@MoneySavingExp Been told by @EE that they’re changing the terms of our contract so they can increase our prices and given us the choice of suck it up or leave…guess what we’re doing on the 1st April. Loyal customer for 7 years but no more.

@Junction10 @EE Because they are a corrupted company who seem to believe their network has no issues. They will@blame it on the area, the buildings being built up, your phone, your sim! Anything other than the fact they can’t provide great service

@EE I did speak to someone about the problem, but it was an outage due to a storm for 6 days. I know availability isnt a 100% guarantee, and the issue did get resolved. I would just like to know what compensation I'm getting for this as I'd be paying for a service I couldn't use.
