    @EE hi, I recently bought a pay monthly sim only plan, I have 2 problems, 1. I ordered 80gb data only showing 40gb, 2. I gave the PAC num when Purchasing the sim, and it still hasn’t changed! Can anyone help?? Thanks

    Well that was a shock - phoned @EE to renew broadband and not only was I offered cheaper price than when first signed up (for same product), but also was the same deal a new customer would get! @Plusnet you could learn a thing or 2 from these guys as that's the reason I left you!

    @EE No one has called. Last time your social media team contacted me, they called me a few mins before closing time at 8pm. Can they get a move on. I am into 9 weeks of poor broadband ( broken down as 7 weeks no broadband, and two weeks useless broadband). Get them to call me now pls

    Dear @EE Is that ok to cancel a contract because of your faulty network? 1. Up to two days is normal 2. First 10 days is normal. 3. You need to wait at least 30 days. I have to talkwith several people to explain that its your fault since 21 July. #NeverEE #broadband

    @CPWTweets i just recieved my upgrade with @EE through you. In the package i also received a new sim card. I dont want to lost my current number and was not aware i would be getting a sim with a different number.. Could you help?
