    @EE why is my signal not anymore than 1 bar today? Its the same with the others living in my house yet we never normally have this issue?! And what do you plan to do to rectify the issue?

    @EE Can someone explain why, that when I’m connected to 5G I get excessively lower speeds than 4G? And how one can hopefully address the issue?

    @EE used your chat service to order my upgrade, they were fantastic and really helpful. Now my upgrade is paid for I can't use live chat to ask about delivery dates. Please make your chat more accessible, it's a really good feature.

    @EE Have used EE for a while now, can’t fault them, no hassles and good coverage, used O2 before who had worst customer service to the point where it took me an hour just to get through to the cancellation department (this was precovid like 6yeara ago) no wasn’t paid to say this.

    @lukemckibben @Tom_Atkins96 @EE So to update everyone, complaints women never called me back as promised so I’ve complained about that. Spoke to upgrades team today and they have promised to call me at 9:45am tomorrow when they can officially discuss price plans, will complete my upgrade and submit it for 1pm

    Hi @EE can I request urgent contact from Tech pls with regards to the constant line drop issue im having. Ongoing for over a week now. Really pissing me off tbh. Cant make or receive calls for any longer than 60secs, my mobile is essential means of contact 🤬😡🤬😡

    @EE As far as I can see you have had 10 replies today to this and responded to 2 in 11 hours. Genuine question, what is the point of telling people to contact you on here for help and you are here until 11pm if your response rate is so pathetic or if it isn't regularly monitered?
