    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @Budandblossom @EE Their customer service is APPALLING!!! Never would I ever go with EE or advise anybody to for that matter

    @EE No 4G for hours. And no way to contact EE. Fair enough if you don't want to answer you customer service calls or online chat, but you would think you could at least put out a status update since so many people are without service and alerting you. Ignoring is hardly helpful!

    @mattblaze can't tell you how thrilled I am to discover that the UK's @EE mobile network has apparently outsourced its mobile backhaul to Facebook

    @EE there is quite clearly a problem with your Internet at the moment. It's not working, it's not my phone as I havr a My WiFi dongle at work which is also not working. Any updates which you can give your millions of customers?
