Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Hi @EE - I don't know if you run an employee recognition award/bonus, but Maggie in your customer service dept (I'm sure you can work out who she is) deserves it 100%! She went above & beyond to keep me updated on my service outage, and was the most friendly agent ever!

Is there anything more annoying in the modern world than calling a helpline coz the website is broken, only to sit through endless messages telling you to visit the ******* website!?!?! And then the hissy, mono boyband pop kicks in and you just want to die. @EE

@EE I assume it’s an offshore call centre: the other day after a woman hung up on me when I said that offer didn’t sound right 10mins later I got another call from the same number from a man with the same accent giving me the same sales pitch. If it’s an outsourcer they’re really bad

@EE Tried the uninstall didn't work. The issue is it the app has shown out of data out of minutes and out of text. I also have a mobile wifi on the same account also shows out of data.

@StaffsBMS @EE Good luck with this! I ended up leaving EE in the end because their support was so poor :( I hope you have more luck!
