@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.
-
steve (@stevew_pfc) reported from Cramlington, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies
-
Eddy39 (@eddygraham39) reported from Craghead, England

-
Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England
@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

Lee Jones (@thisleejones) reported
@EE Not when you keep making me unwell like this, public record. I have explained it all sufficiently to half a dozen of your colleagues and as I say, you’re all regurgitating from the same broken script and it is making me further unwell. I have vomited several times.
-
James Ferguson 🏴 🇮🇹 (@LucioFulciFan) reported
@PhilMitchell83 @EE Good job I'm with Vodafone and not EE. If I was EE I would be shifting my custom. Just imagine the arrogance that's involved when placing these expectations on boys and men. We should stand up and do as they ask or be shamed. Doesn't work like that. They want it to though.
-
Sid Cyclist (@tiny_todger) reported
@ShaunPi73634082 @EE My wife only watches men's tennis as she says the women's game is crap and boring by comparison.
-
Lee Jones (@thisleejones) reported
@EE You still want me to take calls and accept texts with one-time passcode to resolve problems. I do try to explain. It’s so frustrating, you have absolutely no idea how much!
-
Lee Jones (@thisleejones) reported
@EE Your colleague left the conversation, without notice and further wasting time and adding to my frustration so please refrain from being so sanctimonious, this conversation shouldn’t happen in the first place. The visit to town shouldn’t of happened et and still no service so…
-
Dara Saol (@SaolDara) reported
@EE I've no signal so can only comment in a wifi area
-
Alan Watkins (@AlanWat79575293) reported
@EE In business you should know: No customers = no business. The customer is always right. Don't mess with your customers. I won't buy from any business that thinks they have a right to preach to me. Regardless of whether I agree with them or not.
-
Shirtytrish (@ShirtytrisH) reported
Looks like EE is having problems, yet again. ;-/ @EE
-
Dara Saol (@SaolDara) reported
@EE incredible that I was pushed from consumer to business support to be told the office is closed. Only have > 2500 customers in UK on your network. Clearly the Everywhere does't always apply
-
Tony O'Dee (@tonyodee) reported
@EE So if I choose not to identify as male (or female), can I ignore this issue?
