@EE been a loyal customer of EE for over 10 years. Terrible service yesterday, on hold for 55mins only to be cut off. They knew my number but didn’t call me back. Direct debit now cancelled! I’m sure they will be in touch now! I couldn’t have sorted this online. V. Disappointed

@EE still no signal, 5 days now, no reply to my email and app status checker never changes from saying 16 hours till repair complete. @ee you need to look into this now

@EE Yes Charlotte, still no signal. Apparently Emgineer being sent out to area covering B79. There is a problem in this area apparently. I have had to go to WiFi calls whilst at home but can use phone as normal when in another area.

@badgerkinsy @EE If you're on Android, settings, apps, my ee, storage, clear cache. Had the same issue and this fixed it.
