@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

@EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE Our smart hub plus is stuck on a green light, with no internet access. I've reset it by taking out the power cable and pushing the reset button, but still stays green. Is there anything else I can do, or is it broken and we need a replacement sent out?

@EE why are there continued issues with signal in Melmerby, Cumbria CA10 1HB. We had very poor signal for weeks, then it was finally sorted and now it's been bad again for almost a week again with no updates yet again. I'm sure if this was London it would be sorted a lot quicker!

@ee #EE why is the App so bad? Only works intermittently and when it wants to —so unreliable— have reported both on here and by phone but nobody sorting it out—expect better from BT/EE —very bad
