    @EE Unfortunately due to a mask having been faulty in our area for the past eight months I get horrendous signal and service from EE which makes calls almost impossible. Can this not be dealt with via chat or email? Because I do agree it is a very large jump in price

    @EE I really wouldn't put ee and reliable in the same sentence.. the mast in the CF48 area constantly has issues.. to the point where I can't even be bothered to call to get compensation anymore

    @EE Basically the last time I updated my phone, an additional line seems to have been added to my account without my knowledge, now I’ve noticed I just want to cancel it.

    @EE 2/2 2 upgrades and the wrong one sent out according to CS. Several weeks ago I attempted to upgrade again and never received it. Last week agent says she would resolve it, then gets text saying handset Rec yet no credit on my account and now my credit report has been marked

    @EE absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service from Brightstar! Upgraded my phones over 6 weeks ago and still no packaging to return my old phones - several hours wasted on the phone getting nowhere and several emails not replied to!! I don’t know where to go next!!
