    @EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again

    @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    @EE So if someone were paying for 500mbps, and someone joined the public ee network and started using 50mbps, the owner would still get 500mbp? Or would they get 450mbps?

    Why is it on iOS there’s no ui change to say you’re on 5G+? @EE & @VodafoneUK both say they have 5GSA or ultra 5G but you never know if you’re connected to that and not just the normal 5G.

    @EE Yeah says an issue in my area but still had signal but now it’s completely gone off and says won’t be fixed for another 16 hours. Absolutely ridiculous this

    Dear @EE you are presuming again... I have no passport, so I wont require roaming and if I did my O2 sim would let me roam . The UK is amazing, when I have explored it all... well I never will . I dont mind relevant marketing ....

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.
