@EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

@EE I have never in my life receive such a disgusting service especially from senior management “Kate Noble” she argued throughout the whole conversation, my complaint has been on going for weeks, I have had to call up over 5 times and on 6th time Kate wants to argue.

@EE Hi. I reported a fault yesterday and have a report ID. The SMS I got at 1845 last night told me the network maintenance impacting the issue is now fixed but my issue remains the same (no network coverage in my house for 4 separate phones). How best can i move this forward pls
