  • big__dave_ Mark Thornton (@big__dave_) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Good morning. My phone keeps cutting out on calls. It's as though signal cuts off. Is there any transmitter issues with the weather or could it simply be my phone. Galaxy S8+. It's my business phone so I need to resolve this as I'm struggling to talk to people. Rgds Mark.

  • bsimopaz Bob Simpson (@bsimopaz) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

  • marc3374 Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@PhilMitchell83 @EE @ASA_UK Where do i submit an official complaint? I dont like to but it seems they only listen to people in large numbers

  • EbanSmith907 Eban 'Cat' Smith (@EbanSmith907) reported

@EE Big issue you have with women's football is the majority of women don't want to watch it. 3 women in my home and none care about any women's team sports....NONE. None of their female friends care either. Then add in Men want to watch Men sports.

  • blip007 steve.t (@blip007) reported

@NewsHubUK @EE This is a wind up ? Why don't men cancel their contract with EE ? Men suffer domestic violence as well ,yes obviously less than women but it does happen....I don't like being grouped into a group like those so called men who commit any sort of violence against women ..joke

  • miserablebastad Stupid Sexy Flanders (@miserablebastad) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Hmmm suspect. What about the tube? My phone used to always connect to the underground wifi and now it doesn't work at all?

  • damon_watts damon watts (@damon_watts) reported

@USAlphasfagwife @estherk_k Agreed, @EE response to my concerns was a poor reply that didn’t even answer my question, this poster should be taken down immediately, it paints the picture that all blokes are arseholes when it’s clearly not the case 👍

  • LeeCulleton1 Lee Culleton (@LeeCulleton1) reported

@EE Hi Neil, i know that both myself and my partner will have to pay for a roam abroad pass for our trip, i just find it annoying that as an EE customer who dared to upgrade my phone and plan at already considerable cost is having to extra to use my phone abroad!

  • iD_Mobile_UK iD Mobile (@iD_Mobile_UK) reported

@miserablebastad @EE We do not have Underground WiFi on our network. This will have likely been a service offered by your previous network as an agreement. - Mohammed

  • vinesack Joe Wadsack (@vinesack) reported

Thanks for your advice everyone. It appears that @giffgaff is overwhelmingly the most popular suggestion amongst you, but I still have to pay over £1000 in rentals before I can consider moving from the crooks at @EE. Do any providers help facilitating the move?

  • mjmm152 TheBackshotBishop 👏 (@mjmm152) reported

@EE you guys really are the worst network providers around ‘most coverage in the uk’ but what they don’t tell you is the data doesn’t work 🤡

  • luke_r178 Luke (@luke_r178) reported

@EE You're also expensive. I just switched to the o2 network and there's no difference. If anything it's better because I'm paying less and i have full signal in my room which i never had with you.
