    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I find that call centre staff at basically every company are useless unless a social channel has already elevated the issue to a senior member of the team. X is basically my universal tech and company support app.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE EE as good as they say they are, are a poor company and their customer service is shocking, I was glad to be rid of a such a shocking company, best move I ever made leaving them, sorry to hear bout your mum hope you can sort may have to give evidence and proof,

    @RalphUpton @EE They used to be good. Can’t get thru to anyone now. Before my bill is due they have stopped my data even though I have unlimited everything. Very very poor. Leaving them. Disgusted

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Great news. I got three to halve my bill for May due to awful service. They said it was due to the merger with Vodafone . I said not my problem, I pay you for a service. Problem in the UK is that people are afraid to complain & that is why the majority get ******.

    @EE can you please confirm for me if there’s is an outage in the BA5 area, Wells? I have no signal there whatsoever. Have had to drive out of the area to get a signal: which isn’t ideal when I need signal for work

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE What’s so sickening about this story - as well as the appalling treatment of your mum - is the thought that there must be a lot of people - whose daughters/sons aren’t public figures - who have never been given a refund by a phone company.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I had a similar issue, made a call on a phone locked in the hold of an aircraft on an 8hr flight apparently - no recourse , told me I was lying.
