    @KartikaDeugi @EE I am too, have been with EE for so many years but their lack of communication has been shocking! I’ve spoken to other phone shops who were appalled by their service and told me to complain

    @EE I don't know what's happened to your customer service and the services you provide but it's not good. About to cancel my contract at this point as it's been 45 days without the ability to call anyone. Support has been useless to say the least.

    @csmcpherson @EE @DPDgroup_news Update: spoke to Menzies, they've got it but it's been misrouted, they're working on getting it back to me. Top service from them and EE, piss poor from DPD.

    @EE gave 150 a quick bell they couldn't figure it out but sure enough it seems to be working now so guess there isn't an issue anymore haha :)

    @EE Hi EE I bought an EE broadband SIM card for my company. I got an SMS to come and show my ID card. How do I do this when your sales places are closed? It was supposed to be a migration from another network. Is it normal for you to send me to a locked office?

    @EE I always call around the end of my contract and never feel like I get a good deal from EE. I wanted either my current data for a slightly cheaper price or more data for what I currently pay and I can't get a decent deal on apple products as you always inform me...

    @martyncodes @EE Apparently their Smart Hub thing doesn't stay in sync on the line very well and this is why I've had multiple drop-outs on the service every day. Trying to see if they will subsidise me procuring my own as this is getting ridiculous now..
