    @EE my wife has been trying to activate her new iPhone14 for a week and still hasn’t been able to. Your online logins don’t work. You customer services staff (when you eventually reach them) don’t know how to solve the problem.

    @EE Hi David, as I mentioned, your team has already tried to repair my phone over the past 48 hours. Since they were not able to fix the problem, I was told I had to go to Apple in London to fix / replace it. What will be different next time?

    @EE reporting outage at Lydd-On-Sea, Kent.. is this due to work being carried out or is there a fault? If it is due to maintenance is there an update on when the 4G service will return?

    Absolute waste of time going with @EE in Skem hahaha the mast near ours has been down since ******* June and they still don’t know when it’s going to be fixed

    @EE Thanks, Mark. I didn’t visit Halifax shop today, that was a month ago! I signed up to a cheaper BT Broadband package more guaranteed mbps. Still waiting for the router to arrive. Rang Halifax EE to be told I have to go to the shop & speak with the assistant who helped me. Poor.

    @EE A very disappointing service at Halifax Woolshop branch just now. I moved over to BT broadband from EE to save £10 pm and get guaranteed 100mbs into the house or my money back around Sept 16. Still waiting for the new router to arrive 1/2

    @EE I had to go out of my way to chat with one of your customer service people to even get the link to the website where you can redeem the offer from 1st November. Pretty sneaky way to keep claims down if you ask me.

    @EE every time we visit Leeds city centre on a Saturday we can’t get data or voice service this has been going on for more than a year will you ever going to sort it out ? 5G what 5G….

    @EE is trash, ****** up my broadband with my house move promised it would be connected by the 14th now the 15th with nobody to do anything until Monday I have an important zoom meeting for a new show I’m on The app won’t load and I have no service at all Awful
