All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

I was with BT but they couldnβt offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but itβs been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
