  Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

  @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
