    @EE hello, I’ve had no phone signal in SK13 all morning. The network signal checker says there’s a fault been reported but I’m yet to hear any update and unable to call 150 for help?

    @EE we have had a letter to upgrade one of our phone letter say we cancel online we can not find this and can not get through on the phone need to give 30 days ASAP sim only business

    @EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @EE hi !!! I’ve been trying to gift data for 3 days, it’ keeps saying OPPS there is a problem come back later! 72 hours later is a long later. Please can you fix this. Cheers EE 💙💛

    @EE Hey 👋🏼 SarahJane, I managed to pop into an Apple store and got it fixed - I had a firmware bug causing all sorts of issues 🐛 but all good now!

    @EE hi I've been trying all day to access what my actual usage is ( txt, calls etc) within my monthly bill but just says " oops problem try again close app" done this re installed the app same issues!!!!!! Help please

    @EE I’ve just been contacted from 020 7388 4874 pretending to offer me a 45% discount on my EE contract. Letting you know as looks like fraudsters have stolen customer details and are calling them.

    Dear @EE, My internet and phone are down again in #SouthNorwood I am being told some nonsense about traffic management and a cherry picker when this problem has been going on for over four weeks. Now the lady on the phone is talking about 14th December when last week 1/

    @EE finding it very difficult to cancel a historical contract with you. Account hasn’t been used for at least 7 years but keep getting told I need a SIM. That’s all well and good but how do I use that in a phone locked to O2!!! 🤬🤬

    @EE dear ee I feel like I've been scammed, I brought a contract and canceled within 1h, they confirmed they said send a return kit but never did, 8/9 calls to rerequest now a have bill for £500 as well as a canceled contract. This is Like a #SCAM

    I have a flip z4 on @ee a few weeks ago the screen broke. Shop 1 had been burgled, can't help, go to @Samsunguk shop, samsung- go back to ee. Ee shop- no phone spare, try a different one, next ee, go back to first shop or Samsung. So I have been to 4 shops to try to get it
