    @EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE Hello. I need the issue sorting out with my numbers!! I’m getting a bit fed up now of being given different info!! Was told I would have a update by Friday last week and I’m still waiting for the update!! It’s been 2 weeks tomorrow and it’s still not sorted!!

    @EE @Kasim__ The response from EE is almost comedic. Any detail on these ‘major investments’? When we can expect to see better service? My phone signal at home is so unreliable. Not rural location, suburbs. I’d like to see networks held accountable for delivering the improvements they promise

    @EE need some help topping up a card for a dongle. Shops won’t accept the card we have. You won’t let me create an account online. Asking me to call 150 off my phone but I’m not on EE and last time I called it cost £18. Glad I’m on @O2 🤬

    As a longstanding customer of @EE they didn’t even make an offer for me to keep the second line they couldn’t activate. My current sim only plan will be the last contract with @EE. And to think I was going to take out an iPhone 15 when it comes out, I’ll be leaving @EE instead 👋🏾
