@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE Want to review my broadband package. When I try online it won't let me find out what's available. When I try to identify myself its says there's a problem your end, long queues on the phone no.s & the one for existing customers won't let me through cos don't have an ee mobile

@EE our wifi is do bad since changing to fibre keeps disconnecting/reconnecting of our devices really slow using more of my phone data because of how bad it is even when im on the computer right next to modem it disconnects even though its on 🤬😡 #help

Have my first 4G watch but @ee seem to be the WORST provider for support. Unless you buy it direct you have to buy a WHOLE NEW CONTRACT???
