@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE just got a call from 01274054449 claiming to be from you and saying my SIM card was expiring but they will send me a new one!! Needless to say when I refused to give info he got frustrated and rude!! Please block the number for your customers to keep them safe

@EE @CaptainMetal666 EE is cynically telling customers to unlock-offer as a reward for staying with them, in a barefaced attempt to lengthen term of their contract. Offer is to continue to enjoy the speeds your pay for; the alternative appears to be what I am experiencing is to degrade your service.

@EE I would like a refund, I'd rather stay with my current network. How do I go about that? Because you can't do it over the phone, which is what I was told two days ago. Could you please send me a link to the correct person to speak about getting a refund on a payasyougo SIM card.
