@EE Don't even bother, they send you faulty second hand goods and leave you out of pocket when you return it. And their coverage is crap. 94%? I can prove its less than 50%

@EE I have been a very good and loyal customer for over 15 years with you. Never had a problem with paying you. Today I called to see if you could give me some additional data for free just for today as my broadband is down and won’t be fixed until 8pm. And you gave me nothing.

@ee Hi! What are the issues with signal in Newcastle Upon Tyne? I've checked both my work postcode and home postcode and it's been saying for days they are working on it. I have very very poor signal, unless connected to wi-fi - which isn't ideal when I'm not home. Thanks!

@EE - Getting through to your contact centre is unacceptable. 20 minute wait and then disconnected. Why can you not cancel via website/chat? Can someone please call me?

@LiToast @bt_uk @EE People say bad things about Virgin but we’ve had them since mid June when we moved house and haven’t had an issue at all. They’re actually over delivering on the speeds they quoted when I signed up to their super fast fibre.

Just to let my Twitter Family know that if you fail to respond to a text message from @EE about your contract coming to an end they will continue to take payments on devices that have already been paid for in full. In my case to the tune of £600. Money that is not theirs.

@EE Thanks for forcing a new app and login credentials on me! There are serious flaws in the app, don't you test things? My account requires login even though logged in (hint: there's a link to logout). Awful design and navigation. Help has a huge red error msg.
