Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

So I get a call from @EE someone in their sales team who was ignorant and rude, then I put in a complaint. A manager supposed to call me back same day,heard nothing. I call back next day, another manager supposed to call me back,nothing 5 days later. Do you only care about money?

@EE Bugger holiday makers. How about permanent 5G for rural areas with shite broadband so we can ditch the @bt copper wire for good. We’re only 2 miles off fibre network but get only 0.5mb via BT line 🤬

@EE now on third phonecall having been cut off each time. All my husband wants is the VAT info from his bill for his accountant. How can something be SO difficult?? Law changed so you don't have to supply it, so you don't? But your customers want it? WTF?
