    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    @EE hi have you and news on when you guys are getting more S22 ultras, I put a deposit down for 1 in store, know its more of a supply problem than anything, but I'm like a kid a Christmas and not upgraded in 4 years

    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    @SamsungUK hi I've order the new S22 ultra from @EE , but there having problems getting hold of the phone so was tod it could be upto 4 weeks or more before I get 1, so is there anything I can do to claim my galaxy buds?

    @EE sort it out you ask me to upgrade say no charges I down grade one off my contracts to pay as u go an still be changed 😭 #unprofecinal when I’m a loyal customer

    @EE thanks for the notice about yr joke price increases. As if RPI wasn't bad enough u them add in the #EETAX on 3.9% Just called yr cust ser to ask about contract end process and yr rep couldn't even be bothered to ask why I might be leaving! No engagement no support no service

    @EE bad mobile data signal again at Kingston Upon Thames near the hospital. This has been happening almost every month without notice. I guess it’s time to switch.
