They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

I suggested reducing my allowance, but that was declined. I’m on a 125GB allowance but only use about 30GB average, why could a reduction not be accepted?
