Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

Hi @EE when I moved from o2 to EE over year ago its been fine. However the EE sim card is still hard coded with the old number before I ported over. How do I fix this as its soooo annoying when I try to type my mobile in forms some random number defaults as it reads sim card

My broadband has gone down. EE are sending an engineer out in the next couple of days. While I'm waiting they connected my laptop to the Internet via my phone. In my book that's witchcraft. @EE

@EE I've paid you £40 odd a month for the last 8 years for a contract that started with a iPhone 5C. I needed an extra week to pay my bill this month (first time I ever asked) and you flat out refused. Thanks for the "support" in these difficult times.

@EE @MarcAllera and asked if there was any way to credit her account. I was told there wasn’t and that it was down to my Grandma (who’s 87 and vulnerable) to call up and renew. I said I wasn’t happy with this and asked to raise a complaint, the caller said they’d do this.

@StevieMQuinn03 @seanmcdonald01 @EE Aye. I’m a stubborn eijit. EE are not the cheapest but customer service the best. I’ve fell out with vodaphone, sky, but and virgin due to this yet have stuck with EE for years possibly over a decade. Wish they were cheaper though
