@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

@EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

@EE Yep, anyone who stumbles across my tweet having the same issue, uninstall the app then reinstall, something wrong with the update from EE where its not updating the installed app.

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

This led to an even worse inconvenience #fwp trying to remove the @EE voicemail notification. Finally found a fix. You should sort the UI on @SamsungMobile to allow the notification to be cleared #pantsUX

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

Had really bad customer service at @EE shop in town regarding upgrade… Rang 150 & after a few mins, man told me he would ring me on the 20th when they could offer me a better deal, it’s now the 22nd & no call🙄😩 #EE

I'm not sure if it's just incredible greed, or shortsightedness or both that's causing mobile and broadband companies to take the piss with price increases, but I can safely say for myself both @EE and @TalkTalk just guaranteed the loss of this customer.

@EE I think there might be an issue with your services in my area! For the last week any incoming or outgoing call have issues hearing my voice. I have perfect signal. And a full 5g connection. Getting a bit annoying!!
