    @MisterCow @EE They're switching off half the network, it's not fit for purpose. 3rd mast down in my area in London. No 5g in the south west today. Seems it's offline

    @aftertheflood_ @EE i’m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but can’t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit

    @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

    @EE has the network been down the past few days , i cant seem to use any mobile data. ive had signal and 5G but it dosnt seem to work or load anything pages, or texts,calls over WiFi, on my data. ive restarted my phone multiple times, ive also tried the airplane mode trick

    Renting a new place next week: @EE: “Unfortunately we can’t activate your fibre broadband until the 26th as the previous tenant still has an active service.” Me: “But they moved out in April.” @EE: “Yes.” It’s not EE’s fault but lol, not a problem I thought could exist! 🥲

    @EE hello EE, I just had your broadband installed, so I can pause my daughter's WiFi, it's not working. If it is not resolved soon, I'm off back to sky. Please help.

    @BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died

    @robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄
