    @EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

    @EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

    @tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

    @EE It was both top and bottom seal that was broken which seems a bit more than just wear, and especially with the NSO code being in the outer and not inside the actual box, is this normal?

    So @EE offered me £10 a month discount for two months as recompense for THEIR mistake but because I wouldn’t say I was happy with @EE in a survey the supervisor withdrew it. It’s like slapping a customer in the face.

    Hi @EE, I left my phone in for repair 2 weeks ago (Pixel 9 Pro) and the tracking says the device hasn't left the shop. Rang the shop and they say device has been shipped but not received. Tracking still not updated, no sign of device being repaired. Can you help??
