    @EE it’s a shame that EE is not the same. Became greedy. They used to unlock you phone for free after 6 months into the contract now you have to pay even at the end of your contract. I have really bad signals on my phone but the refused to early upgrade my phone. I got 3 lines

    @EE why can’t I log in? It keeps saying saying login error. It’s been doing it since ee released PS5 orders as I was going to add one to my account but I was too late. But since then I haven’t been able to login via the app or the website 😡

    So imagine @EE offer customers TV’s/Nintendo Switch for being loyal customers @O2 offer nothing & have awful customer service. They offer nothing when confronted and are rude..#nothappy #cancelmycontract #awfulcustomerservice

    @EE Would love to stay in contact, but no signal for weeks in Surbiton. Your TV message is becoming annoying to those without a service. Yes I'm registered of updates but seems we don't need them according to others in your team.

    @EE My contract is ending so hoping to cancel it before I go onto a rolling contract. Not looking to cancel the number, is there anyway to do so without calling?

    @EE I live in SY12 OQA. I live in sight of a tower and up to a week ago got fantastic coverage which I use for work. Now it’s down 5-10 time a day. Now and again 3G. Please can you tell me what is being done and how quickly this will be fixed? It is critical

    @EE Yes, as explained. We went through to customer services the first time who were of no help and were unable to handle a network issue beyond my and other users homes (albeit one that is only affecting EE).

    @EE Still outages across the UK being reported but you won't actually admit it, why? I have had either no signal or no higher than 1 bar and many missed calls for almost two weeks now, how do I cancel sim only contract? Really fed up with the lack of service now! 😡😡

    @EE can you explain how I can have an old SIM to receive a text to activate the new one if I am a BRAND NEW customer. More than 1 hour spent already trying to reach one of you after being charged for my account without not even receiving the SIM for 3 weeks. Just awesome.#eefail
