    @EE Hi if I add one to my basket it tells me to log in, and then when I log in it's gone and I can't get back to that section. help!

    .@EE what gives - 6 months since I joining a plan to include @AppleMusic and STILL not receiving it. Yet you’re happy to take the full charge for the price plan despite not delivering at your end of the service. How is this good customer care?

    @EE Every step in the ‘usual’ process for cancelling an account have been completely missed by your company, someone in your company has made a colossal error here, and somehow it is my Mum’s responsibility to fix it?

    @EE Just awful, got the text, was logged on from 7am, after refreshing every minutes, goes in stock at 8.15am, click add, then site crashes due to under maintenance, waste of my time! Cheers EE!

    @EE Yes, I'm logged in, I go to the PS5 page, I'm asked to login again and then I can't get back to the page. I assume I'm not eligible because my main contract is not within the required timeframe

    @EE I never recieved my email to say they were back in stock! Thankfully my partners gets stock updates to his phone and we got on just in time... just hope it’s gets processed soon!!

    @Hearne7 @EE @MythCollects Well I managed to get Oliver a series a Xbox which never gets touched! So that was a waste in itself! I need the disc version too as I’ve prob spent about £400 on VR stuff too

    @EE Hi Taylor. My 24 month contract is up in mid Nov, so I'm sure that makes me fall within the 17 month eligibility. I registered for the PS5 with you in January and have heard nothing. I know these went quick and my chances were slim, but you didn't help..

    @EE @andy_martin9 I am a customer of over 10y and registered for the ps5, I still have not received any notification that ps5 was here, and I am still on website and it says out of stock...waste of time
