    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    mobile phone companies, insurance, and banks are the worst for working from home. Just had a call with @02 and could not hear but was put through to a nice guy in the office. Try talking with bad hearing and tinnitus. Really long wait. @EE hopeless cannot even speak to person

    @EE ahhhh nothing like a price increase on your brand new contract, how kind of you. Is that to ensure your poor/broke shareholders can heat their homes? Shame the rest of us will struggle

    @EE Your issue at a local mobile phone mast in Fanns Wood, apparently. Took “longer to resolve than expected”. Coincided with Gigaclear being out so couldn’t use wifi call. Also coincided with your price increase notification! Had exceptionally unexpected need for both too. Ok now🤞

    @EE @dartsgoldie It’s disgraceful, if a customer has singled a contract with you for certain price you shouldn’t be able to increase the price to the pay for your overheads. It’s the second time in 18 months that my price has increased, gone up by £9 per month since the start of my contract.

    @EE i was in credit £135, called last friday for a refund and it still hasn’t came through? i then asked a couple days ago and talked to someone and said it’d take 1-2days but it’s been longer. pls help

    @EE I’m not happy that my contract price will be increased by 3.9% but the service is bad. Not happy at all Megan. I can’t even think straight, that’s how unhappy I am

    @JBoneDS @EE I had a similar issue with EE and it was because my router hadn’t done it’s automated update - once they sorted that it was good as gold

    @laurita_tweets @EE Absolutely shocking! How they think it’s acceptable, you shouldn’t have to pay more for a service after signing a contract regardless. It’s such a farce. If I didn’t just agree my new contract I would have looked elsewhere!
