Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE

@EE Hello. I was told by Samsung themselves that the network decided when the rollout would be, and advised to contact EE. The S20 series got Android 12 in January on most networks.. why didn't the S20 FE on EE? And yes, I've checked, no updates pending.
