    @EE hi, my elderly dad had a message saying his PAYG service with EE is ending but can switch to three. Would his number and payment be the same. How would he go about switching. I cant visit him due to lockdown and he is very confused

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

    @EE Whenever i try to access EE app toc make changes to my plan it never works. Then I try your website and there's always some technical issue. How are we supposed to use your service except for staying on hold for hours??
