reliable Apps for its customers!
