    @EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

    @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

    Switching to @EE broadband was the worst mistake I've ever made. I pay for fibre optic that's slow and cuts out almost every day, and now my WiFi has been down for five hours. Can't even switch as in stuck in a two year contract. Joy!

    @EE Shouldn’t the idea be to Report this? Just blocking it means it still exists for others. Social media platforms do not take down inappropriate content or respond to complaints as it costs them in revenue.

    @MsSineadFitz @EE I’ve seen the conversation and it is absolutely shocking customer service. Total lack of ownership on @EE’s behalf. This woman is nearly due to give birth and dealing with your company and it’s lack of accountability is the last this she needs. Sort this out now please !

    @rng88991 @EE I think it depends what you want. With contracts they are on par with most others, and if you want PAYG they will always get you a good deal if you phone up. For me, the customer service has been fantastic, helping me through difficult times, 8 years I've never had a problem.
