@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

Fantastic customer service from the @EE shop in Newcastle Eldon Square. Rang yesterday to see if they had the iPhone 13 pro max in stock. They did and put it aside for me coming into store today to sort my upgrade. #happycustomer

@EE Hey, my internet keeps getting very laggy at night and early morning hours and then dropping, then trying to reconnect for a few mins before coming back. I got a message from the ip address browser screen saying there's a problem with my broadband and to get in touch.

@EE Phone is awful looking forward to changing. Wasn't worth the freebie Xbox I got last year. Thought it was ok but as time goes on I've realised the phone doesn't work properly when going from portrait to landscape it cuts off half the screen. Plus other issues.
