@EE is so useless right now 10 times I've reset the modem and the internet is still not working properly I just don't know what to do
@benwepc @SkyUK @EE broadband has always been good for me. Prices & service are good. On a recent change from an older BB/Calls&LR package saw my speed increase & my price decrease. Only a smig but that’s a service increase without a cost increase. Furthermore it took about 10mins & no effort.
@EE hi, my Wi-fi calling is suddenly not working on my home Wi-fi. Used to activate always but now it doesn’t. Nothing has changed. It works on other wifi networks. Pls help

@albiondumsday @EE @ThreeUK I've been with @EE / T-mobile for 18 years. Been tempted to move to more attractive packages, but tend to remain loyal. Have had no problems thus far. Just been off WiFi for the last 3 months. Am burning through 40GB each month.
@EE In October, it's not worked since! I've tried twice to call and fix it.
@EE @jimy55 I have exactly the same issue. This has happened also yesterday - no problem all day usually - however - evenings seem to cut out a lot recently .
The Wi-Fi saga continues. The one from @Argos says invalid SIM. Took it to @EE for help and they sold us another one. Which we can't connect to as we need Wi-Fi to activate. However I've just realised that it's not the same as the 24g prepaid one but 2gb 1 months worth of data

Dear @EE, I've gone over my data for the month, & bought an Add-On which will be exhausted in the next hour or so. My data renews in three days. I have no access to WiFi where I am, and the EE App doesn't give me the option to buy another add-on to tide me over. Please help!
@EE I can't get my Underground WiFi to work. New password request and reset doesn't work and staff on phone line don't seem to be able to set it up either. Help!
