@EE I’ve been chatting with someone called Linzi regarding an ongoing issue. Can someone please confirm whether or not she is working? I need further support.

@MissLauraHolmes @EE Also to add, customer service is dore, no compassion no nothing, just more interested in upselling. Maybe Instead of paying megabucks to Hollywood has been actors, maybe invest more in your services so they actually work.

@MissLauraHolmes @EE Come on @EE! If the service Laura is paying for you to provide, you need to agree to cancel the contract without fees, or provide signal booster. You've got to have one or two of those knocking around that you can install without charge.

@MissLauraHolmes @EE Where i live EE signal is a Black hole, it just didn't work, despite numerous complaints nothing changed, a close family member had a stroke, it took three attempts to get through to me due to dire signal. Complained again, nothing, voted with feet, left and will never use again.

@EE Still have problems. Thought I'd replied so apologies. I am getting a text each day, same message, 'taking longer than expected'. Data speeds down at @ 1mb at best now since Aug 15th. Did use website to raise complaint 3 days ago. Received auto response, nothing since!

@EE No nothing is sorted. My husband tried to get in touch with EE, but they needed him to be on my phone which is not getting signal. Think I may change to O2 as rest of family have that and no problems. The box is still flashing continuously so have unplugged it.

@O2 signal has gone terrible lately. Saying I have full 4g yet nothing will load. Pay £60+ per month and don’t get a decent service. Think I will be trying @EE next when my contract is up
