    You need to up your customer service game! I was paying £25 for 30Gb, unlimited txts and calls but have switched to @EE now I have 160gb, unlimited calls and texts for £20! Result.

    @EE I’ve been on hold for almost 3 hours (spanning 2 days) trying to complete an upgrade to my phone contract. You have accepted my money but I am unable to get the product in return…this doesn’t seem like good customer service. Pls help #eecustomerservice
