@EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

@Shaunjenks @ThreeUK @EE I know they do and said as much in my post. Being the only major carrier not to support international roaming at launch is a bit off. I’m hoping they will do soon.

@EE hi, I am abroad & my roaming isn’t working. When I go online enable roaming & make calls is blocked, when I’ve tried to unblock it it says to text 150, which has texted me saying ‘your device is set up to be used for roaming in any country’ however, it is still not working

@ee I am truly disgusted by my treatment from you. Ordered the new iPhone at 13:01 on the day preorders become available and your system error means I will not get it on release day now! EE error, customer suffers #poorcustomerservice

@xCHROMATICA @EE Message vie their help section in mobile app. I messaged this afternoon. Got response and ordered within 10 mins. Release day delivery for my aluminium case version which also had vague delivery date on the website.
