    It’s now happening every 15 minutes. The first 6 digits are the same but the last 5 change every time. I block every number that calls yet they’re still coming through. I beg you help @EE

    What else as an loyal customer I could expect from @EE except of failing promise delivery date , and miscommunication just to bump their sale before Christmas! What a disappointment

    Never go with @EE my service has been down since Sunday and I'm sat here with a broken boiler I can't use my phone to call out merry Xmas to me

    To be treated like a number excuse the pun, @bt_uk & @ee are a company we would not recommend you use as they aren’t bothered about how they treat their customers, regardless of how much they cost you, shocking customer service be this business or consumer, just avoid!

    @EE hi EE pls can you let me know how to get a request you requested actioned? EE service not working on an old phone; ee explained we need to transfer phone ownership to a different a/c. Have since confirmed and in dm too but - no response and still no working service.

    Dear @EE your service in the Hay/Llyswen/Boughrood is truly dreadful. No service since Sunday - and we barely go a month without a full week of service distribution. What is your plan to sort this out?

    @EE would you believe In one month of using my phone exactly the same I’ve only used 4gb of data out of 100gb and I’ve actually used my phone more then normal just to test it I would never trust we they’re thieves and this has proven it for me.

    @EE Hi Ashleigh the service came back after a few hours. Clearly there must have been an issue yesterday as others had the same issue however EE did not put a message out about it at the time which was a lil frustrating. All ok now.

    EE has failed again intermittently in my area today. One just looks on in wonder these days and makes sure there is always a plan B. I stay with EE because although the signal may be cr_p sometimes the call centre staff are pleasant. Still, it’s not very good is it? @EE
