    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    @EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

    @EE Hi EE, my phone + SIM contract ended on 2 Nov 2025. I’ve since been charged £94 for Nov and £94 for Dec and told I can’t cancel or pause the account unless I pay the disputed balance, with charges continuing monthly. I was also told the agent was the “final decision.”

    @EE I'm in Spain and my pixel 10 xl won't connect to a network. I have roaming on, I have a bundle attached, I have checked your app and I have rebooted my phone. Please advise why Im not receiving the service I pay for?
