@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

@EE Absolutely disgusting customer service from @EE they have taken £414 from my wife’s account without any prior notice. A mistake owing to an insurance claim, notified them of the issue and have had to raise a complaint which may take 8 weeks to resolve! No apology in the call!
