Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

@EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE My wife has received shocking service from @EE. The non existent customer service is abhorrent. Promised call backs that never happen, speaking to customer service representatives who have absolutely no clue. Left on hold for 30 mins at a time over and over again. Shame on U.

@EE Has anyone else experienced dreadful 😬 customer service from EE? Since I’ve been with them nothing but trouble, especially with TV package. It’s now the 4th month in a row that they have got my bill wrong. Despite numerous phone calls they still haven’t got it right! Help!!

@DesTidbury @EE I’m currently going through the same. WiFi box constantly flashing orange. Took 10 days to resolve last time. Sent all around the country, from Cardiff Sunderland. Each time I had to re-explain the issue 🤬

@EE why is your coverage so poor compared to @ThreeUK at the @SilverstoneUK Grand Prix? It’s impossible to find friends and sours the incredible job this circuit does with the BRDC to put on this event.
