    @EE I’m paying for ‘super fast’ fibre but getting Adsl speeds, I’m guaranteed 47.5 which it consistently drops below. Had the problem for weeks, had engineer out, still doing it. Think I deserve a call.

    @EE I will try that. It just takes a tap or click to add add-ons but it seems you have to complete an obstacle course to remove. This isn’t providing a service, it’s gaming people.

    Hey @EE I know things are busy now cause of the virus but 2 things first of LOVE the customer support, secondly if I'm part way through a broadband contact I am able to move it to a new address should the situation arise

    @EE not watched one nights tv without bband cutting out, ongoing since Dec 19 not good enough. When this more serious situation is over official complaint and contract review 😡

    @EE sort your stupid broadband out please. It’s so frustrating. I’m trying to play a game on my phone and I can’t because your broadband keeps F###king up. Not happy in the slightest. If this is not sorted I will be leaving and finding a new provider

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    @EE Have home router 4g as phone line poor due to distance from exchange-rural area - I have 500gb download per month but any change you might do increase in future as only way to have high speed broadband but I do use a lot of data
