All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

I would say Β£25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth
