  @EE i’ve called already, had to sign a single document for a new phone on the in store ipad as the link was not working on my phone - your employee has taken it upon themselves to sign my print name to a document for insurance that i didn’t ask for. i am contacting the ombudsman.

  @EE WHERE'S MY BROADBAND? It's been months now and I'm still using your awful 4G hub . You've got until the end of August then I'm leaving. I'll also cancel my phone contract out of shear spite.

  @virginmedia @RA0307J your scammers everyone has seen how you operate and where find for those practises how many peoples credit file did you irrevocable damage for late payment of a phone bill?, I've been a virgin media customer since its inception as " Blue yonder" I have just terminated my contract and put here in text " come collect your router" I'm disabled and won't be going anywhere to post it back to you take this as LEGAL NOTICE of the same, now I've moved fully to @EE unlimited tarrif and using my s26 ultra as my hotspot currently have a film on TV and using my tablet via said hotspot, virgin scammers are finished.

  @vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer

  Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

  @EE why have I twice been offered an identical Broadband Deal by your retentions team only to be told it was cancelled after I cancelled the Sky deal? Now told its a 'systems problem' that no-one seems able to sort. Dyou not want any customers?

  @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.

  @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

  @EE credit as run out. call 150 says"mobile network not available" so run out of credit can't top up. What a **** network, been with you 18 months, am leaving you tomorrow. log in website, send code never arrives. ****!

  @EE ee are aiding criminals. They allowed someone to claim to live at my address! They have NEVER lived in my community let alone my HOME! EE are doing this on purpose & EE should be fined!

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

  I'm not saying that @EE are absolute ****. I'm just saying that I live in a tiny, one bed flat, and the router in my lounge can't fart enough WiFi signal to reach through one room and hit my bedroom!

  My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE
