Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

Imagine if a company you relied on suddenly told you that they no longer accepted online payments and you had to go to the Post Office to settle up. Same culture shock. Get a grip EE
