    @EE so DPD have delivered my order to completely the wrong house (idk where, I've been waiting for this delivery for hours and there wasn't even a "sorry you're not in" card either), what happens now? I want my item I'm paying for/don't want to pay for an item that never arrived.

    @EE has the worst internet connection I’ve ever used, called so many times about how awful it is and nothing gets done.. can’t wait to have a new wi-fi provider because the last two years have been dreadful

    @EE EE customer service is shocking. And When you call 150 Or 0800 it's a queue for 15 mins then cut off. Terrible customer service

    @EE It’s honestly everywhere. He never has much signal and browsing on data is super slow. He’s said he would contact EE about it but hasn’t yet. Pays £80 a month and can barely use it.
