    @O2UK did I get a good deal because I can't get reception pretty much anywhere? Switched from @EE and frankly devistated. Had no idea EE were that far ahead of you in terms of network coverage.... (Took ages posting this because of the rubbish network ..)

    @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

    @EE Hi there The link you have sent does not work - have tried other connections and still fails - no point now as I am arriving back to U.K. tomorrow- this is soooo disappointing and I would like to be compensated. Really has caused me issues

    @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    @TheBeardedNardo @EE There are so many bad and poor practices going on here that it all seems like a scam even if work was done honestly id have found a different company even if it cost more that is more reputable and reliable then this one its insulting and disrespectful

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

    @EE we have 6 days of intermittent services. Access to account challenging. EE have given another customer reimbursement of a monthly charge for a days interrupted service Another customers restrictions? Why?

    @EE Because the hotspot appears to be from someone's home router, and I'm not sure they are aware someone else could be using their phone line to get access to ee public network services

    Dear @EE you are presuming again... I have no passport, so I wont require roaming and if I did my O2 sim would let me roam . The UK is amazing, when I have explored it all... well I never will . I dont mind relevant marketing ....

    @EE city centre and I can barely get a signal. You are a disgrace of a company. Prices go up, service goes down. "Best network" my arse.

    @EE Engineer between 1 -6pm stayed in for call they just cancelled 5.10pm shocking service
