It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now! No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?
