-
Krish Raj (@iamhsirk) reported from Sale, England@EE - your world class incompetence to resolve a simple issue shows how incompetent your support is. I would rather watch paint dry instead of waiting for your chat agent to be allocated. Your service was pathetic for a start, your support is not far behind. #patheticee

Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.
-
onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.
-
Samantha Neville (@samantha_nev) reported from Bury, England@EE Complaint has been resolved now thank you, but its still the second time I've been mis-sold a product by EE so thought I should let people know so they can avoid your dodgy sales team 👍
-
Nick Broughall (@Nickbr1001) reported from Sale, EnglandIf @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.
-
David Brewster (@David_Brewster) reported from Manchester, England@EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.
-
Jordan Shuff (@shuff_jordan) reported from Salford, England@EE woke up to literally no Internet signal what so ever!!!
-
TheChilliPod (@PodChilli) reported from Oldham, England@EE Any reason why I can get 100mbps in one room, and zero in the next room? Im about 100 yards from a phone mast. OL4 3DE. Signal usually OK.
-
No keyboard Cowards. (@AnthonyWadswo14) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@EE This ee router is just as bad as the bt superhub 2. stop lying about gaming being better on Xbox it is just as garbage on ee as bt I still get my arse kicked every game.

James-Ross Harrison (@ross123540) reported from Manchester, England@EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?
-
Alex Wuggie Farrell (@alfmabmillcat) reported from Salford, EnglandGood morning @EE got my new iPad delivered on Friday. It won’t pair with the brand new Apple Pencil. Apple can’t help. Really disappointed

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Tony (@Foolham) reported@EE DSL light off so line is dead - Is this an issue in parts of London right now?
-
Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍
-
NeilM (@NM_Rdg) reported@EE How does roaming work for visiting Spain/Portugal? My main issues are around potentially receiving calls if I don't have it or it activating and charging me when I don't want it (I'll have WiFi all day on some days)
-
Chris Ross-Lewin (@crosslewin) reported@EE So can I use for free as a mobile not home broadband customer
-
Alan (@AlanDillon26041) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Seen this first hand when power go's down for some time and yes its carnage. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............
-
Paul McGee (@psmcg76) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 As an ex customer for several years, this is not true. You never once done it with me. I left paying around double what you offer new customers.
-
À𝕓á𝕪ọ̀𝕞í (@TheDealEnvoy) reported🚨 Scam alert. Be careful out there. Hackers are getting really sophisticated. Just had an unsolicited call from 01438 989236 claiming to be @EE customer service. Sounded professional. Said they had a promotion that would bring my monthly bill down. Asked for my last name, then said I’d get a code from @EE and should read it out to “verify” I was the account holder. Checked the number that called and the number that sent the text. Instantly knew it was a scam. Called @EE myself on the official number and reported it. Never give anyone a code sent to your phone. Hang up and call the company directly.
-
Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.
-
sophie (@sophie_reed98) reportedHow can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡
