Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Thank you @EE just rang your “helpline” it said to speak to Someone press 1, i pressed 1 and it said we’ve sent you a text and then hung up on me. You should rename it no help whatsoever useless line.

@EE She has asked on every occasion to be put through to a manager or team leader and every time she has been told no one available and they will call back within 2 hours and it never happens.

@Carl_M79 @bt_uk @EE I've never been with EE, BT on the whole were okay, just a bit expensive for just broadband. It was about £60 a month, I saw this advert for cuckoo and it's £35 a month.

Moved from @bt_uk as a long standing broadband customer to @EE. I am absolutely staggered the appalling customer service I have received from @EE. Just had the Spanish Inquisition as to why I needed an additional extender and I'm paying them £90p/m including my 2 mobile SIMS.

@Carl_M79 @bt_uk @EE Same parent company unfortunately. we use Utility Warehouse for ours - bloody brilliant . They are provided by Talk Talk but have their own support which has been second to none over the 10 years plus we have been with them 👍
