    @EE That’s not much help as I do not have the cable from the previous phone. Why not just send a standard USB cable instead of the C?

    @EE I have been using the same details since 2017 without a problem until now. However logging out of and then logging back in to the BT Sport app with the same details seems to have reset something and it now works again.

    @EE @Nyilah Is this a wider issue? All of my apps have been crashing since last night. Closing them, clearing cache, reinstalling, soft reset of phone not helping.

    Is anyone else's banking and email apps crashing or not even opening? I've turned the phone.on and off a few times and nothing works. Not sure if it is a phone or network issue. Help! @SamsungUK @EE

    I can't use WiFi calling because my @EE broadband is also intermittent. We have had a visit from an engineer six times in the last two years and still we don't receive anything like the service we signed up (and pay) for. It's time you let me go and find better #nothingnowhere
