    @EE Honestly, I thought a telecommunications company would proper push working at home as a flex on others to say their network is super trustworthy.

    The big problem with relying on mobile data for a net connection when I urgently need to do my taxes is when both networks I use (@Three and @EE) are down and utterly useless on the same day.

    @EE is there something wrong with the system my missus payg hasn't renewed this morning, theres money on account but cant ring as technical support busy.if try to use it says 0 mins or data available need to top up, but have done just keeps going in a crappy loop.

    @EE I am trying to add the add on “ WORLD” it’s your additinal data you offer for the UAE. £6.26 a day. I cant call your customer service as I have had calls suspended. Can you help?

    @emma_esl @O2 @EE I am tied into a ridiculous 3 year contract i am not making that mistake again. I get good signal most of the time but this 3 years is not great.

    @EE Hi, I have a couple of issues. I’m trying to update my payment details on the EE website but it won’t allow me as it states I’m not the main account holder? Also, I signed up for the BT Sport Big Screen for an extra £5 and it’s not working? Thanks.

    @EE Our contracts are ending and we want to move to SIM only plans - god forbid your website works. It just logs us out, shows no SIM only plans and tries to push phones onto us, instead. Seriously wondering why we should stick with a network that can't run a website!

    @EE No signal again in Streatham today! Despite complaining last time this happened (for over one week in November) no credit or compensation. It’s time to say adios next month.

    @EE Hi Matty! I was going to give you a call today but I’ve checked this morning and it’s back online again. Not sure what the reason for the outage was, but it seems to be ok now. Will call if anything changes :)

    @WeFix_UK has refused to take ownership for the fault for putting a damaged battery into my phone which killed the motherboard. @SamsungUK @EE I hope you would not recommend this company who uses damaged parts to 'fix' phones. They should not operate and provide services.
