    I purchased and opened a second phone line with @EE back in December and I have been inundated with spam calls, mostly on a daily basis now, ever since. How is this happening when my number has only been given to a handful of colleagues and has never been inputted elsewhere?

    @EE my broadband has been down all day, router is just showing a static yellow light. Tried rebooting the router and nothing is working at all. Help?

    @EE any update when broadband issues are going to be fixed in WN postcodes? Keep checking on the app and it's always pushed back later and later. I have a son who works remotely and children who need to complete homework online.

    @EE @EE @ofcom offered me partial compensation but left me in a worse financial position. I’ve asked for a deadlock letter. 20 years as a customer clearly counts for nothing. #EEfail #CustomerService

    @EE @SparkyTheWomble Still no signal in RH16 area.. been like this for 2 days! Got an email update saying “sorry it’s taking longer than normal to fix” - any update on this as it’s been 2 days of not being able to make any/receive any work calls?

    @EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store

    @EE your service has been a joke. Told to return equipment in a carrier bag (??), 5 post offices said no. You’ve taken an extra £70 and offered me £30 in return. Misleading info, useless support — do better. #EEfail
