    @DirectTechYT @EE EE are god damn awful, their 5G is basically unusable. I get very good service with Three locally, speeds in the excess of 1gbps on the daily

    @EE you've hiked our broadband up by £10 this month with no explanation. Your website is useless. Phone calls have a 45 minute wait and there is no email. What happened to customer satisfaction?

    @EE This ee router is just as bad as the bt superhub 2. stop lying about gaming being better on Xbox it is just as garbage on ee as bt I still get my arse kicked every game.

    @EE whats going on in WA3 area - no signal again. Every day this last week the signal has gone at some point and for a significant period of time. So no calls, no Internet, cant contact the kids, they cant contact me..... what am I paying for????

    Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

    @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.

    @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…

    @EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯

    @EE I called 150 and the robot operator took me to the "new interactive service" which took me back to the same broken page, It is broken in web browser and in app
