    You have to hand it to @BTGroup and @EE - announce a substantial price increase (CPI of 5.4% *plus* 3.9%) but try to soften it by noting they use "renewable electricity" and answer their calls in the "UK and Ireland". How does that help pay the bills? 😬

    @EE They said the dongle would work if her phone had no signal…. It uses the same signal as her phone!!

    @EE What security reasons? Its not her address? If you want people to feel 'secure' stop making pathetic excuses for not sorting the problem... you are the ones risking their security not me. Maybe you could ring the farmer and ask him to open the gate, or just climb over it?

    @EE any idea why my phone signal has been pretty much non-existent today in Potters Bar, Herts? shows a bar of 5g but getting me nowhere!

    @scienceguru589 @EE Oh don’t get me started on the service, in my mums village where they’re adding so many new houses our phones don’t work so have to use messenger or other WiFi assisted calling. My mum was told to maybe move to one of the new houses to get a better signal

    @EE can't seem to get through ln 150? My fiancé is having the same issue too on her phone. Also tried contacting via the App and same issue

    @dBoi_massive @EE I usually dial 150 and get through after a couple of minutes to be fair. Probably know it’s you though, then just hang up.
