    There has to be an easier way of cancelling a contract than waiting on hold for an undetermined amount of time with @EE! Why can they not at least give you estimated time/place number? Or just let you cancel contract online and then ring ME back if they must?!

    @EE I have paid your loss and damage insurance on my fone for 3 years. Mic broke. Claim denied. Totally disgraceful. Your insurance is a tangle of loopholes and red tape allowing you to rip people off.

    @EE I was literally in London, on EE 5G network and I got your advert that your agency think is targeting people in Manchester. It isn't. Whoever they are they've screwed it up probably - both on the basis of geo-targeting and on exclusion of existing customers

    @hookaduckduck @EE This drives me up the wall! If I want to upgrade my service with @virginmedia I can do that online with no issues, because I'm giving them more money. If I want to cancel or downgrade though I have to call them, so that some support exec can try and talk me out of it.

    @EE you have disconnected ,as well as my heating hot water disconnected now missed a dwp appointment call to try and get money repaid,but phone dead no one can contact me I'm BEDRIDDN I'm cut off from important calls,never knew so police came to see what happened to me phone dead

    @EE Hi. I spoke to someone in DMs the other day about a problem I was having and was told I should be getting a text or email within 48 hours and it's been about 5 days. Still nothing
