    @EE After the usual fiasco which is signing in to the My EE app I finally called you, was asked to press one for Phone and then told you did not understand the input repeatedly. As you’re not offering Customer Service we will now look at an alternative for renewal.

    @EE your havibg a laugh today. went instore need early upgrade as phone broken. yup if i pay £55 quid a month i can get a 2 year old phone so extra twenty quid a month for old technology and still my upgrade fee. im no that daft

    @EE Cool? Are you being serious? No I don’t expect 1 bar if signal for £90 a month. I cannot connect to the internet send a text or make a call. I make a call it Dosent connect. Message fails to send

    @EE I follow the instructions down a few menus but when I try to select 2 for an agent for technical support, the IVR doesn’t recognise my response (it recognised it in several other menus)

    @dyerAndie Thanks for this.. maybe I’ll give them a phone call too to see if I can get any compensation as well…. So bad, I’ll be out in my local area and can’t use my phone! God forbid I need it in an emergency @ee

    @EE Had a few issues incessantly 2/3 weeks ago. Continuously having to sign in again on wifi on phones and switch tv off and on. Kept resetting router, eventually it seemed to settle down. Same issue all afternoon so far today. Reset router 5 times so far. Tested speed 26ish?

    Give up with @ee. Tried to login, couldn’t, changed password (again) now my account is blocked for security reasons.Fed up wasting time with EE. Am off to @VodafoneUK

    @EE any issues you guys know of in the BT74 area? No internet access. Router is ok and connected as usual. Tried the old on/off job
