When your new phone is lost in the @DPD_CustUK system and @EE do absolutely nothing to help you because its "lost in the sky". Could be lost up there forever huns!

@EE very disappointed with EE and upset after setting a new contract at the shop, whist trying to cancel an existing product - unsympathetic, greedy and not at all loyal or trying to help me in these times - they wanted £189.00 and then they would help me!!!

@EE customer service needs a rethink … you cannot claim to be available to customers 24/7 when you provide only one option for contact and then send people in circles with no direct contact method other than calling #nothelpful

@EE are you able to assist with a problem where my router keeps cutting out?

@EE Signed up to 24m contract with 50% discount. There was an issue at the time & 50% discount was only applied for 6 months. Was contacted & told this would be honoured for full 24 months (confirmed by chat agent) but for last 2 months I’ve been charged the full amount 😡

@EE @CarlL4183 Hi EE, I also live in Harrow and have had really poor signal for the last 3 days. My phone can't connect to 5G any more either. Is there any engineering we should know about?

@EE Hi, I can't I am afraid. It's an hour round trip and I am fully booked up with work. I will wait of the SIM, hopefully in the post later today. I would still question the policy of EE activating the SIM before the customer recieves it. Why not let the customer activate it?

@EE my phone is emergency calls only today. Turns out you sent me a new SIM, but deactivated my current one. Why? I'm not guaranteed it will arrive today so without a phone. Why not just let me activate the SIM when it eventually arrives?

@EE hi, internet is still not working. Appreciate if it's a BT OpenReach issue you can't do much, but the fact we have to ring you to find out is a poor experience. Now on our 5th day of no internet and we have to ring you, the provider, to learn the fix is pushed back yet again.

@EE we've already spoken to your team this morning who tell us it's a widespread outage and it should be fixed today. But we've already had two deadlines for "should be fixed" that have gone. It's mostly frustrating to not have any status updates from EE.
