EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • danaxe (@thatdanaxe) reported

    @EE I would prefer EE to publicly admit that there are problems on the network and offer affected customers a reduced bill until the issues are rectified.

  • Richard Davies (@JIGSAW_72) reported

    @EE Also, just as a footnote, there were no issues with the service until the BT engineers were at our property for flat 4, since then it’s been off, too much of a coincidence.

  • danaxe (@thatdanaxe) reported

    @EE Already done a postcode check, no issues reported in my area. Also if you were astute you would have seen that it does not matter where I am - network has been cutting out for about a month regardless of location. Please just tell me why your network is suddenly total crap! #EE

  • Alan Williams (@AlanWil82823962) reported

    @EE time to look at maybe unlimited data for customers Vodafone and three doing this I know you have the fastest 4g speeds of any network and invest in it more than others but also most expensive network for data please look at this

  • Nicolegoth1 (@womengamer1) reported

    @EE why is topping up got to take so long to go through the options. I got to end the call and try again. Never want to hear your offers unless I get unlimited Internet for the same £15 I pay.

  • Sophie Koonin (@type__error) reported

    @milesbxf @suhailpatel @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff I used to have terrible problems with O2 around Victoria when I worked there - Victoria station was a dead spot - that's why I switched to EE. I'm switching back though so we'll see I guess!

  • Miles Bryant (@milesbxf) reported

    @suhailpatel @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Just putting in a good word for O2 - rarely have problems with signal in London. I've not had to interact with support in 3 years so can't rate that, but guess that's a good thing in itself

  • JD Eason ⚒ (@NoodleHeadJack) reported

    @jamesdmcfadden @EE Hello mate I'm going through the same issue. Keep turning my phone on and off but nothing is working

  • Simon (@simuk) reported

    @VOXI_UK hello, any chance of a special offer/promo code to make me jump ship from @EE where I currently get 16GB data, calls/texts for £10/month, but keep having signal problems due to bad coverage and faulty local EE mast (missed your £10 8GB deal recently)

  • Naz Boudjemaa (@NaaaZx) reported

    @jpbart1980 @EE Mines not working at all.

  • Kapilan M (@thekapilan) reported

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff I have the same issue with Three losing connection around Finsbury Ave!

  • DazGH #FBPE (@DarrenHen_) reported

    @SW_Help @King_of_SW @ThreeUKSupport @networkrail The @EE signal is strong but throughput is often either very slow or non-existent. It picks once you leave the station. I've raised it with EE in the past but its never improved. My guess would be that the mast can't handle the throughput and they don't really give a ****.

  • Wayne (@watbe) reported

    @suhailpatel @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff 🤞I have an Android so fingers crossed it'll be ok! For what it's worth, I've been having some horrendous not-signal-related issues with EE, which led to this switch. I find EE's data to be unreliable around the area of our office.

  • Helen Robinson (@Geology_Helen) reported

    When you get home, nothing connects but apparently nothing is wrong #Sky (can’t even find their @twitter acc.) & you have no 4G and one 3G bar with the apparently best network (bullshit!) in the UK @EE 😩😡

  • Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.
