Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.
