    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @EE @MarcAllera Any thoughts on why this has to be a riddle? You could improve your customer experience tenfold, with honest communication. You could go one step further and provide some examples *based on a customer's actual bill* to show how add-ons or out-of-plan prices rise too!

    Booked in a phone appointment with @EE to be told nothing they can do to reduce my bill each month even though compared to other people on EE I’m being ripped off massively. Said I’ll move provider at the end of my contract, they said no problem.

    @MarcAllera @EE after having trouble and lied to by broadband team since November I must say it makes EE look bad when infact there mobile customer service has been brilliant but makes me want to leave..anyway email sent to the CEO as gesture of goodwill before @OmbudServices
