Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@botrash @EE They're awful to deal with. 15 years I've been with them, I have 5 lines and my bill is roughly £230.00 a month, paid by DD, NEVER late. Come upgrade time it's like getting blood out of a stone. Will definitely be looking at other providers next upgrade time. Good luck fella.

@EE my wifi is not great at being picked up upstairs in my house, If i turn my WiFi off on my mobile my EE 4G is literally 1bar and slow is there anyway as a good will gesture you could send me a signal booster.

@EE That’s three with ridiculously low data caps and still priced extortionately high! Frankly if you are going to charge that, there isn’t a chance this side of the year 3000 that I’ll ever be subscribing to any of your broadband services. At that price I’d be an idiot to do so!!!!!

@EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

@EE Thanks, but that isn't the answer. Your sure isn't up to scratch and it's pretty horrible to interact with. The same pop up shouldn't keep coming back up, that's an error that needs addressing immediately.

6 months trying to sort a problem with @EE hours on phone and online chat and Maureen in business support has just sorted it and also Jill in technical sorted another issue. If only these two answered our calls before. Restored some faith

@EE So a webchat as a potential new customer (instant, although the webchat for upgrades is apparently too busy to respond 🙄) tells me that this is very much compatible with F&F. So that rules out this strange justification for ripping off existing customers...
