    @Stevie_Holden94 @ThreeUK I've been with @EE for years - absolutely phenomenal service from them. I also barely have any issues, and any issues I have had, they've fixed right away.

    I would like to send evidence my phone was broken from the start. Phone is brand new! @EE say "send evidence to repair centre". Repair ctr wont accept evidence, "send EE". 2 hours on the phone I'm being used as a ping pong! Cut off twice also.

    @EE Yes spent 40mins on hold just to be told there was no issue with the line that they could see so just to switch on and off, like I was making it up cause I enjoy wasting my time and data for no reason!

    @EE most annoyed to have waited in all day for a delivery only to be emailed that the driver has "missed me" wtf? NO ONE HAS KNOCKED MY DOOR ALL DAY, and now I've had to pay extra to have it delivered on a weekend? C'mon!

    @EE I took out a subscription to apple music through my EE contract. I would like to upgrade this apple music subscription to include family sharing. Do I need to cancel my existing subscription and take out a new one to enable me to do this?.

    @EE I’ve been trying to use the app and the website internationally and neither are working for me. The app hangs as soon as I try to open it, and the website first let me login.

    @Soxthewavingcat @EE Well I can see a few things wrong with Gary's reply not to start on the whole dismissive attitude is terrible and why is Gary's manager not helping? Clearly a customer in a vulnerable situation and asking for help, awful service ee just awful and this needs to be resolved

    @EE It’s been an ongoing issue for months but the last 2 days has just not been good enough, if it wasn’t for being stuck in a contract I would be leaving your service. We are having to now pay out for extra data on top of having our WiFi bill just to get her onto her lessons!
