-
Sanjay Myangar (@sanjaymyangar) reportedHey @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why did no one in my family get the UK emergency test alert. We are all on #three. I got it on my @EE work phone ok though.
-
Mark Douglas (@MarkDouglas84) reportedSo much for the UK Government alarm test. No alarm or message on my phone! @EE is there an issue that it’s not working?
-
I am Prendie (@officialprendie) reportedJust shows the issues round here and the lack of interest in sorting out the phone masts. Not system alert regardless of having all our settings on. @letstalkcentral @EE. #biggleswade
-
Ricky Dukes (@RickyJDukes) reportedVery disappointing service from @EE this morning. Charging me 8 years for a line I neither asked for or wanted. They will not refund, credit my account or provide compensation, after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. #Disgusting Off to the @OmbudServices
-
Margins36 (@margins36) reportedWell all of the @EE phones got the emergency alert but the pay as you go O2 did not get an alert!?!
-
Gary Blake (@BlakeGazza) reportedMy son is @EE and received his message, myself, wife and a few friends all on @ThreeUK never received anything
-
Scary Spice 💋 (@TanithTweets) reportedI never thought I’d say that @O2 are worse than @EE but I’m saying it. O2 are the worst.
-
Marc Webber (@marcwebber) reportedTo be fair, that national alert is the one and only time I can get @EE’s signal to work in my house. Shows you how powerful the government is over my wife, son and family when they send me important texts through EE. 😞
-
Steve Potter (@StepoKedur) reportedNo test signal on our @ThreeUK network (or iPad on Wi-Fi) but my sister got one a min before 3 on @EE
-
Martin Smith🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ (@SpursGrumpy) reported from Capel Seion, Wales@EE as my emergency alarm didn’t go off, does that mean I get a discount? I mean, if I’m not getting the same service as other, it’s only fair! Unlimited data 🙄
-
David Turner (@GreatStrides65) reported@thinkdefence @EE This is Surrey: between them the tin-foil and Nimby brigades have seen to it that large swathes of the county have the worst mobile phone coverage in the universe
-
C J G (@ftdx_3000) reported@EE As we have never had a mobile phone signal we wont know if we are invaded
-
Jack Morris -!- (@nuclearmole) reported@O2 - nice to know your **** signal prevented me from getting the #emergencyalert while sitting at home. As my @EE device provided by work was going mental. Another reason why @O2 are incompetent at the bare basics, and could be responsible for the unthinkable.
-
Tara Johnston (@tlj1974) reported@EE @EE It appears that I'll be saying goodbye after 23 years (and more - previously Orange) as a loyal customer as you can't match another providers monthly quote and benefits. Such a shame that customer loyalty now means nothing.
-
Ricky Dukes (@RickyJDukes) reported@EE Yep, unfortunately we have reached the letter of deadlock stage. I will now cancel my upgrade and look for alternative providers. Disappointing after 15 years as a customer. Being blamed for the mistake that was made by a member of staff in store 8 years ago is too much.
