Lara (@EtchesLara) reported@EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??
-
Kev (@vpharm) reported@EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

Wifi isnt bad. downside, current price is £80+ a month with two boosters. so will see whats available in Sept.

-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Newsflash, @EE is also ridiculous with shady contracts. I hope you never get to cross hairs with them.

Jordon (@greggas90) reportedHi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved
-
david bootle (@dbootsy) reportedSorry to say but disgusted by your approach. @EE speak to Vanessa smith in your customer dep asap pls
-
Stuart Marshall (@MrMclarenNUFC) reported@ee Is there any chance you can switch back on your masts and stop offering a sub service for the same money. You’re bloody terrible

Not another one (@NicDenso) reported@MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.
