Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying ยฃ40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.
