    @EE is it now normal to send out a new iPhone completely dead of charge?! I’ve never had one arrive dead before. It’s normally been around half a battery. Annoying!

    @EE I have the worst signal in my flat in London. For the uks best network there sure isn’t good service. I’ve had more reliable connection when I’ve been roaming abroad than at home!

    @EE Well I said I was hotspoting using my phone. Which is also ee fortunately at this time. So they said they added an unlimited data pack for now... So that should help with work laptop. But not all the rest of my devices. Wonder if finally time to try alternative infrastructure...

    @EE hi can someone reply to my DM please urgently. I require an NCK code to change network. I have tried the online community and its not helped. The imei page on your site isn't working and so is your webchat. Find it so frustrating how hard it is to contact someone at ee!

    .@ThreeUK has offered THE worst customer service today. Passed from 1 idiot to another and fobbed off at every opportunity. They don't listen to customers, just try and get rid of them as soon as they can. Time to move to @O2 or @EE by the looks of it.
