    @EE There is always room for a discount. Never not had one before. It's who you speak to and if they are willing to make it happen. On this occasion I'm not thought worthy of it

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    My iPhone 8plus has said no service since yesterday, I’ve turned off/on, taken SIM card out, done soft reset, reset network settings and still no service ... anyone have a clue what to do next @EE @Apple @AppleSupport #iphone8plus #ee #apple #iphone

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @HeightDeficient @EE She was told that there was only a cool down period on the phone, not the tablet that she had no idea she’d signed a contract for because she doesn’t know what a tablet is! Nearly £12/month for two years for something she doesn’t have any use for.
