    @EE We all expect a small amount of increase but not nearly £5 extra, it's incredibly sad how loyal customers are treated. I've been asked to call back after being on hold for ages because your systems are down.

    @katieletch @EE All I can suggest is contact Thier customer service if struggling to pay they might be able to sort a plan out. No point in buying it out as it's a new contract

    @EE Don't do it that's what i did 3 month's later bill increased by £10 company is a joke I've asked for help to lower tarif but nobody answer phone,live chat can't help and get ignored on here!!!

    @AceTrainerLiam @EE Fr, you definitely have grounds to put a complaint in if you haven't already. Complaints would look through everything, but there's no reason the billing team shouldn't be able to remove a billing issue.

    @EE Over 25 years as a customer and today a letter to say over £8 bill increase a month. Last contract I have with you. Disgrace

    Well done @EE for raising my bill over 14% !! Wish I could get that as a pay rise. Might have to consider a move after being a customer for years. Firms should be having a think about the amount they put the prices up.
