  @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

  Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
