@MarcAllera @EE worst customer service. Been with you for 11 years. Was offered lifetime discount to avoid lawsuit. Now saying they can remove all discounts as they please. Partner offered better deal as new customer. AVOID.

@EE 4 days spending 20+ mins on your call line to upgrade and no ones picking up, absolutely ridiculous, im guessing you dont want my money. Terrible customer service, ill be going to another provider if i cant speak to a human rather then machines.

@EE My 83 year old Mum has had a contract for years. Her phone has locked which has never happened before, Bridlington branch wouldn’t help and she has now had to pay £30 elsewhere to get her phone unlocked

@EE - just had the worst service in both of your Uxbridge stores. Been lied to (length of warranty) and couldn't service my pre-booked MOT as shop about to close...... they were still open 30 mins later. Looking to see if any providers are any better....
