    @EE hi EE I want to purchase your 4GEE WiFi Mini 2020 (1mo unlimited). 2 questions: 1. Does it include a SIM in the pack and I just activate it? 2. Why can’t I checkout - requiring the PAC/STAC? I am not trying to move my phone network provider to EE, just need a mobile WiFi

    @EE Your complaints process is a big failure, as it mentions speaking to a manager, trying to do that for a serious complaint. Question asked was "what do you want to speak to a manager for" It seems this is EEs preferred way of keeping complaints down!

    @EE 1/2 Thanks for your reply and I am aware of how the rules work. But, when my current phone contract ends and I seek to buy a new phone, I will then be required to pay for your service when abroad.

    LOVE that @EE called, because I've been a loyal customer for 12 years I can purchase additonal items to add to my monthly bill. What happened to rewarding actual loyalty? 'Here we're going to take £5 off your next bill for the thanks'... idk, it was just a sale op not a thanks.

    @EE over the last hour I have had 10 - now 11 nuisance calls from abroad. I don’t answer and the I block the caller afterwards, but this is now tedious! What can I do? Help anyone? #nuisancecalls #EE

    @EE Started a new contract yesterday, got a smart benefit of Apple Arcade but the text sent is for Apple TV which I’m ineligible for. I text Arcade to 150 and it reckons I’m ineligible for it. Called yesterday but got cut off, called today and told to wait 20 mins! Help?
