Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BronteHampton Brontë Hampton (@BronteHampton) reported

@EE I’m having problems with my SIM, keep getting a notification of sim failure on my iPhone and am unable to text, call or use data as it is like my phone doesn’t have a sim in it. Issue started around 8pm yesterday

  • LadyCharlieA Charlie (@LadyCharlieA) reported

@EE If customers rely on you more than ever, then isn’t raising the prices the worst thing you could do? The most in need will be forced to go without. I know your profits and you do not need to be raising prices. How can you justify this @MarcAllera? @MartinSLewis

  • 283dee Denise Creed (@283dee) reported

@EE I have had so many issues with EE since I took out my new contract in December I have been disconnected 3 times since the 15th Dec everytime I call they tell me its rectified but its not I got cut off again on Sunday and my bill is £1549. Help

  • WazBFC uosɯɐıןןıʍ ǝuʎɐʍ (@WazBFC) reported

@EE your 4G signal in Burnley today is truly dog sh1t. Only noticed as my @BT (also EE now) internet has gone down at home. When’s my contract up?

  • Marina_Berry Marina Berry (@Marina_Berry) reported

@JPWR_1984 It’s terrible I think. I can understand a £3 increase here and there but a £10 a month (or almost £13 in my case) is unacceptable. Am making some calls tomorrow to move providers, I just feel it’s hugely insulting to loyal customers who have been with them years. @EE

  • KarlWomack3 Karl Womack(Blaze Burnstar) (@KarlWomack3) reported

@ee I've just had a message saying that you have updated my phote. But even though I've deleted some apps I'm still getting the short of memory sign in the info bar above. I've tried the reset button and it's still there.

  • FeralMother44 🫶🏼Sarah ‘Hope Is Everything’ Dalton🫶🏼 (@FeralMother44) reported

@Beth_Tastic @EE Really? Mine just went down by a pound but with better benefit’s for my PAYG monthly contract.

  • tat290584 Christopher Hancox (@tat290584) reported

    @EE Yer no problem

  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@EE You are a ******* idiot, stop wasting my time.

  • stevenwelsh00 Steve Welsh (@stevenwelsh00) reported

@EE When I signed my contract you never told me you would increase your four time in under two years you are ripping people off!

  • LadyCharlieA Charlie (@LadyCharlieA) reported

@EE £8.57 is a warm meal for a struggling family. A bus ticket to get to work. An NHS prescription. It may not seem much to @MarcAllera, but to some that could be the difference between an okay week and a very bad one. @MartinSLewis #Greed #CostOfLivingCrisis

  • annewmc Anne Mc (@annewmc) reported

@EE I’ve received this msg from EE: “Great news! We've updated some of your network settings, please restart your phone to make sure it's up to date” But I don’t have a phone on EE. I have a sim in my iPad. Is this a scam?

  • FleabagSilverm1 Hedwig Wendell-Crumb (@FleabagSilverm1) reported

@EE I contacted you EE. Twice! The only 'support' you offered on both occasions was to tell me to contact the ombudsman. This is a shocking violation. I am disabled and I have been with EE for over two decades.

  • Marina_Berry Marina Berry (@Marina_Berry) reported

@Davidro30935132 @JPWR_1984 @EE You do yes. But I would rather get out of it and pay the one off fee because this for me is more about the principle of being with a provider who think it’s ok to whack on almost £13 a month, just bad I think.

  • JamesUpsher James Upsher (@JamesUpsher) reported

@jack_sommers @O2 Exactly this! @EE are convinced its my handset. I'm convinced (from posts on twitter, and on their help forum) that it's their technical issue, but I can't get anywhere with them
