@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I placed an upgrade order yesterday and it's coming via your partner Enjoy which I didn't realise was a setup service - I just need the phone delivered as I'm more than capable of setting it up myself. What do I need to do?

@EE I have never been so disappointed with your customer service, I wanted to upgrade and was offered prices much much higher than other networks despite being a customer for 10 years and when I questioned this I was told it’s because you’re a better network and can charge more!

My iPhone 12 has died after 6 months with a black screen of death Shoddy @Apple devices & even shoddier customer service from @EE with a lovely offer of a 3 week+ repair. That's what you pay £500 a year+ for🤨 So wont be able to access me for a while via my mobile or WhatsApp

@EE I have just upgraded my phone with you online, and have switched the card that the direct debit gets taken from. My next bill is due on 3/12/21 can you tell me whether I need to cancel my old direct debit?
