@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

@EE are an absolute **** show.. more than a month and still waiting for a returns bag. Charged for 2 consecutive months for a line and handset that is faulty. And have now closed my complaint case without a word about it.. fuming!!

@EE Hi do you provide signal boosters? My signal at home is poor and I'm missing business calls. I've tried connecting the phone to WiFi calling but that hasn't helped at all.

@ramriot @EE @SpaceXStarlink They won't, at least if the Internet gets fixed soon, EE billing is mostly sane & I never got around to reducing my data limit since I stopped running around the UK for work.

@EE @wembleystadium My Mum 88 having such trouble with her TV box, she's very upset 3 of us including a teenager! of us tried to delete recordings it just gets worse! tried yr website, no mention of a TV box, nothing in technical section, wasted an hour sent a complaint 2 days ago - radio silence !
