    @EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

    @EE Hi There, is there any problem with Underground Wifi? Whenever i try to connect EE-Auto wifi i get the message “Unable to connect”. This is happening since Thursday. I can see a lot of other people are experiencing the same issue.

    @EE when are you going to sort the issue out for seeing your bill online. When I last spoke to someone they said it’s an issue your end that will be sorted. It’s still not.

    @EE help! I just upgraded and kept clicking through looking for the space to enter my perk code - it has now gone all the way to confirmation and didn’t give me that option 😫

    Hi @EE since Friday I haven’t been able to connect to the EE Tube wifi. Whenever I try to connect it says unable to connect to Wifi. Help please!

    Very disappointed with @lenovo_UKI. You sold me a phone locked to @EE network, without stating you are selling on behalf of @EE. Your customer service people said that they couldn't provide a network unlock code.

    @EE Yeah I’ve been using it fine for years with no problem but now when I try to join it manually it says ‘unable to join the network EE wifi auto’

    @EE Been an EE customer since 2017 but unfortunately over the years your service has deteriorated in Hull. Sadly tomorrow I will be putting in my request for cancellation, time to try another network that can fulfil their service.a

    @EE was so close to dealing on an upgrade, got a deal pushed for a little more but the agent ended the chat. Loyal customer that is now thinking of going elsewhere
