Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

EE customer for over 7 years! The service now is at the WORST LEVEL! @EE PLEASE GET UP AND LOOK AT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Payment taken twice, Online order failed, no option to change from store, list goes on.. POOR SERVICE! #poorcustomerservice @MarcAllera #customerexperience
