  @EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

  @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!
