@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE your customer service this week has been shocking. I was promised a call back today at 445pm and of course nothing! I have a technical issue and I was on the phone this morning for over an 1hr and was promised a call back. Not impressed and problem still not solved.

@EE hi I am having a hard time removing game pass from my account, it’s been removed but shows on my Xbox I still have it via you as a add on. I have spoke to Microsoft and you and I can’t seem to find any help. Funny thing is I still have access to game pass and it works.

@EE how do I cancel my order? I have asked twice in DM's but no answer. 50% colleague discount isn't worth the poor customer service I have received so far. I would much rather pay full price with a network that will actually deliver the goods.

@EE I got a new Apple Watch today, I rang earlier because I was getting an error transferring my data plan to my new watch. The guy managed to clear that error but I'm still having issues and it just says "Could not set up mobile data" no matter how many times I try to set it up

100% will not be renewing my contract with @EE iv paid over £700 in the last 8 months and yet I still owe over £900 and i wanted to see if I could change my plan so it’s more affordable to be told by an EE employee I can’t and I was shafted😱 never happening again🤬
