Simon Oliver (@TonyRome51) reportedHey @EE your engineer has been & fitted new broadband at my in laws today. Despite your assurances over the phone your engineer was the smarmiest, clever arse **** who ever walked & it would seem incredibly rude to boot . And the TV & telephone don’t work either.

Ni(i)na Supremacy 🦈 (@CW_Skaters) reported@EE The EE app doesn't seem to be able to be downloaded on my non-British phone. I tried the number again and it's just saying not available. Bank is doing a charge back at this point since you can't help me.

Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE Hi I’m fed up of being misadvised and lied to!!. Friday all our internet and mobile services went down. I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasn’t happened!!!

Jacqui Archer (@jacqui_archer) reported@EE Hi, I'm trying to work from home and my broadband keeps going down. This is the 2nd time I've reported it

Mathew.C.Mara (@tatsuo367) reported@alwaysMadManC87 @EE Tbf its so irritating that most voicemails dont give the option to cancel etc. When I worked on calls sometimes it goes to vm either without you realising or as you're hanging up or leaving notes yourself

Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE I have just spent another 1hr 30mins on the phone when the phones been put down, this is and utterdisgrace. I will not spend my life on the phone to EE, I want a senior manager to ring me!!

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time off on was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

Murray Watson (@mdwats) reportedDid anybody else get the government emergency alert at 2am this morning and again at 7am. @EE This was in top of the original one at 7pm a night!

RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.

Mark Davison (@MarkDavisonUK) reported@KevlarBrock @EE Black routers are WiFi 6 and outdated, if you’re on a full fibre connection request the WiFi 7 routers that’ll hopefully fix the issue. See if they can send it free of charge if not escalate it.
