@tescomobile @EE Have hiked my price AGAIN this happens every year and they say it’s for improvements but my service never improves, I won’t be sticking around

  • TheNutronic
    Nutronic (@TheNutronic) reported

@tescomobile Every network, especially mine at @EE. I might move from them actually this year, even though they've offered me a free and early upgrade.

  • SwarveStudios
    SwarveStudios (@SwarveStudios) reported

@tescomobile @EE -its like mcdonalds saying our burgers contain 100% british beef, it almost sounds like theyre saying their burgers are 100% beef, no, the beef that is contained is british, albeit in a very small percentage of the burgers content. EE was terrible, i was contract-stuck. - - -

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE Go with tesco. I was with them 4 years, switched to ee and regretted it, as soon as my 2 year contract ended i went straight back to tesco. O2 network is the best (which tesco is on). Plus tesco are very fair, have customer-friendly policies/systems and do not extort you for data

@tescomobile Sadly Tesco Mobile uses the @O2 network, which is pretty poo compared to @EE. EE is expensive, but you tend to get what you pay for.

@EE @mattyhighamZA Worst phone company out there!

@thinkovation @EE No problem. Also, you don’t need to follow me as I personally don’t know you, I was just chipping in as I saw a photo description on that post.

    Mark Crake (@Crakey_Snr) reported

@EE is there an outage or drop in signal strength in Ex38/EX22 areas as our 4gee hub broadband has crashed and the mobile@strength is down to 4mbps 😩

    Nick Ellis (@NickEll71142327) reported

@Cashamusic @EE 3 signal is rubbish. 02 hands down for me. I'm with ee but my contract runs out shortly and can't wait to get away from them.

  • ffs3411
    Sam (@ffs3411) reported

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE I left EE after being with them for years, awful customer service and they don't look after loyal customers

  • DLbi12John_boy
    John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@EE @mattyhighamZA Kind of makes a mockery of the word "contract" though doesn't it? If the customer changed the amount they paid you you would penalise them for breaching that contract. Contracts work both ways.

  • Jlodwig1
    Jonathon Lodwig (@Jlodwig1) reported

@EE So the member of your team lied to me on the phone then. Never had a direct debit taken out on the 8th and I’ve never paid it over the phone on the 8th. Just another made up date. Its just getting me excited for my next bill increase

@EE Hi david. I have tried that, it seems to be pathy. Works fine one minute and then crazy slow the next

  • police_pups
    TPD shelby (@police_pups) reported

@ldnJJ @EE You have 15 days to get money back or cancel contract. Also if they state it on the phone its recorded and they don't honour it that will be classed as being miss sold.

  • iakhtar1
    Ims (@iakhtar1) reported

@EE I've spent an hour on the phone to EE's shocking customer services who have told me nothing can be done, telling me I need to deal with the price rise, no other choice even though I spent a month trying to agree a price a few weeks ago! With lies about more data and inflation.
