    @EE still struggling to set up my bt sport package I done it for last season and only cancelled while there was no football. I rang up and spoke to a couple of people last night but unfortunately were unable to help

    @BurkosBox @EE £2400ish plan over 2 years, works out at approx £1600 phone cost and around £800 for the plan. Which is the equivalent of £35 for u/l mins texts and data. Not as bad as it first appears.

    @EE Hi, I've had no signal on my phone for several days now. The phone said it had no SIM card so got a replacement. Tried it with the new card and still the problem persists, any suggestions?

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me. It’s a problem that EE will definitely have to investigate as all the messages are from EE numbers. Perhaps you should start asking for ID when it’s PAYGO so many people are falling for this scam.

    Just had an email allegedly from @EE saying that there was a problem with my payment for this month. Funnily enough not long after my bill was paid. A quick check of my banking app showed me I had paid my bill on time. A scam me thinks.

    @EE It doesn’t matter how good you claim it is now. I was cheated by Orange out of money back for my first mobile phone. I shall never forget nor forgive Orange or its successors.

    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    @EE I have forwarded every single one. The point to my tweet was we shouldn't have to. There should be an intelligence within you network that blocks these at the source so they don't reach our phones. Simple. You could call it SMAF. Simple Messaging Arsehole Firewall.
