    @EE Day 3 and still no service. I'm sick of EE. They never ever compensate for all the days without service. What am I paying for exactly? This happens every month!!!

    @UltraPhoenix00 @WeAreOpenreach @EE Good luck with this, an EE (BT) engineer came out to us last Monday, said that Openreach had 72 hours to fix it, we have heard absolutely nothing and 8 days later we are still having issues. To add insult to injury we are constantly getting overcharged for the broadband.

    @EE absolutely appalling customer service from one of your team this evening, lets hope the manager who is due to call me back tomorrow is prepared to at least discuss my concern. Although according to your team member he is calling me to tell me I'm wrong too!

    .@EE can I have an email address that I can right a letter of complaint to, I am constantly being overcharged for a broadband that isn't fit for purpose. If I am not on the phone to you about my internet being down I am on the phone querying why my bill is wrong. Not good enough.

    We had products from EE for years and the service we have had recently has been awful, both from your staff and products. A couple of grand a year might not be a lot of money for @ee but it’s a big investment for us on a service that is so unreliable. Where is the letter?

    @EE @NoelClarke Presumably, his movements in this ad are because he's hunting for a useable EE signal. As with EE, he will be paying more per month than on any other UK network, ask yourself is it sensible to pay more for such execrable service?
