    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

    @EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

    @EE are the worst broadband providers ever. Every wk our internet goes off. It was off Saturday to Monday & now it’s just gone off again. WTF?!!!

    And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

    @EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

    @EE This is the thing, this phone has an old Virgin SIM in it (wat was was network but is not any more), but you are the only cell signal I can see down there so I can't see how else it got to my phone.

    @EE I have done all the reset options, I have even done a factory reset and it still doesn't help, we have had a new router and that didn't help. Your service is terrible and your customer service is even worse as your customer service agent doesn't reply to emails.

    @ThreeUK are such a bad service don’t ever buy from them…. I was gonna buy all 4 off my kids a contract phone and iPads and AirPods toatallong over £780 a month….. I’ll never spend another penny with them @EE what deals u got for me 4 iPhone 14 pro max 4 iPads 4 AirPods Pro 2
