    I have already managed to rescue my partner from switching network to @EE as he was literally in the process of doing so. I would urge anyone else to avoid them as well.

    This doesn’t resolve my issue as I may, shockingly, need to make/receive calls in times when I am unable to connect to WiFi. Also, as @SkyUK is my WiFi provider, what exactly am I paying @EE for? Do you expect all of your customer’s’ WiFi providers to do your job for you, #EE?

    @EE I've tried this multiple times over the weekend, kept telling me I need to upgrade. I paid £5 a month for big screen and nothing worked, so I got in touch. EE told me big screen is no longer a service and can only be watched don my mobile device.

    @EE I have had no service since 11.30 last night. I have been sent one update at 10.30 this morning. What's the problem and when will it be fixed. I'm in South Somerset and trying to work from home.

    I have tried every avenue in an attempt to resolve the issue that I’m having. As a result, I have repeatedly asked @EE to advise me as to how to end my contract. They have repeatedly ignored me.

    @EE no damage to the phone. I was told I could not upgrade due to my phone being “as new” when I took the contract out, and due to the 20% as new discount on the plan I wouldn’t qualify for upgrade anytime, despite it being part of my tarriff (1/2)

    Let down yet again by @EE who rudely stopped responding midway through a conversation (and have failed to respond to messages I have sent since) via Twitter DM over a week ago. Terrible service. #EE

    @EE Awful service from EE today. You will allow customers to take out phone contracts with Upgrade Anytime, only to refuse the upgrade when it turns out the phone was “as new” condition. Then saying I have to pay an upgrade fee of £1,000, only for that to fail for same reason

    @EE ... Big Screen addition. When I got in touch to cancel my contract, another EE staff member said they are not aware of Big screen being cut from EE. So I cancelled, but now I just got a text saying I can have Big screen @ £10 a month. Its confusing! What's the truth?

    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EE Thanks Kristen. I'll see if the chat option comes back. However, I won't hold my breath unfortunately. As I said on my previous comments. I've been trying for days and it has never shown once. Chat no worky, upgrade options definitely no worky.

    At least you know when @SkyHelpTeam broadband is down, you can rely on the super quick efficiency of @EE super fast 4G service, said nobody ever, apart from Kevin Bacon, but he doesn’t count #skybroadband #EE

    @EE when going through customer services and you're told a manager will phone you between 1030-11am today no phonecall typical EE take your money then want nothing to do with you after that. Worst network out there coverage is a complete joke
