  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @AshAshley7861 @EE @netflix According to Customer Service on the phone and webchat. Existing customer need to “upgrade” to the new plan . Existing smart benefit plan won’t be eligible

  Why is @EE’s service all over #Newquay & the surrounding area so poor? Been here for a week with 4G & 3+ bars signal but data connection / speed is consistently woeful / virtually non existent! Several of the people I’m with are also on #EE & are all experiencing the same issue!

  @EE I’m not getting any good service in my home area marked as fully covered by 4G. In Bridport, Dorset. Yet at times it says I have 3 bars of 4g and I can’t send a message or make a call. Any help?

  @EE and @VodafoneUK, do your networks actually cover Cornwall and Reading? Need to change from the utterly hopeless @O2 to get something resembling a service….

  @EE I left EE two weeks ago but new network has poor coverage in my area, but EE now tell me I cannot come back and open a new account for 30 days. Why is that?
