I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasn’t happened!!!

Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal! It’s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. I’d say you guys are in big trouble!

Was paying £118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.

Barry Dance (@dance_barry) reported@EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful
