My water bill has gone up 9% @NorthumbrianH2O despite waterway pollution, my phone bill has gone up 14.4% @EE despite garbage 5G coverage!!!!! Keep pushing and and something has to give,

Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

@EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

@EE Just crying in frustration at having to input a stupid uppercase lowercase digit password for the thousandth time to watch any channel after changing to your TV package. Not to mention U can’t connect to Wifi on desktop. Zero help. Wtaf? We’re not all tech savvy. I’m 66 ffs.

@EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store
