  Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

  @EE Your customer retention process has failed this week. initial transfer ok but no promised callback, no additional callback after escalation and a promise of another callback and promise of a line manager being copied in, latest promised callback from technical. didn’t happen

  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

  Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst

  @EE @VirginMedia Long seen some play legal moves via The Walking Dead, years ago, which some of my funds also paid for much zombie production. Trouble is when it's a success the rats come sniffing via Disney, and TWD in France, so don't want my get my U.S compound interest slice.

  @EE really wish you’d send your phones out in better packaging than just a plastic bag 😡 just received my new phone and the box is all banged up. Poor service from @EE and DPD.

  Now in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldn’t need to keep calling) 😡

  That's the end of c.28 years with @EE , started with Freeserve - Wanadoo - Orange, finally @EE good service overall, must say, shame they treat their loyal customers with such contempt. @vodafone been okay so far, at least the guy called me to check all was okay as he promised!

  @EE Already done that. They were no help. Flatly refused to provide an extender which Sky did without question. There doesn’t appear to be any way to provide feedback to EE. I don’t have a TV license. I do not want to be able to see BBC. I can delete from Firestick but not from EE.
