@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

@EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

@EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

@EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

@EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

@EE Hey guys. Is there an outage? My phone calls keep dropping out. Sometimes it gets through and sometimes it doesn't. Most of the time it rings and then the call ends like someone's hung up. Or it rings for half a second and then says "call ended" 😑😑😑😑

Shortly after I read the email from @EE advising that they are applying an increase of 14.4% during a #CostOfLivingCrisis I come to Twitter to see many people reporting that network is down for them. Presumably this inflation boosting increase will pay for basic connectivity? 😐

@EE our mobiles have stopped allowing calls and texts, every help page shows call 150, how are we supposed to do this when both accounts won't work!! Theyre doing digging next to the mast but coverage checker says there's no issues, very frustrating!!!
