    @EE I cannot connect to the Internet from my router, this has been going on for sometime, over a week now, I have been given offered compensation still that does help the fact that I cannot contact anyone or write emails EE not interested in customers

    @CagedChef457 @EE There app is **** too, it never works, it takes half a dozen tries, each requiring them to send me a pin by text, to get it to work, then I have to set up a pin every time and even then it usually can't show my bill details. It's a joke

    Hey @EE I am having a problem with my data connection, it constantly hangs when I have dual sim (both lines) enabled on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Data is set to EE, other line is @VodafoneUK - I don’t know if its an issues with the esims or if there some sort of compatibility problem

    In the latest instalment of @EE cavalcade of incompetence, they've charged me for using my minutes & data abroad, when they shouldn't, refunded an overpayment but not credited it against my bill and now my data roaming has stopped working. They are just so terrible!

    @deadmeatjames You must’ve stalled due to poor network connection. You need @EE Broadband mate. So that way, if the Internet Demons decide to ruin your day, EE keeps you connected even when you’re streaming a horror as it builds up to a Jumpscare out of nowhere.

    @EE I’m still having difficulty getting my internet to work I have also text HELP to 66033 and nothing has happened except it says failed to deliver

    @EE WiFi calling is still down, my 85 year old mother has been left without a phone. She can't get a signal so uses WiFi calling. It's been over 24 hrs now. How much longer?

    Apparently @ee would prefer I cancel than send an engineer out… Challenge accepted! Been down 3 days so far. Repair date has been moved 3 times already now 2nd Sept. EE blame @WeAreOpenreach yet surrounding properties are all fine. Any offers on at the moment @virginmedia?

    @EE why is WiFi calling down yet again . Was down most of this morning, back on, and now off again! I can safely say @ee are the most unreliable service in the UK

    Internet down since Monday. The estimated repair date keeps moving and is now the September 2nd. @EE recon it’s a major @WeAreOpenreach issue yet surrounding properties are fine. EE refuses to send an engineer @Ofcom complaint on its way in.

    @EE No customer care and a complete failure of coordination between stakeholders to carry out repairs to a defective connection. A faceless organisation.
