Why is my @EE broadband so so poor everytime the football is streamed it dies. This time ethernet cable direct and still glitches. I hate this service. So unreliable.

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE Amazing how good your network is esp in the Peak District. a Week of 4G but no internet! and still today hardly any calls. I might Pay my bill the way you run the network its Crap Can't wait to leave the network!
