After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

After years being a valued @EE customer I am completely disgusted and can't wait to get out of my contracts. After offering me an anytime upgrade online paying the upfront fee conf order they told me I can't have the contract formally offered. @Ofcom i will be in touch shortly

Hi @EE. Can you explain to me why my technologically-inept and Deaf mum, who barely knows what the internet is and has never heard of a tablet, was tricked into buying a phone PLUS tablet contract last week? She thought the separate tablet contract was insurance for her phone.
