  • mhh02 james (@mhh02) reported

@EE no one should be able to see the Twitter line go up but I can and it so slow that I can go into the kitchen and back just to get a tweet to load

  • RabG1988 Robert Gilchrist ⚽️🐿 (@RabG1988) reported

@EE gets to September and the wee man has started nursery. Has a fall and hits his head. I’m in a meeting at work and Kirsty at home. Nursery try calling but straight to voicemail as no signal. She has no idea her son has had an accident.

  • mhh02 james (@mhh02) reported

@EE But sadly can sort out your 4G internet as it your system as they say they no problem from looking at their computer in London or Timbuktu but still can’t say where you are, but saying that they convinced I can get fibre even though it over a mile away as their computers say so

  • StephSpiteri Stephanie Spiteri (@StephSpiteri) reported

@EE hi I've received a inbox message saying you can't help me as too busy. All I want to know is when WiFi will be back on in Epsom please? Thanks

  • APrashant20 Shaan (@APrashant20) reported

@EE even after raising a complaint, your team is yet to grasp the situation. Asking non-sensical questions and providing horrendous explanations. Glad, I got the PAC Code and opted to switch out. To hell with you and your network.

  • RustyRustic Rusty Rustic (@RustyRustic) reported

Well, another loyal customer lost bt EE. Customer for over 10 years. Most uncompetitive deals ever.... Goodbye... #myee @EE #goodbyeee

  • HJLH Hannah Lindsey-Halls (@HJLH) reported

@EE Fibre optic broadband was meant to be installed on the 13th October. Almost 2 weeks later we are still waiting for it to be fully installed. One problem after another.

  • webfundi Jakester13 🇺🇦 (@webfundi) reported

I have never in my life experienced a more useless app than My EE @EE . Log-in is convoluted, the forms don't take advantage of form-field types, you are bounced from app to web to app to web, asked to log in multiple times per visit and still can't see any info. #facepalm

  • FranklyUk Aboy (@FranklyUk) reported

Why on earth does @MarcAllera CEO of @EE allow his staff to treat people this way? In my opinion this is abusive and unlawful. You cannot treat disabled or vulnerable people this way.

  • RabG1988 Robert Gilchrist ⚽️🐿 (@RabG1988) reported

@EE if like me you thought that there was a minimum service agreement that had to be met you would be wrong. Look at the website and you will see that they do not offer a network guarantee. So if your phone doesn’t pick up and signal. Tough. Turn on wifi!

  • charles_uk Charles Field 🇺🇦 🇹🇼 (@charles_uk) reported

@EE And, it's nowhere remote so it's hard to understand why EE don't address the issue. As I've said, it's frustrating I have to pay you to provide a landline because you are unable to provide a functioning mobile signal 2/2

  • rodneytanton Rodney Tanton (@rodneytanton) reported

@EE what number can I call outside uk instead of 150? Please help phones in UK have stopped working

  • RabG1988 Robert Gilchrist ⚽️🐿 (@RabG1988) reported

@EE do a diagnostic check over the phone and everything is fine. Can’t understand what we are annoyed about as she gets full signal when in the store! Suggestion is to just use wifi calling instead. Obviously this doesn’t work if our and about but ok

  • PummyKin Mitchless Ang (@PummyKin) reported

EE - We're just calling to help you out with the cost of living crisis by offering you 10% off new products! Me - So you're trying to help me save money by selling me something 🤨 @EE #useless

  • AshKaneSkittles asʜ 🇵🇸 (@AshKaneSkittles) reported

@EE Have been taking money from me for over a year despite my countless complaints of me stuck on 1 bar 2 at best. They’ve taken forever to install their new mast which is the reason for the network issue. Why am i paying for a service ive not been able to use?
