@EE you need to really sort out your customer service advisors and train them to give the correct information I will be sending back my phone and leaving this network. Over 10yrs being a customer and today I have lost all loyalty to this shambles of a network

@EE worst customer service, going round and round in circles to claim promotional gift card which as always promised when you sign up for a contract. They will keep deferring you to different teams with no solution.

@EE I am pleased for this tweet. Thank you. However, You failed stage one yourselves and I point out I not been unhappy with a resolution, because we never got to that, it was deadlocked out of spite/Malice by Richard. Therefore The Ombudsman can't take on until u complete stage 1

@EE You would think so, but actually it has to go to the ombudsman service because that way you can still charge me for no service. Merry Shitmas I am fuming 🤬🤬 Can't even get into Paypal or Emails because I can't access my texts. 🤬🤬Missed out on a home. All because EE error 🤬🤬

@EE Your Wrong, but your colleague on the phone has agreed with me on most and he excepted I am not paying until EE resolve or the Ombudsman Service do. And any action whilst in Deadlock by EE will be breaking ofcom Rules. Speak soon, No need to reply. I wait for letter. Ur choice

@EE I recently upgraded to a Google pixel 7. I was given a lovely reward card as part of the upgrade deal. This reward card is now non-functional for no apparent reason. I held up my end of the bargain in this contract. Why don't you sort this out as it's a poor reflection of EE.

@EE @EEHelpdesk @madebygoogle After 4 weeks of 'non' telephone technical support and wasting 5 hours on store visits, £58 on taxi fares. We have finally have working eSIM's on our new Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. 1 of 7
