    @McWhirterAlex @StevenShorrock Agree with those observations. Generally, it’s got worse - places and drives that I used to make calls without issue, now frequently cut out. What’s going on @EE - it’s not like phone contracts are cheap!

    @EE @VirginMedia Long seen some play legal moves via The Walking Dead, years ago, which some of my funds also paid for much zombie production. Trouble is when it's a success the rats come sniffing via Disney, and TWD in France, so don't want my get my U.S compound interest slice.

    @EE Yeah, that’s when we get back to the problem that I CANT CALL!! EE needs to have a human text chat through the app that I can communicate with. The bot on the app is complete ****.

    Now in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldn’t need to keep calling) 😡

    @EE Guess what? It’s still not working. I don’t want to use an idiotic bot. Send me a direct message. I’ll send you a reply with my postcode and address and when it’s sorted by you then tell me. You pay me nothing I pay you so I’d expect you to fix it. No doubt you will ignore

    @EE My DM is getting stuck in an automated loop. I am abroad in Australia with an account bar on my SIM - outbound calls/SMS fail and I can't clear my voicemail. I have already tried speaking to your agents over the phone but none have been able to help

    @EE I've been struggling all night to get a film to play on Netflix but your ******* **** internet won't let me. Been a customer for 20 odd years and this is the **** I have to PAY to put up with. Absolute ******* clown company.

    @KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.

    @EE Just to report that there seems to be fault with your website. Unable to update an address on 2 accounts. Tried the app as well but not working as well on 2 different devices. Might be worth advising the tech team to investigate the issue.

    Hey @ee you send me a message to call 150 inside working hours because you can’t tell me my roaming minutes for an unlimited business account. When I try it tells me they are unavailable. Why tell me they are there 8am-8pm if they are not available. #fail

    @EE Thats just it I CAN NOT CONTACT YOU ANY OTHER WAY than here as my service has been CUT OFF fue to over due bill, which is now paid, IN FULL, via CRS thar you sent to get the money!1, no calls, no texts, nothing
