@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

I was unable to send messages from my phone for some strange reason. After unsuccessfully trying to fix it, I decided to call @EE, where I was helped by someone from EE Mobile Tech Care- Merthyr Tydfil. He did not only fix the issue, we also had an interesting chat.
