Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

Customer support advised itโs a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting itโs a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday.
