    @EE I don’t use your service for calls I have a 4G router and I’ve been without internet access since this afternoon. Why aren’t you being honest with customers about the outage? How long will it take to resolve?

    @EE Myself, wife and friends in West Cumbria are having problems with slow 4G. We all used to have good download speeds and it was quick but over the past few months it’s been terrible. Spoke to EE and they suggested it was my phone but it can’t be if lots of others are affected!

    2/2 I have literally spent £1,000s with them over the years. I have another phone contract and broadband account with them. But due to their really poor customer service they will not be renewed at the end of their contracts @EE

    @wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE They are all brilliant until you have an issue it’s how they resolve it that makes them good or bad. I always recommend Apple to everyone until I had a phone that wouldn’t turn on but the laptop in the Genius Bar said there was nothing wrong with it and refused to replace it.

    @EE I'm having trouble with my Pixel 5. The charging port isn't working so I can't charge by wire or connect to Android Auto (tried several different wires). It's less than 1 year old, can I get a replacement in a shop please?

    @EE I want to make a claim on my personal insurance outside of EE for a broken phone but I need proof of ownership. Where do I find that online or on the app?

    @EE I'm not in that postcode anymore but it was GU27. It had been like it pretty much all day but started working at about 5.45pm. Looking online it seems like you've had a major outage today.

    @mouthwaite @EE My son tried to cancel his contract after the expiry term of its 2 year period and despite saying it was cancelled EE continued taking the DD. He then cancelled the direct DD and they issued bailiffs 😤. He now has no credit rating - 😡🤬and You can’t get to speak to anyone

    1/2 Awful customer service from @EE been a loyal customer with them for more than 15 years and when asked to leave a pay as you go contract 6 months early due connectivity issues making it impossible to speak to clients. They will not consider waving the £100 fee!

    @EE Once again by EE not willing to go above beyond for their customers. I was effected by a "planned" outage for 12 days. All they can offer is the days of service. Nothing extra for the inconvenience. Very arrogant manager also told me to like it or lump it. Shocking.
