@EE I’m not one to tell you how to do your job, but as a long time happy customer of your broadband, why have you let BT use the headline of “the only broadband provider to harness the power of EE’s mobile network”. Isn’t this something you should be doing?

@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@Spe24Simon @MattGB1 Trying to sort out a new phone deal for Mum, @EE shop in Bury St Edmunds were useless and insisted she attends the shop despite knowing her age and recuperating from a major operation! Talk about alienate their elderly customers very poor!

@EE wow your Kingston store outside bentalls I shall never return. Went in looking to upgrade. Asked if I could see the Samsung galaxy 22 ultra. Guy said no.Right so a phone shop that won't let you see a phone and told me to go into John Lewis. Guess I'm not going to upgrade then

@EE guys my Internet is hideous at the very best, I have been down the conplain 3/4 times now. Had new routers and no matter what is poor at best. Being its now powdered by BT with I assume BT router would I not be needing one of these.

@EE Help! I'm in the US. I already had travel data pass on my account, and didn't realise I needed to turn Roaming on. When I got here and found I had no G4, I turned it on, more than 36 hours ago, but still no 4G. I have WiFi calling on, but it wouldn't let me ring you.

@EE My broadband speed has seriously dipped since Friday. Cannot stream Amazon Prime for example when normally it is fine. This is one of a long line of relatively recent issues I’ve had. It’s becoming so frustrating.
