@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

@EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

After hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges I’m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! Just lost my job and they say if I don’t pay my £70 bill by the end of the month they will send it to a debt collectors disgusting! Like I chose to loose my job 😡

@EE a loyal customer for 21 years & trying to cancel SIM only deal with channel returns but no answer to calls or the completed online form since Sunday. I took the deal on Saturday but found out the advisor didn't tell me I no longer get smart benefits. Poor service please help

@DPDgroup_news Sofia flat out told me they didn't have a contact number on file. So then I provided one. I've also had an update on the app this morning telling me that its now being delivered tomorrow. @EE Consider changing your courier service because DPD don't have a clue whats going on.
