    @EE It’s not acceptable that the Open Reach engineer doesn’t turn up and you disconnect my internet, leaving me without any service until an Open Reach engineer is available on 6 June. I work for the NHS and this is impacting on my work @MarcAllera

    @EE @MarcAllera @MarcAllera 2/2 but disconnected service anyway. No communication to me and I had to call you. I’m now having to wait another 10 days for an engineer to maybe turn up. You have to be able to reconnect me in this interim period as I can’t work via hotspot from my phone

    @EE more than an hour on hold to fix your upgrade mistake, told to go to a shop as I upgraded online?? Asked for a Manager - promised a call more than 2 hours ago - now have been waiting on the chat for an hour. Will be transferring personal and large business accounts away.

    @EE I want my old service reconnected until the engineer comes on the 6/6. I paid for an upgrade on the 16/5 and waited until today for an engineer appointment, who didn't turn up. You disconnected me and I can't work for 10 days via hotspot. As my provider you have to do better

    @EE The irony of upgrading my service is I now have no service and now have to wait 10 days with no internet for your engineer to turn up. Or will they bother? Who knows?

    @EE @MarcAllera I would like you to reconnect me to my old service, as the router is still in place and this must be within your gift to do so. I paid for my upgrade on 16/5 and waited 10 days for the first available engineer appt which was today. They didn’t turn up today 1/2

    @ee have more issues than the character limit here allows me to type (2 accounts, duplicate sims to name a couple) but have given up calling 150 for the 3rd night in a row and being on hold for hours). I Give up @ee. You win #rubbish #useless

    @EE no engineer turned up, disconnected, no communication about any of this. I’ve had to call you twice to see what’s happening. Beyond poor service
