  • giselle97 Giselle #FBPE #FBPPR (@giselle97) reported

@EE @Kb19031160 You really have gone to rock bottom by mentioning NHS staff in your tweet to try to justify this hypocrisy! (An EE customer with my own dual SIM mobile!).

  • hugh_wren Hugh Wren (@hugh_wren) reported

@ruskin147 Thanks @EE. That's a customer of 15 years that'll be leaving when my contract expires

  • tomwyer Tom Wyer (@tomwyer) reported

@EE Thanks for the information - but without having checked whether or not *my* plan is or isn’t affected, I can tell you that my stance remains unchanged so long as *someone* is affected. This is totally unnecessary, and really very poor from EE.

  • janusbasnov Janus Basnov (@janusbasnov) reported

@BBCNews Really disappointed @EE , such a money grab after promising it wouldn't happen. And don't give me the stupid line about how you have supported NHS staff, I dont know how you can even think that is relevant

  • mattswain85 Matt Swain (@mattswain85) reported

Time to cancel my @EE contract and head back to @O2 if they go ahead with the new EU roaming charges. Obviously the large amount of money they get every month through my business contract isn't enough for them haha.

  • GrndhoppingGrl NotGroundhoppingGirlAgain (@GrndhoppingGrl) reported

Oh. Well that sucks. @EE to start charging for roaming within the EU. Time to find a new phone provider.

  • edgeofbarkness nearly barking (@edgeofbarkness) reported

@ee When I renewed my contract you did not mention you were going to charge me for data roaming. Please let me know how to cancel my contract

  • timdavisastro Tim Davis (@timdavisastro) reported

@philipbull @EE "Customers joining or upgrading" - so once my current contract comes to an end it will be an issue :-(

  • AntonGuitar85 Anton (@AntonGuitar85) reported

@EE so reintroducing roaming charges is a nice earner for you isn’t it. Why does it cost £2 a day to use in Europe? I’m sure the customer is definitely at the heart of your decision

  • TheBig_Bakes The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

  • moldovia István Vilmos 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇵🇱🇭🇺 (@moldovia) reported

@trafficbasher @EE @ThreeUK Never trust big business but I do agree with u.

  • ffsmonty Ridgers (@ffsmonty) reported

@EE You want to invest in the network, and raise funds to cover that investment? Why not come up with a product/ service people want to pay for, rather than this, which is the opposite. We absolutely do not want to pay for roaming charges, that’s just how mobile should work.

  • Trogdouser PaulTM™ 🇳🇱 #BlijfThuis (@Trogdouser) reported

@EE Thank you - So, as an existing customer, that won’t apply to me?

  • SAnderson78uk Stu (@SAnderson78uk) reported

@KrisReynolds @EE @EE That will be me moving networks. I am glad I found this out just before my contract ends and not after. Really poor. I am sure many customers will follow suit.

  • HaiderBahrani Haider Bahrani 🎧 #PlaysGuitar (@HaiderBahrani) reported

@EE the camel's back is broken. time to jump. mind your fingers as I slam the door.
