@EE Good morning. My phone keeps cutting out on calls. It's as though signal cuts off. Is there any transmitter issues with the weather or could it simply be my phone. Galaxy S8+. It's my business phone so I need to resolve this as I'm struggling to talk to people. Rgds Mark.

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost
-

-
Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England
@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.
-
Tom Fahy (@TomFahyNo1) reported from Darlington, England

John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England
@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.
-
Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England
@EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

-
Dickon Prior (@dickonprior) reported
@maxtappenden19 @whippletom I've had a look at @EE's 5GEE home routers. The service looks just as expensive as Virgin Media's cable broadband. I also find running a smart TV tethered to my iPhone's 5G hotspot to be really flaky, so I'm not sure if one of their 5G routers would be any better.
-
Meady (@LittleGemMeady) reported
@EE is there broadband issues in Fleet Hampshire??
-
Max Tappenden 🇺🇦 (@maxtappenden19) reported
@dickonprior @whippletom @EE Sorry, I misunderstood - I thought you had no access to high-speed broadband at at all. Yes, Virgin Media, while being the worst of the ‘ultrafast’ network operators, is better than mobile broadband. Hang on until Openreach or CityFibre FTTP comes to your street.
-
Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported
@S_Humpherson @EE yeah, i've had this, it's been terrible. I can hear people, but they're saying i'm always cutting out.

Jorn Madslien - TheJornalist.com (@jornmadslien) reported
@EE Thanks for your prompt and helpful response. Indicative of @EE customer support, and very different from the forceful, at times unreasonable and unprofessional responses I’ve had from @BritishTelecoms. But it is perhaps a great company. My anecdotal evidence is naturally limited.
