  @EE in my 3 decades in the IT industry, I've never come across such poor customer service as @EE . Spending thousands each month, its taken me over 9 months of trying just to get an invoice.

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  How can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡
