Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

@EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

@MarcAllera @EE @btsport Day 155 overdue for full fibre install. Back to the drawing board because engineers just dug up grass with a spade and flung fibre cable in the ground with no ducting, so it was damaged when they tried to connect. Deadline on fix about to be missed.

@EE 1st problem they didn't explain spend cap to me clearly which led to additional charges and then I dealt it with Customer care for almost 5 days and settled the matter, but then they were not proactive enough to tell me i will face the same issue next bill aswell...
