    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @iD_Mobile_UK @EE I tell you this I know my warranty with you is longer than 12 months. I brought the phone from you not apple. I know my consumer rights. I do t expert a phone of this value to last 12months. Funny how that. I have issues for months. Whay happening with my complaint?

    @VillanAston @EE Indeed, and we're trying to determine the cause; there's been no issue with our network in that time, so something else must be at play here. There's been no discussion of a network reset, hence me asking. Could you try again? Settings > Reset > Reset Network Settings - Rory

    @VillanAston @EE There's been no issues with the network in the postcodes that you've provided until 20/07. It could be that the handset is suffering from a weak or degraded receiver. This is separate from the Wi-Fi chip, so there'd be no correlation between the two. - Rory

    @VillanAston @EE Hi Alexander, the network issue only arose on 20/07. Before that, we hadn't detected any issues in your area. Our coverage checker suggests limited service indoors here, though. Apple only offers a 12-month warranty, sadly. Have you tried performing a network reset? - Rory

    @EE Please help 🙏 I have an elderly distressed Mother (84) who has called me to say her top up won't work. She usually call's 150 and tops up. She has done this and it's saying her phone isn't recognized. I gave her 0800 956 6000 and it's saying the same. Help!
