If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

@EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

@EE I rely on my EE SIM for UK 2FA (banking, HMRC). SMS has stopped working abroad with no warning. I cannot log in to My EE to get help because SMS is broken — and I keep getting automated replies telling me to log in. This is a support deadlock. Please check my DM.

Should have stayed with @virginmedia where the WiFi was flawless. Unfortunately outside the 30 day period so cannot cancel. So surprised that @EE would treat a new customer like this. I was hesitant moving broadband and should have relied on instinct and stuck with @virginmedia

@EE why is your 5g non-existent and your 4g painfully slow all around the HR1 area of #Hereford? Specifically the area around the 6th Form College. Loads of students ditching #EE for other networks due to this. Have to turn off 5g to use Internet!
