    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    @EE your upgrade deals are awful and trying to get hold of your customer service team to discuss is ridiculous. Really like the coverage EE offer but I'll be going elsewhere now.

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

    If she had looked. She would have seen & I would have went into a @EE shop rather than get sent. Mums still got broken phone. I asked to cancel it & I cant cancel it.less than 24hrs after I put in the order. terrible customer service when Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years!

    @EE because the last conversation I had with your exec office said I didn't have to pay and they failed to deal with James the Rude member of Staff. As He said I could. I have cancelled the DD. They can ring me to sort it.
