Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE Hi I’ve performed a software update on my phone and toggled the flight mode off and on and restarted my phone and it still says “No Service” I’ve not had signal since Friday afternoon and my account is up to date with billing etc.

@EE deal offered on messaging system and then confirmed in phone call. Today retracted due to either technical problems or staff making it up. :Of course, I found this one for the iphone 13 iphone 13 128gb @ £0 upfront Essential 100gb data, unlimited calls and texts £43 per m.

@n16ectruns @EE Nigel the app has been playing up for days. There are lots of posts about it on this Twitter page. You got the same response I did, uninstall and reinstall. I did that and it’s no better. Then they start asking for your details. The app is broken.
