Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Your online account system seems buggy @EE. It asks me to verify my identity and try later but it never works. Talking to someone at your support, he says there's nothing wrong with my account so how can I get this fixed?

@EE Maybe I should move to London then … because for the last 16 days I’ve had no signal and coverage status saying you know there’s a problem but some take longer than others to fix …… 😡
