@EE please respond to my DM Very unhappy customer right now

  • benoitx BX #Rejoin (@benoitx) reported

@EE Using Latest MacOS, I tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari. All have the same issue, one cannot select a country to see the prices. The whole “add-on” for calls abroad is a bit of a messy experience frankly. Still can’t figure out how much are the plans & how much the calls would be

  • smithy82 Craig Smith (@smithy82) reported

@EE Doesn’t help Olivia. As upgrades classed a new contract.

  • JohnLew81263270 John Lewis (@JohnLew81263270) reported

@EE Pass the buck links never real humans when some thing gone wrong

  • _KatieStephen Katie Stephen (@_KatieStephen) reported

Massive thanks to Martin @EE (Greenock) for helping me settle on a new phone contract. He completely turned around the poor follow-up service I’d received, and had me laughing and discussing handset colours in minutes. What a gem!

  • outF0XED dan (@outF0XED) reported

@EE hi there, I recently changed from o2 to EE on my mobile and kept my original number. But I never received a new SIM card? O2 said my sim won’t work as of tomorrow so will my phone still work?

  • RayMoor18 Ray Moor (@RayMoor18) reported

@EE I wish to apologise. This fault is not caused by the EE network which is performing perfectly. This is entirely my fault.

  • Farooqelx Farooq Ahmad (@Farooqelx) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I thought I was protected as I had an older plan and didn’t intend to upgrade. Surprise surprise, EE send me a messaging saying that I’ll be forced to upgrade. I said I didn’t want this, knowing I’d lose Free Roaming. They said, yes unfortunately, you’ll lose that service.

  • Stan_Din David Wright (@Stan_Din) reported

Is there a problem with your website @EE ? I've been trying to download my latest bill all day and getting nowwhere.

  • ClarkeDdmthe1st DDM_Clarke (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported

@DShorterrr @EE Considering we like a little trip here and there, bad enough having add expenditures added specially for something that was useful

  • Farooqelx Farooq Ahmad (@Farooqelx) reported

@KellieJFalconer @EE @O2 Same here, been with EE - T Mobile for over 20 years. EE forced me to upgrade last year, meaning I'm no longer regarded as an "existing customer". I'm no longer eligible for free roaming.

  • seanyboy1225 sean dougie (@seanyboy1225) reported

@Amy99519281 @EE I hear you, I get terrible signal here in Cambridge.

  • stoffocollins Chris Collins (@stoffocollins) reported

@EE Working from home with zero signal/4g means important calls are getting missed. Feel like I'm throwing £38 down the drain every month and will be for another 14 months. Not very happy!

  • ynnadddanny danny (@ynnadddanny) reported

@EE After making a complaint via the MyEE form - now being asked to Link Accounts again but I'm no longer able to do so at the point where it asks for the SMS code (generic error message). Is the website usually this poor? This is a disappointing experience for a new customer :/
