  @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

  @Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨

  @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her
