128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

Just want to express my gratitude to Charlene of @EE who provided exceptional customer service today. After a very frustrating 2 hours on your online chat, she sorted it in minutes. She needs to be training her wider colleagues on how to assist customers. Other 3 weren't good!
