    @EE - Your after care and customer service support is absolutely shocking. Promised a BT engineer attending our home today to fix our home phone line which has been unserviceable since 17th Dec- never materialised and no communication.

    @EE another day with no information about my phone trade in. I’m fed up with keep calling and being given the same poor excuse. You have my phone, it’s been signed for and I have had members of staff confirm this. What the heck is happening?! I’m getting desperate now!!

    @EE is there a way to block numbers. I keep receiving trading calls from various 020 numbers who get aggressive when I tell them I’m not interested. It’s that bad I got one on Christmas Day. Never had this problem before, only had it since moving to EE

    @EE trying to find how to contact you guys, I don’t have a mobile with you, just trying to cancel my watch contract as I can’t upgrade without having a phone with you still. But all I’m getting is, call 150, which I can’t as I’ve switched providers. Can you help please?

    @EE how come when I switch my wi fi on my phone the signal drops low but then reverts back when I switch back to 4G?

    @EE Finally my signal has been restored. I phoned ee and shared the ignorance by ee on Twitter. Apparently she told me she was unaware of ee having a twitter account. So 🤔 is this a real account? makes u think why every1 on here is being ignored. Anyway I have filed a complaint.

    @EE EE we have been with you for around a year constantly having issues with our internet. It cuts off a lot and me being a gamer I am really unsatisfied with your internet provider. I lag out on my console, cant load pages please fix this.

    @EE received new phone & sim and been trying to complete simswap only for an error to come up. Also receiving voicemails and phone calls for someone else on my new phone with the new SIM card in which is a bit concerning! Cannot get through to speak to anyone at EE. Any help??

    Honestly the best bit of advice I will give anyone is to never switch your Mobile network to @EE or BT mobile Never get signal or internet anywhere. It’s shocking
