    @BandovBrothers1 @SamsungHelpUK @EE Thanks for the link but it's nothing like that. It's a problem with the screen/phone itself and nothing generic. I've tried everything. I've had problems with this phone from day 1 and igs just got worse

    @EE So I called and your call center worker managed to set up something completely other than what had been agreed. I've had to cancel, revert to my old contract, and wait 3 days to set up a new account. You are a joke

    @EE how can something as simple as using the wrong address cancel someone’s broadband?? It’s an absolute joke, there needs to be more safeguards in place. I’ve now got no broadband quite possibly the rest of the week into next week. Frankly, I’m ******** fuming.

    @RadioX - Really hope I can enter the competition tomorrow and win... just spent the last 3 days trying to enter and keeps failing due to an issue with @EE!!! Spent hours on the phone to them and they can't seem to fix it :-(
