    @EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

    Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @EE It is still not working despite being re-enabled yesterday.. Now I have been in a call queue for 20 minutes. I am furious... No service for over a week now, multiple failed attempts to study this, all caused by EE.

    @EE given me a prepaid Reward Card which is not functional. Won't allow me to buy anything and all I'm given from customer services is multiple numbers that don't work and an email address that replies telling me I'm blocked from messaging. So much for supporting loyal customers.

    £720 short this Crimbo due to incorrect billing by @EE. Said they would refund it in 72hrs. That was 10 days ago. They didn't process it! Today, they said another 8 days. Bills to pay early Jan, but nothing they can do to help, apparently. #complaint #nothappy @BTGroup @Casemiro

    @EE No, not at all. We've been told they've been dispatched. We ordered 2, 1 arrived on 23rd and we are still waiting in the other. Customer services have been no help, offered a phone call but wouldn't say when, 24 hours later, still waiting on a phone call 😤

    @EE Seem to be the only internet based set-up who routinely detect activity that means they lock my account. Happy to take my money for the service but don't actually trust me when I try to log on to find out any information about it.
