    @EE I seem to have missed topping up today for my pack, my phone is still not fixed so need to put £10 on for the pack to renew, can you help please and do it over the phone, I usually do it on 360, but need to locate the p/w had a gas service today,Thanks Keith

    Any recommendations for 📱 contract other than @EE? Service is a joke,ordered the new iPhone about 6 weeks ago and told it would be here in a week.Turns out it’s out of stock and they cant tell me when it’s going to be back in so looking else where, would of been nice to be told

    @EE how do I report the fact I have no 5g wifi, no network coverage and continued dropped calls since 9ish am this morning? Still isn’t working! Im in the EH4 area of Edinburgh.

    An unusual problem with land line coming in through the window frame. Its let water in.damp walls indoors. @BritishTelecom useless. @EE did the job. #dontgotobt

    @jamie_trueman96 @EE I switched to Vodafone as it was cheaper, no idea what the service is like up north though. iPhone 14 came in 2 days of ordering.

    @EE hi, for some reason I’ve been unable to make outgoing calls all morning. I’ve have a signal and have been able to receive incoming calls. I’ve checked your coverage status and that says everything should be working. Thank you

    @EE issues trying to make calls all day. WiFi calling also not working. No communication to advise service is down yet there are news reports of large outages. Any help would be appreciated
