@ee slapping a 4% increase in charges when inflation is just 0.6% is pretty poor form!

@EE Ok well that's a shame, because I've been a customer of EE since 2010 (and Orange before that). I'm now looking at satellite broadband, which I'm told is expensive... Turns out it's the same monthly price I'm paying for 1Mbps 🙄

@EE Yeah I've already got a data booster box from you, so I can use my mobile at home, because there is no 4G signal where I live. However, that booster box relies on the router and its 1Mbps speed. How would a 4G router work?

@EE Estimated download speed range given on your website is 1-5Mbps. Consistently in the 20th percentile. Every video call I do is interrupted by weak signal, despite signal boosters/cables (rather than WiFi). Can any discount be offered if service can't be improved?

@EE your phone signal is pathetic constantly dropping out

@EE Loses connection every night between 7pm and 9pm, the box is forever flashing yellow and when it does work it’s really slow

@glossyprince @jayrayner1 @EE but that cost would then be for an extra service provided by them, so you'd then need a VAT invoice for the supply of a VAT invoice!

@EE Your website seems to be broken! Won’t allow me to go past checkout

@EE does the phone signal on PAYG improve once you put credit on account? I requested a SIM but it’s barely giving me a signal... 1 bar of 4G became 3G then 1 bar of E?! That’s even worse than current provider so I’m reluctant to transfer number and add credit...
