    I don’t want to be “that person” but what do you do when customer service is so bad and you’ve been hung up on by an automated voice agent because they won’t get to you by the time they close in TWO HOURS and the chat line won’t pop up as promised? @EE I pay for data to share 1/2

    @ThePrizeForce @EE It’s a war of attrition. They want you to give up. Calling ScottishPower took 1h20 to get through, then bounced from one dept to another, each time back in the queue, total 4h30, and then they ignored their own resolution and back to sq1. Their mistakes always favour them🤔

    @EE I upgraded to the 14 Pro Max as soon as it went live on the 9th, but due to there been a problem with my upgrade, it got cancelled without me been made aware. I found out Monday when I had to call about something else and the upgrade was put through again. 1/4

    @EE can you tell me why your service doesn’t work in the channel tunnel currently? I can roam no problem on the return to Uk and Vodafone handset has signal heading to France
