What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

You’ve sent all the info to my email, including bank account details, name and address. You should contact them, and the ICO.

Had to threaten them with ofcom to get any compensation, it even states no internet after 48hrs on their T&Cs u get compensation for each day. Still didn't get the full amount. Contract up in April then going elseware.
