    Just an update for you @MarcAllera , I've had a phone call from the @bt_uk social media team because they thought I was talking about a BT mobile issue even though all my tweets show its an issue with @EE - come on team, this is simple stuff....

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    I have been a @EE Customer for 10 years, never a problem. Last year I was even offered Bt sport complimentary and now all of the sudden they cancelled it with no reason and they say they cannot do anything about it but they can take the money from me every month with no issues.

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me and explaining. I just don’t really want to pay more out of the early upgrade fee if it will still be ages before the phone would be in stock. Guess I will just have to hope the existing customer deal stays around for a while! Thank you.

    @EE Hi, still no continuous service in SW12. Shocking as Vodafone has been working fine. What’s going on? I am back at work tomorrow with no continuous internet and NO phone. May be a few mins reprieve thru the day. Please please get this fixed. Causing me so much grief!

    @EE I doubt that. Also, when I upgraded and was sold this shoddy BT service I was told I’d get something half price for three months. I can’t remember what this was. Do you know if there is a promotion on?
