@EE I have a question. Do you train your customer service advisors? Because I don't seem to be getting the same response over a issue I have. Different responses all the time, to be told now it can't be dealt with in store. Soon as this is resolved I will be changing providers

Can I say that I wish all companies were as easy to deal with as @EE (big shout out to Honor on the upgrades team chat). They obviously trust their staff to solve problems w/out passing you on, so everything is so quick and easily resolved when I contact them 🙌 An adulting win!

@EE phone signal has been non existent the last 3 days in my house & street. Getting an exclamation mark saying no signal, no internet connection and no network. What's going on? Network check says there is a known issue in North Shields but nothing been resolved yet
