    Had nearly a full week of drop outs and slow speeds whilst paying a fortune for '1GB broadband' @EE. Sort it out ffs.

    @robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years,and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.

    @EE THE THIRD TIME I’VE HAD TO COME TO YOU LOT AND SOMEBOW EVEN THOUGH 2 AGENRS ‘SORTED OUT MY PROBLEM’ IM STILL GETTING TEXT SAYING I OWE MONEY? IF THIS DOESNT FET SORTED OUT TONUGHT IM GOING TO COME AND CAUSE ******* PROBLEMS. Same way you lot are causing me problems

    @IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.

    @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

    @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
