    @EE I'm travelling on the 17th and returning on the 23rd, my billing cycle starts on the 18th. Would that mean I just pay 1 day's worth in one bill and then 6 days in the other bill if I cancel it as soon as I get home?

    @EE told to post on here because app doesn't work. It's the latest version, uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. Only display 1gb. No minutes, no texts. So I use 150 text service instead. It used to work fine. But as usual some idiot wanted to 'improve' it.

    @EE Cancelled it. 5 days to respond, no one returned calls. Absolutely crap customer service. I went with @VodafoneUK broadband in the end.

    @EE I’ve just got iPhone 14 tried activating eSIM nothing working, I’ve tried transferring from old iPhone, now SIM card no longer works. I go to myee and site is down, got no phone, so frustrating. Help

    @EE There is a lady called dominique who is dealing with it till last engineers visit ill wait for a call from her or a member of the team who actually knows what there doing and saying to me, i wont be fobbed off anymore and will cancel direct debit if its not sorted

    @EE Hi, I am having awful problems with my network at my new address - keeps cutting off mid call. Tried on my partners handset (also EE) and having same issues. I tried to call but cutting out even whilst on hold with you. Can someone help? First part of postcode is HX6 1

    @EE help! I’m abroad, have my roaming switched on and it’s been working fine but today can’t seem to access any network so am stuck at the hotel. Have switched phone on & off, changed to manual network selection, not working!!
