Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!
