Difference between @EE’s customer service over the phone and in store is immense. Different answers to the same questions. Over the phone is professional and helpful, in store complete opposite.

@EE The update on the delay is specific for iPhone 13 pro max models. My model is the iPhone 13 pro. Why is it that all my family & friends have received their phones & I haven’t? They are the same model! The communication from EE has been poor.

@EE Can you help please? We have 2 business contracts, currently in Greece with roaming enabled, but cannot make calls! We can't call you because our calls aren't working. Just get "unauthorised selection". We got the welcome SMS when arriving etc. Cheers

@EE help!! New customer, trying to add 2 more lines to my account, your website doesn't work, your customer service team told me I had to wait 3 months - that makes no sense if I can go online again and sign up as "2" new customers!

@EE Your claims of coverage in your ads are blatantly false that you are the best performing network in our area. @opensignal app shows many EE customers submitting terrible data performance how is you cannot see this on your amazing network?

@EE I've resolved the problem. That wasn't the point. If you are trying to call customers and your outbound number of coming up as spam then you have a systemic issue that you should raise with your Director of customer success (or equiv).

@EE I have no signal at all on Hayling Island, the signal has been really bad for a few days, but today I have no service at all.. I can see there is an outage, so you know when this issue will be resolved please?

So if this is a genuine call from @EE it is terrible practice in terms of promoting good data security behaviour from customers. But I really am convinced it was a scam, though now I see how hard it can be to tell the difference sometimes. It's only in hindsight...7/

@EE hi I have an iPhone 13 pro and I can’t activate my Apple Music smart Benefit when I click the link sent it goes in to the Apple Music app and tells me they is no subscription through network provider
