    @EE EE is threatening to withdraw my mobile phone number because I'm not using it enough. I last topped up 21 September 2021. I'm 74 years old and depend on my mobile for emergency use out walking and for bank and credit card verification. What can I do about this scam? #EEScam

    @spyfromberlin @gloucesterrugby @EE Yeah I had no EE reception at all at Kingsholm, there were quite a few outside with the same problem. Luckily mine was in my iPhone wallet. Not sure if EE was down in the area yesterday or if it’s a regular issue.

    @EE Hi Rach, as far as I recall I just signed up to TV when I received the phone, So if I cancel the Apple subscription I will still have TV via the full works plan?

    Well just had to contact @EE technical team and wow years of dealing with @VodafoneGroup and customer service another level. Contacted the tech team direct through the EE app and all fixed and sorted within about 20 minutes. Excellent service and really nice chaps. 5 star service

    So my mum takes a stroke on Boxing Day, she now needs someone to mind her, asks me and I say yes. Only on 12 month contract £10 with one month in. Rang @EE and advised sorry you will owe us £95 to cancel. Ask if anything can be done as I’m moving to Ireland for months - told no!

    Terrible experience with @ee who told me they had sent an email saying my deal was about to expire I received nothing and then quoted me a price for an iphone 13 then cut me off when I phoned back refused to honour the previous quote IS this legal #ee #complaint #lies
