    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE Network Speed in BH1 is so slow I cant even log into anything. Keeps saying unable to connect and web pages take 5mins to load or dont at all. WTH is going on? 12mbps Down, 0.1mbps up. 52% loss, 1000ms jitter. What's going on?

    @LittleChez01 @EE Also been having a nightmare with signal problems the past 2 weeks but it seems EE aren't particularly bothered in assisting over twitter anymore unless you show an interest in wanting to upgrade

    @EE I had no network in my house since the 31st of December with weekly messages from yourselves that "it takes longer than expected "to fix the issue. I'm paying sky high bills yo get no(and I mean zero, nothing)network in my house for this long

    @EE I've just upgraded to fibre as sick of really slow internet at home and hoping that this will improve it but I need to check if I will definitely keep my existing landline telephone number as this is crucial at the minute that it is not changed, thanks
