    @EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

    @mouthwaite @EE My son tried to cancel his contract after the expiry term of its 2 year period and despite saying it was cancelled EE continued taking the DD. He then cancelled the direct DD and they issued bailiffs 😤. He now has no credit rating - 😡🤬and You can’t get to speak to anyone

    @EE Once again by EE not willing to go above beyond for their customers. I was effected by a "planned" outage for 12 days. All they can offer is the days of service. Nothing extra for the inconvenience. Very arrogant manager also told me to like it or lump it. Shocking.
