    @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

    @EE ee are aiding criminals. They allowed someone to claim to live at my address! They have NEVER lived in my community let alone my HOME! EE are doing this on purpose & EE should be fined!

    @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

    @EE ee allowed Mrs Susan Burne to get a phone contract with billing address as MY ADDRESS. Never lived here! EE refuse to get their fraud team to phone me to sort this

    @EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust

    @EE I already have. They just said theres no such thing, which seems a bit silly. When people cancel last minute do those appointments just go unused? Can I not just plug in the stuff myself and then you activate it?

    @virginmedia @RA0307J your scammers everyone has seen how you operate and where find for those practises how many peoples credit file did you irrevocable damage for late payment of a phone bill?, I've been a virgin media customer since its inception as " Blue yonder" I have just terminated my contract and put here in text " come collect your router" I'm disabled and won't be going anywhere to post it back to you take this as LEGAL NOTICE of the same, now I've moved fully to @EE unlimited tarrif and using my s26 ultra as my hotspot currently have a film on TV and using my tablet via said hotspot, virgin scammers are finished.
