    @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

    @EE I’ve done it now but there is always an issue. It says don’t use the WiFi so there’s no way to actually do it.

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @PaulaButlemm8o @EE @EE are awful at customer service. They say all the right things but no action. I can’t wait for my daughter’s contract to end and to move to another provider.

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

    🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

    @EE @EmilyMcLeish93 @EE are there still problems with your site? Screen freezes when log in to my account on browser and the app freezes when trying to renew my broadband package...

    @bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.

    @EE is there an ongoing signal problem? I've got 'emergency calls only' showing on my phone. I have restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off.

    @EE Just got your broadband and i was better off with bt as your Internet is utterly useless it basically only can ******* run prime video can't play any video games without your Internet being so **** worst mistake going to you!!!!!!!!
