Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@lebara @VodafoneGroup I was in Central London and couldn't get any 4/5G I'm hearing @EE has great service everywhere so you have 24 hours or I'm gonna consider switching to EE (second time I'm writing this tweet cos the data wasn't working earlier.)

@EE I've been asked to fix one of my relatives computers, its coming in with reports its not starting up at all, I suspect a failing hardware but in order for me to fix it, I need to know what make and model it is so I can take action accordingly
