Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Just I am paying over £150 for my phone and iPad and now the iPad won’t work due to signal issues and my phone I need to have WiFi calling on for it to work

@EE Install was booked for 24th June , guy appeared - lifted a slab , put it back again and heard nothing since then. Not pleased in the slightest with this service.

Spent 20 min trying to log into @EE mobile app... Added 5 quid no problem there. But when I want to buy a pack or data add-on IT DOESN'T WORK. Not on the app not on the browser. They just yoinked my money nice :)

What a **** show @EE is i don’t know how they can call them selfs the UK’s best network when you can’t even speak to someone on the phone without going through 20 different options to add to it they lost my account details.

@EE I'm having issues when making phone calls or answering phone calls as I can hear the people on the other end of the phone but they can't hear me. Can you help, please?
