  @EE Thanks for getting back. It’s for my 85 yr old grandad so the data and texts are not needed. He’s with 02 at the moment I think it’s £8-£10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

  @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

  @EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?
