    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @mouthwaite @EE I’ve been an EE customer since the orange days, I cannot fault their service and would never publicly slander them in this way. Please be mindful of the fact that a lot of them are working from home and there are far less of them on the shop floor!

    @mouthwaite @EE I've been them for few years and never had reason to complain. Replaced my phone within 48hrs when I broke it, upgraded in less than 30 min phone call very recently and also very helpful during the moving house process.

Everyone is entitled to customer support for a product they have loyally paid for. Lots of industries suffered during the pandemic. We all have to manage our cash flow !!

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

    @EE My issue is with the website itself, its taking ridiculous amounts of time to load certain pages, sometimes it will say the page I clicked on doesn't even exist. Then when I finally get onto my basket page, I'll try to put in my voucher and it stays in a loop trying to authorise.

    @mouthwaite @EE I had an absolute mare with them, we couldn’t get it sorted so they put you in lockdown, basically it goes to another dept who will then try and sort it for you!!! The stress it causes is ridiculous just awful 😩😩😩
