Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

Both Helen Trott where stated once’s all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I don’t know about and have legal access right to know.

The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time
