  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

  @EE I am utterly appalled at you. Shifted early July as @BTGroup encouraged me to. Loads of issues have come up, still no fibre & appt moved 3 times, & when I’ve tried to call to speak, no way at all. Went to complain, could only do via AI and it kept stopping me from typing 😡

  @EE I’m currently abroad in Mexico and paid to have data for 15 days. The provider in Mexico @MovistarMX is absolute crap and I’ve had no internet for the last two days. Is there a way I can change provider to @telcel or get a refund?

  @btsport @EE @SkySportsF1 I`m not sure who to contact about this tbh but my BT box TV guide is showing the Indycar race should have started at 18:00 on Sky F1. Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

  Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.
