Hey @EE how can you admit to their being network failures in response to AWS going down but then when its reported claim nothing happened? Some of us need our mobile connections for work/side hustles etc. We pay you every month for stable connections not lies its just my device

@EE So you basically delete phone numbers and keep credits without notifying your customers? You have both my email address and physical address in your system. I have never received anything warning me of this at any time.
