@EE hi I took out the +10 eith100gb and was not offered a free wireless charger, poor form since am a long term customer
@EE I believe his name was Andy (unsure of the second name), Scottish guy. He booked me in for 4pm today to cancel a renewal on one of the phones on my account as I have 3 with you as I pre ordered the s10+ on an additional line. I don't want additional charges as I wont be using it.
So on @EE I have absolutely no signal when I'm at home so I have to rely on @bt_uk wifi/wifi calling but that constantly goes down too 🙃 honestly like living in the fkn stone ages in this house, what a load of shit
@IanMCalvert @EE You wouldn’t be getting those speeds, if there was unlimited data. That’s the point (well, one of many points). Cellular networks aren’t designed to deliver 20x the aggregate capacity they are today, especially in dense urban areas. 5G won’t fix that either.

@EE I talked to someone from EE online & reached the conclusion that, as I suspected, it was down to my ancient phone. Thank you.

@EE Hey Peter! No worries. Well, it just rings, the recipient answers, and then it drops. I have two EE SIMs, same issue on both. No issue on Wi-Fi, so I can only assume it's a backend issue.
