@ThreeUK just lost a long term customer after very poor customer service and them taking money they'd already been paid, so phoned, cancelled contract and now moved over to @EE, Excellent first communication and assistance from them.

@EE Hi Olivia, the saga continues. Can you help? we had booked a call back from customer service today which didn't happen. Now found out that EE coverage isn't good and it was suggested to take broadband with you to improve the phone signal... 🙄
