    @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

    @freddy0047 @EE Their app is AI and is absolutely useless. We've just had full fibre broadband installed from them. The installation is causing our neighbour problems but I can't get to speak to anyone to get them to come out and have a look. BT & EE playing tennis with it.

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    @EE Hi,im moving house and want to take out a package with EE through Uswitch. When does the credit report get run? I dont want it to cause any issue with my mortgage but I need broadband booking in asap. Can I pre book at appointment and the credit search be done when I move in

    I’m shocked by how a complaint has been handled @EE Following several recorded calls, I agreed to close my account based on assurances regarding my exit fees. Despite this, I’ve been charged over £600. I feel I’ve been misled,requesting an urgent review into this matter. #EE

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    @EE why do you advise to contact you if you have issues then get a generic response! Network update: We couldn't find a problem in location:This may have been a one off and we recommend you restart your device. It’s not a one off!!

    @EE How can I phone if there is no signal and I don’t have another phone or landline? I don’t know it s a local issue, phone issue or network issue. Thanks for your reply not actually being any help at all. Not a can we have your postcode to check for you?

    @EE Yeah. It’s useless. Keeps testing the line saying there’s no problem when clearly the internet dropping for 3 hours at 8pm for 2 nights suggests something is up If it goes tonight then Starlink it is
