@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE Never ideal? Yeah the box is designed to protect products from little knocks in transport not whoever violated this box. The indentation went straight through to the thumb stick

@EE You may be the best network every year, but you are awful to get hold of, email wise. Or am I wrong? I ask because I need to give ee some complicated information, because I am being charged for things I don't have. I have to put it into print.

@EE App wont log in. Card verifications broken. Entering card info and we jump to a random field. Card dates adds a random 0. Broken pages. Relooping info not loading, bad requests. it goes on and on

@EE “Rely on a brilliant connection”. My phone constantly drops signal, there are so many dead spots in Edinburgh that it’s impossible to walk more than a few minutes without calls cutting out. Already had my phone looked at and they’ve confirmed it’s not the issue.

@EE @EE the worse network by far The most expensive I have no idea how they get away with it Be glad when contract ends so I can leave This rate my bills be going to a debt collector as I won't be able to afford it.
