    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

    @EE I’ve tried multiple times to get through to you but keep getting bounced. I’ve spoken to a representative about a faulty switch 2 we bought from you, told I’d hear back last week re exchange and heard nothing. Please can you give me an update on this - service is ridiculous.

    @EE Is there a direct line for customer service? Every time I ring EE I get the same recorded message asking if I’m home broadband/mobile phone and I’m neither, then I get bounced off the call.
