Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

All the mobile spectrum @EE is reported as buying. I couldn't get a webpage switching between 5G and CrossCountry's Wi-Fi for 30 mins. Mad.

Wasted 5+h on getting a faulty device within 5 days of receipt,to be returned. Shunted from pillar to post. EE seem to run down the clock and make statutory returns as difficult as possible. Shame
