My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

Dale (@pumadale) reported from Urmston, England@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

I recently activated a USA travel bolt-on and travelled to the USA for 5 days where I utilised it (I note it included a shockingly bad 0.5mbps speed cap @EE are much better here)
