    @EE I was just wondering how long it can take for a bill to mobile payment can take when it is refunded (Google Play Store), I know Three can take up to 2 months but unsure if this is the same for all refunds regardless of the Network you are on?

    @EE Also there certainly shouldn't have been such a fight to get a refund. Very bad customer service and bad treatment for an elderly disabled gentleman too! Shocking really!

    @EE Sorry Bob, not sorted. Complaint raised. Hopefully it’ll be dealt with. Got one text saying raised, then another saying “chat ended, so we’ve closed the complaint”. All was clear (& I have screenshots), so if they’ve closed it to avoid dealing : it’ll be Ombudsman in 8 weeks.

    So disappointed with @EE customer service. Customers travelling abroad should not be used to make a quick buck….extortionate rates and the most economical rate not given as an option in the arrival abroad text. Disgrace!!

    @EE I have been mis-sold my BT and when I call to cancel the mobile broadband sim in 14 days, they EE and BT are not answering the call and the process is made so difficult that people get put off. @EE I won't give up!

    Is there any cash incentive from @EE to terminate contract with @O2 in the interest of them getting a new customer with a phone that actually works in an area when there is 100 people. Blackpool last night with the kids and can’t even make a phone call.

    @EE please help me! I’ve transferred a sim to a new phone and now have absolutely no network. Your only method of contacting is via phone but I don’t have a phone with any network and your messaging service is down! Please help!

    @EE Been there tried both and can say both are as poor as the CS. The only way to solve this is increase the size of the cs team or decrease the customer base, as the numbers of customers requiring support are far greater than the capacity of the current team to deal with it.

    Does anyone know how I can get hold of @EE complaints deportment as the people in the phone don’t understand that I not going to reset my system every time I talk to them when it their system that the problem as doing in all my phones routers and the engineers phone
