    @EE @MarcAllera it’s not the service I’d expect but I’m afraid really shows you have significant operational issues both in your inability to expedite delivery when you let your customers down and that of almost every agent I dealt with let me down

    @lizanelly1 @EE am still waiting on a call from yesterday at 2.15 over a similar problem first bills £156 when it should be £67 and i paid upfront for the phone
