They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

However, EE's customer service refused to help and inform the owner that the phone is still there...
