    @Damienc1985 @EE It's absolutely extortionate. They can't expect people to just pay. I will be interested to see what the cancellation fee is, but don't want to give them all the extra money. Not like we're getting any extra service from it.

    @EE Oh I understand, I just think it’s awful that long term customers get screwed over every year while new customers can join at super discounted prices…

    @EE Yes. I have just come off the phone. From your guys now. I was recommended to go to Google as they would possibly swap the phone as it was faulty. Problem is the phone rebooted whilst the lady was talking to a manager at google. Now I can't get back in tough with Google

    @EE how come my phone just cut off and stopped working? Mobile data not working and calls too, as whenever I try call it jus cuts the phone (even when I try call 150). My bills are paid and up to date. I am in the Leicester Glen larva area

    @EE @LauraJWiles Sorry to jump on your post but I’m having same issues.. no 360 or 150 but I have voicemails on wifi which I never have.

    @EE Hey Jess, I would happy to take my time out and train your customer service team on how to deliver great customer service. You are known as no.1 network but it is sadly not for your customer service.

    @EE I'm paying for 5g.. I ain't getting.. roughly 3-4g where I live. Then.. the reception is bad..shame I gotta wait til next Feb to cancel
