It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.
