  @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

  @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.
