@sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

@sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@EE I'd like to know why my mum is being charged £8 for picture messages when in the last month she hasnt been able to send any as the data connection on her phone doesnt work at all.

@EE Its not the signal thats the issue (mine is fine, same network, same wifi, same house). But if she cant use the data connection, then I'm sure she cant use MMS either. Secondly theres no mms conversion setting. I've checked her account and shes used none of her data.

@r2ph @EE Having to talk to any company on the phone is hard enough with Long Covid, let alone when they force you to listen to anything you don’t need to hear. My phone co did what I needed to but the agent was working in a house being renovated, so drilling and hammering down the line 🤯

@EE But you just turned it off without informing the customer who DO use it (like me). Third party apps I have to pay for, and don't integrate nicely with the phone. Utterly ridiculous decision and utterly appalling way of treating customers.

@EE in Oct 2020 our local mast was taken down so we have been left with no service at our Head Office & neither have @RoyBraidwoods. Our communications provider are being ignored by their a/c managers at EE and we are receiving no updates...

@EE my 4G is gone. It reverts to 3G when not on wifi. I've done the troubleshooting (resetting, checking SIM, etc). They've just updated my network settings but still no luck. I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

@EE @rootmetrics It means you are more focussed on headline grabbbing 5G than providing good stable connections to the whole the country. We have a degraded service (your words) due to a tower fault for 4 months now.... Do the basics right first before putting cherries on top in the cities.

I offered to hold while he found a supervisor. The calls are recorded I hope. I’ve never felt so annoyed, disgusted and insulted by a company. If people are not well enough to deal with your aggressive sales strategy -STOP IT! #LongHaulers have enough to deal with. @EE
