@EE Told I couldn’t have it, then when trying to upgrade told I’d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

@EE is your website got problems at the moment. Every time I go on to add to my plan I keep getting the same items up. It says 77 more items but only about 7 are showing and went you click more it just repeats the same items.

@EE If you do use a 5G plan with your 5G ready phone then you should note that the phone will be fully capable of utilising not just 5G but also the 4G signal and earlier signal generations. This will be better for the battery and staying connected with no noticeable drop in signal.

@EE are there issues with network provision near Nottingham? I'm in NG16 at work, and the z-flip3 has "no internet" on any app or service. Having to piggyback a WiFi hotspot on my iPad (which IS working). Rebooted, no joy.
