    @EE I got your letter claiming to be increasing prices in line with inflation. I think you got me confused with BoE - it's their fault inflation is as high as it is. Not mine. Once I see the increase, I'll be cancelling. Your internet is **** too - I've got proof. #CallMe

    @MooreEbony16 @EE Wish I'd read this before I bought a phone last week (which I still haven't received) & customer services & tracking is just directed to monthly contracts. Trying to cancel but being ingnored!! 😡

    @EE zero service in Loughton area. Sort it out ee it’s never ending , the price you charge a month and you can’t even make a poxy call

    @EE I spoke with a customer service agent recently about the issues I was having compared to the price I am paying. They said my contract would be reduced on the phone and I'd get a new router. Instead, I got an increase in price letter with the new router. Laughable.

    Wife on phone complaining to @EE about the treaties he got in one of their shops. Went in for some help, as recommended by support, and had to spend half an hour saying she wasn’t interested in upgrades or offers. Ended up having to just leave with nothing sorted

    @EE Why can't I track a PAYG mobile online? Ordered 20/3 (in stock/1 day disp.) Still not rec'd, no contact & want 2 cancel but phone 'customer services' line wants EE no, which don't have as was new customer.

    @EE hello - i have my new sim card which came when i swapped from 3 network, i did it wanting to keep my old number. This still hasn’t swapped over. I have tried to use the transfer my number form but every-time i click the link it just reloads the page. Can you advise?
