@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

I’m having serious issues with @EE I pay £20/month for 150GB, yet I’m getting around 2.2Mbps download in a major city, close to the city center. It’s so frustrating and annoying. Even networks back home in Nigeria often give 90–100Mbps.

@EE when you going to sort the signal out in Merthyr Tydfil again days without signal you ring they don’t even offer a penny back for a services most of the time is un usable, rising my price plan and quick enough taking the money I know loads of us are fed up of it now

@EE My new iPhone 17 pro max was stolen after having it 1 day. All they offered me was 30 of my next bill. I’m paying on a contract without a new iPhone. No loyalty perks, discounted upgrade, trade in credit, promo deal on a new device. Is this how you treat a loyal customer ?

@EE I have and there isn’t an issue, apparently. When I try to report it, it says try again later. When I try on the app, it says it’s lost connection and to try again later. I dmed you the info. I’ve been dealing with this for months and respectfully, I’m reaching my boiling point

Appalling customer service from @EE today. After weeks of my mobile and router sims dropping Internet connection on a regular basis I was told not to bother complaining ‘as they could see data was getting though’ Advised to switch off 5G (despite switching to standalone) 🤬

@EE @TMobile Thanks @EE for your kind reply. I have realised, the customer service team is not keen to hold the old customers while other networks do their best to keep customers, not say good bye. But as a loyal customer, I have stayed with you for the last 20 years.
