    @andy_cov93 @JasonG84Gaffa @EE Ah that’s **** mate. I used to be same boat but then I did what Jason said about and now have the 12 pro max from apple and a unlimited sim for £36 a month

    @sectorpandemic @EE Phone EE customer services.. they should tell you that your order has been picked etc.. once they’ve done that.. download the Dpd app and fill in the same details as your EE Order & and you will receive your tracking number.. Hope this helps

    Having issues using coverage & network status checker; unable to check status for area without entering device type (did not used to be req for status check facility). Trying to check status for cellular data SIM in a device not provided by EE - can you help, please? @EE

    Not great service from @DPDgroup_news however when contacting @EE they didn’t really want to know. Said I’m considering leaving the network after 10 + years as I was very upset. Told.... that’s fine. Lovely

    @EE disappointed that my bill was over charged, over £100, as the advisor who upgraded my contract didn’t apply any of the agreed terms. Had to prove my monthly payments were wrong & you attempted to charge me the upfront cost again despite it being paid already! Awful service

    @JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month
