Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

@EE I have had problems with data gifting because the option doesn't appear. This has gone on for months and I have to call your technical helpline to transfer data to my son. Are there any fixes to the app, because this is a real pain!

@EE must be crashing and burning as thousands upon thousands of customers leave. I've been with them for ~10 years, am on a SIM-only, have never had any issues. And yet: 14.4%. 14.4%! CPI + 3.9%. Bonkers when you consider the instantly available, cheaper alternatives.

@EE I’ve been unable to make calls since 5pm. Connection dropped while I was on an important work call. I was using WiFi calling at the time., 4g also doesn’t work for calls. This is I’m Ml3. Is the issue being worked on.
