    @EE Hopeless service-spent 32 minutes on phone and no answer. Then I used website to order new eSIM for my new phone and filled all the details, and been told that I will be charged £1.50 and then I get an email saying that my replacement SIM card will be in the post!

    Why are @EE customer service so bad & don't do as they've said was told a returned galaxy watch was cancelled & a refund was due to arrive. A month later on the phone to EE & they lady didn't cancel it nor was the refund processed. So now 4 months later my bill is again £74 99

    @EE help EE just got my upgrade phone put the new sim in the new phone and erased the old one but just realised on your website I needed to activate the new sim but can’t without the old phone and can’t make calls and don’t have an alternative phone, and your chat isn’t working

    @EE I keep getting disconnected (X3) from your support line that you charge me 25p per call, I'm now three hours waiting on hold, you have sold me a data plan that doesn't work, signed me up to a one year contract that should have been on a per-month basis.

    @EE Hi Russ, been there done that already. Last time your colleague told me over the phone that as I had a credit on my next bill there was nothing they could do about it. 2 months now with maximum 2 bars of signal because of a "broken" mast...

    @EE I'm in the US traveling, I need to contact you about a missing phone and a delivery in uk that had nor happened. Its too expensive to call because hold is so long. The contact messaging service on the website is not working. No 'start conversation' button appears. Please advise
