I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

Thank you for taking the time to respond and give advice, I will explore all avenues suggested. I’ve just received my ADR from EE so will be contacting ombudsman today.
