Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

@EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

@EE getting very frustrated with the upgrade service, ordered one phone to subsequently find it's not in stock, switch to another colour and then you apparently find a discrepancy on the order, seriously fed up and nobody to contact, phoning is a complete joke ATM
