@EE Your router is garbage. Your tech is garbage. Is anyone coming out of contract with @bt_uk? Don't swap your bt hub for an ee router. It is total garbage. Don't believe the advert the wi-fi is trash.

@EE whats going on in WA3 area - no signal again. Every day this last week the signal has gone at some point and for a significant period of time. So no calls, no Internet, cant contact the kids, they cant contact me..... what am I paying for????

Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

@EE in my 3 decades in the IT industry, I've never come across such poor customer service as @EE . Spending thousands each month, its taken me over 9 months of trying just to get an invoice.
