    @EE It's home broadband (non-fibre), until last week or so we got a download speed of ~15Mbps, but since it went down for several hours last week, it's maxing out at about 7.5Mbps.

    @EE The prices of monthly contracts definitely went up for what you're getting! Don't price match and would rather loose a loyal customer who been with them for years!! Not one bit accommodating! Shame, time to leave EE!

    @EE registered for a support call two days ago. Fibre broadband running at 4.37mbs why can you not deliver anything close to a service advertised?

    @EE I need help my phone is broke and can't do anything with it. Was suppose to receive a message to book my 1hr slot with DPD but haven't received it when I put my sim in my old phone. Can you please advise.

    @EE Phone is awful looking forward to changing. Wasn't worth the freebie Xbox I got last year. Thought it was ok but as time goes on I've realised the phone doesn't work properly when going from portrait to landscape it cuts off half the screen. Plus other issues.

    @EE Don't want a chrome book, don't want some headphones or a watch, don't want some sponsorship of awful bafta bullshit, just want a good deal at a good price without a near 10% rise to pay for your frivolous sponsorship rubbish. Any chance you can do that instead?

    @EE Wouldn’t mind so much if there was any improvement at all to the service but there isn’t. It’s shambolic

    @EE No problems as such, loss of signal in certain areas of my town. Just no improvements made to justify charging customers more either, especially given the current financial climate
