    @EE My voicemail has been deactivated and calls to Customer Service have been ended after 15m 32s twice in the last half hour! Can someone please help me activate voicemail? VM ON doesn't work! 😢

    @EE big thank u 4.a new replacement phone foc due to camera fault that @samsung would not repairs due to tiny mark. On screen thank u again for all.your help in this matter

    @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

    Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

    @Apple fail. New iPhone delivered, new style 's' charging cable. No plug included, can't charge the phone as only have USB sockets and plugs! @EE could have told us on the call. #bewarned #

    I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

    @EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

    @EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

    Having to tether pc to iPhone @EE data as @SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps dropping, great stability when working from home! Guaranteed speed 40mb but its only been 25mb for over 2mths now dropped to 23mb when it works! #SoHackedOff

    @EE I’m currently abroad waiting for a text regarding my transfer that won’t come as my phones been disconnected. Impossible to get hold of someone on you messaging service and no number to call locally. #shambles

    @EE A 45 min wait to ask someone how to cancel a contract Really EE. I can’t phone 45 days ahead because I will be abroad/same as 30 (minimum). People do have jobs, that doesn’t allow that amount of time, even the chat line

    @EE just spoke to Frazer from the broadband side of EE and he was absolutely amazing helped with my issue and was so lovely and polite on the phone what a guy he was 👏🏻✨

    Boom, and just like that after being with @EE for over 17 years (including T-Mobile before merge) I had to leave. I couldn't find a resolution, but nevertheless, it took a minute to get the PAC code, the times of perks for being a loyal customers are long gone, no one cares 😞
