    @EE Been through all this already thanks. Spoke to a level 2 engineer who then explained it was a known issue affecting quite a few customers.

    @EE hi, is there anyone who can help me with this BT sport issue? I’ve asked multiple times but had nothing back. I have BT sport selected as my add-on but I can’t access it. I’m paying for something I can’t use, and haven’t been able to for months. Pls respond

    @EE Just wanted to say thanks for the delivery of the S21+ (Poor DPD driver got a bit lost but we found them in the end!)! Just waiting for the delivery of the returns package to send my old OP7PRO 5G back. Great service by the team there at all stages!

    @EE EE are crap, very expensive network, very tight with their data, sim only deals I looked at for my son started at £20. You can get them for as little as £5/£6 elsewhere. I’ve got two contracts expiring this year and I’ll be off.
