They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Customer service has been completely embarrassing! Never experienced such poor upgrade service or service from a company like this

Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?
