    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE I DID contact EE to say I won't be able to pay for my medication if this price increase is introduced. They told me there was nothing they could do and that my only option was to go to the ombudsman! How is that a solution.

    @EE We are forced to sign the contracts as no one can live without broadband. I am telling you I will not be able to afford this price increase on both my phone contract and my broadband. I am asking EE got help. What can you do to help me?

    @EE You obviously didn’t understand what I tweeted. It’s EE’s rubbish signal strength and lack of coverage in our area of 4G & no 5G signal. I have 4 mobiles (iphone & Samsungs) currently on EE which reiterates the poor signal coverage from EE.

    @EE your phones are crap..got it for Christmas.. and this is the second time sending for repair.. Not only that but it's gone black and rang 999 three times..wasting there valuable time.. you've had the phone more then me since I've had it it's not good enough!!!

    @EE disgusting price rises after only upgrading in November. Spoke to customer services and was told there was nothing I could do my contract was not near the end! Why can't you just honour the price agreed at upgrade for the contract term agreed??

    @EE All I want is decent 4G service. The problem is Thornbury near Bristol expanded rapidly years ago yet mobile coverage is bad outside town centre. I appreciate this can’t be fixed overnight but hundreds of new homes and soon thousands will be built with connectivity still the same

    @EE Trust me, there is nothing you can do to fix this, the CPI was enough of a sting but your little extra 3.9% pickpocketing has sealed the deal. Just a little note to add, if there was any little extra leaving fee you’d not be getting that either.

    @EE complaint with you guys, your representatives told me they don't have emails to email final responses and can't tell me the information for the overseeing ombudsman. With the size of your company, I think honesty is essential, as I doubt you don't have Internet.

    @EE Can you help? Last night the 2.4Ghz band stopped working suddenly, and despite going as far as a factory reset of the router this morning, it’s still not working. 5Ghz is working, but it’s very sluggish
