@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

@EE - your world class incompetence to resolve a simple issue shows how incompetent your support is. I would rather watch paint dry instead of waiting for your chat agent to be allocated. Your service was pathetic for a start, your support is not far behind. #patheticee

  • onerealbeanie onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England

@EE Apparently issues in the area with no fix date available. They don't expect you to Retweet their DM.

@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE We can only hope, if we have to pay over the odds they'd better give a good service. But I don't trust EE or BT one iota

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@EE Gigabit speeds...haha...only if you're sat on the signal tower...

  • IAM_Sharon_ ❤️Sharon_H🏳️‍🌈🌈 ❤️ (@IAM_Sharon_) reported

@NB_Aecern @EE I did have a text to say that they had updated network settings. Maybe that’s why you are having issues

Hello, @EE. There have been problems with your network in my postcode area since November 25th. I first contacted you about it on Nov 26th. Your network checker keeps returning a "we expect good service within 16 hours", but it has been doing so for several weeks now. Not good!

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@eddystephenson1 @EE Yep I've had the same issues previously

  • stuartjbull Stuart Bull (@stuartjbull) reported

@rab1dkorndogg @EE FTC is fibre to cabinet. I think this is advertising FTTP fibre to premises. Pointless advertisement either way. Its only in selected areas and saying its coming is a let down in Most areas they are probably 2 years away. The one person i know who has it says its amazing though.

  • shgl1 shawood (@shgl1) reported

@EE the worst company I’ve ever come across failed to deliver my phone 5 times now refusing to refund me bc they haven’t had the phone back
