    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    Apparently if your with @EE you can't opt out of marketing calls as they own the number said their customer service agent who is in clear need of #gdpr training as well as learning good manners

    I can't use WiFi calling because my @EE broadband is also intermittent. We have had a visit from an engineer six times in the last two years and still we don't receive anything like the service we signed up (and pay) for. It's time you let me go and find better #nothingnowhere

    @EE can I have someone message me please. My mums phone is in my name, she decided to keep her phone and contract so I never looked into getting her a new one. A day after this months contract was paid from my account the phone started playing up and now can’t use it

    So @EE think you can ignore #gdpr rules and still contact you despite specifically opting out from calls from then and their reps - and arguing the toss with me on the issue implies #badcustomerservice - guess who's looking for a new service provider
