    @EE That is hardly fair as I’m still an EE customer. And probably one of the most loyal there’s ever been. BT and EE are part of the same group so please explain why I’m not being recognised as a customer.

    @EE the worst mobile phone company ever!!! When I last renewed my contract my add on included roaming. Needless to say it failed me and now they say I never had roaming as part of my contract but I can pay to have it now. My contract ends in a month. @VodafoneUK see you soon.

    @EE are you giving compensation for 2 days of not being able to recieve or make calls in the outage?

    @EE I still have no WiFi, TV or mobile telephone after being passed from pillar to post after changing to EE from BT. Please could you tell me how do I complain and cancel my service?

    @EE Your process to change address is terrible. I changed my address via my bank app and it took me minutes. Spending time searching the web to learn home to do this, sign into a forum, then dial 150 to be given a link… you’re killing the customer experience

    @EE I called Customer Services earlier and was told it had been sorted and was sent a msaage to confirm this? Hopefully this is just an automated message? They seem to have stopped as I haven't had one in the last couple of hours so it's looking positive so far...

    @EE I'm now receiving texts about a phone I want but don't have. A perks that you are about to cancel for no reason and then next week spend 40mins again on the phone to get the thing I already paid for...again. You could just resend it?

    Feeling frustrated. I pay for the top broadband speed from @EE I am having issues with their service. It took 3 days to get a call! They then closed my complaint without resolving it. Looking at other providers, as it’s the only way to get issues resolved

    @EE My broadband and phone are still off! It hasn't been resolved . I can't get through on the phone to speak to someone as tells me to hang up and txt instead. We are on day 3. AI bot is useless . Very poor service
