    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    @EE I think my tweet was self-explanatory. I took out an @EE contract under advice from @bt_uk to try and help my daughter’s home schooling. There is no improvement in signal or service but I am now paying two monthly fees. A very disappointing and expensive situation. Discuss?

    Hello @EE/@btsportfootball - I’ve recently upgraded my phone and have BT Sport as my smart benefit. I also pay to be able to cast to my TV. I’m currently only getting audio when I try and cast. I was able to do this with no issues before my upgrade. Any help?
