    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    @EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

    @beglen @EE Similar problem, eSIM to eSIM, activation failed 5+ times. Solution: Port to a physical SIM in store to use new phone. Next day, disabled WiFi (recommended by EE tech support), requested new eSIM from the app and it activated immediately. No sim tray = we're ******...
