  Hello @EE can you help me? I have a Huawei P30 Pro and i want it to ring for 30s instead of 20s before voicemail cuts in. I have tried using **61*07953222222*11*30# but it's saying 'connection problem or invalid MMMI code'. Any ideas?

  I've been with @EE for 24 yrs. I've an issue with my S20, I did get through to tech support & received a call back. I said I'd drop the phone off at EE shop to send away. New SMS says case closed so I'll have to explain again. Thinking of switching mobile provider & WiFi..

  @EE Last night we turned the hub off and on 4 times to try to clear whatever issue it was but it never happened - we had to watch Netflix in full pixelation mode.

  @EE Never worked properly. Kept disconnecting from WiFi and Bluetooth and it was really annoying. Gonna get a Find X3 Pro once the return has been processed as I love my Find X2 Pro

  @EE I'm no longer using the EE network so I wouldn't be able to call that number. I tried calling the customer service number but I was unable to pass security because I hadn't used the account for a while.
