    @EE my data keeps dropping in and out, even though it says I have 5G! As well as my signal. Is there some sort of issue I’m not aware of?

    I'm not saying that @EE are absolute ****. I'm just saying that I live in a tiny, one bed flat, and the router in my lounge can't fart enough WiFi signal to reach through one room and hit my bedroom!

    @EE Any chance Someone can contact me about dpd collecting my phone for repair , I organised it last week , Still no text , Been a customer with ee since it was one2one , Wow what a way to treat a long standing cuatomer

    @EE @SuzJamieson Has it occurred to EE that people don’t have time to sit holding on in the vain hope that someone might speak to them? I binned EE years ago because they were awful and expensive

    Rang @EE today as I had a problem with my bill. She told me she’d give me a better TV package for 3 months as a sorry for their mistake, not telling me she was signing me up for another 24 months! Should be hauled aside for dodgy sales tactics-kept me on the line for 45 minutes!

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

    Hey @EE, what's happening with the constant terrible signal in Burton-upon-Trent? I'm not the only person to mention it. If it carries on I'll be cancelling my contract.

    @EE you sure you’re the leading network in the UK cause you couldn’t cover a homeless person ! Sort out your “5G” literally have to rely on WiFi all the time
