@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

@EE over the last few days I keep getting calls from papa New Guinea at all times of the day and night how can I stop this as they are all from different numbers so just blocking the number won’t help

@EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

@EE Told I couldn’t have it, then when trying to upgrade told I’d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE Had issues whilst I've been down in Middleton, Manchester since Friday. I come here most weekends and it works fine. I live in Huddersfield and it usually works fine down there.

@genwilliams @EE I left EE for giffgiff in Jan (which uses O2’s network I think) - was £10 a month instead of £20-something and haven’t noticed anything different except I can’t use the TfL wi-fi anymore

@EE I have two contracts with EE both expired without me knowing and charged full rate , one from last August one from January, apparently I should of seen the message in the app. Didn’t have the appp. So no refund, no help said I would move to o2 basically you waved me goodbye
