@virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

  • lalonip3 Anthony P Jackson (@lalonip3) reported from Sale, England

  • m7leicauser Andy Barton (@m7leicauser) reported from Manchester, England

@EE It’s not 4G I’m worried about. It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature

@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • m7leicauser Andy Barton (@m7leicauser) reported from Manchester, England

@EE Btw. No amount of complaining to @EE customer services over the years ever gets any improvement made. This poor service has been like this for years. Tbh, I don’t know why I renewed my contract with you the last time.

  • dansodergren Dan #Tech4Good Sodergren (@dansodergren) reported from Urmston, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DrFernsby Agent Fernsby (@DrFernsby) reported

@EE Obviously this is a marketing to try and connect to gamers with superfast connections to help them get an edge. I played games on 4G and performance was good just not up to scratch. Gaming requires very low latency for being at best performance for me 4G can do at best 30 or 40.

  • DrFernsby Agent Fernsby (@DrFernsby) reported

@JamesPackerFan1 @EE Your better off with openreach. FTTP is vastly superior to 5G in latency capabilities as Fibre optic cables don't need to travel through the air and have a problem with getting stuck by rain or walls.

  • westrowhendo John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported

@EE If only rural users with crap cable broadband could get 5G, but no, providers are rolling it out in cities that are already well served. First mobile provider to do 5G here gets our contract.

  • Isv71903127 isv (@Isv71903127) reported

@malikimraj1989 @EE @educationgovuk I wouldn’t go near ee m8 it’s the poorest network in the uk and they treat their customers very badly.

  • cymrogaz G (@cymrogaz) reported

@EE What a waste oftime of a Comany they have just not got time for loyal customers I have been Orange/EE customer for over 22 years or more since they have started and made a complaint and the guy just didnt want to know just wanted to close the complaint wittout sorting it out

  • Jpr01 John Ramos (@Jpr01) reported

@EE I'm guessing you are aware of a problem with your internet service it went down about half hour ago, many people are having trouble

  • karleburford Karle Burford (@karleburford) reported

Another week goes by in north Bristol where @EE ignore our plea to get better network. Unable to make or receive calls from our house. It’s pathetic. @EE will ask shortly for an off line discussion (so you can’t read it) and then just do nothing. Been complaining now for 5 years

  • samkirk17 Sam kirk (@samkirk17) reported

    @EE Absolute dog **** service!

  • uxian Gerard Krupa (@uxian) reported

@DrFernsby @EE 5G isn't much different. I've got as low as 17ms in an area with very good signal but on the rare occasions I can pick up 5G at home, I get 30-36ms pings.

  • KernowFord Louise Parr (@KernowFord) reported

@EE Broadband dipping badly in TR14 Camborne. Is anyone else having problems?
