    @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    @EE My service has deteriorated year on year. It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Our broadband was meant to be fixed on the 10th of July, we have now been told the earliest a engineer can come is the 6th of August. Absolutely terrible experience with no consideration or priority given for how long our service has been disrupted

    Lot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system

    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.

    @EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it

    @EE Called 150 already. Got nowhere. So here we are publicly. £25 plan, £137 bill, £4/minute to Jamaica with zero warning. Your customer service team couldn't help. Maybe your social team can?.

    For all the British “knowledge” prowess, they can’t get their websites right - BA, EE, BT - all garbage! Complicated nonsense that just doesn’t get the basics right. Trying to get hold of customer service is a whole different ballgame. Yeesh! @British_Airways @EE
