    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @EE My boyfriend’s new iPhone 12 will not read the SIM card. Since Monday he has phoned SEVEN times & been in store & it is still not resolved satisfactorily. The customer service has (mostly) been abysmal - including being hung up on. Do you have a complaints department?
