@EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

@EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

@EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

@EE working away from UK, my data did NOT refresh as i am out the country and I can't gift data to my children. Few emails and text messages from twitter, a phone call from customer service and all i have as "It's not possible to gift my data as i am not in the UK". Not Impressed

@EE my mam ordered a phone upgrade on Friday which would ship nxt working day, she’s still waiting for notification it’s shipped, tracking on the website said it couldn’t track right now and calling the number on the app said we can’t connect you right now. Please can you help?
