@EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

  • simonwatt1 Simon Watt (@simonwatt1) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

  • DanMiller944 Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Seaforth, England

@DeadWords44 @AndroidAuth @EE Exactly, with little to no reason himself, these companies surely can't help but go back to normal I guess.

Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

@EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

  • andrewwhyman Andrew Whyman (@andrewwhyman) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

  • adamsuperjuiced Adam Harding-Jones (@adamsuperjuiced) reported from Liverpool, England

  • Junnixlove Juanita_x0x0 (@Junnixlove) reported

@EE 3rd party bright star to confirm that they've received my trade in (although I have confirmation from EE). I then asked Mary about the complaints procedure and she told me she can make a complaint on behalf of me and there is no way that I can make a complaint myself

  • Junnixlove Juanita_x0x0 (@Junnixlove) reported

@EE I've been on the phone for 50 minutes trying to speak to a manager. Your customer advisor Mary is completely dismissing me. I got confirmation from EE that my trade in was received but EE is now charging me £350 and tell me it's not their problem and that I have to contact a.

  • SamRaincock Sam Raincock (@SamRaincock) reported

@seeyouatthebar @EE I was with EE originally (well Orange) and have had a business contract with them for nearly 10 years. Always been decent customer service but rarely needed to use it. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

  • ZayaJones77 T.I.Grr.Grr.Er (@ZayaJones77) reported

@O2 I’m not a person that leaves a company etc that I’m with easily so it took A LOT for me to say enough is enough and leave o2. My contract with my new network is nearly up but I haven’t seen or heard anything from o2 to make me want to switch back and @EE has been good so far.

  • CyclingKris Kris Fisher Cycling (@CyclingKris) reported

@MartinSLewis I doubt you’ll see this or reply BUT. I’m having real problems with @EE I have been cut off (due to being unable to oh my bills) they have been over charging me for 6 months and I have paid all of them. I’ve now disconnected and being told the only way to contact

  • msmithuk22 Martin Smith (@msmithuk22) reported

Really annoyed with @EE last few years I’ve spent several hundred pounds every month and the service I’ve had is shocking. Now their incompetence to process a trade in has resulted in them damaging my credit score. Out of contract soon and I am off sick of crap customer service

  • NafisaBakkar Nafisa Bakkar (@NafisaBakkar) reported

There's nothing like slow internet to knock your Monday motivation energy // @EE
