With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

Wasted 2h on call/chat/store, and you lost £20+ in costs. Why not have an escape process with @onfido + Login/Pass to send the PIN? Faster for me. Cheaper for you…
