    @EE thanks for completely blanking me today. The issue still has not been resolved. So much for customer service! I won't be paying my bill until this is rectified as I refuse to pay for a service I'm not getting!

    2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

    @EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

    I’d imagine @EE would be able to half their customer’s bills if they stopped showing that bloody awful plane landing broadband advert, every 15 seconds for the last six months.

    @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

    So @EE are using other companies’ technology to prop up their terrible service, suggesting WiFi call as the answer to 4 mths of poor service. No signal for 2-3 days p/w since then and none for the last 4 days. Forget Everything Everywhere. You should rebrand to Nothing Nowhere.

    @EE @Bright__Spark I was an EE PAYG customer up until a few weeks ago when I tried to do my usual top up on the phone using the automated service, but was instantly passed on to customer service where I was harassed into taking on a sim only deal, which I declined. Couldn't top up. Sim's in the bin

    This is really poor from @EE.. broadband speed a fifth of what was promised and no engineer for another 10 days. I've been offered unlimited mobile data, but the signal in my area is poor so I'm basically on dial up speeds for the foreseeable with no alternatives🤬
