It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.
