I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported@EE I reported a fault with our Broadband last week, it was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, just so you know it’s still not fixed and nothing has been done by Open Reach, no updates, which is really poor customer service, and cost to me paying for something that isn’t working.

Customer support advised it’s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting it’s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected
