They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years.
