    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

    @EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

    I'd like to say , another day a new phone....I'd like to say that but when you're with @EE it's a case of another day and still no new phone. Joke of a service , yesterday Lottie seemed to mock me by telling me it's a great phone that I've ordered. Terrible service

    @ee Since Sunday night my home broadband connection only lasts 2-3hrs and then drops out. I have to reboot the router to reconnect. Any help would be great please.
