@EE my partner has been trying for the past four hours to cancel his contract and unfortunately the line keeps going… he doesn’t want to hear what else you have to offer, he just wants to cancel. If you gave people the option to cancel on the app it would improve the wait times!

@EE is there a problem with your systems at your call centres? Somebody was calling me back yesterday who didn’t and now I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes just to find out what’s happened to my upgrade order - it shouldn’t be this difficult surely??

@EE it’s really frustrating that you won’t let me cancel a plan that is expiring online. Only way to cancel is via phone but 3 days in a row your lines are very busy. All the while the auto renewal deadline is coming close. How do I stop the auto renewal?

@EE @EEHelpdesk Yet again I’m unable to have a conversation with anyone due to intermittent call quality. Missed important hospital phone calls and can’t speak to anyone properly. I use my phone for for so is completely unacceptable. Previously reported same issue!!

@EE whilst roaming in BERMUDA, despite making multiple calls before, and then when there (hours of seeking help) to EE to ensure I had Data roaming (@£6.95/150mb/24hrs) it kept cutting off. Wasted/lost work time due to system faiI. I would expect some sort of discount. Not happy!

@EE been trying to get in touch with customer services all day. I finally get through and I get the most rude representative I’ve ever had. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager he denied that request and proceeded to be cheeky and unhelpful.
