EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dan lippe (@Uglyhairmonster) reported
@EE @JoshuaTAllerton That’s what investors are for, you hit your key investors up for funds and given them a plan as to how your actions will bring more customers, not turn around to customers and say **** you, give us money. That’s how you lose customers.
-
Andy Betts (@abetts2022) reported
@EE So you're increasing investment in the network and CSR to the vulnerablen by 14.4%? What would this figure have been if it were not for astronomical inflation and how would you have afforded this otherwise?
-
Paolo (@P4uLRiley) reported
@ee like me every one should cancel their direct debits. Do not stsnd for this greed. In the UK we get fleeced constantly and all we do is moan. Hit them were it hurts dont pay. Get as pay as you go sim or prepaid one until they stop this greed. Force their hand
-
Richard Hyland (@richardhyland) reported
@simonnread @EE the problem is ALL bills are going up by above official inflation, and energy and mortgage increases... all except wages. Many people are at breaking point already
-
Kirsty (@Kirstym82kirsty) reported
@EE I agreed to my contract almost 2 years ago we were not in a cost of living crisis then poor responce EE .
-
Mel Brooker 🐝 (@MelJBroo) reported
@HowardGant9 @EE And they wont do a single thing to help out customers who have been with them 10+ years. As soon as my contract ends im going to @SkyUK already have a contract and their signal and pricing is way better too.
-
Chris Denman (@c2fish) reported
@EE My remaining data doesn’t go down as I use data. Is there a known problem with tracking data usage at the moment?
-
LightningAlex_ (@LightningAlex_) reported
@EE 14.4% increase... are you having a laugh? I don't want any corporate "sorry" i want you to come to some resolution on this and bring my monthly plan to a reasonable price
-
Stephen Bateson (@TheRealDooze) reported
@EE so you have already done the ***** deed of hiking everyone’s contract by higher than inflation which is bad enough but you’ve also increased the cost of some ‘add ons’ by 50%. What’s the justification for that one?
-
Tom Williams (@Tomrw7) reported
@EE I literally signed up to this contract in January, you can't justify an increase of that size 5 weeks later, especially when factoring in that a portion of the cost of my contract is for the device itself and not network related in the slightest.
