    @EE I have no difficultly in paying it . Thank you ! I have a problem with a multi billion pound company ripping it's customers off to produce record profits year on year . We are customers not cash cows .

    @EE Crap price increase though! "This means the price of all of your charges (including your price plan charges) will increase each year from March 2022 by the Consumer Price index (CPI) rate of inflation (5.4%) published in January that year plus 3.9%"

    @EE can’t understand why when looking for a sim only contract online is £25 for unlimited then the moment I log into the account it goes up to £33, when we have paid £50+ for 24 months!! How’s that for customer loyalty!

    @EE Fine let’s do the DM thing where what would have been a 1 minute conversation will take an hour as you’ll be messaging around 20 people, the ONLY good things about EE are data share and Kevin Bacon, your customer service consistently SUCKS.

    It's great the likes of @EE can jack the price up on contract because they can in line with RPI. But will not allow their customers to reduce their bill. What additional benefit does the customer get from increase? That's right, nothing.
