@VodafoneUK it's time to upgrade and the selection of phones is poor.@EE and @O2 has a better choice! They still have the samsung note 20 ultra and vodafone stopped it. They even had the #XiaomiMi11Ultra for a week just. And the tarrifs! Wow so expensive Time to change i guess

@YardleyShooting @EE Try Webchat with EE, explain they have duty to provide service under section 50 of CRA 2015. Tell them they have breached contract then make the request to provide the service paid for but for inconvenience they must provide you with a reasonable discount. enforce your rights

@h4n1h @EE Hani, don't waste your time waiting for them to reply, they never do, this account was only created for posting good morning at 8am and good night at 11pm. Almost 2 hours have gone since they started this tweet, they've not answered any of the enquiries though .They do not care.

@mumsymaker @Dyfed_Telecom No. I've still got slow internet. Last night we had two hours of 40Mbps. Nearly died of shock. Now it's 3Mbps again. It's a mast issue but @EE won't listen and won't fix.

@mumsymaker @Dyfed_Telecom @EE I emailed the Welsh Government this morning asking what to do. The reply ignored my complaint about my ABC grant-funded broadband, but informed me that my property has been "approved for publicly funded fibre roll-out". I won't hold my breath...

@YardleyShooting @EE I'd suggest not tieing yourself into another contract. Most operators have contract free or '1-month' SIM only deals often more attractive than their tied contracts but 1st. identify which networks have a good signal where you want them.
