@EE I’ve been trying call you as my voicemail is no longer active for some reason. But it won’t let me speak to anyone. It sends me a text which I then follow the instructions and it says I need to call. Please help

@EE Strangely I can get on using my data , but not WiFi , must be a virgin media problem , I’ve sorted it now thanks , but still can’t get on EE via virgin , so if it happens to anyone else, try using your data

@EE Hi David, thanks for the reply. It's my phone's 4G connection. Tried restarting, turning off mobile data, airplane mode. But nothing seems to help. It's happened a few times before, too.

What a surprise. Day 5 of @EE cutting us off with no prior warning. The only help I have received is them saying I should set-up WiFi calling and to check when it'll be back on. No compensation what so ever, kinda makes you wonder what you are paying for.
