    @EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    Leave Google phones and @EE alone. Seriously. #ee is lying through its back teeth about coverage in Liverpool L36 area. Proof will come. 4G drop outs of signal and phone calls. Low signal strength when they're saying the opposite.

    I just got a bill for an early termination now and spoke to support who told me I don’t have to pay the early fee if my number is transferred the same day! That’s ridiculous… I sent the PAC code to @EE that day but it didn’t get transferred for 1 week!

    @EE Total waste of time , I txted 150 in my break at work soon as I finished the security questions nothing came back only a message saying it can take upto an hour to reply , I just need to speak to someone to advise me if I should upgrade my 2 nd line or cancel it
