    @EE EE shop by phone. it was delivered last Sat. I then took my sim card out of my existing Nokia 106/5 and got it jammed. I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

    @EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

    @EE Did a self credit check, score of 999. Never used a credit card. Pay as go, if you an't got don;t buy attitude

    @EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

    @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

    @ThreeUK Unable to make or receive calls for the past 4 weeks indoors or outdoors. Promised for last four weeks with each phone call, will be resolved in a few days and still no improvement. Anyone else experiencing the same? No issues with @ee in same places; time to switch?

    Scammers using the number 01615666218 claiming to be @EE and saying that lines will be disconnected. I’ve never been an EE customer but using words such as official EE technical department.

    @EE Broadband - been off since Saturday pm and now Tuesday pm - our business depends on reliable signal - no explanation or indication of what is going on. As for language - I cannot tell what any of the call centre are saying - broad, thick unintelligible Asian. Used to be geordie.

    So we have total internet blackout from @EE .. They used to speak English. Now any calls are routed to an unintelligible Indian/pakistani call centre. I can’t understand a bloody word they say. Thinking of leaving EE after more than 20 years - **** service - and still no internet

    @EE has to have the worst chat service! The advisors lie to you to get you into a contract! I then try and get this resolved and the next person I speak to hasn't got a clue what's going on! Say goodbye to a 15 year customer!
