Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.
