    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

    @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it

    Turns out my cleaner has the same network that everyone who's had phone issues in my town has had: @EE . At least my network is fine.

    @ee why are so utterly terrible. BT want even this bad. You've added a layer of extra awful to what was already a very expensive service.

    @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue

    @LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE I live in the countryside and my phone signal is crap. But you can still ring 999 without a signal as it searches all networks possible to make a connection.

    After 25 years of being with @EE, Orange before, I have finally had the time to cancel my account. After creeping roaming charges in (especially data) that never used to exist and increasing prices yearly it feels fantastic. Bye!

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

    @EE How does roaming work for visiting Spain/Portugal? My main issues are around potentially receiving calls if I don't have it or it activating and charging me when I don't want it (I'll have WiFi all day on some days)
