Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Yet when you log a fault you claim ‘no fault found’. Please investigate due to impact!
