@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

So just worked it out. @EE expect me to pay nearly £109 per month for my contract now they have removed two discounts even though they stated to @OmbudsmanServi1 last year they had no end date. My account is flagged with @EE for vulnerability issues but they are happy to do this

@O2 could you not just focus on your job and sort your piss poor network coverage instead? i genuinely can't believe how bad @o2 are in and around birmingham. if not, you'll get a 👋🏼 the minute i'm out of contract when i leave you after 13 years and go to @EE.
