    @racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

    @sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

    It’s amazing how @EE can do them adverts with Kevin Bacon but I’m not allowed to have a decent phone signal for a months straight, even though I live in what’s classed as an ‘urban area’. 😐

    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    Ordered my @WarringtonRLFC v @Saints1890 programme and paid my @EE phone bill feeling skint now lol I hate life at times but it's fine honestly I will definitely never give up because I am Arron Lyons

    @kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

    @EE Hello, any solution for a phone that is asking me to sign into EE, can't connect to network? No status issues on your website for WN5, I have data, have restarted and turned off numerous times. Still showing 4G symbol. Using S22.

    @EE If you want poor service look no further .... all day trying to call no answer, online chat closes down, my phone which was sent for repair due to a fault is still broken and in warranty but amazingly no one can answer. Shocking service cannot wait to leave.

    @EE Your customer service team cannot help. Needs to be channel returns who conveniently don't have a line to speak with customers and who only communicate via email. I was ready for astounding but got astoundingly bad instead!

    @EE worst customer service ever. Wouldn't use them again and will be out this contract asap. My advice dont go with them
