    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

    @EE Ooooh guess what? Your most reliable network goes out of service once again. 6 times within 2 months. Has anyone any suggestions to a network I could move to? Because this @EE has lost its customer. Please dont suggest Plusnet, or BT. As BT owns the brands Plusnet and EE

    @EE This is Home fibre broadband, it happens everyday and it is not the first time. I have had 4 engineers out to look at it and have made countless phone calls. I have had enough with the poor service.

    @EE Been unable to access my EE a/c for over a week. Have changed password (as instructed) a few times, talked to their chat line, raised complaints for wasted time, etc etc. Told everyone in the same boat but have my doubts?! Anyone else having similar access to EE a/c issues?
