@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE got charged for calling VM while roaming, which my roaming pass covers (as per your website). After managing to navigate the maze that is 150, I talked to an agent who said they'd investigate. After hanging up, I get a text saying my case is closed. Fantastic service... sigh

@EE hub not working and replacement send Royal Mail 48 hr. Anyway to get that a 24 hr service? It'll be a loooong weekend if it doesn't arrive tomorrow. Can explain why over DM.
