    @kazzieh @EE They’ve messed about my Mum terribly, blaming the fact that her new phone suddenly stopped sending texts because the SIM was “too old”, then sending her the wrong one as a replacement. Shop staff fobbed her off and didn’t want to help :-(

    @EE what a joke! I have no signal for a week I call your customer services to be told my area is red and the mast is off what then on hold for 20mins you cut me off and send me a message saying my case has been closed! this isnt acceptable service! please message me back ASAP!

    @EE Yes. Last week. “Equipment on your local tower has degraded. Our engineers are aware of the issue. We cannot escalate further. We do not have a timescale for this fix” or words to that effect.

    Hello @EE - still no service and no response to any DMs beyond the standard bot telling me to look on your community site. I did. All that told me was that you are aware that there is a problem in my area. I know that - because my phone doesn’t work. Can anyone respond please

    @EE You are our sole provider of our internet via your 4G service, so WiFi calling is irrelevant as it is the same service.
