Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Funny how I am now locked out of EE, after I complained about the poor customer care, and useless website. Cue the copy pasted denials, claims to be angels, and my being 'warned' of the 'consequences' of daring to complaion about EE. Poisonous company.

@EE customer service is actually a joke. After being lied to about mobile broadband speeds, I go to cancel and they put me through to an office that is closed. Also sent back the returns form and got no response. Pathetic

@EE I have done several times. Last week 30 mins on the phone for someone to go away and check something else, And then get cut off and stupidly expect you to ring back after being on for so long, but you don’t bother. Same as you ignore emails too. Shocking service

Just your weekly reminder NEVER to use @EE for your mobile, they'll rip you off and try to con you, even 15 months after you ended your contract in writing, and use another provider. #EE
