@bt_uk It’s disappointing that after 5 calls to @EE today the outcome was that my mother has decided to move her broadband service to another provider after being told that the prices available on the EE website couldn’t be matched over the phone.

@EE At 83 phones are alien to her but has to have it due to her heart condition and being away from the home. She made all the effort to get to your store. She gets too flustered when they talk to her on the phone, we’ve tried. So are you saying your branch dont have to help?

@EE @serendi04728279 I have done this already at length on the phone with three different staff members who are now ignoring me. And I have raised a complaint which you have but not responded to except close it down by text. You are just ignoring me and making me go around in circles.

Don’t you love it when you’re on the phone to @EE and they take your details tell you that they will pass you to a person who is able to help but they are just the same as the first and they can’t help because they weren’t given the information needed. 1hr 40m no better off. 👎

@EE i have contacted your customer service 3 days ago as I cannot link my broadband to my mobile account. You said you would have resolved it by now but you didn't and it's a pain to be connected to a human. And you praise yourself for customer service? It's rubbish

Rang @EE and explained I’m between jobs and upon receipt of my first pay, I’d pay them what I owe. I was assured by them that this was fine. And as a LEGACY customer I had 14 days from bill date (14th Feb) & there would be no late payment charge. Cut me off today Wrong move
