    Disappointed with @EE upgrades for customers who have been with you for a lot of years. bad experience last time I upgraded & the prices don't seem to have improved. #EE used to be competitive for price but now seem one of the most expensive. Maybe time to look elsewhere

    @EE No, I've had enough now. I was trying to lay an in-play bet, which subsequently won, but couldn't due to a chronic lack of signal so that's me done with EE. My partner has no similar issues with her Vodafone signal at this location.

    @EE 2/2 I live several miles inside the M25 but half a mile from the nearest road. That, it seems, is akin to living in the Highlands where my phone signal is concerned. Its normally just aggravating but this time its actually cost me money with regard a bet.

    @EE just wanted to Big up an employee for their excellent customer service. His personal service. And use of his product knowledge to help sort out a new handset and return of a order I messed up. Please bless Alec Harmeston with some vouchers, a raise a day off. Very happy.

    @EE I doubt it, spoken to a manager and all they have done is patronise me and talk down to me, I’m just looking to leave the network now, worst customer service I’ve ever received

    @PaulGrayburn @EE @ThreeUK I thought 3 was bad paul but ******* it’s like living in a cave,any excuse they will use it,I’ve even switched off my 5g now and trying to make a phone call is like going back 25 years ago one 2 one when it keeps stuttering ! £80 a month for a load of old **** 💩💩💩💩💩

    @EE I am tired of my broadband dropping. I'm on my 4th rooter, 3rd openreach visit and I'm losing connection all the time. This has been going on for months. Why am I paying for a service that is inconsistent. I'm a @Twitch streamer and my patience is wearing thin. Sort it out.
