    @EE website absolutely gutted ordered PS5 just after 8:30 payment page cleared then page frozen for like ever, refreshing and the site was down No email so assume money refund and disappointment absolutely diabolical

    Further issues with @bt_uk and also @EE now. There's a discount available if you have BT broadband and an EE mobile account. Listed in T&Cs as BT Broadband. Agent says it's only available for BT Halo 3+ customers. No such restrictions are in the T&Cs.

    @EE how long is your EE mobile router not going to be working for. Quite happy to keep charging me £44 a month but not fussed about actually supplying the service.

    Been trying to get through to @EE for 2 days. I upgraded & need to return my old handset. Jackie who helped me has not yet sent me a returns box for my old phone. Could anyone help? Last week before my upgrade my call was answered almost immediately. Thanks!

    @EE messed up my iPhone 13 Pro Max order. Order got cancelled on the day it should be arriving. Waited a month and didn't get the phone. Offered me measly compensation. I have two lines with you and I will be leaving as soon as the contracts are up. Never ordering from you again.

    @DogHotstuff @EE I’m furious as I was on the app at 8:15 and the consoles became available at 8:28. Couldn’t possibly have completed transaction any quicker. Rubbish service from EE that they can’t even advise if you’re on the ‘successful’ list or not - ‘Wait and see’ isn’t acceptable advice.

    @KroniiiX @EE EE was a **** up first they get the 128gb prices wrong told on phone I would get 256gb for the price of the 128gb ..told I would get it on 28th ...hours later they said 14 days for delivery ..nice loyalty and misleading sale £30 compensation offered insult

    @RidgeRacer12 @EE What ever date they give you add another 6 weeks they are terrible with deliveries and have no way of tracking there own stock if ordered I store totally shocking service

    @MissJoHartley @EE I had an issue with EE and it was all sorted via DM on here. Absolutely brilliant. Send them a message via their Twitter feed and they seem to respond quickly !

    @EE how do I contact your complaints teams. Customer service was so bad and been customer for 7 years. Support so bad.
