    @EE Hi, yesterday I was offered an upgrade deal on your chat for an upgrade by Mara; told it would be saved on my account notes. Later on, went on chat and Kanika couldn't offer it or be more help so escalated to Rahul, who also couldn't help. Then dc me without an answer.. help?

    I’ve downloaded my @EE app to check my WiFi speed but the numbers mean NOTHING to me. What is good / bad please? I’ve DMd EE but got a ‘we’re busy’ auto message. Need to make sure WiFi ok for a meeting next week....

    @EE EE are crap, very expensive network, very tight with their data, sim only deals I looked at for my son started at £20. You can get them for as little as £5/£6 elsewhere. I’ve got two contracts expiring this year and I’ll be off.
