    @EE we’re having real problems with our internet at the moment. If we download a playstation game/update in the day, we are unable to use the internet in the evening. Is there anything we can do to fix this? Its been this way for months 😭

    @EE recently upgraded but now experiencing daily disconnection from broadband. In 'settling down' after installation, does that mean it'll disconnect? Everything seemed fine before upgrade...

    @SteveALee @EE My daughter has a Vodafone PAYG SIM. She's had it like 3 years, I've never topped it up and it still receives texts and I can call the phone.

    @EE @bt_uk hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    It seems @EE is down... can’t make a single payment through 150 without is saying “Sorry we could not process your request at this time, please try again a little later or call customer services on 150.” What’s going on?

    @EE I still can't access the EEWiFi-Auto on London Underground. It's been 3 days. I get "cannot authenticate connection" and "credentials not valid" messages. I spent my meal relief yesterday on the phone to support. I have Tues off. If it's not working Weds I'll want a PAC code
