@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

@EE pls do tell me how I cancel a data only sim- calls won’t go through, same automated answers asked again and again? I just want to cancel my sim that I don’t use - the contract is at 12 months 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Anyone else finding @EE has shocking WiFi connectivity issues at the moment? Can't connect to my router half the time, and for some reason for the last 3 or 4 days, my mobile data just doesn't work despite full signal????

Our @ee broadband has been down since about 7PM yesterday evening, we have the aqua flashing light of doom and no amount of unplugging or switching off and on again has done anything.

As a new customer to @EE expect all features to work correctly, travelling for work I have no Data Roaming. I call up and find out that I need to put a £25 deposit down for this to work, even with a spending cap on. That's the whole reason I switched to EE. Regretting my decision

@EE Just want to publicly thank your customer service agent Nicola Handy. After spending hours trying to sort out a fraudulent charge with an agent in India to no avail, Nicola got it done in 25 minutes. Regards.
