@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

So annoyed! My phone is taking ages to load a page on a 5G connection even though it was fine a week ago, spoke to customer services who were useless, they said it was normal and CLOSED my case! No help at all, still got barely usable 5G. Sort it out @EE.

@EE hi, can you tell me if there are any faults in the s45 area? Bad Internet connection most of the month, nearby external fault found a week ago and was meant to get a text when fixed but heard nothing yet. Few days of stability but terrible all weekend, cheers

@EE Your app sucks. It shouldn’t be taking me an hour+ to try and pay a bill. All your links are broken, not good enough considering you’re the most “premium” network with the most premium pricing.
