    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE @amazoniasian I wouldn't even bother with the online chat. I've tried twice, managed to speak to 2 different people and still haven't solved the issue. Absolutely useless.

    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    @EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

    @EE @bt_uk hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    My @ee pack had failed to renew, my phone is unusable and the @ee person I spoke told me there was no known solution to this, it was an IT issue with no prognosis. Not good enough. No info on Website or social media. Is this the vaunted @ee excellent customer service?

    @EE I paid for roaming whilst in orlando. It didn't work and my phone network was constantly on "emergency calls" only. I tired 3 times your help chat. Nothing worked. I tried this morning to chat online to explain why I don't think I should be expected to pay my full bill and

    @EE I’ve been to 5 very large music festivals this summer & have only been able to get a stable connection at 1 (Glastonbury obviously) whilst others have had absolutely no issue on 3, Vodafone & O2. You used to be really good! Leaving when this contract is over soon

    @EE @EE could you confirm where service is guaranteed. Constant issues with phone since Jan 2022. Unable to answer calls today. Told by your technical advisor service is not guaranteed at home, whilst moving or whilst stationary.
