@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE no reply yesterday, can you provide clarity on your "stable links" policy for UK military personnel serving overseas? I renewed based on a promise of an exception and that promise has now been withdrawn, I'm about to be forced to cancel my contract under my cooling off period.

First time i have ever thought to leave @EE horrible customer service. No phone network in my house and half of edgware sincr septrmbrr 2021 and not an ounce of compensation for those affected. To think I have been with them since 1-2-1 days.

@EE Just a suggestion but rather than spending millions on fancy adverts you actually invest in the signal at #canarywharf it’s been dreadful for years,
