@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

Despite being under contract & long term customer of @EE I arguably highly naively visited local Harrow shop as phone wouldn't work Service was appalling didn't know/care with suggestions bordering on wilfully ignorant including one of them asking if I had my phone with me 1/
