Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE 58 mins, 4 agents Friday to try & get help for elderly relative w Alzheimer's. 2 asked if she's happy with BB speed, 1 tried to flog mobile contract. had a mail to say she's renewed her contract! That is NOT what happened. Need urgent contact from a manager pls!

@EE I've only just seen this, apologies. I paid for Starlink before I knew EETV would only work with EE Broadband. I've kept it so I can use my laptop and several other devices. I've had to keep hold of EE Broadband for the TV, and I'm in contrance, but I'm hacked off with it, tbh. I have guaranteed download speeds of 37mps, but it hasn't topped 31mps since it was installed (August 2024). It glitches, disconnects, stutters...it's awful.

@iwan1davies @EE After going into store again, they confirmed it's a known issue. There is a large backlog of activations due to the iPhone release. Mine has still not activated.

@EE Cheers, apparently I have the ‘green light problem’ which means I need a new power supply for the router. As the router doesn’t work, The hybrid connect can’t do its thing either. So it’s wait for a new power supply!

@EE mobile broadband gone right off the deep end today. Shocking lack of signal. Usually 3-4 bars. Now struggling for 1.
