@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

Going around in circles with the @EE app trying to find out how much Apple TV is as a Mobile and Broadband customer. Link after link and getting nowhere. Has anyone had better luck?

Anyone else having trouble with broadband @EE tonight?? Past few hours it’s saying internet is fine but it’s not working for tv or anything else? Comes back for a bit but has gone again! Can’t speak to anyone cause they are closed

@jfx49220584 @MarinaPurkiss @EE I never found out why I got billed £600 for a call to Hong Kong ( it was 3 not EE) lucky enough, I had solid evidence I was in Darlington at the time of the call with my phone , they didn't charge me, I did change network provider afterwards

@EE your store in Glasgow Buchanan Street is failing to call customers as promised and the phone cuts off if option 2 is selected. Fix this immediately!
