As a 10 year @EE customer, last year I went into @EE store and explained that I wanted to obtain a basic phone for my 94 year old hospitalised grandmother so she could receive pictures and updates because she was so isolated and lonely without being allowed visitors

@EE been with you since the start and for over 15 plus years and your staff can't even offer loyalty discounts. Appalling and for that reason I'll be leaving ..so much for rewarding customer loyalty
