@EE It’s just so unreliable. The evenings seem worse. I use my phone for Wassap video calls because WiFi is useless. We have been checked. Had a new router. No one can fix it. We are paying for a rubbish service. Keep waiting for a fibre service that never comes.

@EE I just spoke to the most unhelpful guy at your call centre, I would tell you his name but he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me! I queried the extortionate upgrade price that I have to pay and he did nothing to help, only encouraged me to leave EE!

@EE Yes. My husband was on the phone yesterday. Seems like EE want us to go to 4G router. More money and not unlimited. Just want some reliability from our existing service. Watch a film without a wheel of doom. Video call my granddaughter. Not much to ask.
