    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

    @EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

    @EE There is an option to cast and when I do it either says I need to get a bt account or there’s sound but no picture, I previously had an Android phone and never had a problem casting

    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    @EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

    @EE really poor service I placed an order on last Friday 18th everything was fine all in stock etc got advised it would be delivered today so waited in all day nothing has turned up so I ring and get told it’s out of stock yet it wasn’t when I ordered on Friday and payed 😡

    @EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

    @EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

    @EE I can’t even tell you how angry I am! For a whole year my phone network hasn’t been working correctly yet I still pay my bill. I beg for help and I get silence. 3.5 hours I waited for tonight on your chat and still nothing! Meanwhile I CAN’T EVEN MAKE A PHONE CALL 😡😡😡

    @EE Your phone lines are down it says “thanks for calling our offices are now closed”!!!! It’s 2pm and I need to speak with someone please about these errors on an upgrade I did just earlier with an advisor. Email has extra products in that I didn’t ask for!

    @EE I ordered ROAMING PASS yesterday and have arrived in the US today with no phone service for either myself or my wife. This is not good.
