Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

Hey @EE, why don't you use the @OPGGovUK excellent online service for verifying a Power of Attorney online? Having your agent tell me "But this can be done only by account holder" or by visiting a shop with her is really missing the point!

@EE I'm having major problems with my EE network in Cologne Germany. I cannot even call EE now to try to resolve. I called EE this morning and now my network is completely unavailable.
