@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@EE I topped up my grandads phone today with £20, but his phone is telling me that he has no credit. Is there a way to check if his SIM is still active as 150 doesn't work? He's not used the phone in a while but is in hospital, so we want to make sure he can call people

@EE there must be an outage for the broadband. Several people have complained about it on here and various other downage detecting websites. I’d really look into things asap, given it’s New Year’s Eve. Don’t give me the normal corporate jargon, just get it done

@EE no this is ridiculous. it went down on boxing day, then two days after that, then again now. my baby will not sleep without her sleep aids which she needs wifi for. i will not be paying the bill. the fact that i haven’t even been with you guys for a month yet is… wow
