@EE I’ve been on a support call already yesterday, and was told 20,000 people are experiencing this? Again, please direct me to a status page so I don’t have to keep having to have the same conversation telling me to wait 24 hours (again)

@PaulbernalUK @EE It used to be the same with O2 (not sure if it still is) when you went into the shop with an issue, is all they could do was call the very same Customer Service number as Joe Bloggs.

@EE Yup. My phone was iffy from the start, and despite contacting @EE straight away I got nowhere with customer service. Been with @EE for years and never had any problem. My new provider is half the price with a phone that works. More data and same calls and texts. No choice.

@EE The theory was no payment, but that was the problem: you promised to contact *me* when the payment was due. You didn’t. So the payment didn’t happen.

@EE I didn’t call to resolve the issue. I went into the shop and talked in person to someone who, after some investigation, discovered what had happened. And still didn’t really resolve it, but suggested the colleague I’d spoken to the last time had been wrong/lying.
