    @EE Hi Megan. Whilst I appreciate the response someone has done the same before and always suggested there are no issues what-so-ever. It appears the damage has already been done. I've raised this 3 / 4 times previously to EE and its not been resolved. Instead I've been fobbed off.

    Really angry @EE no weekend service at all for the last 7 wks!! Paying £130 per month for 3 lines all of which have been affected and they say they won’t reduce payment for no service. Outrageous.

    @EE Hi EE, please listen to me. I am feeling so anxious right now and I am so sorry to keep going on about this but please help me, I beg you please help. I fear for my life because of this and it is impacting me really badly, I’m so distressed to the point I cannot leave home

    @EE Busiest parts = city’s the rest of us will have to wait years. Ps I have a 5G phone and never once seen a 5G signal.

    Disappointed that as a new customer @VodafoneUK has not responded to either of the two emails I have sent them recently. Such poor customer service. That will teach me. Stay with @EE next time. Ofcourse Vodaphone could respond asap to my emails chasing a £75 voucher they owe me!

    @EE I’ve noticed over the past few days that if my Wi-Fi is turned off, I don’t get any 4G? This has never happened before as I get 60G a month? Please help as it’s an issue when I’m away from my house? I may as well have it in aeroplane mode? My data has renewed to? Help 😩😡

    In the house move I’ve dealt with a lot of big companies who were unhelpful & obstructive, however today @EE exceeded my expectations. The lady I spoke to was incredibly kind, helpful & wanted to get the matter sorted, which she did. Totally brilliant customer service. Thank you

    Hi @EE I’m stuck in hospital with no WIFI for a week now. And I’m waiting for an operation. Now I’ve just got a message to say I’m running out of data. Help me out I’ve only got my phone for sanity.

    @EE. Called you earlier about no Internet. Great advice given "have you tried WiFi" when I pay £60pcm for unlimited data. Also then sending me a Web page for further help! Your mast shouldn't be under mantainence for months? Now looking for a network with good aftersales!
