    @EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

    Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @EE have been experiencing pretty slow internet speeds (ran a number of speed checks) all day (on Fibre Plus) - are there any current general issues that might be causing this?

    @BRITISHFOXY @EE Think I might contact trading standards. Collected a bunch of screenshots that make a compelling case that people are being misled and sold mobile contracts and renewals in bad faith. It’s not about being out of stock. It’s about misleading people and playing unfair.

    @EE its 2021 and cant even go a week without some kind of problem so much tech and still worse connection than aol dial up from back of the day how sad,still charge a fortune.Still charge for late fee if not paid on the day.. why pay full amount when dont even get good connection

    @EE Its witb the customer assist team currently. The last engineer advised its the green box thats the issues as it takes 2mins30 to reboot rather than the usual quicker speeds which has a knock on effect. All ive been advised is call backs and further engineers so far. Thanks
