Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DarrenMatthews Darren Matthews MBE (@DarrenMatthews) reported

@StueyC1 @EE The problem is that they are doing just what is in the contract we signed. The annual increases are CPI plus around 3-4%.

  • DominantDaddy5 Dominant Daddy (@DominantDaddy5) reported

@EE You are going to lose another customer. There is no need for a massive hike. But I guess you are as greedy as the energy suppliers. I have been with you for nearly 8 years. When this contract comes to an end, so will the relationship between myself and yourselves.

  • _RedSilverFox RedSilverFox (@_RedSilverFox) reported

@EE why is it impossible to talk to anyone in customer service? Your new app and digital service is garbage!!!!

  • c9bla1975 Craig Blakeley (@c9bla1975) reported

@EE 27 hours after swapping my phone and using e sim transfer new phone still not working! Disgusting service!

  • MM32401039 M M (@MM32401039) reported

@EE @IanBurnett1963 Somehow you can offer "social"package to those who doesn't work and live of benefits.I am working why I have no access to this package.Price increase, but where is 5G coverage?how come so poor or no network range in popular places?one or two bars elsewhere?

  • EMSxMUA031221 EMS (@EMSxMUA031221) reported

@EE Four contracts with you, paying over £150 a month. Luckily not tied in to any of them now. Your price increase is ridiculous. I'm far from skint but I'll be ******* you lot off on sheer principle. Stick your service up your arse.

  • Tripnotized Rich Smith (@Tripnotized) reported

@SPotatoes8 @EE I guess price increase also necessary 2 continue provide current level of service +invest for future. Traffic increasing exponentially, that costs EE, and can't imagine how much electricity is actually used to run a national mobile network. Sadly that's just inflation for you..

@cjh15 @EE Been with EE for 27yrs since it was one2one but as of 2 days ago, my son, daughter & I are now with VOXI. It certainly doesn't pay to be a loyal customer does it? Luckily we were all out of contract. Cheaper & also get better signal with VOXI then I ever did with EE so win-win

  • LizHarv26882144 Liz Harvey (@LizHarv26882144) reported

@EE Not happy to find out that my contract is going up by £9.50 a month! I get prices increase but I have never had an increase so high.. absolutely disgusting

  • NCookie10 N.Cookie (@NCookie10) reported

@EE As a long time customer we got used to the constant price increases. So when we was told of another price increase when renewing we just presumed it was like all the rest. 14% is crazy. Hope it's worth losing so many customers over

  • katadms_ Kate Adams (@katadms_) reported

@EE @jonjontaylor Ha that’s a laughable response! I contacted EE in the Autumn last year about being worried I couldn’t pay my bill and was told they couldn’t do anything to help. Now you are raising the bill further. You don’t care about loyal or vulnerable customers at all.

  • tombrookers tom brooker (@tombrookers) reported

So @EE stops my 14 yr old T-Mobile sim from working as it’s only 3G , sends me new ee sim to put original number on and blocks both new and old numbers. 3 calls later and everyone a 5 day wait to get it fixed and still not working. Now on the 4th call after waiting 5 working days
