    @EE Hi there, I've been having problems watching Disney Plus, Netflix and Prime via my TV since Wednesday last week. Programs pausing intermittently. Nothing's been changed so I'm not sure what's triggered this. Internet on TV is registering as connected. Any suggestions please?

    @EE Sarah, No idea how to send a DM, my question was is there a problem generally. CS told me yes after 20 minute wait, but then again I was told the same a week ago but it could be my computer. It is not as I have 2 separate ee accounts and multiple devices. Please sort this out.

    @_AndroidAsh @EE @madebygoogle Aye, I travel for work. Have an EE main sim and voda / O2 esims as backup. Voda pretty decent apart from areas of rural Wales and the n/w Scotland. O2 great cell signal, but poor speeds.
