@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@sastawear @EE Honestly don't upgrade with them : 0 customer service. They've recently told me they can't do anything about my iPhone not charging all the time because it doesn't "happen often enough", and they won't call back when they say they would. Don't waste your money on them.

@EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.
