  2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

  @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

  @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

  @EE Sadly my phone is not receiving calls or sending texts and as your system is down I was informed nothing can be done until late tomorrow at best. No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake
