    @frankbrunoboxer Worst thing I've ever done is ask @EE for help when I worked there.. System is broken and I was just a statistic to them that was easily replacable. My life has hit rock bottom and all started through asking for help. Never ever again

    @EE there seems to be real problems with the NHS app working on the EE network - and only on EE. It throws up an error message nearly everytime meaning you can't download your covid pass except on WiFi. Any idea why?

    @EE I did an upgrade order on Wednesday using online chat. I have not received an email or been told when it's likely to be delivered. If its going to be weeks I want to cancel the order

    @jSam1218 @EE just warning if you are going to sign up to @btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!

    @EE Awful customer experience - ordered a phone package online, paid and had credit check, only to be emailed and phoned later in the day that I can not have the phone for the price I ordered online anymore and must accept a £5 monthly price hike. Misleading and awful experience
