    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    Hi @EE - just wondering if you can give me some general info. My 24 month iPad contract finishes on 3 March. It says will carry on on a rolling 30 day basis. What does that mean? As I’ve been paying for the device not just the data I assume so does it drop down? How do I cancel?

    @EE We are in TPS, we block all these numbers, but still it continues... Your technical people know who these subscribers are, you should report them, or close them down! My wife is blind and disabled, she needs to keep her phone near her, but they frequently interrupt her sleep.
