@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE hi, not a complaint but can I understand why my phone upgrade will take up to 28 days to arrive pls? Particularly as I pay £130 per month on a business contract
