    Home broadband with @EE not working. It seems there is no way of checking service status or reporting other than phoning and office is closed. Will have to go back to Sky where you could report on the app. Joke.

    @EE for months now I've had problems with outgoing voice on calls and calls dropping. Probably over a year now if I'm honest. When I've contacted tech they've always said there's either no problems or on one occasion I got lossco for one month. I've been putting up with it but

    @EE Broadband has dropped out twice already this morning. Please, please just say there's an issue. Doubt engineer coming round today will find an issue with my line. They didn't before.

    @ldramsey72 @EE My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    @EE considering I have been connected to EE for over 20 years I have never been so disappointed in the broadbrand we have upgraded to a couple of months go . Numerous calls to EE, still no outcome and sat with no WiFi again for the ?You tell me EE as you clearly don’t care

    @EE my current plan was due to expire soon, one of your team called me on 31st August to offer SIMO 10Gb for £10pcm for 12mth- why does my account say the plan is £40? Please advise this must be a mistake or I will cancel the plan?
