I don’t know what @EE have done but the new telephony system which doesn’t allow you to speak to someone is atrocious for the customer journey. I have a simple query that could be answered in 1 minute yet they are determined not to speak to me

  • Light2theWorld2 Light 2 the World (@Light2theWorld2) reported

@EE Are EE going to give bill discounts for the customers who have no signal at all. How can EE expect customers with a problem to contact them when they can not make call or have any data due to the ongoing work being done by EE

  • jaackccfc Jack (@jaackccfc) reported

@EE You’re staff in Cardiff are useless, was told couldn’t do any deals, to then be called saying you could do a deal and save me 100 quid (After already going to Vodafone) Lost a customer for 4 years 👍🏻

  • shxpherdsmaura Hannah ♡ (@shxpherdsmaura) reported

@EE I tried making a payment for my broadband, the money has been taken from my account but it said error on my EE account and the payment is not showing in my payments. Any help and advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

  • tapgiles TAPgiles (@tapgiles) reported

@EE In the very high likelihood you are being called by a scammer, should you give them personal details? No. A phone service company can easily use specific special numbers that people can be told about ahead of time and trust. As you've got for most of your services already. /

  • tapgiles TAPgiles (@tapgiles) reported

@EE That's such a bad thing to teach people. A lot of people don't even consider it could be a scam and will believe everything people say on a phone call. Teaching those people, and others, to do this is a disservice to your customers.

  • Annaf8at125 Anna Arnone (@Annaf8at125) reported

I'm having a great time. My @EE broadband is crap & keeps dumping. The landline is **** & hissy. The mobile signal is slow & almost unusable. It's using 3G intermittently. The wheel of doom on my devices is driving me even further round the twist. 🤪😤

  • finnhagg Finn 💫 (@finnhagg) reported

@EE as a new customer, I am shocked at how bad the customer service is at BT for broadband. You cancelled my order mid January and neglected to tell me until yesterday when I was expecting my installation today. Had to rebook the order and now the hybrid connect is delayed?

  • AlexDray_RN Alex🌸 (@AlexDray_RN) reported

Don’t know why I’m an @O2 customer anymore, never have good signal if any at all in the village and now #O2Priority is down when I want to use it, what are the benefits of even being with o2. Might buy out my contract and go to @EE

  • scottno75 Scott Ems (@scottno75) reported

@EE Great!! But how's about improving your current signal? Where I live it's either excellent 4g or nothing at all!! I've only really noticed how bad it's been since having dual sim in my phone the other being @O2 which is excellent no matter where I go inside or out!!

  • BambiNess87 Chris Lindsay (@BambiNess87) reported

@EE increasing my mobile bill by almost £10 a month 'in line with inflation' less than 6 months into a 24 month contract... great customer service right there 🙄

  • DuncanMcEwen1 Duncanmcewen1 (@DuncanMcEwen1) reported

@EE changing my plan by 7.39 in line with inflation .. sorry am out been a customer for over 15 years plus ... you just lost my buainess

  • nickrf1966 Nickrf1966 (@nickrf1966) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Yes, but when you connect to 5G there is no data, and doesnt drop to 4G. Your help centre manager telling me to disable 5G completely, via hidden menu code, as the EE sim removes the option to disable 5G from my phones menu. So paying £60month for 5G phone that only works 4G 🤷.

  • ChazzH69 Chazz-i-am (@ChazzH69) reported

    @tapgiles @EE Oh that's awful.

  • zefronxobsessed Sammiee (@zefronxobsessed) reported

Just found out from @EE that my phone bill is going up £6.23. I know inflation and everything but that just seems extortionate? Thinks it’s time to find a new phone network?
