@EE I'm actually appalled with your service. I gave you a call as I was looking to see if I could stay with you. I had received a great deal from another network for the new pixel 6, but instead offering a solution. You put me on hold for 45mins then disconnected my call.

@EE has confused the crap outta me. So my MyEE app tells me I can upgrade for £0.00 when I trade in my old phone and get the same or higher tariff but pay upfront fee for phone. EE customer services on the phone tell me I have to pay £100 fee, upfront fee + go on a higher tariff?

@EE That page said the results were based on me being a pay monthly customer so I tapped change details and selected pay as you go then view details and the page refreshed but still says based on pay monthly!

@EE so it’s cheaper to start a new contract with another network provider than upgrade with @EE even being a customer for many years. Can’t get my head around it but that’s fine. Let’s leave EE.

@DJCanaryTweets @RidgeRacer12 @EE That's because you ordered an old phone try ordering a current phone you will never see it unless you ordered the iPhone 12 when it first came out and then that would make sense 12 months delivery with EE lol try the iPhone 13 or galaxy fold z 3 and prepare for the wait

Afternoon @EE - I’ve recently upgraded and while BT Sport is showing in my benefits I am unable to log in. BT have said it’s because I no longer have a BT ID and need to speak with you as it’s an EE add-on. Help?
