Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, EnglandI’d imagine @EE would be able to half their customer’s bills if they stopped showing that bloody awful plane landing broadband advert, every 15 seconds for the last six months.
-
Simon Edge (@JardiniereChef) reported from Urmston, England@EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.
-
Tim Butters (@terryspipe) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.
-
Nick Broughall (@Nickbr1001) reported from Sale, EnglandIf @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.
-
David Brewster (@David_Brewster) reported from Manchester, England@EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.
-
Sharyn (She/Her) (@SharynM22) reported from Manchester, England@deisetrev @EE I understand prices go up but £9 increase is taking the p! It’s never been that high before
-
Pete Potter (@Fartlek_Pete) reported from Manchester, England@EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.
-
John Leavy (@JohnRLeavy) reported from Manchester, England@EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.
-
