Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SeldomGruntled Charlie B (@SeldomGruntled) reported

@EE No. It's just laggy & often drops completely late at night. Tests show it is usually 30-40 Mbps and the contract says 48. Not unusable, but if you insist on gouging me, maybe I should insist on receiving the service I was promised?

  • jonbenson1975 Jon Benson (@jonbenson1975) reported

@EE Standard contract. That’s why a question to increase on the overall service when the device is included. Surely the cost increases should only affect the service and not any devices included in the contract.

  • endsbowen EndsBowen (@endsbowen) reported

@richardtorble @EE Exactly. There is a place for prices rises I get that but lucky I can afford it, but it’s excessive and extremely greedy. They are all *************** now. But don’t want to afford that for no better service or perks. So things will change when I can change.

  • jonbenson1975 Jon Benson (@jonbenson1975) reported

@EE I’m going to put this to @Ofcom as this is clearly not fair and in my opinion needs to be challenged. The inflation increase should only affect the service plan which includes calls, data ect.

  • lincolngreen80 🌱to_ be_found_ in_ the_ garden🌱 (@lincolngreen80) reported

@EE very disappointed to have been without a working network after my upgrade to iPhone 14 plus for nearly a week and facing another 5 day wait to see if my number is salvageable. Total nightmare and I was so looking forward to using my bee phone 😢

  • lewisjarrett4 LFJ (@lewisjarrett4) reported

@EE saying I have 4g signal again but nothing loading/extremely slow, issues in Norfolk?

  • rickywt84 Rick Thomas (@rickywt84) reported

Probably just shy of 20 years with @ee sim only for last 5-6 years constant rises latest one pushing it to near £30 a month sim only!!!! Just transferred to @ThreeUK £8 a month I’ve never had 5g ever no matter where I have been in country you and @kevinbacon can go 🖕🏻

  • steraggit Steven Davies (@steraggit) reported

@EE While switching 3G off, 27 incidents of no signal in last 12 months. Digital exclusion, riiiiiight.

  • tjdgi_uk TheyJustDon'tGetIt 🌸 💜 (@tjdgi_uk) reported

@EE so my monthly increase is 14.2%. Guessing your costs have not gone up by that much. Pay inflation for EE? Guessing say 7%. Energy costs, sure these have gone up but are coming down. Oh, and you don't have food price inflation of 16%

  • from_hastings From Hastings & Saint-Nazaire (@from_hastings) reported

Hello @EE I am going to leave you after 15 years as you are putting my slow average broadband connection up by £5.00 per month, going to @BoxBroadband to get a full fibre gigabit connection for a lot less!! #CostOfLiving #profiteering #goodbye

  • pedro188867 St Vincent (@pedro188867) reported

@EE 14.4% increase on my EE Broadband 14.4% increase on my EE Mobile phone Been a customer since 2008 and you hit customers with this monstrosity of an increase SHAME ON YOU

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported

@EE @endsbowen I don’t get this comment at all. It’s like saying “I’m going to kick you in the ***** but it’s ok because I’m telling you before I do it” I’ve been a broadband and phone customer for years and will absolutely be moving elsewhere.

  • pedro188867 St Vincent (@pedro188867) reported

@EE 14.4% increase on my EE Broadband 14.4% increase on my EE Mobile phone Been a customer since 2008 and you hit customers with this monstrosity of an increase SHAME ON YOU

  • RDroneMedia RB | DRONE | MEDIA (@RDroneMedia) reported

@sportingintel @EE Im glad my contract is coming to an end this month because i am certainly not renewing my contract or getting a new phone through @EE disgusting corporate practice raising prices mid contract the service never noticeably improves and customers receive nothing for the extra cost.

  • steviejd1982 steve (@steviejd1982) reported

So 2 days into my upgrade contract @EE have seen fit to send me an email saying I'm getting a 14.4% increase on my monthly bill. You can have your phone back. What a way to treat your customers.
