  • lcrawford1983 Laura Crawford (@lcrawford1983) reported from Langley Park, England

@EE Hi. Is there a problem with your website. I have been trying to log into my broadband account to remove devices and it keeps telling me to try later

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

  • stegley1981 steve barnes (@stegley1981) reported from Sunderland, England

@EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

  • RachelLBriggs Rachel Briggs (@RachelLBriggs) reported from Sunderland, England

I don’t know who needs to hear this but do NOT set up a contract with @EE absolutely terrible customer service/website

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

  • MilkyJoe1974 Ian 🇪🇺 (@MilkyJoe1974) reported from Peterlee, England

@__MICHAELPORTER @EE It’s the fact that even after confirmation page they say they order never existed. It’s not surprising as their website is awful for suck a big company

  • eddygraham39 Eddy39 (@eddygraham39) reported from Craghead, England

@EE submitted a complaint over a week ago via email. It’s not been answered.

  • Bailz84 David Bailey (@Bailz84) reported from Durham, England

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

  • davidhorsefield David (@davidhorsefield) reported from Longbenton, England

@Kul85 @EE Ah, we have no signal in our house but luckily the wifi calling works great

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • L17aamLiam Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

  • AbitofCharlieb Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

As expected @EE never cares about customer relationship and thus had not replied. @VodafoneUK @O2 if you have better options for me with 500 min India calls per month then please contact me I will port my number

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

  • Mr395008 Mr395008 (@Mr395008) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

  • shahanchowdhury Shahan Chowdhury™ © (@shahanchowdhury) reported from Walker Gate, England

@EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

  • LPearmanPhotos Laura Pearman Headshots Photographer (@LPearmanPhotos) reported from South Shields, England

@EE Hey! Can I report a phishing scam to you. Just got a dodgy text about a phoney bill issue. #phishing #PunIntended

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE Retention call number 2 from @EE, your own team are disgusted with your service and are raising additional complaints on our behalf. Surely you’ve got this one wrong...

  • veecollins Vee Collins (@veecollins) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ob999666 @EE @EE is indeed down, big UK outtage

  • sedge1989 Shaun Edge (@sedge1989) reported from Ryton, England

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Donster22 Don (@Donster22) reported

@EE It can be downloaded directly now from Google and loaded using adb. Fingerprint unlock slightly better but still terrible with a screen protector and very very bad in comparison to other phones. Apart from that. I like it.

  • M0MJH Mark 'Jimmy' Hickford (@M0MJH) reported

@2m0sql @EE As far as we can tell from calls we've managed on the hospital phone, he's got signal. Also, if phone can't be reached by network for x amount of time (set by network timers), calls should automatically be forwarded to voicemail.

  • chriswholt Chris Holt (@chriswholt) reported

@EE I think Cindy resolved this over chat yesterday. It shouldn't take 3 attempts to cancel an account though.

  • MadMaxMotoVlog That Guy Max (@MadMaxMotoVlog) reported

I now EXPECT to be anxious, coerced, misdirected, mislead and uncomfortable in phone shops, its a bad look for @EE. Stores shouldn't feel like you're being scammed and this one did. Surely it's not sustainable for repeat business? Most people will simply avoid going in.

  • GilesPalaeoLab Sam Giles (@GilesPalaeoLab) reported

@chrsphr @sunildvr @EE The salesperson said it was a Black Friday deal and that’s why the tablet was free. She was told on Monday that there was no cool down period for the tablet, only the phone. But she can’t return the phone because she has anaphylaxis& needs a way to call an ambulance at any time.

  • briskbiscuits Brisk (@briskbiscuits) reported

@EE Hi could I please get some help I would like to buy the iPhone 12 pro max 128gb Pacific blue, however none of my discount codes are working and they are valid until 2028. I'd like to take advantage of the £64 monthly contact for unlimited data, texts

  • Cskoyles Chris Skoyles (@Cskoyles) reported

@EE Hi, can somebody help me - trying to upgrade my phone requires a security pin sent to my existing phone but it's broke so I can't do it that way!

  • chrsphr Chris (Snow Queen Edition) (@chrsphr) reported

@GilesPalaeoLab @sunildvr @EE It’s bollocks. There’s no transaction that can’t be reserved. I worked for them for a few years so I’ve seen this all before. You need to get on the phone unfortunately rather than using the rubbish twitter support

  • GeorgeAB96 George Arthur Blair (@GeorgeAB96) reported

@EE hi, when is the live chat support option open today? I've been checking on the app the last few days and it never appears! I need to speak to someone ASAP but can not call as I'm abroad.

  • helenjgray Helen Gray (@helenjgray) reported

@metoffice Yes and 11 hour power cut and once again @EE goes off, leaving me totally isolated and unable to call for help. #EEisrubbish #mobileprovider
