  • iamhsirk Krish Raj (@iamhsirk) reported from Sale, England

@EE - your world class incompetence to resolve a simple issue shows how incompetent your support is. I would rather watch paint dry instead of waiting for your chat agent to be allocated. Your service was pathetic for a start, your support is not far behind. #patheticee

@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

  • terryspipe Tim Butters (@terryspipe) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

  • pandaeyes82 Jo Brind 🌳 (@pandaeyes82) reported from Stockport, England

@ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

  • garethmanc Gareth Worthington (@garethmanc) reported from Manchester, England

@EE Unfortunately not.. customer service from @DPDgroup_news is absolutely appalling

  • tonyjevans wenglishman 🏞️🐾💙🐝 (@tonyjevans) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Kjones1892 Keith Jones (@Kjones1892) reported

@EE looking to get my son set up on a contract phone deal…. Are there any friends and family deals with you guys (I’m an existing customer)

  • Jonssmith8 Jonssmith (@Jonssmith8) reported

@EE I had a busy week planned but your lying c*nt employee has cancelled my request to cancel a new contact I took out within ten minutes of a call. I have been a customer of yours for nearly 15 years. You've tried to leave me with a phone that doesn't do a single job I need!

  • nealjcarter Neal Carter (@nealjcarter) reported

@EE You keep reducing my fibre from 300mbps to 100mbps. If I text a technical ‘bot’ contact number from EE that was used previously last week, I can issue a refresh command which does reset the connection back to 300. Please can you arrange for this to be looked into thanks.

  • LukeelkinsTV Luke Elkins💙 (@LukeelkinsTV) reported

Having constant issues connecting to any sort of network/data tonight whats going on @EE ? pay over a hundred a month and this is what service i get ???

  • qnoid Markos (@qnoid) reported

@EE Thanks :( You might want to double check the SIM Only 30 day register flow. I'm pretty confident I was never given a choice for an eSIM.

  • qnoid Markos (@qnoid) reported

@EE Unfortunately, they would have to cancel the existing order and place a new "eSIM" one. On your website I see "If you are new to EE and ordered an eSIM on a SIM only plan, follow the links in your confirmation email to My EE where you will be able to download your eSIM."

  • isaac_bjorn isaac bjorn (@isaac_bjorn) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

  • la_tyrer Lisa Tyrer (@la_tyrer) reported

@EE I’ve been on hold for 82 minutes to sort out my elderly mothers phone. This is awful

  • moderatecomrade Aeman (@moderatecomrade) reported

But the last 3 months were so toxic with you @giffgaff only taking my resources & giving no signal of connection when I really needed it Thankyou for the good times but enough is enough First relationships are hard to let go @EE beware second ones aren't. @EE you better be good

  • qnoid Markos (@qnoid) reported

@EE I am able to see the SIM Only account plan on the web but given how I wasn't given the option for an eSIM during checkout, I haven't received any email with a link. Is there a way to do that retroactively other than to cancel the existing contract or wait for the SIM to arrive?
