    @EE I have been with you guys 12+? years.. I was talked in to your broadband in the shop in the Trafford centre, replacing my really BAD #BT broadband after being PROMISED it would be better. and now the "5G" on my new S22 £60 per month! the signal is horrendous!!!!!

    @EE can you get in touch with me urgently. Your helpline doesn't work, you chat is manned by a bot who is telling me about a cornovirus outbreak and your terrible phone signal is costing me business and time.

    @EE I can’t get through to any sort of customer support and my phone that was supposed to arrive in 48 working hours still has no tracking info, I haven’t received a single text. Can you tell me when it will be dispatched? Or who I can contact? I need a working phone.

    @VodafoneUK @EE why do you only offer discounts for NHS staff, and not for other emergency service workers? That’s according to @MartinSLewis latest email. Bit of an insult to other branches of emergency services

    @sjcNKOTB @EE I’m so glad I’m not the only one! Wi-Fi router stuck on red.. done everything to sort it out. This isn’t acceptable really! The signal in this house is bad enough
