  • simr1984 Richard Sim (@simr1984) reported from Hensall, England

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

Hey @EE. It's been two weeks since my Sim was wrongly cut off. Can you tell me why I've visited four EE stores and spoken to countless customer services reps to get it back ... and you can't help me... but you want to still charge me?

  • sssausage1488 Scotch Square Sausage (@sssausage1488) reported

@EE @Ofcom what's your view on this? I know there aren't any regulations as such for broadband but don't companies voluntarily sign up to a code of conduct which states that what my mother is experiencing isn't good practice and she should be allowed to cancel?

  • Jen11827914 Jenna (@Jen11827914) reported

@EE I've been struggling to get through to anyone for the entire day, I'm no longer even a customer and I recieved an enormous bill to an address I haven't lived at for 4 years. Can anyone help?

  • AliceMartin8492 Alice Martin (@AliceMartin8492) reported

@EE Hi Si, thanks for getting back to me. OpenReach have been and identified a faulty cable. Cable has been replaced but still no internet. We think may be a problem with the router. Engineer confirmed broadband signal check ok though.

  • JaySeeDeCaux Jay See (@JaySeeDeCaux) reported

@EE left Vodafone because of the service and not impressed with EEs so far. On hold for 30 minutes twice and no response on Twitter while waiting for a SIM to go live. I've emailed returns already so unless some magic happens say goodbye to my money.

  • fkyh Francis Ho (@fkyh) reported

So I'm getting 1/8 the speed from my 2Gb @virginmedia service as compared to my 5g iPhone on @ee

  • sssausage1488 Scotch Square Sausage (@sssausage1488) reported

@EE But hypothetically, if the max she can receive is 9/10mb and she's paying £62 a month for 250mb, what stance do EE take? Surely anyone can see that's not right to let her continue paying that much for such poor service?

  • ApatheticWhore Charley_xox (@ApatheticWhore) reported

I don't think it's very good practice to keep someone on hold for 45 minutes, talk for 5 minutes then put them back on hold for 25 minutes, to ultimately be hung up on because the offices were closed. Without resolution... not very impressed. @EE
