    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE any signal issues in Leeds city centre, getting 2mbs on multiple tests after restarting and turning internet off/on etc.....

    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @EE used your chat service to order my upgrade, they were fantastic and really helpful. Now my upgrade is paid for I can't use live chat to ask about delivery dates. Please make your chat more accessible, it's a really good feature.

    I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

    So the only benefit of being an existing/loyal customer on @EE is 10% off price plans?? That really is ****. When on Orange I remember upgrading and not having to pay upfront fees and I could choose a cheaper price plan too.

    @PiggyPlex @Rubyrose087 @EE I live like 300m away from the tower and about 600m to town, even when I got outside my house in the garden what has a line of sight with the new 5G tower I still get crap data
