@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

Hi @EE as a customer of many years standing, overdue an upgrade but not wanting all the usual #upselling rubbish I have to endure everytime... I want to be rewarded with a better phone at no extra cost, on my same monthly package! Feel free to make an offer before I go elsewhere!

80 year old neighbour needed help with a Doro mobile phone the girl in the @EE fobbed her off and chased her out of the store. I have spent an hour trying to add her contacts and showing her how to send messages. We need a handbook
