    @coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

    @EE is your website got problems at the moment. Every time I go on to add to my plan I keep getting the same items up. It says 77 more items but only about 7 are showing and went you click more it just repeats the same items.

    @EE had phone stolen - you send an unactivated sim days later for new device.... now have to wait a further 24 hours... I assume you will discount my bill for a problem you have caused? I was told sim would be activated
