    Very disappointing service from @EE this morning. Charging me 8 years for a line I neither asked for or wanted. They will not refund, credit my account or provide compensation, after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. #Disgusting Off to the @OmbudServices

    Well all of the @EE phones got the emergency alert but the pay as you go O2 did not get an alert!?!

    To be fair, that national alert is the one and only time I can get @EE’s signal to work in my house. Shows you how powerful the government is over my wife, son and family when they send me important texts through EE. 😞

    No test signal on our @ThreeUK network (or iPad on Wi-Fi) but my sister got one a min before 3 on @EE

    @EE as my emergency alarm didn’t go off, does that mean I get a discount? I mean, if I’m not getting the same service as other, it’s only fair! Unlimited data 🙄

    @O2 - nice to know your **** signal prevented me from getting the #emergencyalert while sitting at home. As my @EE device provided by work was going mental. Another reason why @O2 are incompetent at the bare basics, and could be responsible for the unthinkable.

    @EE @EE It appears that I'll be saying goodbye after 23 years (and more - previously Orange) as a loyal customer as you can't match another providers monthly quote and benefits. Such a shame that customer loyalty now means nothing.

    @EE Yep, unfortunately we have reached the letter of deadlock stage. I will now cancel my upgrade and look for alternative providers. Disappointing after 15 years as a customer. Being blamed for the mistake that was made by a member of staff in store 8 years ago is too much.
