@EE I want to know why no one's been in contact with me. I've been trying to pay a bill online for 2 days now and it's still not working. How can your system possibly be this ****?

@hjq1981 @O2 @EE They don’t care about their signal, they sit there and say it’s fixed and it never is, leave them and move elsewhere, o2 need to be closed down and taken to court for fraud

@EE another day....actually, another 16 days and still no signal despite having a message saying engineers had fixed the problem. Paying for a service I cannot use most of the time.

@jacks1912s @EE FYI I get texts to say about signal issues. It always says to reboot the phone. Perhaps consider getting the texts and rebooting a couple of times a week?

@EE I don't have any service. I've tried logging into my account but I think it's registered on an old email address so I can't reset my password. Thanks for your help!

@EE What would be good is when i cancel something in September you stop taking payment and then take forever to come back to me, Telling me your managers are too busy listening to other calls to come back to me.

@halfp1 @EE The 3.9% is for investment. The 10.5% is in line with inflation and to attribute it to network investment is total nonsense - unless EE staff (and suppliers) are receiving a 10.5% salary increase, then the employees are being taken advantage of just as much as the customers

@BenJamesMurphy @EE It's because the courier isn't lost at all. The first time he uploaded a picture of the post office in town. 2nd time was just a blur Today, no picture and claims he's lost. Obviously never used a map before or street signs. These people are allowed to drive somehow.
