Sir Bartholomew.DHT (@brogan_b) reported@EE I will leave EE after a very long time. I have anytime upgrade and the deals are woefully poor. Being a new customer is better than the trade ins and ever increasing price rises. No loyalty to long standing customers .

Janine Price (@J9apachePrice) reported@EE Hi yes, this has been an on going problem. All off her boast have not been activated. Only had 1gb data when it renewed and she has 21 data boasts which should equate to 1.5gb. Pack didn't renew despite there being £10 on the account
