@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@EE After speaking to her again she said she never actually downloaded anything. She had a text from you saying her phone needed to be restarted to apply an update. Which she did and this is now on the screen. You can't switch the phone off or reset it. Its completely stuck

@EE This network issue around Llandudno (LL30 postcode) is still continuing. It seems to be a capacity issue as there are fewer problems during quieter times. I'm due to upgrade but it seems pointless unless I know the network issues are going to be fixed.

@EE @Samsung The #Samsung o/s offers a "dual app" feature which they broke with the last update. They hid the folder from o/s which means you can't send GIFs or images on the dual-WhatsApp, because the app can't see the folder to store the image file. Two updates since, no fix in sight.
