Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bradford and nearby locations:

  • sunderlandc Craig Sunderland (@sunderlandc) reported from Southowram, England

@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

  • kyleorchid Chrissy (kyleorchid) (@kyleorchid) reported from Guiseley, England

    @EE no network in LS19??

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • SGiangregorio Sarah Giangregorio (@SGiangregorio) reported from Bradford, England

@mrsimonwaldron @padoir @EE Didn’t get any further but will try an online complaint. I have all mine up until October. It’s the ones after that I need!

  • HxmzaN15 hamzA (@HxmzaN15) reported from Bradford, England

@EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke

  • marksela Mark Young (@marksela) reported from Leeds, England

And now because of @O2 I am being treated like crap by @EE You’re all as bad as each other!! Any better #phonenetworks out there?

  • barstreetz 💨Âj (@barstreetz) reported from Halifax, England

    EE worst provider ever @EE

  • ade_robertson ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  • marksela Mark Young (@marksela) reported from Leeds, England

And now because of @O2 I am being treated like crap by @EE You’re all as bad as each other!!

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • WayneHanley Wayne Hanley (@WayneHanley) reported from Wibsey, England

@EE awe need your help my wife moved her number over the last couple of days and lost her voice mails this is the only only thing we had with her mums voice in that recently passed away please please can you help us retrieve them? I’ll pay? #Help #Family #begging

  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • northernstock2 Kimberley Stock (@northernstock2) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • JonathanDoidge JonathanDoidge (@JonathanDoidge) reported from Guiseley, England

@EE very poor service tonight... #why

  • nickvidamour Nick Vidamour (@nickvidamour) reported from Bradford, England

@EE Will it work with your network though????

  • megancroz Meg Crozier (@megancroz) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

  • kyleorchid Chrissy (kyleorchid) (@kyleorchid) reported from Guiseley, England

@EE hi no Internet in LS19! Is there a problem ?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@EE Various messages, asking me if I want services I already have and suggesting I’m a new customer when I’m not

  • EUPDfeelslike P (@EUPDfeelslike) reported

Just tried to request my PAC code to switch off @EE and realised they scammed me into a 2 year contract? Since when is sim only a contract? Never told me when I got a new sim. Scammers! Only want 2 switch due to AWFUL signal 😡

  • shesLove58 Because🥀I Love🥀You (@shesLove58) reported

@EE how is it you say you’re the number one network and yet I can’t get through to a human about the nonsensical message you keep sending me

  • JuanArmellini Juan Armellini (@JuanArmellini) reported

@EE your wifi hotspots that you claim as a benefit for us EE customers, is an absolute useless pain which hinders the customer experience. Is a dangerous feature that you should eliminate.

  • CotswoldLadyB Countess Bathurst (@CotswoldLadyB) reported

@ClareEGabriel3 @O2 @EE Am genuinely contemplating that move. Our house is actually in the town centre, and not only do you get about two bars of service, but usually 3G and if you’re really lucky 4G. But that’s only if you stand on your head and recite Shakespeare…

  • kcitslocm ME (@kcitslocm) reported

@EE why do you find it acceptable that you send my mother in-law debt collection letters for a service she didn't ask for, can who ever has the power to cancel your services please make contact thank you. #eetv

  • YorksHillbilly William Hancock (@YorksHillbilly) reported from Beddgelert, Wales

@EE what's the deal with visual voicemail for @Android? Why are we being treated like 2nd class citizens behind @Apple. Surely you treat all your customers equally right?

  • miss_noddy نادية (@miss_noddy) reported

@EE please can someone help me! I have zero service and haven’t had any service for about a month at the property! I can’t call out to contact you even with the wifi calling enabled!! and no one is available for a live chat

@EE do you guys not have online chat help ?
