    @ee so I have a mobile bb router only on contract 2 months, now is faulty, changed its SSID to Quanta itself and now can't access Internet. Now your repair centre want to charge me to repair it as outside of warranty! Wtf?

    @EE We've changed services. We didn't get a response from EE cust service when we needed it a month ago. I will add that my partner has a medical condition and needs reliable phone access at all times. Our new provider is a little better.

    @john_chelt @EE EE is very poor where I live in terms of coverage, hence why I'm on @VodafoneUK John. Certain parts or Chelt are also poor on EE eg Charlton Kings.

    @EE Hi Mark, it is my VM BB, across multiple machines, multiple browser YOU / your supplier are blocking my IP address for no reason, it isn't blocked anywhere else. From talking to your call centre staff, it seems to be a widespread issue, yet no one knows how to unblock the ACL's

    i want to switch to @EE but damn they're pricy. @ThreeUK is so spotty. i randomly lose network whilst on the bus. it's the weirdest thing... or when in a mall. reminds me of cell c in southie 😭.

    @ee No voice calls working in EX16 9. Can hear them, they can't hear me. Network issue? Data works but only 3G/poor 4G Not WiFi calling

    @EE No I’m back home in Scotland now was there for the weekend the one place I needed a signal for live stream etc and really struggled never usually get any problems in Scotland but not good at tf11 8le

    This is the second time I've found out that my fone has randomly been cut off by @EE boy I sure do hope I need my number to log in to anything important.. oh wait hang on... ffs

    @EE You sent me a sim card with a number I transfered to another provider months ago, said the only way to fix it was to go and buy a pay as you go sim from the supermarket and you could transfer the plan. I have now been charged for both and giving to fight my innocence.

    It's OK @EE giving away free @NetflixUK with an upgrade but it's a really bad headache when things go wrong as Netflix are saying contact EE and EE are saying contact Netflix and I can't watch anything . Utter madness and lazy customer service.
