  @EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

  @EE Your router is garbage. Your tech is garbage. Is anyone coming out of contract with @bt_uk? Don't swap your bt hub for an ee router. It is total garbage. Don't believe the advert the wi-fi is trash.

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
