  @EE My service has deteriorated year on year. It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

  @EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who we’re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?

  @EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window

  @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!
