@EE can someone please help my roaming has cut off whilst on holiday. I am unable to access anything on my phone unless on the hotel WiFi. Chat tells me to ring a UK number but I cannot make any calls or send texts so cannot speak to anyone

@EE spent hours on calls to you as my new phone is faulty and your agent Morgan from the exec complaint team decided to hurl abuse toward me regarding a poorly relative. On top of that his manager Nicky justified his behaviour because I told him he lied to me 4 times. Disgusting.

@EE Your support attitude is terrible and I've been going around in circles for 2 weeks. I need to speak with someone as your automated approach has failed (badly) I honestly wish I'd never switched to EE as my business is now being affected.
