@StuLittle1972 @EE That's ridiculous... Is it all networks near you like that or just ee??... How do you deploy is it radio or phone? We have bad areas in Nwas area but our phones seem to work OK no matter what the signal

@EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

@EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

Customer support from @EE is always 👌I’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldn’t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

@Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

@SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

@EE my broadband is down….again. An engineer came out a few weeks ago and said it was fixed, also that he would advise you to send me a new router but i never recieved this and now im STILL paying for rubbish internet. Its really not worth the money when it barely works

@EE just spoke to one of your customers service advisors who said all your systems are down so can’t help me. I’m trying to add data to a mini WiFi. A message on your IVR to say this would help rather than hanging on the phone for a long time.

@theadamthorpe @EE Have to agree with Adam here. Monday night my phone was a bag of crap. My home WiFi was down and so was my ee Internet on my phone too. It coincided with the outage of Facebook/WhatsApp too.
