  @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

  @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

  @MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.

  @MarkyTalk @EE My signal isn’t great, been with them 10 years and due an upgrade for the last 4 but the new deals are so expensive I will be changing to new supplier soon and get a much better deal
