@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

@MarcAllera @EE your vile money grubbing company have deactivated my 88 year old mum's in credit sim card for her mobile she uses for emergencies just because she's not had to use it for a while , as a result me and my family have moved to another network and will never use EE again !!

@EE Hi Olivia It is too late now the letter has been sent to Head Office in Hatfield, no one was interested in doing anything about it, also Customer Service was emailed over the weekend the bill should be emailed as it used to be but someone decided to change it without telling me

@kirk__ryan @EE *we* have spoken with EE (from the UK) - sounds like a f'king network issue in Ireland with EE. Networks *have* now appeared.... I await a response from @EE with their suggestions of compensation for a) not providing the service b) making us chase them up to resolve 🙄

@EE web browser/internet is v slow&can’t make what’s app/face time calls for a good few days now. All fine when using Wi-Fi though. Apple said it’s to do with EE. Please advise as not getting anywhere with your website. V frustrating!

@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service
