    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

    @EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problems….

    @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

    @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service

    @ElDino169 @EE @netflix Hi Lee, I’m sorry to hear about your issue with your Netflix/Billing. You can sign up for Netflix separately without using our EE services. There’s nothing stopping you from doing that.

    Shocking service from @EE, says open until 9 get closed message, can’t update my account online - no extra help just ring, try to ring wont let me speak to anyone…appalling and distressing, just going around in circles…TERRIBLE

    @EE feel for the elderly and more vulnerable people who get these offers pushed on them when they simply want to cancel their contracts.

    @EE over 8 phone calls regarding my app not working and no one can fix it and you keep closing my complaints with no resolution why is it so hard for such a big company to work this out

    @EE Let's see if we can squeeze an extra fiver out of people with poor judgement! I know you can get e-sims now (and I have done previously) but it does feel like it's exploitative of people who lack the technical knowhow or confidence to do that.

    @Ofcom Dear ofcom, Kindly do the same with @EE. They failed to provide a proper service at both my home and office addresses. They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.

    @EE any known issues with your BB in ML11? Nothing is working, lights on hub are suggesting everything is working and can’t run a test on the app.
