    @DrJessTaylor @skytv @EE Hi Jess, if EE doesn't work out give Plusnet a go. I've been with them for yonks. When you, rarely, have to call Tech Support you get straight through to a person, wow! They always do deals so don't go by the telly ads. Years ago they even remotely fixed my computer for nothing.

    @EE can you help me with resetting my ee account? I can't log in to see my final bill. I also have been waiting for 3 working days for an unlock code for my device because I have to do it over the phone while I can't log in

    @EE Hi there I am just wondering if anyone would be able help me? I have recently brought an Apple Watch with cellular and it’s saying I need a plan for it to work? Does that mean I have to pay or can I have to running off my data I have on my phone plan? Thanks Z

    @EE OK great thanks I have a Huawei p30 pro at the mo so know they are good phones I'm just unsure if I want to get the next one because of the loss of Google services if I don't like the s21 it's gonna be difficult as I've never had an iPhone before

    @EE hello, I looked on the app and the Community and find our local mast is down perhaps for another week. Can you advise of compensation as we use mobile for our calls and it's expensive using the landline.

    Still not been contacted by @EE after promises of call back an hour & 15 minutes on phone, pm's here etc. It's a poor level of service. I will ask them to compensate for my time and hassle. I do this routinely now when one has to suffer extended waits, cut-offs, etc. #ServiceNot

    @MartinSLewis Similar issue with @ee and my HomePod. If I had purchased from Apple + as it’s a manufacturer fault they would of replaced it immediately (their words). Told me to get in touch with EE and apple will replace it. EE wouldn’t accept this and now having to go through ombudsmen.

    Would love to know why @EE signal is so **** where I live, 4G and 5G I never have more than 2 bars and facetimes/videos calls constantly have to reconnect and always freeze with how bad the signal is. Even normal calls are always fuzzy and break up when I’m at home
