  • adam1baines ♠Bainsey♣ (@adam1baines) reported from Chorley, England

@EE Yes and they did no help at all im really not happy

  • AdamSiddorn Adam Siddorn (@AdamSiddorn) reported from Birkenhead, England

@SarahLCatherine @EE That’s because @EE are shit and their adverts are dreadful

  • simonwatt1 Simon Watt (@simonwatt1) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

  • DanMiller944 Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Southport, England

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

  • Rach_Barrett Rachel Barrett (@Rach_Barrett) reported from Prescot, England

The joys of a new phone arriving tomorrow no more broken screen and a battery that lasts 2 minutes! Happy Saturday @EE 💗🙌🏼

  • andrewwhyman Andrew Whyman (@andrewwhyman) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

  • AdamPlatt95 Adam Platt (@AdamPlatt95) reported from Chorley, England

@EE **** Turpin wore a mask you know! 😂 Appalling Service

  • DanMiller944 Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Seaforth, England

@DeadWords44 @AndroidAuth @EE Exactly, with little to no reason himself, these companies surely can't help but go back to normal I guess.

  • KBLyon Barry Lyon (@KBLyon) reported from St Helens, England

@EE So basically you're calling your own 4g network rubbish and you've been lying to us all these years.

  • adam1baines ♠Bainsey♣ (@adam1baines) reported from Chorley, England

@EE Done absolutely nothing for me 5 week ive been without signal now its absolute shocking service...im not a happy customer

  • melbluenose Melanie Lewis (@melbluenose) reported from Parbold, England

@EE Hi David, I appreciate you reaching out, genuinely I do, but they are the questions your colleague should have asked. I posted on Twitter about customer service (or lack thereof) not the T&Cs of contract between a company and its customer. I’d prefer to DM or call. 1/2

  • anniemckeown Annie McKeown (@anniemckeown) reported from Leyland, England

@EE Just strared to work after a week of not working all good now hopefully 🙈👍

  • adam1baines ♠Bainsey♣ (@adam1baines) reported from Chorley, England

@EE Cancle my contract as they didn't want to help me but pay £400,im an excellent customer never missed a bill over 5yrs and im getting treated like this

  • formby1972 Mark (@formby1972) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE I was treated very well and made to feel like a valued customer!

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

  • mattwilsondotuk Prof. Matt Wilson (@mattwilsondotuk) reported from Liverpool, England

@Marlanmaritime @baltictriangle @EE @TMobile @ajpsinclair I think we might need to lend them some diesel if we want to resume normal service to our phones 😀.I wonder how thier carbon free policy is coming along.that genny's been running that site for years, but this time looks like the fuel delivery never made it in time before it quit

  • christesla Chris Danks (@christesla) reported from Birkenhead, England

@EE Prob best to report this to your web team to fix it

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GamblerWelsh welsh gambler (@GamblerWelsh) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official You’ll be losing a customer in 2 months when my contract is up - good bye and good riddance. And as it’s owned by BT that will be going as well in due course. Well done *********.

  • returnmaia func maia() string { return “blm!” } (@returnmaia) reported

hey @ee, after over 8 years with you and previously T-Mobile you’ve recently gave me nothing but crap with your “deals”, support, new roaming charges, congestion, and the list goes on, farewell. 👋 @ThreeUK

  • AlecWood AlecWood (@AlecWood) reported

@EE Thanks for the reply Jess, I wasn't expecting any at all to be honest. I've been an @EE customer since the beginning, T-Mobile/Orange days, but I travel a lot normally so I guess I'll be looking elsewhere after this contract

  • Tigerstolly Andy Campana (@Tigerstolly) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK If the device is out of the country it’s not on your network is it ? Just when the traffic comes back to the U.K.

  • MHawkins78 Mark Hawkins (@MHawkins78) reported

@StanCollymore @EE All the other major networks will follow. If there’s smaller providers that signal are ok where you live in UK you might have a choice.

  • Jell0TR 💙Christian💙 Socially distant (@Jell0TR) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK EE need to update their network infrastructure regardless. This is simply a rather pathetic money grab and by the looks of it their customers have seen straight through the PR nonsense and are cancelling contracts enmass.

  • paoloharding paolo (@paoloharding) reported

@EE roaming charges in the EU - looks like I’m switching network - very disappointing #RoamingCharges #EE #poorcustomerservice

  • Commuter29 The Commuter (@Commuter29) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Just a shame that with 3 you never get a decent signal in the UK!

  • Chickenruby1 MyAggiSan (@Chickenruby1) reported

@EE roaming charges - did you lie when you said you didn’t plan to introduce them? I’m a customer but will move when I renew. I won’t give me money to liars.

  • DigitalStefan Stefan (he / him) (@DigitalStefan) reported

@ramtops @AnnaJerzewska @EE I found EE to be more than reasonable when it came to ending a contract early (with no early termination fees) when the point of contention was their claim “fastest UK network”, which I said wasn’t right and had caused me a 50% loss of data speed.
