@EE My service has deteriorated year on year. It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

  • pbwake Peter Wakefield (@pbwake) reported from Liverpool, England

@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

  • willissweeney97 Willis Sweeney (@willissweeney97) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE am I and others entitled to money off our phone bills if use can’t promise us a good service, because why am I and millions of others paying for phones where the entire network is down???

  • PaulMartinAcc Paul Martin (@PaulMartinAcc) reported from Liverpool, England

  • IamStaceyMacd Stacey Macdonald (@IamStaceyMacd) reported

Another day, still no internet signal & still no ETA from @EE as to when it will be restored! How are #island communities meant to thrive when the service level is shocking and the customer care is nonexistent?? @alasdairallan @AngusMacNeilSNP

  • _JHeath Jamie Heath (@_JHeath) reported

  • rachypetalface Rachel Howells (@rachypetalface) reported

  • nickbalti Nick Curry (@nickbalti) reported

Well… after 15 years with my current network I concluded that they are now unusable! 4G showing but cannot even load a blank webpage with a single word on it! Tried an @EE SIM today and wow… what a difference! I shall be moving my devices over as soon as possible! Thank you EE!

  • isaac_t_6 Isaac Thompson (@isaac_t_6) reported

@HipsterDufus_ @EE What happened? When I left UK EE was the only reliable network?!

  • Robbo1979says Paul Robinson (@Robbo1979says) reported

@EE Hi. I have just tried again on a different browser (same problem on Chrome and Edge) and it just says "something goes wrong... Our fault, not yours. Please call us...." which kinda defeats the object of why I'm doing it online. Is it my land-line number you need for my account?

  • StephenEPotts Stephen Potts (@StephenEPotts) reported

@bostoed0624 @EE Was looking at that but if we went down that route, it would have to be with an ISP using the O2 network as the EE 4G signal where I live is very poor. Plus we need unlimited downloads.

  • Michael56069166 Michael W (@Michael56069166) reported

@VModifiedMind @EE I have multiple gigabit switches, but I don't want to add a switch and a mains socket when I have a solution that works right now. Also space on wall in cupboard for a second device. Its the hassle, not the price. For a home network I want things simple and neat.
