@EE Your router is garbage. Your tech is garbage. Is anyone coming out of contract with @bt_uk? Don't swap your bt hub for an ee router. It is total garbage. Don't believe the advert the wi-fi is trash.

@EE whats going on in WA3 area - no signal again. Every day this last week the signal has gone at some point and for a significant period of time. So no calls, no Internet, cant contact the kids, they cant contact me..... what am I paying for????

@EE Is your network down in the south east? Can’t make calls unless on WiFi and can’t get through to your helpline. My wife has same issue also today. Your website reports all good, Downdetector suggests you have problems.
