    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @EE since your new update the app does not work, everyone is stating this on play store, please fix it, all the usual uninstall, update, try closing it advice does not work. Please look into it, thanks

    @EE Still waiting on the customer service manager to call from Friday. The phone has arrived but there's another package no one knows where it is though. A right ***** up by yourselves

    @EE hi, I’m a teacher and I am having major issues with my signal and 4G. In spaces where I normally have no issues I am loosing signal and internet, which isn’t practical when trying to do remote learning and contact staff who are in school. Can you help me at all?
