Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE good morning EE . have a question. I'm an EE customer and have mobile and bb with you . I have the 330meg package and its great but I have a big house and cannot get coverage all over . Is there a better router or extenders you do ? I want to stay with ee just need a upgrade

@EE me blaming @DPDgroup_news for trying to deliver to wrong address and the poor guy explains the packaging and his system doesnt have a house number on it! How can an £800 be "missed" with regards to an address. My invoice has it on!

@EE EE are SHIITE, just spent 1hr 40mins on the phone to agree there's no termination fee payable after waiting 13 months for you to rectify signal&data speed issues & complaints made & now you advise there's a cancellation charge with the pac number. Will never use EE again. #ads

@EE Yet again my internet has gone down. 5th time since 7:00am.this morning. Are you having issues in the EH48 area ?? Cant work due to these interruptions.
