    @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

    @EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE Hi no it says I have to phone up I was on the phone for 30 mins yesterday and it never got sorted

    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    @EE Smartphone is not working since yesterday morning, 18/11/2021. This morning as well. Will hget this sorted soon. thanks. EE Smartphone customer. Also i know i'm being hacked using this device. My battery goes dim and then brightens up. Found out on YouTube 2 days ago.

    @EE so there is was looking forward to new phone delivery!! DPD rubbish! drove off without getting out! @ee told me to call them! Messaged and called, they told me to call EE!! All this for over £80 per month!!! Might just cancel!!! And buy from supermarket 😡

    @EE disappointed that despite being a customer for over 20 years, I’m given an ultimatum when deciding on a new deal. I should be able to have time to consider and call back for the same deal not told I can’t have the deal offered then unless I take it there and then.

    @EE is there a reason why even though your app tells me I am ready to upgrade its also telling me there's no suitable plans available and looking at the community page this is a problem for lots of people?I don't really have time to call 150,just wanted to upgrade quickly online

    Anyone on the @EE network be careful of emails advising you there was a problem with your direct debit and asking you to follow a link to input your details. I've called EE and they confirmed it's a scam.
