Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE This is fantastic and greatly received by all nhs staff. Just one small thing, got my code and followed instructions but it replied saying it was invalid. Sent email to appropriate email address but not had response. Help please. 🙏

@EE hi, my elderly dad had a message saying his PAYG service with EE is ending but can switch to three. Would his number and payment be the same. How would he go about switching. I cant visit him due to lockdown and he is very confused

@EE It’s not 4G I’m worried about. It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature

@EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

@EE Very slow sending texts. I think your signal is very poor where I live, even now I'm at my family's home and it's quite poor, like tree just bars. When I'm in my flat most of the time it's very very poor. EE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

@EE dire service today. Actually refused to be allowed to speak to a manager as would waste their time! Constant issues with service, but apparently that’s part of the terms & conditions! No other network has these issues in my area! Dire service, no actual service! Disgusting!

@EE May want to look into banbury area, I get a 5g signal outside but when I did a speed test it wasn't even 30mbps that's barely 4g speed
