    @EE No, @EE @MarcAllera , it’s been happening since about June 2020. It was only in January that you advised it would resolved by the end of January. Still having issues. I mean, it’s not as if anyone ever needs to rely on their mobile network ....

    My son is so fed up with #instagram, trying to login & even to get through to someone by phone @instagram, @KarimPalant. Our @EE shop tried to help, but hadn't encountered this problem before. You say: Bringing you closer to the people and things you love? Not if he can't login.

    @EE I bought extra 10gb data yesterday before realising I had a recurring add on. Now have 20gb extra.. Could someone help remove one of the extra 10gb please? Thanks!

    @EE What’s the point in having online chat that’s never available. Try SMS for an upgrade you say again site not working. Time to leave @EE and join @SkyHelpTeam mobile

    Hi @EE we have not had mobile broadband now at all for over a week. We have repeatedly called and been told that it will be fixed within 24-48 hours and that there is a ‘known issue’. No updates, no communication, no internet!!

    @hanlpearson @EE I had one pretending to be my bank last week. They must be busy trying to catch a lot of people out at the moment. Absolutely horrible!

    @EE Hi, any chance you can explain how I can upgrade from an IPhone xr(never a problem & great signal everywhere) to an iPhone 12, and struggle to get signal and doesn’t charge in the car..? #veryannoying

    @EE Sorted now. Switched from Safari to Chrome and it worked fine. I’m on an iPad Pro running IPad OS 14.4 - latest version of Chrome. Might help other users.

    @RomeoPapa60 @EE Our work phones are EE and up in the Pennines they're a bit rubbish so much that I just give up and use my Vodafone personal one. Now equally it could be the crap phones the job is giving us.

    @EE All they offered me was the highest price plan £69 with no up front fee I said that was to much for me then they messaged me back no problem take care and when I got offer before the £42 price plan with no front fee about a month ago as it a early upgrade I have 3months left

    Regarding poor signal in Crick Northants. Maybe @EE and @CastleMarina & @CrickMarina could work on Boosting the mobile signal for phone and data. #communityspirit
