Right this is actually ridiculous now, paying for a contract I can’t even use because I’ve had no more than 1 bar of signal and keep getting no service for the past 3 weeks!!! @EE sort it out!!!

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@MarcAllera please have a look at my recent tweets about the service I’ve recieved from Emily your agent she didn’t adhere to your values at all and was very rude abrupt and continued to over speak and told me i was arguing, I really feel rubbish as I suffer from depression. @EE

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

Honestly, just cba with @EE. They gave DPD an incomplete address so my phone’s delivery got cancelled. Then the phone arrived and the seal on the box was broken. And don’t even get me started on what I just went through with their customer service, it’s been literally HOURS.

@hwallop @EE I'm moving from Three to EE and made a stupid mistake in my order. Called them and the customer service agent was LOVELY and fixed it all for me, as well as telling me more about the process. First impressions are very positive! Phoning Three before almost broke my spirit.

@EE everytime i’m due an upgrade the website and app never work. i try on multiple devices and nothing works. CONSTANT ‘maintenance’ or ‘cannot load this page’ exact same thing happened 2 years ago when i had my last upgrade. super off putting… 😶

Hey @EE I’ve can’t seem to be able to swap over my swappable benefit. It keeps failing on the website and when I do it via pick to 150 I never get a response and nothing changes on my account. Had my last one well outside the required time.

As Twitter is mostly for moaning, I thought it only fair to say that the service I've just got from @EE was really quite good. Not only did they answer their phone immediately (I know!), I got a discount on renewing my contract "for being a loyal customer for 21 years"

@EE I’ve managed to purchase my new upgrade,the chats not working now,the website is still crashing but I’ve got an email saying they need more information before my order is completed even though I’ve paid .I can’t phone because the audio on my phone is broken 😩please can you help.
