Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Well @EE after 25 years looks like I'm going somewhere else! Me: This is what I have now. I don't want to pay loads more Ee: you can have 1/3 as much data, a cheap brand phone instead of a Samsung and one phone will cost the same as you pay for 2 now. Sky are cheaper. No ****

@EE So fed up with poor service. On Sunday I asked to pay to courier my sons SIM & your agent said it was done. No SIM yet & no contact, & it's impossible to get through on phone unless you have 2 hrs to spare

@EE yet again no signal or service this time for seven days. You apologise and suggest I use WiFi? What if that’s not an option? I’m really disgusted that in total I will have had little to no service for 10 days. The UKs most reliable network?! Hogwash!

@EE Hi no still having issues, have ha da phone call that didn't seem to find anything but phone is still not working. Unsure what to do now, my singal has gone from 4 bars to 1-2 and cuts out regularly.

Well after 2 days of trying to @ee I give up. I guess that I will after get them to call me!! the only way I can initiate that is to cancel my Direct debit.
