    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE Can confirm, this is an understatement. Have both O2 and EE phones, guess which network is getting ditched after over 20 years as a customer ? 2mbps vs 100mbps data speed is rather higher than 8x btw - you need to get more aggressive EE ;-)

    @EE Well I’m certainly not CHILLED. Due to EE incompetence I’m STILL WITHOUT MY PHONE SERVICE AFTER 5 DAYS. And now I’ve just been told I didn’t pass the security questions, the same ones I passed several days ago.

    No @EE phone signal in Hampton Hill since mid July. Absolutely farcical. Time to tell the truth. Struggling to gain access to the mast for all this time is not a good enough excuse. Last time we had no signal like this a part had to be shipped from China. Hopeless.

    @EE Yes and it wasn't the ultra it was the Flip Z but its asking for an upgrade fee on those that have an upfront cost of 50£ but those where its free the upfront cost is 400£ I haven't had a message back about this issue yet

    @MrBandez @EE EE have the best signal coverage where I am, O2 seem to drop constantly. Might go with the S21. Also most of the contracts for O2 seem to be 36 months now
