All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

To then jump up by that much is a disgrace. That is hardly keeping the customer informed as I receive a letter a month before when I can't really do anything 1/2
