    Whenever I’m abroad, it is impossible to receive authentication messages, and when they do, they arrive late and the copy of the same message arrives 5 times per day, sometimes even more. Very frustrating, this is the second time that I’m having major issues because of it. @EE

    @EE twice now open a complaint 0 email of out come no one said anything to resolve the issue BAD customer service!!!

    I was coerced into signing up for @bt_uk by @EE and now I have a barely working, slow AF internet and a TV that doesn't work properly as it won't connect to said internet. Fuming is an understatement. Come back @SkyUK – all is forgiven.

    @EE hi, I’m trying to purchase the roaming further add on for my sister on the EE app but it’s not working, we’ve also been on hold on the phone for just over 30 mins now and no answer, please could someone dm me and help me out? We fly out tomorrow morning!

    @EE Not really worth it, nothing will get done as I'm one user, you'll fob it off as a device issue or some other excuse basically shifting blame.

    @MartynJohnston @EE It's crazy how people get ripped off by mobile contracts. If you can't buy without a contract, you should revaluate your spending. For a mid range, you end up spending 24*31+50=£794. You can buy for £239 if you return any crappy/broken phone from Samsung. Leaves you with a 4gb
