Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying ยฃ40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG Iโve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved
