    @EE There is always room for a discount. Never not had one before. It's who you speak to and if they are willing to make it happen. On this occasion I'm not thought worthy of it

    @EE I have tried everything .... if I’m still in the 14 days cooling off period I’ll cancel and go with another supplier because clearly you cannot deliver the speed I need at busy times.

    @EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE Nope nothing I can see. There is noting under display or parental controls regarding when you lay down and the screen is tilted towards you it stops you using any app. If it can’t be turned off then I’ll be forced in to rejecting the tablet as it not fit for for purpose.
