    @EE Hi. I have had no Broadband or TV for 4 days. You have said it’s an issue with my power cable, received my new one and still not working. I am paying for something I can’t use. Can someone please contact me to fix this and provide compensation. This is unacceptable now.

    Just switched from @SkyUK #skymobile to @EE the difference is unbelievable, it’s like my phone has been taken out of a tin box. No wonder I had always had so much piggy bank data, never had a signal to use it. Should have full refund for the last 2 years

    I want faster internet speeds and @4thUtilityUK just doesn’t make that cut anymore, they’re too slow! @EE doesn’t recognise them so I can’t switch to EE 😩

    @EE no service in Brighton yet online says it’s fine. I’ve not been able to make any work calls all day! When is it being fixed?!

    @EE I had an order cancelled from yourselves for a phone, when can I expect a refund as it’s been a week now? I’ve tried calling but it takes ages with automated service and then I end up hanging up as I have a baby! Not very happy to be out of pocket

    @EE , is there a problem with broadband in the BN11 1HU area. Mines been dropping out continually, TV freezing due to poor connection, can't make phone calls either as my phone runs through the WiFi as no mobile signal in the flat. So can't call you. Tried restarting, no joy.

    @EE You need to fix your call system too. The "guide" put me on hold (it seems my issue is quite unusual) and then, when your text arrived asking me to rate EE, it simultaneously cut the call off.

    Hi @EE My security software is saying port 7547 is open and vulnerable to attack. Looking online it appears port 7547 is usually used by the ISP (in my case EE). Can you advise how I fix this vunerability? Thanks.

    @EE Hi I'm just enquiring is to why my 5G and 4G is so bad you get nothing, It used to bed really good but this past 14 months it's pointless, so I'm paying for a service I dont get. Any help would be appreciated.
