    And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

    Hi @EE im a pay monthly customer & been thinking about switching to you from Sky BB, mainly because im an ee mobile customer. Only thing is you don’t have full fibre available. @WeAreOpenreach states it’s not in rollout plans currently. We have cityfibre full fibre available!!

    @EE When are the signal issues that have made my phone unusable locally going to be fixed? It’s been well over a year now and you won’t give me a refund until it’s fixed and you close my complaint without ever contacting me?

    @EE broadband is absolutely awful. It goes off every week without fail. Sometimes it’s for 10 mins, sometimes it’s for days, and the customer service is shocking. Cancelling it & going back to the old provider.

    @EE just got my latest bill with price increase. £68 per month for an iPhone 13. Can’t wait for my contract to be over so I can leave. Loyal customer for years!

    @EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

    @EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE why have ee temporarily turned off my sim ?? wtf I pay for tons of data and you just turn my data off. literally says: mobile data has been temporarily turned off by operator why you would you turn off someones data when he has close to unlimited data

    @EE Weekend's been pretty naff tbh. No data / calls since Friday lunchtime. Network status checker message "We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours" hasn't changed since Friday. I have an elderly parent who relies on being able to call me. Any update?

    @EE by definition, advertising a product as £50 a month (even though they advertise the CPI and Inflation increase), means that it's never going to be £50 for the 24 months of the contract. If I purchase a phone in March, my price goes up the next month, so it's wrongly priced.
