@SamsungUK hi I've order the new S22 ultra from @EE , but there having problems getting hold of the phone so was tod it could be upto 4 weeks or more before I get 1, so is there anything I can do to claim my galaxy buds?

@EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

@orange @EE Hi, I ordered through the Orange France site so looking to get it cancelled. I tried calling the English landline but got told to go to the store. Just got to the store only for them to say that I have to call online. Would really appreciate the help, thank you.

@EE All these people complaining about no EE signal, trust me don't go to @O2. Won't even give you WiFi calling unless you buy the phone directly from them. I am glad I went back to EE. Roaming charges are a pain but get a smart plan and you don't worry.

@EE Hello how do I make a #complaint? I have now filled out two returns forms for a phone from EE and had no response taking the matter any further meaning I have heard nothing about how I can physically send it back, who is collecting it etc etc

@cjcheesecake @EE EE suck, all providers I've ever been with do, I've been on gifgaf now for about just over 2 years and I'll never look back. No contract, pay what I want but its for that month, so slightly like a contract but pay as you go.
