@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE 22 August I upgraded my SIM only contract to a new 24 month contract. Received confirmation email & everything had updated correctly in My EE. Today, looking at My EE, my contract has changed again to a 30 day contract, can you help?

@EE got to be the worst network out there for customer service, promised to be called back to investigate my complaint to only be texted at 9pm my complaint has been close but if I feel this is wrong please call 150, just called & your lines close at 9pm, what a piss take u are

Opening an account with @EE was quite possibly one of the worst things I’ve ever done. 1) I opened a sim only account and delivery was scheduled for a few days time but it never arrived. So I called them to cancel the contract because I opened an account elsewhere

@EE Stop offering things when you lot have a poor connection.. alot of ppl cant use their fone or internet.. you got ppl like my gf who pays over 130 a month for a service.. the service always having issues, but when call to complain, apparently nothing wrong with ee..
