    @EE Quite ridiculous, I need am travelling abroad and want to acivate roaming on my EE account but it is blocked. greyed out. I see the solution is to call a +44 number, how am I expected to do that whilst abroad? Need to get this activated ASAP.

    @EE phone signal has been non existent the last 3 days in my house & street. Getting an exclamation mark saying no signal, no internet connection and no network. What's going on? Network check says there is a known issue in North Shields but nothing been resolved yet

    @EE can you fix your service in and around Street, Somerset. It says I have service and doesn’t load anything, or I have no service in places I’ve had it before. I can’t use my phone anywhere in the area it needs to be fixed

    @EE Hey! Please see the conversation thread above! Exactly what I feared has now happened and I've lost all my free boosts! I had enough to give me aproximately 15 GB of data! I was assured that this would not happen! Please help!!

    @O2 seriously has the worst customer service. Over 40 minutes on hold on the phone to try to speak to someone SO FAR. I called @EE last week and was through to someone in 3 rings.

    @EE had a horrible experience with EE. I tried to save money by cancelling BT Sport which has two months remaining (£30) EE charged me £59.90 to do it. Make it make sense. They didn’t tell me during the call that I would be charged this fee. I found out via my extortionate bill t

    @Pdouglas1970 @EE I had to call them via a FaceTime to inlaw Stuff to do Settings/mobile data/mobdataoption the voice and data to 4g Then if no good manually select network to T-Mobile You may have to remove dial assist It then worked Let me know as there was other bits of not

    Totally shocked by @EE … had a phone with them for two years, no issues with paying. Yet I can’t get an iPhone 13 pro max as I don’t earn enough, even with my husbands wages added on. No attempt to retain their customers either. Off to Vodafone I go

    @EE Hi. You were supposed to have ported my number over on Thursday and it still hasn’t happened. I’ve called twice this weekend and spent 30min on hold both times before giving up. Can you help me here please?
