Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

1/2 have been with @EE since they took over from orange. Rang them twice at the end of my contract to explore price matching a sim only deal. Told twice no, this is our deal and all we are willing to offer. Cut my losses and took out a sim only deal with another network.
