    @EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @EE Two weeks since you were meant to upgrade my broadband. You cut off my existing EE service too, left me with no internet for two weeks now. Was told 4G router would arrive on Friday, then Monday and now today. Not come. Shambles.

    @EE Why is your internet so f*****g bad!! Seriously, I was with a smaller broadband provider and had less than half the issues with them than I did with EE. Slow, unreliable, drops out for no reason. Never again.
