Dear @EE and @kevinbacon please go screw yourselves. I’ve been a customer for 6 days and my prices are already increasing by over 10%. You made over £2 BILLION in profit last year. (Not you, Kevin. You I’m just disappointed in)

@EE No problem and understand components. 15% increase to entire customer base is probably pretty beneficial to your bottom line.

@EmInYorkshire @EE Agree Emma. Don't even get me on the issue of digital exclusion (and only being able to do some key administrative things *online*) for people like my 84 year-old neighbour...

@EE Hi there - I called about this earlier today but still a little unclear. I seem to be able to track orders on EE app but haven't received an order reference number. This isn't the DPD delivery - it seems I should be able to track the progress of the whole thing? Can anyone help?

Guess which ****** company promised they'd call me tonight and didn't? No need to guess really, it was @EE Again. The worst customer service provider in the world. Brutal.

Here's an example: my 84 year old Tory-voting neighbour (who owns her own home) is panicking about photo ID. She's already had problems with banks and @EE. She doesn't have a valid passport, driving licence OR oyster card because she's too old to travel, drive or jump on trains.

@Ofcom so @EE are probably ignorant of the cost of living crisis abs believe that their poor service warrants a significant monthly increase for customers. Here’s hoping they lose thousands of customers.
