    @ClarkRenney @EE It never was much good, I’ve never understood why a company as big as them can’t make a decent app…it’s all over the show

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @EE . Expecting customers to wait 45 mins to get someone to answer your call . Time after time this company fails the consumer. I've been with them 25 plus years but on renewal will be changing - enough is enough.

    @OniSuika @EE How many people do you think you’ll be turning off of EE that aren’t already in the replies looking to complain to people that can’t help? You think people will see that you’re having an issue, that’s logged are any less likely to be put off than those claiming overcharging?

    @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

    @EE Hi, can you please confirm why your service for vulnerable customers is so bad. My elderly mother in law, recently discharged from hospital and lives alone, has been waiting for two days for an engineer, and your customer service team cannot seem to confirm a date for this.

    Spent c1 hour on different calls with @EE who are reducing my broadband speed by 50% but "don't worry your bill will remain the same". No chance of new deal as I am an existing customer (28 years) Very big WON'T rather than CAN'T. Any broadband recommendations please?

    @EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!

    @EE I’m unable to update my address it just says “We can’t show your address here right now Please come back later when we’ve fixed things” Is there a known issue??
