    @EE Hi there, just had a text message claiming to be from EE informing me there was trouble taking payment for my latest bill. Not entirely sure if it's for my mobile or b/band, or indeed whether it's a genuine message or not! Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    @EE My contract ended 30th sept. One of your staff told me that I will be charged every month after my contract end date if I don’t notify you to stop. And that I can’t be reimbursed. Despite never having to do this over the years I’ve been a customer.

    @think_brew @AppleSupport You say this, but Calls failing miserably mid call with call failure is also a continual issue on @EE in my area, isn’t an Apple problem and doesn’t happen - for example on same device with @VodafoneUK so it might not actually be an Apple thing if your network has issues.

    @EE Youve charged me £57 after the end of my contract which you refuse to reimburse, this after being a loyal customer for years despite never having signal. There’s really no point in me renewing ever again with EE!

    @EE Hello, there was a promotion regarding a Samsung A90 5G would result with the gift of a free pair of GalaxyBuds. The problem I have is that on Samsungs website there's terms are the purchase must bought by the 10th of October but, you advertised it from the 5th of October.

    @EE why’s my 4G got so bad since 5G was released.... very conveniently bad all around Bournemouth whereas before it worked perfectly
