Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE been trying to sort my recent upgrade out but cant seem to get issue resolved. First lady I spoke to agreed it was in error on #EE's and that she would ring me back the day after to resolve.... after waiting all day the call never came. Got 2 phone numbers instead of one....

@EE why can’t I make outbound calls ? Not even to ee ! The bills are paid . Cannot call school back or nothing . Can’t fix it via calling yous because I can’t : when I press option 1 it says your closed

@EE my phone contract is all paid till the end of December, but I can’t make any calls at all? And I can’t even call EE as it states the line is unavailable! Someone please help fix this.
