    @lodeslan @EE We have found EE to be brilliant with customer service. Saying that I very rarely have issues with their service,so haven't had to contact them recently.

    So today was going to be new @Apple iPhone 13 day but going from a physical to an eSim has left me without a working phone, I have to go to an EE store to get the problem sorted. Well done @EE just wasted 5 hours sorting it. Now I have no phone, I rely it for work! #Useless

    @EE Hi, i was attending to other commitments . The phone never works when I actually need it. Eg stuck lost in Glasgow, and when down town trying to phone my disabled son.

    @EE can you help me please? I took out an additional Sim for my son and filled in the PAC code as he was on Tesco mobile. He put the new sim in last week and it’s not transferred from his tesco number? It has an EE number
