    @EE Hi - trying to enter PAC number into your online form/system to retain an old number. For last 24hrs it has been saying you're having technical issues and to "try again later". Can you advise when this will resolve?

    @EE Kelsey. If I thought you could help I would... but I spent most of yesterday standing outside in the snow interacting with EE and the end result was no one will come out until the mast is repaired and it's proven not to be that.

    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

    @EE how convenient! EE staff abuse a customer, then 'suddenly' the client is blocked. Only weak companies do that.

    @MrsRSole1 @EE 30 years of loyalty thrown away. Simply for refusing to fix something that is their fault to begin with, and offering no viable solution that takes my neurodiversity into consideration.

    @EE By actually speaking to me. The account is in my husbands name who is terminally ill with stage 4 cancer, trying to sort a huge bill caused by EE not applying a requested spending cap on our daughters phone. Zero care, zero help and zero compassion.

    @EE No. Been there and done that before. Also rung twice. No one will come out as they say there is a mast down and no one will do anything until that's back up. Despite it clearly not being the mast . No point. Will end our contract in the new year.

    @EE confused, charged extra charges for sending pictures messages. can prove no history of me sending anything. help chat just refunds me... but why originally charged when i havent sent anything? suspicious
