@tommorrey1 @EE I only used it for half an hour because my WiFi was down. Half an hour later 1.6GB has gone!

@Caveman107 @EE Same here so I understand how you feel! I have been locked out of my account for the pass 5months. After appealing did not work I contacted. Unicyber_Support on Insta for help and they did wonderfully well.

@TroyTanner28 @EE Nope not roaming. A product had been mysteriously added to my account that blocked the data. It took 10 members of technical staff to figure it out (Thanks James at level 2 tech support!) and 2 whole days. Unacceptable!

trend @EE so disappointed with the customer service agent I spoke few hours ago on the phone. Sounded judgmental and putting it as my fault that why I am giving my phone away when the upgrade has not arrived yet when I was reassured the phone is coming in 7 days

@EE hi, my mobile data isn’t working in Dubai. I got a text confirming Travel Data Pass is ready to go but it’s just not working. I have roaming etc switched on…it just won’t load anything. Can you help?
