    @EE I’ll leave it to the exec call on Wednesday now. If neither yourself nor BTO can identify the issue and we’ve done a router swap I think we’re just clutching at straws now.

    @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

    @EE I’m currently abroad in Mexico and paid to have data for 15 days. The provider in Mexico @MovistarMX is absolute crap and I’ve had no internet for the last two days. Is there a way I can change provider to @telcel or get a refund?

    @EE its been 7 days since you guys turned off our fibre broadband for no reason (paying customers)! I'm running out of data hotspotting my phone just to work. We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!

    @EE I called 150 and the robot operator took me to the "new interactive service" which took me back to the same broken page, It is broken in web browser and in app

    Changed to @EE broadband, awful coverage in the house beyond the living room and dining room, on top of this trying to sort my home phone with them, i think its now 4 times they have failed to complete my order. Really wish i had just stayed where i was.

    @EE The EE app doesn't seem to be able to be downloaded on my non-British phone. I tried the number again and it's just saying not available. Bank is doing a charge back at this point since you can't help me.

    @O2 @EE why can’t i get a mobile signal at #Battle station or ANYWHERE on the rail line from Hastings to Sevenoaks and then London? is this the 3rd World FFS???
