Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv.
