    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @EE your website and app are the worse I've ever used. Try upgrade website crashes. Try pay bill website crashes. Can never log onto app. Then I end up waiting 30 mins on the phone to speak to someone. This isn't just a one off its all the time. Fix it.

    @EE Hi @EE , still waiting on some help with this :) I'd be very grateful for any assistance! I have looked in MyEE again today to see if I was missing anything yesterday and I still can't see how I can activate roaming.

    @EE sort your signal out in the lower Ince area of Wigan. It’s a black spot which attracts no signal whatsoever despite what your little checker may say
