@EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

@SamsungUK hi I've order the new S22 ultra from @EE , but there having problems getting hold of the phone so was tod it could be upto 4 weeks or more before I get 1, so is there anything I can do to claim my galaxy buds?

@EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

@EE It was Monday evening the entire uk was unable to access the internet at all. Every time I rang to find out the issue your machine hung up on me because you were happy to acknowledge the outage of Facebook at a similar time.

@m1sslottie77 @EE Ohhhhhh, the reason they can’t get the phones is apples issue but call EE, I spoke to them because i worried about sending mine back but they said they can put a note on if you haven’t got your new one :)
