    @EE 4g data network still very very poor at LA5 0SH - been like this for months. Why isn’t it getting fixed?

    @EE hello my 4GEE Wi-fi mini isn’t connecting to the internet as the EE signal doesn’t seem to be running (I’m in Sunderland) you’re not showing as having an outage? I’m not able to use your wi-fi and connecting here via 4G. Please advise. Thank you

    @EE hey, my sim only contract is coming to an end so I'm looking at changing my contract. I saw in my upgrades section a 160gb/24month/£20 that I was going to get, my student discount doesn't work on it though. But it does on a 3gb/12m/£19 one. Should it not work on both?

    @EE I wanted to cancel but the lady I spoke to said “can’t get you a pac code, system isn’t working”. So the manager was going to call but never did.

    Service from @EE past 6 months since moving house so bad I can't put it into appropriate words. No signal, no 4G, broadband dropping out multiple times/day. 20 hours plus on phone to them. Refunds not given when promised; fobbed off; stories changed, £600 to them for this. #ee

    @towli14 @EE Cheers Towli. Im heading into town today and if a human (face to face) doesnt help me, i shall be leaving them. What makes me laugh, kev has same phone and deal yet what they offered him, they wont offer me due to data usage.. what a crock!!
