    @EE Hello, I am currently abroad and not sure when I'll be back yet. I Can't call.I paid my bill as my account said it was closed.I need my number activated again it's an emergency as it's the only UK number I have and I don't have access to call or receive msgs.

    @EE I recently upgraded and purchased insurance with the phone and was told I should receive a phone case and screen protector which I never did when the phone was delivered...any help be appreciated 👍🏼

    @EE so, knowing there is an issue with your smart router’s firmware capping users upload speeds to 50mbps When can I expect for to fix it? It’s really not acceptable when this issue was fixed by BT 2 years ago

    @EE Can I make something clear to Break your miss information over letting a normal household take over comms/radar and land a plane Would Never be Allowed to happen - think you should pull that add and explain.

    @EE they cant do more upfront deposits, so monthly does not change, unfortunately, your UX and Service Designers should understand more about users, and what is a PACKAGE BUILDER. As a customer, I should have the freedom to choose the BASIC terms of the contract. any company does it.

    @EE hi I’m in Southampton with bad service. I have the ‘Roam Further’ swappable benefit, I was wondering can I stick data roaming on and it be covered by my normal data plan? Basically, wondering if you get charged for data roaming when in your home country (not abroad).

    @EE Trying to add a roaming pack to a number, but your 'my account' website is out of action. How can I do this? Doesn't work via the app either. Need to do this today please. Thanks
