@EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

I had a contract for @EE for 2 years. I tried to end it after the 2 years, and 1 year later I am being chased by a debit collector for bills I never missed and after being wrongly charged by EE for over 6 months. No resulution they offer stands for more than a week. Stay away

@EE have terrible customer service. Trying to set up a payment plan to pay off a large phone bill made in error and they just keep cutting you off from using your phone and are not willing to help the situation.

@EE It's not something you can fix. Ultimately the promised 5G is underwhelming. We were told those kinds of issues would be a thing of the past with 5G. They aren't.
