    Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

    I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

    @EE My voicemail has been deactivated and calls to Customer Service have been ended after 15m 32s twice in the last half hour! Can someone please help me activate voicemail? VM ON doesn't work! 😢

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

    @EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

    @EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

    @EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

    @EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

    @EE do you price match competitors? I've seen deals where I can get the iPhone 13 for £42 w/ 30GB data & no upfront cost. Your cheapest is £56 for 4GB and £80 upfront. How are you able to do this? (pls don't say due to having the best signal cos that's not true)

    @EE I think @ADT_UK are looking into it, (unlikely they’ll take ownership to be honest) either way.. that’s a farce from both of you! Customer services, when most of the call was on hold the max was 4 mins of a 29 min call… and it costs £22.18. Merry Christmas to me eh?!?

    After so-many-I-dont-know-how-many years with @ee I’m looking for another network as changing my plan & need EU roaming included - not £2 a day / £10 a month. Have a French sim so this really is just to keep my number and when I’m travelling in the UK - new network suggestions?

    After being a loyal customer to @EE for over 15years I’m actually gonna leave them.All because their staff couldn’t find the “right deal” for me.I just want a sim only deal with unlimited everything.Networks like @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK provide that for under £20. I def need to look

    @EE I just got a text claiming to be from you - I can't be sure, of course - asking how likely I am to recommend you to family or friends. I won't recommend any service provider because, if it goes wrong for the other person I don't want the flak as if it's my fault.

    Would be a true novelty that in 2021 (Nearly now 2022) someone between @EE, @WeAreOpenreach or my local MP bothered to do anything about the fact that our broadband continues to be so poor in this area that most of us have to go into an office to do our jobs just to video call...
