  @EE The router started working this morning however the speed is still questionable. When me and my partner are connected via Wi-Fi on our phones the signal cuts out so we have to start using our data. I pay for fibre and it’s honestly not worth it

  @EE Your website doesn't work. Your network is beyond crap. You charge through the nose, but you claim to be a brilliant network. Either be a brilliant network or come clean and market yourself as 'EE - **** but expensive'

  @EE ordered phone 4/2, still not here, you’ve ‘tried’ t9 deliver twice, have wrong address apparently (your mistake) and refuse to redeliver today even though DPD say they can - appalling customer service, do I need to cancel my contract?

  @EE Please don't. Of course the train has WiFi but it's a telecom gateway using 4g. You have hit the nail on the head, your architecture doesn't work for train based people. Please fix. It's not so bad, Europe has fixed it.

  @EE I have a router which has two lights on it that have to be aqua to signal it’s working properly if that helps.

  @EE I like your tag line but I’m barely getting 3G at the moment and having to rely on Wificalling as your network is so unreliable. Not a happy customer
