Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Is your network down in the south east? Can’t make calls unless on WiFi and can’t get through to your helpline. My wife has same issue also today. Your website reports all good, Downdetector suggests you have problems.

@EE Great day prices go up, your network goes down, I can't make or receive calls, I can understand price increases,the percentage however is ridiculous, but whats difficult to swallow is, people have been reporting problems since midday yet EE are saying there's no issue Wow.
