    @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

    @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?

    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    Just joined the @EE network and im.struggling to turn off the adult content filter. This is very frustrating and not easy to figure out. Im thinking of cancelling and going back to @ThreeUK

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

    @EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

    @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64

    Hi @EE like some other users I have been struggling getting a signal while at home. Meaning I can't access certain sites/apps on my phone. The mobile coverage checker says excellent coverage inside & outside but that's not the case, any ideas please?

    How I be paying @ee well over £100 for their full TV/Sport & Broadband service yet the HBO Max entitlement is only the basic version so I can’t view all the content. The two films I want to watch I now have to pay for via Amazon. What joke is this in this economy smh. Fix it plz!
