    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    @EE Afternoon Guys, just been chatting to 1 of your team about upgrades etc. Really nice guy and helpful but the call dropped out ironically! Please pass on that I didn’t hang up on him and if he wants to call back he can 👍

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    What a shock...I call @EE to cancel a contract and I'm kept on the line waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone (and I've now had to give up as I have to go out). You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

    @EE this is my internet yet again. It’s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg

    @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

    @EE your customer service imo now falls below even virgin media, 28th day of a complaint today so there is a dispute on the account, I'm currently on hold to some foreign country collections team, if the complaint is not escalated to exec team now I want a deadlock letter and

    @superpaddiepads @sassycassyL @EE I’ve never minded paying for the phone monthly, because the contracts used to run side by side. Now you pay longer for the phone.
