@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

@JakeOKane @EE I left them after 25 years loyalty last year. They are too big for their boots now. Don't care about customer loyalty and overcharge for the level of service they provide.
