Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

@Ofcom thanks for allowing @EE to put my bill up by almost 10% 14 months left so nothing I can do but pay up can’t even move to another tariff b ok if the service was getting better but it’s not shameful from both of you

@EE Not investment in areas like mine, all investment goes to big cities. I am in my cooling off period and well within my rights to cancel. £8.46 rise on one contract after one day is not fair, All other providers seem to only apply CPI to Sim deals. No extra's on top. (1)

@EE hi I've tried to call your customer services number about a Sim that may be deactivated but because number isn't recognised it'd not putting me through. Could you advise how long an inactive PayG sim will take before deactivated. Its last use was within 12months
