    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Being passed between departments at @EE to cancel my insurance cover. Over 20mins on the phone already. Apparently, this can only be done over the phone. What a farse and disappointing customer experience. Maybe time to look at another provider at the end of the month? 😖

    @EE Afraid that ship has sailed. It's been ongoing since December and the level of support has been P155 poor if im honest. Will be terminating my contract early and finding something that works.

    @EE getting a bit fed up now. Thought all our issues had been sorted. Daughters pack renewed last night and none of her free boasts activated.

    @EE I was passed around three different people, each asking me to verify who I was and then saying they couldn't help and passing me to another person. This is NOT a great experience.
