    @EE Still no mobile signal in SN10 5FN area of Devizes, Wiltshire and my daughter lives SN10 2FF area and her signal is down too, yet according to the outage page nothing is wrong. Sort it out please EE

    @EE unable to download bills from MyEE app nor through the browser. Spoke to customer service, only option from them is to post the bills, which takes 5 days. Can't you provide a tentative timeline to fix the issue?? You can't expect the customer to keep checking the app..

    @EE My account is showing 0 minutes, 0 texts and 0GB of data remaining on my pack on both the App and website. Been like this for a few days, but is clearly incorrect as I get unlimited texts and lots of data / minutes. Can you advise if this is a known issue?

    To speak to me as apparently the Team Leader I Ning's department is who I should be talking to! What an AMAZING customer service! After being with @EE for over 13 years this is the sort of service they provide! I'm LIVID to say the least! Hopefully the so called Team Leader
