    @EE New customer & disappointed so far, left 3 due to poor connection but since joining EE I couldnt have the deal I wanted due to tech issues at your end and settled for just the phone... now I'm dealing with awful signal and barely able to use. Pls address service in Basingstoke.

    @JacksABore @OpenreachHelp @EE We're sorry about this Jack. Our contractors are continuing to work 24/7 to support Openreach in repairing cabling. Advice to anyone with loss of or interruption to their phone or internet service is to contact their service provider as a first step, with regards to compensation.

    @EE Absolutely abysmal service on your phones right now. Been on the phone for over two hours being passed from pillar to post and I was told that you "don't have a complaints department".

    @EE what is going on with EE lately. My signal is absolutely shocking. I've had issues with this for a while now and all I keep getting told is to have WiFi calls!! My local MP is monitoring all of issues with EE. Really unacceptable

    @EE when are you actually gonna sort out my wi-fi, forever been **** and cutting out all the time, whenever I get in contact and you send out an engineer they tell me there is nothing they can do... If it don't get it sorted soon, im changing broadband company😴

    @EE asked to speak with a manager twice and got put through to a person who wasn’t a manager twice and tells me halfway through the convo and then they put you on hold tell the other person basically don’t help him they speak with each other before they transfer you

    @EE Hi Andy, I was just hoping to find out how I can check the mobile signal where I am as the internet varies hugely - from great and fast, to pretty pathetic, to not working at all. It says online there is good coverage in my postcode for EE - but differs for different devices?

    @EE Disappointing that you are discontinuing Signal Box without having done something about the poor EE coverage in Windsor & Eton. Your coverage map claims "excellent coverage indoors and outdoors" - the actuality is very different #fail

    Getting very bored and angry at the service response rate from @EE 😡 the only thing consistent with their #broadband is the daily drop off rates. Due to have an engineer out this AM but it’s a no-show. We’ve spoken to many lovely people there but no one takes responsibility 😡
