@EE This is fantastic and greatly received by all nhs staff. Just one small thing, got my code and followed instructions but it replied saying it was invalid. Sent email to appropriate email address but not had response. Help please. 🙏

Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE It’s not 4G I’m worried about. It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature

@EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

@coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

YO @EE what's going on? Most of the country has lost 4G service. Your personal problem detector states there isn't any issues but an alternative report website shows over 2k reports across the country in the last hour. I'm in London and can't use my data at all.

@EE Signal problems in Nottingham? Nothing is working 4g super super slow and I try to ring up and automated message saying too many people ringing and can’t take call???
