    @EE Just looking into things, if the speeds have consistently below promised minimum and, there has been no fix due to no fault being found, should I therefore not be entitled to reimbursement?

    @EE Just upgraded my sim only contract. And it's only showing 80gb of the 120gb I'm down for. I think this happened last time and someone had to sort it.

    @EE yet again no phone signal!!! This is getting beyond ridiculous! Dont tell me to switch to wifi calling as everytime i do that, the person at the other end cannot understand what I am saying !! #getmeoutofmycontract

    @EE Hi, I have mobile broadband for the past few weeks and am having consistent drop-outs in signal every few minutes pretty much all the time, it’s so frustrating! Paying £55 a month for this

    @EE hi, I'm a 4G sim only customer of a number of years and tempted by your 5G unlimited upgrade offer. Can I carry over discounts I have, including a new EE perk code in place of my old promotional code discount on the upgrade? Should I try and do this by ringing you?
