@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE Thanks. But basically you are referring me to a complaint team after telling me I should pay my contract in full, meaning paying for a faulty device, because you don't want to do anything about it. If that's not the worst customer service ever, I don't know what this is.

@EE I am really disappointed for ee , for over 1 weeks 6 agents from customer services lies to me I will get my phone within 7 days , and one of them even tell me that my phone is arrived and will be dispatched the next day, calling the next day and I found out actually it was
