Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

@EE It’s not acceptable @EE. I’ve not been able to go to work tonight because I need my mobile data to do my job. Lost out on a day’s wages because of your terrible network, yet again.
