128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

@EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

@EE I have been trying since February to close my account with you and I am STILL being charged. Every month I have had the same phone call that there was miscommunication on your end and that the account will shut down. Its now June and I am told the account is in arrears 1/2

I was considering switching from @EE anyway due to service and signal being SHOCKING for the last few months even after upping my contract mid term to £84 a month but today has taken the piss. No data for majority of the day and not so much as a text to explain why. Dogshit 💩.
