onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

The wife cancelled a new sim-only contract 7-days after starting it, only just got given the PAC code yesterday, but is now getting hit with a £300+ charge. In store aren’t helpful, just like the CS via various numbers she’s been told to call.
